Hello and welcome back to more into the gungeon we are the marine we've got a fresh run here

We're starting from the start. Our goal is to get this short cut guy

To get all the shortcuts open, I believe our next thing is to have four keys and a whole bunch of cash

I do want to do some runs without explicitly trying for that because

and if we are explicitly trying for it, I think it's going to

Basically ruin our runs for a while and I

am prepared to do that at some point, but I think that for a while we want to

Give ourselves some time to see if what happens on its own. Oh, that was awful. I

Didn't like anything about that. Oh

This room is the worst

I'm still won over my flu yet. I'm a lot better. But you know, it's a process

I've got some grunts over here and a big old table thing. That's very very long. We are gonna go north here I suppose

What are our hopes for this run, you know aside from being really really lucky with

the shortcut guy

It'd be nice to make it to the monoblock. I just took some dumb damage probably because I was talking

You know if I wanted to really be good at gungeon, what I would do is only talk between rooms

But I think it's more entertaining if I talk most of the time

Because we're here for the entertainment value

There that's that's our main goal here is creating entertainment

But if I don't know I guess if

Eventually, it was decided that people valued gameplay over commentary. I could choose to be quiet during their rooms themselves

But I am going to assume that people would rather have the slightly lesser gameplay

and

Have a continual stream of commentary. We're gonna go down south here to this room. We've got a chest with a bomb

I don't think the bomb chest to be mimics. That's kind of awful

We got the invulnerability star

Which is um, I

Mean it's a good item. The thing is that like

Good passives are what I really want or even good primaries are I?

Always forget to use the act abuse items. I just I don't know

But we will try and make good use out of it

And my dodging was not very good there so it's nothing we had that

Snow baller and we definitely want the key

The snow baller I don't think that we want it does not sound amazing

I think it's just a basic freeze gun that does good damage

but with our Marine

Sidearm we don't necessarily need to do

We don't need a primary as urgently as if we were another character

my opinion, is that the

Marine sidearm is

Even more

Powerful than the hunters crossbow. I

think that the Marines

Sidearm is just better than that

This brown chest we're going to leave we'll come back for it at the end of the floor

But for the time being I think that we have a chance of, you know, just getting a blue chest dropped

Upon room clear which I would rather spend a key on the brown chest

You know a blue chest I'm room clear is

In a lot of ways nothing to write home about but it does in fact happen. So I'm gonna wait on opening the brown chest

the brown chest can have good items in it, but frequently, it just doesn't

Like the brown chest is not consistently a waste of time but it does it does seem to feel that way

I think it's time to challenge the boss. We couldn't visit the shop one more time

I think it was just a snowball or mo an armor or yep. That's what it is

All right, we're gonna go battle the boss with our starting

Primary it's one of the reasons. The Marine is so good in my opinion is you don't need to like change up your primary

Before you're ready to you can just keep using it we got the trigger twins here

I'm gonna focus

Now one of the reasons we do want to unlock all those shortcuts be so that we can get boss rush

I think boss rush will give us a good opportunity to practice

amazing primary so far

Employment Law Books By Terry Gorry-Updated for 2019 - Duration: 6:10.

in this video I'll just take a look at her let you know about a couple of my

employment law books I've written a couple of other written a number of

employment law books or books to do with employment law but two in particular

I've recently updated so today is the 4th of January of 2019 and over the

Christmas period they're in December of 2018 a updaters two of the books the

first one is this employment law in Ireland the essentials for employers

employees and hitch or managers it's available on Kindle and it's available

in paperback but I have to warn you that the paperback hasn't been updated yet

it's one to review so I've made the changes and it's got info review but

it's not just ready yet so if you're going to buy one of the books the most

of today's one is the Kindle edition as you can see there on the screen and the

Kindle edition you'll see in the description of the Kindle edition that

this is updated in 2018 so it brings up two days a Supreme Court decision in

2017 which clarifies the definition of bullying it deals with the mediation Act

of 2017 it deals with the GDP or dusty general data protection regulations

so that's employment law in Ireland and that's the book there as you can see on

the screen you can get it on Amazon and you can get it in Kindle or paperback

but I do have to reiterate again that the paperback is under review at the

moment hasn't been updated so if you want to buy it in the next few days just

double check that you're getting the Kindle version and you're getting the

most updated one that's the one that was updated in December of 2018 the other

book just have a look just at what's in the book you'll see here the various

chapters in it so it starts off with the employment contracts that covers issues

like redundancy unfair dismissal the workplace relations commission health

and save for the Equality and discrimination the various types of

leaves the payment of wages data protection in the workplace fixed

term contracts trade unions how to deal with intoxicants temporary agency

workers tips for employees tips for employers

bullying in the workplace Supreme Court era files

the right to legal representation in the workplace that's a Court of Appeal

decision in 2017 or 18 which clarifies the situation in relation to the

employees race or legal claim to be entitled to a solicitor or a lawyer in

the workplace during a disciplinary proceeding that's an important one to

understand and it's an important decision the other book done of mine

that I've updated over the Christmas period and again I just have to give you

this warning that it's the paperback version hasn't updated just yet because

it's under review but the kindle version has the book that i'm referring to the

second book of updated is this one it's 31

irish employment law cases prices lessons from decided cases of the WRC

and civil courts so again it's the kindle version that's been updated

check the description because it's say here updated in 2018 December 2018 and

if it goes to paperback you won't see that in the paperback description so

just double check - is the Kindle one that's been updated in this book in the

31 Irish employment law cases priceless lessons what I do is I take a look at 31

different cases dealing with employment law in Ireland and I draw the lessons

from these cases which will be useful for both employers and employees so the

case is looked at the likes of gross misconduct discrimination temporary

agency work transfer of undertakings unfair dismissal bullying and personal

injuries and so on here the various cases here so to sustain shaken up case

and missing jam tarts case and so on Alberta beverage supervisor awarded

money for unfair dismissal and so on so they are the two books I just wanted

to tell you about one is 31 Irish employment law cases it's been

updated in December of 2018 it's the Kindle version currently today on the

4th of January that has been updated the paperback hasn't just been passed its

review yet but it's being reviewed the books are I think useful they are not

written in Lee these are written in plain language

plain English and it should be useful for both employers and employees and

anybody with an interest in this area so one book is 31 Irish employment law

cases and the other is the employment law in Ireland book you'll see it here

now so this one the employment law in Ireland book the essentials for

employers employees and HR managers both of these books can be picked up on

Amazon and the reviews have got good reviews and brought books so you might

find them useful as I say it's been updated in December 2018 both Kindle

books have been updated the paperbacks happen but just passed a review yet or

haven't been reviewed by Amazon yes but you may be interested you may not it's

entirely up to yourself okay thanks for watching the video anyway and listening

they're based a or they are to be found on Amazon simply do a google or search

on Amazon for me or look for the particular books and you can buy them
