Waching daily Nov 2 2018

so this company called UFOVPN reached out to me and they said hey tech doctor

can you please review our brand-new VPN service now this service will be

officially launched sometime in November and it will be a premium service costing

about $9 per month and for that you'll get access to over 200 VPN

servers all over the world now in exchange for me doing this review they

promised me that they will give me 1500 premium accounts for my loyal

subscribers that's you guys so in this video today I'll be doing a review of

this VPN how to install it we'll double-check the privacy policy we'll go

with some of the settings what else you do a speed test we'll make sure that we

do get a brand new IP address when using a service and most importantly I'll show

you exactly what you need to do to get a full premium account on this service one

hundred percent free so with all of that being said let's get started

so I'm doing a demonstration on the second-generation fire stick with Alexa

but this application has dedicated apps for iPhones and also normal Android

devices now if your device like a forester cannot access the Play Store we

need to get the apk a different way and the way we do that is if you use an

application like downloader and let's navigate to this URL which is HTTP colon

slash four slash bit to ly four slash UFO VPN 2019 let's type that in and

click on go when you get to this page click on the green download button now

if you get any kind of message telling you that you need to disable your pop-up

blocker all you need to do is press the contacts key on your remote the one with

the three lines and just select the option to disable JavaScript because in

certain scenarios you make it the error telling you to disable your pop-up

blocker but if we just disable your JavaScript and reload the page you build

access to start button without any problems

let's click on that and this will begin the download of the apk key when you see

this message press down a few times and then press write to install lucky when

you see this message let's click on done this will take us back in to download

down we can now delete here BK just here some of that space back so let's click

on delete and click on delete again now let's press the HOME key and let's now

start up this new VPN now on five six and five TV devices you will have to use

the mouse toggle just to make the connection to the VPN but as soon as

you're connected you can minimize at the application and Karen with your normal

stuff so the mouse talk is just needed for the initial connection

so let's now bring up the virtual mouse by double pressing the play button

there's a virtual mouse there now I've already logged into this and the way you

know you have a premium account is if you could hamburger menu in the top left

ok so I should have logged in slimmies logins that now so click on sign in ok

so I've just typed in my credentials there's now click on sign in now we can

seen on the top left that this is actually a full premium account on this

VPN service and and once again goes at the end of this I'll show you how you

can also get your own premium account with this VPN service ok

so now that we've logged in let's go back to the main screen now one great

thing about privacy hey guys is is when you do get your premium account just

like when I got mine the only information that they ask from you is

just your email address and you create a password so in terms of getting your

personal details like your name or your address or your you know your bank

details your card details knowing that information is actually required all

they require is just an email address and a password so in that way because

you're not really giving out your personal details and in fact you could

actually create a brand new email address just to register for this VPN so

in that way you could feel a bit safer because you're not really passing out

your personal details to anybody okay so let's now click on choose location and

let us see how many servers we have to connect to okay so we've got servers in

United States and actually you click on that we'll see there are multiple

servers in the United States for us to connect to let's go further down then

you go Canada Germany UK Netherlands Russia Ireland France Japan Australia

India Singapore Hong Kong South Korea and then finally Israel so so you do

have quite a few different countries or different areas for you to connect to

and most of these do actually have a couple of options in them

let me just scroll back up I just remember to scroll down or scroll back

up using the mouse toggle you press the Ford key to scroll down and you press

the options key or the contacts he'd one of the three lines to scroll back up

okay so protests let me now connect to a UK VPN server we can then see what my IP

addresses and then we can then connect to another server in another country and

now IP address should then change okay we can see that's now connected we can

now press the HOME key on the remote let's now open up a browser like silk

let's check our IP address so the website a normally used for IP checking

is IP location dotnet which I should have saved over here okay here we go

okay we can see my IP address here begins with 139 and ends in 69 and

scrolling further down this confirms that this IP address is an IP address

based in the UK actually just to confirm so if you were to use a website that

requires connectivity from a USA based IP address like Zuma TV or to B TV in

theory they shouldn't work so let us try those now

let's try yet-to-be tv.com now we can see that this is not gonna work for me

because it requires you to have an IP address from the USA and I'm currently

using an IP address from UK so that's also not gonna work so it's now minimize

out of this let's go back to our VPN and let's now choose a server in United

States so once again let's bring up the virtual mouse and we can now click on

this to disconnect let's go back to choose location and it's time let's

choose a server in let's go for New York

no because that's connected pretty much straight away let's now press the HOME

key and let's go back to our browser let's now refresh this page and there we

have it guys we can now confirm that because our VPN has allocated us an IP

address based in United States or New York we can now access his website

without any problems in fact let's double check my IP address let's go back

to I P location tour now and we can see I have a brand new IP address beginning

with 104 and ending in 197 and the location is in fact New Jersey so in

terms of the VPN giving us new IP addresses we can definitely confirm

that's working correctly and now because of the new IP address we can now access

geo restricted sites like to be TV or like zoom I don't know and access

content I would have normally been blocked for us so when I run the speed

test with the VPN running I consistently go around about 18 or 19 Meg which I

thought was actually quite slow because normally my normal speed without a VPN

is about 70 Meg now reached out to the company asking them that you know why

the speeds are slow is this normal and funny enough that she said to me yes so

what they've done is because they're a new company and they're still building

out the infrastructure instead of just giving everybody a limited bandwidth

which is gonna cause problems because they just don't have the capacity to

handle that many users with unlimited bandwidth the Russia / cap of 20 Meg on

all accounts now 20 mega solve is more than enough for you know video streaming

I mean a specifically HD streaming to streaming HD movie as long as you have

about 10 mega so that's more than enough so giving every 20 Meg means that they

can do all the streaming that they want with the privacy

with the protection and allows the company to scale up their infrastructure

and network without affecting everybody else so that way I can understand the

logic behind there and they promise that within a month or so they'll be

increasing I cap to a teammate which would be more than enough everybody and

I'm really looking forward to those changes let's just do one more speed

test now we can see once again that the speed is consistent so downstream on

getting around about 18 Meg enough streams around about 15 to 20 Meg's so

we can see that we are just under the cap of 20 Meg that they've said now I

did take a quick look at their privacy policy and we can see it says that a UFO

VPN does not and will not collect or store traffic data DNS queries browsing

history or VPN connection destination but to be honest guys because we know

actually entering in any personal details other than the email address and

once again if you want to you can create a brand new email address that you can

use to register for the premium account so really you know giving up any

personal information anyway but still we can't just see that they say that

they're not going to collect or store your traffic data definitely not your

DNS queries or your browser history and even your VPN connection destination is

not going to be stored so and that way you can't feel a bit more confidence

when using a service because a didn't have any information of the new email

address about you anyway and secondly in a privacy policy they're saying they're

not gonna store or log any data so really it is positive on both fronts so

in summary guys I said this VPN does have a lot of potential I like the fact

that we do have the native choice both for iOS and for Android it would have

been nice if there was a native client for fire sticks but that is something

that the development teams can work on I like the fact that with the premium

account of course you have northwards on top of that you get access to all the

servers globally and I believe that once the service does go fully live there

will be over 200 servers 200 VPN servers all over the world for you to connect to

now with the speed thing as mentioned you are capped at 20 Meg just while

they're building out the infrastructure but again 20 Meg is more than enough to

do HD streaming and if you've never used a VPN before you can now use this VPN

and get the privacy get the protection and still have enough bandwidth to

stream HD content so in that way guys it really is a win-win situation but the

question is how do you actually get a premium account on this service so the

1,500 account score is off of my subscribers only so if you're not

subscribe our click on link in the description and

to this page here here you can see you an option to click on subscribe' let's

click on that now this will then take you to YouTube where you can click on

subscribe again and this will now make your subscriber now when you go back to

the same page again we can see that this is greater which means it knows that

you're a subscriber then all we need to do then is just wait for 10 seconds as

soon as it detects that you're a subscriber you will then get you a

special code that you can use to get a full premium account on this VPN service

and everything you see here is the special link here let's click on that

now and here we have it guys we can now enter in our email address and password

this will then send you an activation link and your VPN account will then

become fully activated and fully premium so enter in your email enter in your

password click on the activation link and you're all good to go and that's all

for this video guys many thanks for watching I know lots of you don't have a

VPN because you don't want to spend any money on it so this could be a great way

to get a premium VPN and for the people that already have a VPN like ipvanish

renaud VPN this could be a great backup that you could use 100% freeze so do let

me know you like it leave me a comment below and i'll hopefully catch up with

you guys real soon thanks

Desserts for Tailgate Party - Duration: 1:25.

DESSERT. HOW DO WE SEE THAT AT A TAILGATE PARTY?

ALL FOODS FIT. EVERY PERSON OUT THERE, THEY HAVE TO KNOW HOW THEY DEAL WITH

DESSERTS. ITS FREQUENCY AND ITS PORTIONS. I WILL TALK ABOUT IT MORE IN THE

NEXT SEGMENT, BUT IT COMES BACK TO PORTION AND THE AWARENESS OF DID YOU HAVE A COMPLETE

AMOUNT AND ALSO LOOKING AT INCLUSION VERSUS EXCLUSION. SOMETIMES WHEN WE ELIMINATE A

FOOD LIKE A DESSERT THAT WE LIKE, WE TEND TO OVEREAT. HOW CAN YOU FIND TO FIT THEM IN

IN A HEALTHY WAY AS OPPOSED TO SAY NEVER GOING TO HAVE HIM AND

YOU JUST GO OVERBOARD. MAYBE EVEN LIKE A ROASTED FRUIT KEBAB? ABSOLUTELY.

WE WILL TALK ABOUT HOW THIS MEAL STACKS UP A LITTLE BIT, BUT THE PART THAT I PLAYED INTO WHEN I

WAS PLAYING THIS, IT COMES BACK TO HAVING THE HELP OF KNOWING WHO IS BRINGING WHAT TO THE

PARTY SO THAT YOU DON'T JUST HAVE A WHOLE DESERT THEIR.

SOMETIMES YOU CAN HAVE A SMALLER SAMPLE OF THINGS, I AM TAKING PORTIONS FOR AN EXACT REASON.

The College for Congregational Development: Madeline Feeley - Duration: 6:23.

- My name is Alissa Newton.

I am the Canon for Congregation Development

for the Diocese of Olympia, and the director

of our College for Congregational Development.

It's a program for clergy and lay leaders

that helps teams from congregations learn how systems work.

How churches work.

All for the purpose of helping our churches

become more faithful, more healthy,

and more effective in their role

as becoming local expressions of the body of Christ.

- My name is Phil Brochard,

and I serve as the Rector of All Souls Parish in Berkeley.

When we first started bringing people to the college

it became clear to everybody that the same skills

you need to thrive in a Christian community,

are what help you flourish as a human being.

- It doesn't just make better parishioners out of people,

it helps people be better people.

More skillful, and intentional,

and aware, in their everyday lives.

- [Phil] It helps you become the parent

that you're hoping to be with your kids, the sibling.

- To become better partners and spouses.

And also, in their professional lives.

To be better dentists, or teachers, or therapists.

- There are tools at the college that can help you

defuse a conflictual situation with your kid,

or help you negotiate a difficult relationship

with a coworker, or your boss, or an employee.

- Everything from how to facilitate

and design a great meeting,

to how to understand the purpose of what church is for,

to interpersonal dynamics and organizational systems.

- What it is, is a compilation of practices,

and models, and frameworks, and stances

that help you understand what it means to be human,

what it means to be human with other people,

and specifically what it means to follow Jesus

in a way that brings life to other people.

So there's a parishioner here at All Souls,

and she has worked as a teacher

at a continuation high school,

and went through the college in this last year,

and has found it to be something that has been helpful.

Not only in her life here at All Souls

and at home, but in the work she does.

- I'm Madeline Feeley.

I teach 10th and 12th grade curriculum.

It's alternative ed.

It's a small school meant for kids

to put themselves back together.

I was asked to attend CCD,

and I wasn't really sure what I was getting into.

I think I was hoping to gain some leadership skills,

and hoping to connect with some other Episcopalians.

I had heard really good things from the people

who had attended and come back to our church.

And I was kind of looking for a way

to look at church differently.

The first year was the facilitation skills.

Which was wonderful.

I do a lot of that in my work everyday teaching.

And then, also, we talked about a lot of change models.

Organization development.

The models are good for looking at your spiritual life.

For your home life.

Understanding those people that

you're dealing with everyday.

I'm kind of drawn to that Meyers-Briggs stuff

because I work with people everyday,

and they're all really different and interesting.

Every kid comes in with, you know,

their own little personality.

So it's helped me to kind of appreciate,

you know, the spectrum of people,

or even dealing with my own kids.

You know, realizing that I have three kids

and each of them is very different.

The conflict management stuff that goes

with the Meyers-Briggs, enabled me to see some conflicts

I've had with my students in a new light.

Like, oh that's why they were reacting that way,

and what I said maybe set them off.

And so, if I could approach it in a different way

then we could probably come to a peaceful resolution.

The Benedictine thing has helped me to become more grounded.

I just really love the idea of conversion,

and then always coming back to stability.

In order to function well here,

I need to be pretty stable for the kids,

because they're going through a lot.

It has helped me to be a better listener.

I feel like I could run a meeting better.

I did an appreciative inquiry process

before I went to CCD, and looking back I thought,

oh, if I had those tools,

I probably could have run it a lot better.

Even things like the life cycle of something.

You know, if you're thinking about leaving your job,

or if you're thinking about some other big change

you're gonna make in your home.

I think it's really applicable in all areas.

I'm looking forward to using it in years to come.

- We develop churches by developing people.

- This isn't simply about how a congregation can thrive.

- Lay people tell me, This is the best training

for my professional life that I have ever been to."

- This is about how you as a person

can be a force for life and abundance.

- This program will give you skills

that will help you be more self aware and more intentional.

You'll learn more about who you are,

and you'll be able to interact

with your world more skillfully.

- The college really allows you to practice skills.

- Most people are interested, they've seen the benefits.

- I would say go for it.

Being in Christian Community is wonderful.

Being out of your church,

but being able to talk about your church with other people

is just incredibly enlightening.

- This is about how we live our lives.

That is pretty compelling.

- If any of this sounds interesting to you,

we'd love to see you

at the College for Congregational Development.

Try This For Your Next Mastermind - Duration: 1:19.

James Schramko here with an idea for your next mastermind. Something I did

recently was hold a live aboard mastermind on a boat in the Maldives. I

had 10 guests plus me, and over a week we were able to really get into the group

dynamics of things. Of course, when people come together, that's the forming of the

group, and then there's a little bit of sorting out who's who and getting to

know each other. And then we get into performance mode, where we were able to

really get a lot of cross-pollination of ideas. A boat was good, a big boat over a

hundred feet, because you can still hide away in a corner if you want and go up

to a higher deck or go down to your cabin or stay in the lounge or put on

some headphones, or you can just sit and casually chat to someone. So the good

idea around a mastermind like this is that you get the right people in the

environment, and then you basically cross-pollinate ideas. And what you'll

find is by the end of a week, you have pretty much got everything that you can

from each of the members according to their specialties. So consider that for

your next mastermind, hold it in a smallish environment but get the right

people, that's absolutely critical.
