A Pennsylvania acupuncturist is facing multiple charges after allegedly abusing her infant triplets

Ann Covalt Henry, 51, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, was arraigned on 12 felony counts of aggravated assault and one count of child endangerment, authorities revealed Thursday

The charges were the result of an investigation by Bethlehem police and a county grand jury into doctors finding fractures, bruising and head injuries to the triplets when they were eight weeks old

Following the birth of her triplets in 2016, Henry allegedly told a caregiver that she was contemplating suicide and wanted to 'throw a baby through a plate glass window', according to The Morning Call

Henry gave birth to the triplets in July of 2016 at the age of 49. She and her husband Marcus Henry, 32, had received help from fertility specialists

The pair are believed to have married in 2014. Grand jury testimony by a doula who visited the Henrys on three separate occasions after the triplets were born described the home as dirty and that it smelled of cat waste

Another doula reportedly called the mother a 'trainwreck' who presented symptoms of postpartum depression

Prosecutors said Henry injured her triplets in September 2016, when they were just eight weeks old, leaving one with a broken wrist and another with fractured ribs

The third was said to have had a subdural hemorrhage — the result of an abusive head trauma

The infants were placed in foster care and Henry was only allowed supervised visits for a year before she was allowed weekend visits this past summer

In July 2018, Henry allegedly assaulted the third child with the head trauma again, Lehigh Valley Live reported

The then 23-month-old child was said to have had a fractured tibia and petechial bruising

Prosecutors claimed the bruising was due to lack of oxygen or blood to the brain

Henry blamed the swelling on a restaurant's 'spicy eggs,' a claim disputed by police interviewing the restaurant the family visited

The latest incident allegedly followed Henry's completion of parenting classes.Regarding the children's various injuries, Ann Henry deflected suspicion on to one of the doulas while her husband claimed to the grand jury he did not know who has been hurting the triplets

Henry is currently out on $75,000 unsecured bail. Authorities said the three children are in the custody of the county's children and youth department and that as a condition of Henry's bail, she cannot have any contact with them until the charges are resolved

News24 - Real Madrid transfer news: Gareth Bale lined up for Premier League return, price revealed - Duration: 3:16.

Welshman Bale picked up another injury on Thursday in a 2-2 draw with Villarreal

He was substituted at half-time in another setback for the 29-year-old. According to Spanish news outlet OK Diario, that could be the final straw for Florentino Perez though

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** It's suggested the club supremo is ready to put the injury ravaged star on the market

Perez wants around £145m (€150m) for Bale. And, given his impressive exploits for Tottenham during a six-year stay in north London, Perez is quietly confident the Premier League's elite will come calling

It was hoped Bale would fill the void left by Cristiano Ronaldo at the Bernabeu. However, despite positive early signs, that hasn't happened

Predrag Mijatovic, who bagged the winner for Real in the 1998 Champions League final, believes Los Blancos are languishing without the Portuguese superstar

"What keeps happening with Bale is a real shame," Mijatovic told Spanish radio station Cadena Ser

"I like him a lot as a player but he is nowhere near being the leader of the team after Cristiano Ronaldo left

"It's worrying that he gets injured so often. "I am struggling to watch Real Madrid this season

"They played well in the first half (against Villarreal) then when we thought they were going to kick on they played a disastrous second half with no game-plan

"They have taken a step back in the league this season. "I don't think it's a problem of attitude, but more one of impotence

"The way they are playing does not make me feel optimistic." Manchester United and Chelsea have been previously linked with Bale

Express Sport understands he is happy in Madrid. But decisions in the corridors of power could see him pack his bags

Zinedine Zidane has been touted as Manchester United's next manager. If the Frenchman gets the nod, he might be tempted to swoop for Bale having worked with him before

A move to Chelsea looks less likely. The Blues have agreed a deal to sign Christian Pulisic from Borussia Dortmund

Disciplina Positiva (Parent Meeting for Latino Families) - Duration: 4:08.

My name is Wendy Messarina, I work for the Marysville School District as a family advocate.

I am the district parent coordinator for 22 schools and work at Equity, Diversity, and Indigenous Education Department.

This is really a marvelous program.

We help the families, our Latin Families with classes for parents completely in Spanish.

to strengthen family relationships with communication and love.

This program is hosted and coordinated by the Marysville School District.

We are giving the opportunity to do this here in the administrative building.

The state of Washington has many experts, we invited two of them.

Lupita Zamora and Julia Altamirano who are two very important people in our Hispanic community.

They have lots of experience in the field of cultural education.

thanks to them, we will be hosting a series of parenting classes and training

for the benefit of Marysville families.

This training is important to me because I want to understand

new forms of positive discipline to educate my child

There are times that we are doing it one way and that's not the correct way.

It's good to look for help, it's good to understand and learn from other people

who are better prepared and who can help with that.

The benefits that I've taken and seen are all the transformations the parents have with

the children and youth.

When I feel that they have a place were they belong like their family

is when we really strengthen them.

The benefit I see with this program in our community is that as parents we can have

similar goals for our kids and how we raise them.

For example, how they interact with others in school and other activities in the community and

with these commonalties we will make an impact

and have a more direct approach in dealing

with problems like bullying, and helping them be more sympathetic with various situations

they encounter throughout the day and helping them improve their grades and become better students.

The parents who complete this 3 hour program with helpful information

they are going to feel happy, relaxed, and informed.

going to know how to practice positive discipline at home, community, and school.

And how to treat their kids so they can be more successful in life.

Hoy fue nuestra primera clase, muy emocionados de aprender nuevas maneras de conectar con nuestros hijos

apoyar la estructura de la familia y mantener la identidad cultural, sea de donde sea el país donde hayamos nacido.

Georgia's Foster Thomason Miller House is Too Spooky for Us | Great Estates | Southern Living - Duration: 2:55.

Spooky, spooky.

Ooh!

We've got a haunted house.

(laughs)

(spooky music)

All right, we are going

to the Foster Thomason Miller House

that is located in Madison, Georgia.

First built in 1883.

It is listed for $449,000.

If you dare!

If you dare.

Okay, so in the daylight, I mean it looks a little creaky,

but it doesn't look that spooky in the daytime.

I think it looks a lot of creaky.

Like, my heart goes out to it,

and I want to adopt this house and fix it up.

But I think it's straight-up spooky.

Aren't ghosts nocturnal?

Like raccoons?

That is a great question.

Opossums, other things I hate. (laughs)

Owls.

Hoo hoo, hoo hoo.

I think ghosts-- That's a barn owl.

are just like, 24/7,

on that grind.

On the ghost grind?

(laughs)

Boo!

Okay, but that looks spooky up close.

Yeah, up close it's like, uhhhh.

I mean even in broad daylight, it's just so dark in there.

I mean, I do appreciate all the symmetry.

Yeah, and again, I think fixed up,

this is gonna be an absolute stunner.

A stunner with spooks?

With spooks, yeah.

Oh!

Still feeling confident?

Oh my! (laughs)

No.

Is that, uh--

Mold?

I mean, I see lots of potential here.

The structure is beautiful.

It looks very grand, but clearly the walls need some TLC.

You might need to bring in one

of those people with the little incense sticks.

Yeah, you can burn some sage.

And some holy water.

Sage, that's what works.

Just try 'em, just to cover your bases. (laughs)

See, I bet that was so beautiful.

Yeah, I wonder if that could be restored.

That would be cool if it could be.

I bet it was painted and beautiful,

and they had lots of balls,

and cocktail parties, and all kinds of things.

Yeah.

Okay, see, again, lots of potential.

So much potential.

Very grand.

And there's so much, I mean--

You just wonder how much money

some kind of renovation like this would take.

A lot.

I feel like you'd end up spending

as much as you spent on the house, or more.

Oh, for sure, you've got to be prepared.

There's a lot of logistics, but once you get involved

with this sort of preservation project,

there are tax cuts, and there are wonderful organizations

to help you navigate the process.

You could reference

The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation.

Oh!

Getting the spooky vibes.

The spooky vibes are getting stronger.

Ahh!

The arm rests on that bench are just incredible,

like it's a real Beauty and the Beast action.

I'm glad you like them.

I think you could put, like,

a little bow on it at Christmas time.

They look like they'd eat bows for dinner.

Oh, look! Here we go!

Is that a dog?

(dog barks)

Oh my gosh.

Wow, that is definitely the house for me.

I can't tell.

It's some kind of mythical beast dog.

I'd buy it.

I mean, I would not sleep ever,

but I would buy it. (laughs)

Because I'll come sit with you

on your porch in the daytime.

But once the sun goes down, I'm outie.

Back to the Holiday Inn. (laughs)
