story behind Ultim8 U is the fact that we've seen such a massive amount of

people suffering from obesity related illnesses I think the statistic at the

moment is 8 out of 10 people will actually suffer some time in their life

from it from an illness or a symptom directly related to obesity so that's

where we come in we're not here to build a next bodybuilder or a next bikini

model but we here to help promote health and fitness in the community we're here

to help people to lead a happy and healthy lifestyle we use a philosophy

80 20 equals 100 so 80% nutrition because we need to look at the foods we eat

whole foods are the best way to go plus 20% extra exercise so it doesn't mean

you smash yourself out in the gym which is not too bad I'm not saying it's not

bad but you need to do just a little bit more each week or every couple of days

but the main thing is hundred percent mindset if you don't have this right or

if you're not dedicated and consistent and motivated to stick to a plan or to a

program or just become consistent then doesn't matter what you do unfortunately

nothing will work that way if you don't have this switched on enough and that's

where we have come up with a holistic package where we're going to help you
