Ellucian is partnering to power higher education - Duration: 3:16.

When we work with Ellucian, it's really

in the realm of integration and helping our products work

together.

When they're bringing technology solutions onto campus,

there's an expectation that those products

will make their lives easier and work together, not

make their implementation more difficult

and add additional work.

As customers are moving from on-premises deployments

to cloud deployments, there's conversations

around how do we take these solutions that we have

working successfully today on premises

and move them to the cloud.

And there's lots of parts and pieces

to working with an ERP solution and to moving that ERP solution

from the ground to the cloud.

And Softdocs has a couple of different components

that impact customers.

And we were able to work very successfully with the Ellucian

cloud team over the past year to be able to put together

architecture, plans, proof of concepts,

and then perform testing to ensure that when customers do

move, they're able to use our solutions together

in the same way they did before they transitioned to the cloud.

We've been building on a strategic partnership that

allows the two organizations to actually build

on top of what's being built as the Ethos platform.

As a co-partner now with Ellucian,

we've actually co-developed our APIs

to be able to integrate seamlessly

across Banner and Colleague.

So in terms of working with Ellucian and the higher eds

that Ellucian supports, we now can

offer AI to fundraisers to help them spend less

time in the details and the mundane, and more time

building relationships with supporters.

That will allow the Ellucian customers

that we help to raise more money and fulfill

their missions faster.

I think that Ellucian demonstrates over and over

that they care about the customers.

And that really helps to provide, if you will,

a competitive advantage.

Again, we can go in and have very strategic conversations

around spend management because of the relationship

that Ellucian has with the customers.

What we're most excited about partnering with Ellucian

is really the K through 20 continuum.

Right now we're providing a lot of services for the higher

education community.

But providing those services and expanding it

to any learner of any age of any grade of any size institution,

using technology today that didn't exist before,

using cloud services, leveraging that technology

to make it cost affordable so everybody can use it,

that's really exciting.

When we onboard a new customer, we

work very closely to make sure both companies, everyone

on the team, understands what that customer's goals are

and is working to deliver on those goals

as quickly as possible.

So truly all the way through the process with the customer,

we make sure everybody understands

what the customer is trying to achieve

and we work to help them achieve it as quickly as we can.

Our goal is to meet the clients exactly where they are,

so where their expertise and their time end,

we're able to couple with them to help give them confidence

in an overarching solution.

I would say it's agile.

It's reliability.

Transformational.

It's logical.

Opportunity.

Collaborative.

Valuable.

Impactful.
