Alright, the mistake is "open".

It should be "opening" because after "mind", you should use the -ing form of the verb.

Not the regular form or the to verb form.

So in this case, the correct way to say this sentence is "Would you mind opening the window, please?"

"Would you mind" is the polite way to ask someone to do something.
