Pulisic joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday for a fee of around £57.5million

The USA international has returned to Dortmund where he will spend the rest of the season on loan

Many believe the arrival of Pulisic will cue the exit for Hazard, who has been heavily linked with Real Madrid

However, Honigstein does not think that is necessarily going to be the case. And he reckons Pulisic would help make Hazard a better player if the duo played together

He is a very good player but he is not going to be, at least not immediately, an Eden Hazard type player providing you with 15 or 20 goals a season, he's more the guy who plays the last ball," Honigstein told talkSPORT

I think he could grow into that type of player, but he isn't quite there yet. "I don't think he's a replacement for Hazard, either

In an ideal world you would have him play with Hazard and I think that would really bring the best out of Hazard, and vice versa

He's not as direct, he's not as incisive just yet, but there is potential to grow into that player

I don't think Chelsea have looked at him as the guy to replace Hazard, I think he was bought on his own merit

I'm not even sure Chelsea and Hazard know right now if that big move to Real Madrid will happen

It's down to Real and, as far as I know, they still haven't made the move yet. "Hazard is still waiting, so I'm not sure it changes much

Honigstein admits Pulisic's fee is a lot for a 20-year-old but reckons he is worth it

He is an attacking midfielder who can play as a number ten, in the hole or out wide, but he's not an out-and-out player in any of those positions," he added

In a way he's very versatile, but on the other hand what has worked against him this season is that he doesn't necessarily give you one thing and give you a ten out of ten in any of those positions

But he is only 20 years old and put that into context with his American brand value and the huge following he has, it's not a gamble in my view

country's total population and by 2025 that could rise to 20% the fast growing

number of senior citizens poses a range of social issues so the government is

looking to provide more jobs for them the Ministry of Health and Welfare said

Thursday that it plans to create 600 10,000 jobs for seniors this year a

hundred thousand more than last year it said it will try to help each senior

citizen find a decent position through a customized service with monthly pay

ranging between around 88 u.s. dollars and 1200 dollars depending on the

position but what demand for jobs high among seniors the ministry recommended

that they apply for the program as soon as possible because it expects the

hiring period will end much more quickly than last year the government has

already been working to provide more income to the elderly and to raise their

living standards but the working system will bring them even more benefits the

Welfare Ministry explained that by giving them jobs elderly people who are

socially isolated will be at less risk of mental health issues such as

loneliness which has been a major cause of suicide among older people

Meal planning for large families - Duration: 5:12.

Jessica: Hi, I'm Jessica.

Today, I'm going to show you how I meal plan for a large family.

This method will work whether you have a small family or a big family.

I split up the meal planning into four easy steps.

Let's go ahead and dive into step number one.

Jessica: Okay.

The first step is to decide how many weeks you want to meal plan for.

I always do two weeks, because we get paid every two weeks.

That's what makes sense for us.

All right, the second part of that step is you need to figure out how many meals you're

going to want to cook in that time period, whether you chose one week, two weeks, whatever,

just decide how many meals you want to cook.

For me, we eat out once a week.

We'll usually get takeout.

Jessica: Then, my husband works kind of a crazy schedule.

The nights that he is not going to be home for dinner, I don't really like to cook.

I'll either just make sandwiches or we'll have something easy like chicken nuggets or

something like that.

I don't really count those days as needing to cook a meal.

That typically, for me, means I'm only cooking four meals a week which is really nice for

me.

If you're only cooking four meals a week and your meal planning for two weeks, that's only

eight meals you need to figure out.

Jessica: All right.

Step two, you're going to go on Pinterest and make a board.

I normally title it Meal Plan and then the date period, so like January 7th through the

20th.

That's a two week time period.

Then, I just do a search on Pinterest.

You can just type in recipes or healthy recipes, whatever you're looking for.

If you are on a specific diet, you can do keto recipes, whatever.

You're going to go through and find the recipes and just kind of click on them and save them

to that board you just created.

Jessica: Just keep in mind how many recipes you are looking for.

If you want to keep this on a low budget, I would suggest not doing meals that are very

different from each other.

Try to get several different chicken recipes, and then maybe just a couple of beef.

Try not to do pork, beef, shrimp, chicken because the more different meals you have,

the more expensive your bill is going to be.

Another tip if you want to keep your grocery bill down is look for recipes that don't have

a ton of ingredients that you don't already have.

Jessica: Okay.

Step three, you are going to open all of these recipes individually and start writing them

down on your grocery list.

I normally have a column on the left side where I list all of the ingredients.

Then, I have a column on the right side where I'm listing the actual meals that we're going

to have, just so I have that as a reference at the grocery store so I know what meals

I'm buying for.

If I decide, "Oh wait.

We're going to someone's house for dinner, I don't need to cook this meal."

Then, I can find those ingredients and cross them out.

The second part of step three is just going into the grocery store and buying all your

ingredients.

Jessica: All right, so the most important step is step four.

Step four is stick to your meal plan.

Even when you're feeling lazy, just you already know the meal you're going to cook, so just

cook it.

If you know that there's certain days you tend to not feel like cooking, I would choose

meals that are really easy to throw together.

That way, you have a backup plan and you're not wasting food.

If you are meal planning and you go and buy all these ingredients and then you don't cook

a couple of these meals, all of those ingredients are going to go to waste.

That will completely defeat the purpose of meal planning.

Jessica: All right, and that is the last step of our meal planning video.

hello James Greaney here from Internetbizuni.com and in this video I'll be

answering a question that I have recently received in the comments off

one of my YouTube videos I'm not even gonna attempt reading out your username

but someone asked just wondered if you have any thoughts regarding moving

products post brexit it was great question and I'm going to answer it now

okay so I haven't got around to answering this question until now and

that's for the simple reason that I wasn't 100% sure of the potential

different outcomes after Britain leaves the EU at the end of March 2019 and the

UK government have really lacked transparency on this subject and that

has let business owners like me and you confused and unsure of what exactly it's

gonna mean for you know Amazon sellers and selling online whether you're

selling in the UK or Europe after Britain leaves the EU at the end of

merit but that is until now because now I have done the research now I am clear

on what the potential of different outcomes are and what it will mean for

sellers like you and I that's what I'm gonna share with you in this video I'm

gonna share the different outcomes and what its gonna mean for you if you sell

on Amazon okay so there are basically two potential outcomes at this present

time outcome number one is that the UK take

the deal that is currently on the table from the EU what this will mean for

Amazon sellers who sell products in the UK and Europe is things will stay

relatively the same as they are now the free movement of goods will still apply

so it will be pretty much the same as it is now the second potential outcome is

that Britain leaves the EU without a deal and that's where things become

unclear that's where you know not many people actually know what that's gonna

mean for businesses in the UK if this happens but what I have done is I've

gathered as much information as possible and I broke all down and that's what I'm

gonna go through with you now I'm going to give you what this is going to mean

if Britain does leave the EU without a deal and if you sell products on

in the UK and Europe want to explain exactly what it means for you okay so to

be fully transparent with you I'm going to first go through what the UK

government has stated about leaving without a deal and what the impact is

going to be for businesses like yours and mine and then I'm going to go on and

give you what amazon have stated will be the outcome if Britain leaves without a

deal and then I'm going to give you exactly what I think this means for you

so that you get a wide spectrum of views on this and it's not simply just what I

have came up with myself so I'm going to jump onto my phone and explain to you

what the UK government has said about this topic and just on this the UK

government advises that an OTO brexit code result in a temporary period of

border disruption impacting the movement of goods between the UK and European

Union countries the UK government go on to state that this outcome is unlikely

so you see how no-one can be exactly clear what it's actually going to mean

if Britain goes out off the EU with no deal because this is the UK government

statement so if the UK government doesn't know exactly what its gonna mean

how is any of the people on the street like you and I going to know exactly

what I mean so I said I just give you that give you kind of the UK

government's view on at first then I'll go on now to give you what Amazon says

about this so amazon have said regardless of the outcome domestic FBA

fulfilment will remain unchanged inventory in UK fulfillment centers will

still be delivered to UK customers while inventory in Germany France Italy and

Spain will still be delivered to customers in Europe however if there is

disruption due to a No Deal brexit it may temporarily prevent cross-border

fulfillment through EF n that's the European fulfillment network and

inventory transfers through pad Europe may also be affected so again Amazon

have just gone on to kind of reassure sellers

that there won't be any change domestically but there may be changes

across Europe so if you're selling products in Europe this is where the

dregs are with No Deal will affect you and what I have done here is I've just

gone on to kind of summarize that for you so I'm gonna give you the few points

that you need to be aware of if you're selling products in Europe okay so I've

broken this down to three different types of Amazon FBA uk-based sellers and

the number one type of seller the most common type of seller is an Amazon FBA

UK seller that sends the products to the UK fulfillment centers and then get

their products sent on from there directly out to European countries this

means that your products are simply being fulfilled from UK warehouses and

yes sent directly to your customers anywhere around Europe and if this is

the case then a No Deal breaks it may affect fulfilment so what it may mean

for you know a temporary time after the No Deal breaks it is that you won't be

able to fulfill orders to European countries and this is simply because no

one knows what is going to happen in the case of no deal whether the borders are

going to close up whether Europe's going to deal with Britain you know no one

really knows the outcome yet so that is why if you feel fulfilling items from

the UK there is uncertainty around us whereas if you are a pan-european seller

this again won't affect you as much because you will be fulfilling orders

from the European fulfillment centers but you still may be slightly affected

if you are a pan-european seller and that is because what you do

if you're a pan-european seller is you saying your products to a uk-based

fulfillment center and then Amazon distribute your product from the UK base

fulfillment center around to the different European fulfillment centers

and again what may happen is the borders might close up for some time and Amazon

won't be able to send your products or they may experience delays in

sending your products to the various warehouses around Europe and the third

type of seller is seller that is enrolled in the multi country inventory

program or has you know seller central accounts setup and various Amazon

European marketplaces and if this is you then you simply won't be affected if

there is a No Deal because you will simply send your products from your

manufacturer straight to the different European fulfillment centers so again it

will be pretty much the same as what's going on now the only difference being

is if you manufacture your products in the UK there may be additional delays

getting your products from the UK to Europe but if you simply manufacture

your products in China send your products from your manufacturer in China

to the European fulfillment centers then there won't be any additional delays

than there are at this present time and things will pretty much be the same as

they are now and that's pretty much it I just wanted to give you a breakdown of

what it is that I know about it and how it's going to affect you if you sell

products on amazon FBA UK and in the EU so i hope that you have found this video

Text Toolbox for Adobe XD CC | New features v1.1 - Duration: 4:14.

Hi, and welcome to this overview of the new features of version 1.1 of my text toolbox

plugin for Adobe XD CC.

My name's Pablo Klaschka, I'm the developer, and without any further ado, let's take a

look at the changes.

The first thing you're going to notice when opening the new version is the updated UI.

I've redesigned the icons and overall optimized a few aspects to make the plugin easier and

a lot more intuitive to use.

Also, you'll notice that a new row of features has been added above the previous row.

This new row consists of three elements right now and corresponds to the numerical row of

your keyboard.

Let's take a look at the first new feature: "Replace text."

This feature lets you replace text in selected text layers.

This is extremely useful when you quickly have to replace a certain word in a lot of

layers.

Also, it has support for regular expressions, allowing for extremely complex replacements

like date formats and similar.

To demonstrate the feature, I'll quickly create a text layer – fill it with placeholder

text – and then select Replace text in the Text Toolbox commands dialog.

Now, I want to replace all instances of "Lorem ipsum" with "Hello world."

I'll write "Lorem Ipsum" into the search field.

Then, I'll write "Hello world" into the field labeled "Replace with."

By clicking "Replace text," as you can see, all instances of "Lorem Ipsum" will – as

intended – get replaced with "Hello world" in our text layer.

The next feature we'll take a look at is "Export text."

This lets you save a text report (as an HTML file) that contains all the texts of your

XD document, grouped by Artboards.

This is especially useful when you need to use your texts inside a Content Management

System or for handoff to a developer.

Upon clicking "Export text" (or pressing two inside the Text Toolbox commands dialog),

you'll get asked where you wish to save the HTML file.

After it's finished, you can open it in every regular web browser and see all the texts.

Also, you can easily copy texts to the clipboard by clicking them.

The last feature – Capitalize – is a bit smaller.

With it, you can convert your text into capital letters.

Just click on it or press the "three" key on your keyboard inside the Text Toolbox window

to do so.

While this feature isn't huge, it was heavily requested and therefore got included.

If, however, you need a bit more advanced functionality regarding changing case on your

text layers, I can recommend the "Change Case" plugin by Paolo Biagini – sorry if I pronounce

the name wrong – that allows for a bit more advanced functionality around changing the

casing of text.

Before anyone gets suspicious: I'm not affiliated with "Change case" or Paolo Biagini in any

way, I'm just a happy user of the plugin.
