Jim Carrey is known for starring in some of the biggest blockbuster comedies.

But what many may not realize is that he's also a proud father, and the funnyman has

proven he has a real soft spot for his daughter.

Here's everything you need to know about Jane Carrey.

Jim Carrey has had a slew of high-profile relationships with some of Hollywood's biggest

names, from Renée Zellweger to Jenny McCarthy.

But before he started stepping out with A-listers, he found his first love on the comedy circuit.

While doing stand-up at the Comedy Store in L.A., a then-unknown Carrey met aspiring actress

Melissa Womer, who was working as a waitress.

They tied the knot in 1987 and had Jane that same year, but when the comedian finally hit

it big with 1994's Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, Womer told The Daily Mail:

"[Jim] decided he wanted to enjoy success from the perspective of a single man."

The pair split in 1995, but by then, Carrey had already started dating his Dumb and Dumber

co-star, Lauren Holly, whom he married the following year.

Growing up, Jane spent most of her time with her mom, according to The Smoking Gun, but

when Jane turned 15, her mom tried to step up her daughter's lifestyle.

When Jim and Melissa initially split in 1995, Jane was just 7 years old and Jim reportedly

agreed to pay $10,000 in monthly child support.

But Jane's needs had apparently "increased significantly" as she got older.

According to court papers published by The Smoking Gun, Melissa wanted her daughter to

have a personal trainer, massages, and an annual ski trip, complete with a private ski

instructor.

That, along with personal security, a $200,000 home exercise studio, and horseback riding

lessons, according to the Houston Chronicle.

Jim's rep told the Chronicle that Jane's parents reached an agreement but declined to discuss

its terms.

When Season 11 of American Idol rolled though San Diego in 2012, judges Jennifer Lopez,

Steven Tyler, and Randy Jackson were treated to one particularly unexpected audition: Jane

Carrey's.

She said on the show,

"The last name definitely helps and hurts."

She continued,

"I feel like there's kind of like this pressure to be better because if I make it somewhere,

I run the risk of people saying, 'You only got there because of this.'"

The aspiring songstress belted out Bonnie Raitt's "Something to Talk About," and went

on to Hollywood, with Jackson proclaiming,

"I like you.

I like the voice.

I like the potential."

Following her audition, host Ryan Seacrest spoke via speakerphone to Jim Carrey, who

said of his daughter,

"She's so wonderful and amazing to me.

I can't wait for the world to understand what she has inside of her."

Jane was sent home the first night of Hollywood Week.

In 2009, a then 22-year-old Jane said "I do" to fellow musician Alex Santana.

At the time, Carrey tweeted:

"My Jane is a married woman.

Days ago her and my new son-in-law Alex got hitched.

The day was simply perfect… lots of love there."

And the newlyweds would hit another major milestone just a few months later…

In 2010, Jane and Santana welcomed their son, Jackson Riley Santana.

But the first-time mom told People she had some reservations when it came to gender,

explaining,

"…I never really got along with girls growing up.

I was a little afraid that if it was a girl that she would not like me, you know?

So I'm very happy about the boy."

But her marriage wasn't such a happy coupling…

Sadly, according to Us Weekly, the new mom filed for divorce in 2011.

Amidst the heartbreak, Jane reportedly traveled with her son to visit her dad on the set of

Mr. Popper's Penguins.

But it sounds like Jane's surrounding her son with all the love and support he can handle.

Jim told Access Hollywood,

"I'm the grandfather that wants to improve [Jackson] and stuff like that.

'Start reading to him right now!

While he's playing soccer!

He must be a super being!'"

Jane later went on to collab with her dad, singing two songs on Carrey's Dumb and Dumber

To, in 2014.

Carrey told Us Weekly of his daughter's tracks,

"They're beautiful.

It's all my talent, really.

We sang together in the car a lot.

But one day I heard her and I was like, 'Damn!'"

This Is What Hillary Clinton Eats In A Typical Day - Duration: 3:55.

Depending on who you ask, Hillary Rodham Clinton is either the most, or second-most, divisive

figure in contemporary U.S. politics.

And when she's not stirring up trouble or literally saving the world, again, depending

who you ask, this is what she eats.

Much of what Hillary eats comes down to the guidance of Dr. Mark Hyman, according to The

New York Times.

On the 30th wedding anniversary of Hillary and Bill, Hyman was hired by the Clintons

to help Bill start a new path after his quadruple bypass surgery.

Hyman has, in his tenure as an advisor to the Clintons, aided the family in their dietary

options and even offered counsel on wider topics such as childhood obesity in America.

Hyman, a family doctor from Idaho, has worked with people from across the social strata,

from world leaders and celebrities to the urban poor in North Carolina.

His ethos is one of "functional medicine," that is, treating chronic diseases through

major lifestyle changes, rather than prescribing traditional treatments and medicines.

It's a fair bet to assume that most of what appears on Hillary's plates has been influenced

by this man.

One of the many, many, many points of contention that stand between Hillary and Trump is their

contrasting views on the consumption of alcohol.

Whereas the current president allegedly never touches a drop, Hillary is not opposed to

drinking.

"And you had Chardonnay."

"California Chardonnay."

She appeared at bars and breweries during the campaign trail in 2016 and, when going

toe-to-toe with Obama in 2008, she and the future President attempted to woo blue-collar

voters by, essentially, embarking on a bar crawl against each other.

She seems to be a fan of wine, her grape of choice is Chardonnay and she admitted in her

tell-all memoir, What Happened, that she consoled herself post-election with Martha Stewart's

mac and cheese and a glass of red, while watching Gilmore Girls.

Life on the campaign trail isn't easy, and, when candidates aren't eating for the cameras

at planned stops and media appearances, they're often left little time to eat at all.

Hillary's book What Happened covers, among other things, her eating habits while out

on the road during the 2016 election.

Over the 600-odd days she spent trying to woo the country to her side, she'd eat well

done scrambled eggs for breakfast, she consumed food as healthy as possible on the plane,

and she kept a hefty supply of snacks by her side.

Snacks included goldfish crackers, KIND bars, and canned salmon.

She wrote,

"It's funny how much you look forward to the next meal when you're living out of a suitcase."

While her chief rival is famously quite the fan of McDonald's, Hillary's usual choice

of burger is along slightly healthier, more ethical lines.

According to Slate, Hillary told reporters in 2007 that the food she most recalls from

her origins in Illinois was the Oliveburger, a beef sirloin burger with a topping of chopped,

pimento-stuffed green olives, from a Greek coffee shop near her high school.

Nowadays, however, Hillary opts for Boca Burgers, a type of vegetarian burger made from soy

protein and wheat gluten.

One of Hillary's most well-known habits is her propensity towards hot food and chili

peppers.

"I love, love hot peppers."

She told People magazine that she began eating jalapenos on the '92 campaign trail and hasn't

stopped since.

And that's no exaggeration, since, according to The Washington Post, she actually eats

a hot pepper every single day.

She's got a collection of her own hot sauces and swears by their ability to keep the immune

system healthy.

"What's something that you always carry with you?"

"Hot sauce."

During the Clinton Administration, the White House stocked over 100 bottles of hot sauce

at any one time.

Perhaps as a carry-over from her love of all things spicy, it seems that Hillary is also

quite the fan of Indian food.

For her, it's a form of comfort: she ate a veritable feast of it after her testimony

during the 2015 Benghazi probe, and ate it frequently on the campaign trail in 2016.

The Clinton family has a few connections to India, and according to The Times of India,

Bill first learned to love Indian food at a fundraiser in Manhattan's Bombay Palace.

It stands to reason that Hillary, who herself has more than a few friends hailing from India's

high-flying business scene, began to savor it very shortly afterwards.

We'd guess that those curries aren't exactly going to be mild, either.

What is a Thread Lift?|HFE♪ - Duration: 10:21.

What is a Thread Lift?

With the passage of time, our skin loses firmness and elasticity.

To have a well defined face, you can opt for a thread lift.

The effects are instantaneous and it doesn't require anesthesia or hospitalization.

A thread lift is a "miracle" to end facial flabbiness, a problem that worries both women and men.

To have a well-defined face without signs of the passage of time, it's  important to know that it's not necessary to undergo costly and painful aesthetic surgeries.

After all, now you can opt for a thread lift.

In this article, we'll tell you more about it.

What to know about a thread lift.

Also known as tension threads or "magic threads," this face lift aims to rejuvenate the internal tissues of the skin by correcting flabbiness.

The procedure is quick, without incisions and with bio-compatible material.

That's why it's so popular.

Thread lifts started in Japan. Believe it or not, it came from the technique used to suture heart operations.

It doesn't cause any problems like allergies.

They use Polydioxanone material to perform the procedure.

Believe it or not, the use of threads to tighten or give a better look to the skin is not new.

However, it's true that techniques have been improving over time.

In the 80's, for example, the "gold threads"were used.

However, the main problem with this technique was that the material caused adverse reactions.

For example, many experienced irregularity in the dermal tissue, hardening in the treated area, etc.

On the other hand, thread lifts manage to return the firmness of the face and neck through a kind of mesh-like fabric where threads are interlocked.

This "mask" is then placed on the skin to hold the facial tissue.

How is a thread lift applied?.

First of all, the technique is 100% personalized.

Thus, they perform it keeping in mind the needs of each patient such as age, facial stuture and degree of flaccidity.

Approximately 10 to 20 threads are inserted with a needle-thin cannula through the subcutaneous tissue.

When they remove them, the thread stretches by itself.

The result is more elastic and youthful skin.

One of the main advantages of a thread lift is that there are very few cases of allergies or rejections.

In turn, the threads are not visible and require little maintenance.

Many call polydioxanone (PDO) threads "magical." After all, they have the ability to form support tissue naturally.

Meanwhile, they also help in the formation of fibroblasts and collagen around them to tighten and re-densify the skin.

The results of this technique are progressive and quite natural.

You can notice the first choices after the third week and improve up to 3 months after the application.

The session to implant the tensor threads lasts approximately 30 minutes.

You must repeat it after 6 months.

The side effects of this beauty treatment are:.

Redness at the insertion points.

Bruising if a capillary breaks.

Passing pain (disappears within 2 to 6 days).

Mild edema.

A thread lift is appropriate for people starting at the age of 35.  It's good for both men and women who wish to repair, prevent or improve facial sagging.

You can also combine it with other treatments, such as mesotherapy, radio frequency or plasma application.

However, it's worth noting that this treatment is not recommended in people who have excessive flaccidity due to advanced age or those who want to solve skin sagging that comes from obesity or a large weight loss.

Advantages and disadvantages of thread lifts.

The main uses of the tension threads are:.

Elevation of  the cheeks, Elimination of wrinkles around the eyes, Neck reaffirmation, Reduction of the "double chin," Improvement of naso-labial folds.

You can also use thread lifts for treatments in other parts of the body(buttocks, abdomen, breasts, arms, etc.

Among the advantages of this treatment we highlight:.

Immediate effects and no changes in facial expression.

It doesn't require anesthesia, hospitalization or special preparation.

The threads are not visible, offering a more natural result.

There are no scars or bleeding. Plus, you can combine the treatment with other techniques.

The material used is biological and does not produce allergies or rejections (and are naturally reabsorbed).

It's a quick treatment and can be applied as many times as necessary.

On the other hand, there are also some disadvantages of thread lifting:.

Bruising, swelling or slight infection may occur in some patients.

If the person who does the procedure has no experience, it can cause asymmetries in the face.

The results are not permanent and they disappear progressively if they are not maintained. After 12 months, there are no traces of the threads if you do not get another application.

In a very low percentage, a tensioner thread can break and cause health risks.

Blind Man's Sight is Restored in Epic Miracle! (Nick: Part 3) - Duration: 5:08.

I'm Nick and this is my true story I don't remember a time in my life where I

was like given the gift of healing I just read the Bible and it said you will

pray for people and they'll get healed and I said okay I'll pray for people and

you know it wasn't like very first thing oh they're getting healed like I've been

praying for people who weren't healed for like three years before I've seen anybody get

healed which was like kind of a battle for me because I'm like why isn't this

happening but just this past year honestly is when I started seeing that

breakthrough you know so there's a lot of battling and faith that goes into it

but I can't deny that it happened or has happened but what the Bible says right

there's this one guy kind of the same context we were in a church different

Church than the other lady and instead of us going out to the people that

raised their hands we just got and I think there's 12 of us or we gotten 12

people in each person a translator and whoever had pain or emotional torment or

whatever it was needed healing for that would come up line up and in front of

all of us and then we would just go through and pray for whoever's

in front of

us and this one guy came up and he was completely blind in his right eye and he

had glasses so his left eye wasn't any better

because he had glasses obviously but I remember just putting up three fingers I

just held three fingers in front of his face like this and then I'd have him

cover his his left eye the whole time he I asked him if he could see it and he

was like no I can't see anything I can see like a little white dot in the

middle of my vision but everything around that is just black and from there

I was like okay well let's pray first couple times that we were praying it was

still like well nothing's really happening I raised me fingers up again

and he would said no I don't know how many fingers you're holding up looks like two,

maybe four and I was like holding up like one. I was like, okay you

really can't see dude so you know I just kept praying and that that went along

for about 20 minutes the first five

ten minutes we're like all right kind of getting discouraged like there's nothing

happening and it kinda sucks and then God just like little by little you know

just like getting this little tiny bit breakthrough and at first it was like

moving from six inches away to a foot away and by the end of it I was about 25

20 25 feet away from him and he was just like like how many fingers am I holding up?

He's just like, "Two!" Yeah, it was tight I was like dang this is awesome yeah so that

was really cool like God kind of repairing his vision enough to where he

could see from 6 inches to 20 feet away I was like that's wild

and it was funny because just that night I was talking to my friend before that

and I was like, man I just want to see like an awesome miracle like a big miracle and

she like just prayed over me and she was just like, God we just pray that he

can he can see someone that's blind see tonight you know and it was like whoa

all right God like listens to our prayers it's just like so that was like really

personally it was just like really touching to me because it was like man

God hears me listens to me and says son here you go

you know it's nothing crazy but there's a little miracle for you
