what is the best gym workout for weight loss in this video I'm gonna show you

the exact routine that you can do in your own gym without having to do any

boring cardio let's do this

synergise your life with my weekly tips and tricks that will help you

supercharge your body your lifestyle and your mindset if you're new to the

channel consider subscribing hit the button below and you'll get

notifications each time I upload a new video how is it some people can lose

between twenty and a hundred pounds in just a few months without doing any

boring cardio in this video I'm gonna show you how exactly how you can lose

weight by lifting weights and not going near a treadmill no I have done this

myself I lost 60 pounds in nine months by weight training and I didn't do any

cardio whatsoever I just trained three times a week using this style of program

where you work the upper and lower body in the same session for 30 minutes at a

time weightlifting is far superior for losing weight versus counting the reason

being is you actually do damage to the muscles and when you do damage to the

muscles during the weight training session your body then has to repair it

and it will take between two and three days after weight training sessions burn

more calories because it's doing this repair process and it will last for up

to 48 hours whereas with cardio you only burn calories whilst you're actually

doing the cardio so it could be supper bike it could be on a treadmill or

lacrosse trainer and you aren't actually burning a few calories while such

they're doing the activity well as with weights you're burning calories through

a couple of days here's my tip you want to be doing at least three weight

training sessions a week it doesn't have to be complicated and in this video I'm

going to show you a real simple Workout routine but you can do in your own gym

without any hassle whatsoever so let's get to it

that was a basic fat loss program for anyone who wants to get lean fit and

healthy once to drop weight wants to lose body fat it's a very good program

because it works the lower body and the upper body on the same day so you get

this kind of peripheral heart flow which means that your raises your heart rate

it makes you sweat quite profusely you can actually burn a lot more calories

especially after the training program for up to 48 hours what I like about it

is it's a very simple program there's nothing complicated you don't really

need anything like barbells or anything you just need some dumbbells a couple of

machines and in the gym and all you would do is depending on how busy your

gym is you might have to just do one exercise at a time but if you can do it

as pairs as I've designed it you'll get much more benefit but you do the leg

press straight into the pulldown you do this for three rounds you leg curl

straight into the incline press and you do that for three rounds and its a really

good program that we use it in Synergise here for someone who's just

starting off their weight loss journey and needs weight training and if you

have any comments or questions please put in the link below please like and

share this video hit subscribe hit the bell button and you'll get notifications

First Steps in After Effects for Premiere Pro Users - Part 2 (Tutorial) - Duration: 9:36.

Hello, this is Eric D. Kirk for mamoworld.com and welcome to the second part of this tutorial series

were I want to help Premiere Pro users to do their first steps in Adobe After Effects.

Today we are going to create the following lower third and I will show you the entire

process from start to finish - even including the sound effects.

We start in Premiere Pro by right-clicking on our footage and replacing

the clip with an After Effects composition.

In After Effects, we use the text tool to create our text layers.

First we create the text "Okavango Delta", choose an orange color, the font "Gotham

Bold" and a font size of 106 pixels.

Then we create a second text "Botswana, Africa", with a white color, the font "Gotham

Light" and a font size of 70.

As a third design element, we now create a simple square shape with the Rectangle Tool.

Before we create the rectangle, we need to make sure that no layer is selected.

Because if we had a layer selected, the rectangle tool would create a mask on this layer, to

crop it.

But if no layer is selected, the Rectangle tool creates a shape layer instead.

We click and drag in the viewer to create the rectangle.

If you hold the shift key pressed while doing this, the rectangle snaps to a perfect square.

If you want to change or animate the size of the rectangle later, in the contents of

the new shape layer you find here the size property of the the rectangle.

Let's set it to 50.

You also have properties to control the stroke and fill of the rectangle.

But if the shape layer is selected, you can adjust this more conveniently here in the

toolbar at the top.

To place our layers accurately, we enable the "Title/Action Save" guide here at

the bottom of the viewer.

Now I zoom in by simply moving my mouse wheel.

Alternatively, like in Premiere, you can also choose a zoom level here in this dropdown

below the viewer.

If you keep the space bar pressed, the curser turns into this hand tool that allows me to

move around to see exactly the area I want.

Now let's place the rectangle exactly here in the corner of our guides and place the

"Botswana" text next to it and the Okavango Delta text above it.

Here is a little design tip: Usually it looks very good if the distances and sizes of all

elements in your design are based on common measurements.

So the distance between the rectangle and the text should be something like exactly

half the size of the rectangle or exactly a third of it.

To do this, lets create a little helper rectangle.

We select the rectangle layer and choose Edit->Duplicate (or the keyboard shortcut Command or Control-D).

Now in the duplicate we go to the size of the rectangle path and set it to 25, such

that it is exactly half the size of the other rectangle.

The idea is that we use this rectangle as a ruler.

So we can place the other texts exactly such that this helper rectangle fits in the space

between the texts and the original rectangle.

Now the distance between the text and the rectangle is exactly half of the height of

the box.

If we duplicate the helper rectangle two more times you can see that I actually also have

chosen the font size of the main text such that it is exactly three rectangles high.

In other words, all sizes and distances in the design are multiples of a common base

size.

As a result, the layout looks very pleasing and balanced.

If you find it a bit tedious to work with those helper rectangles, just check out

our extension "GridGuide for After Effects" which can automate these kinds of layout tasks.

Now we delete the helper rectangles and start animating.

We reveal the position of both text layers which you find here in the Transform section.

To save a little bit of space, you can also select the layers and use the keyboard shortcut

"p" which will only reveal the position and hide all other transform properties.

The same also works with "r" for rotation, "s" for scale and "t" for transparency

or opacity.

We move the current time indicator now to the time where the text should reach its final

position - say here at about one second.

Then we click the stopwatch to create a keyframe on both texts.

Now we move to where the animation should start and drag the "Okavango delta" text

to the left and the "Botswana" text to the right.

If you hold the shift key pressed while doing this, the movement is limited to a single

direction such that it is moving to the side accurately and not moving a few pixels up

or down.

Now let's improve this animation with what is called "matte layers".

Matte layers can clip the visibility of a layer similar to masks, but while masks are

moving with a layer when it is animated, mattes live on their own layer and hence

do not move with it.

You can use any layer is a matte layer - usually you want to use shape layers.

So let's use the rectangle tool - and again make sure that no layer is selected, because

this would create a mask on the selected layer instead of creating a shape layer.

We draw a rectangle around the "Okavango Delta" text, move the layer directly above

the "Okavango Delta" text layer and in the text layer choose as "Track Matte"

"Alpha Matte".

If you cannot see the "Track Matte" dropdown in your user interface, you can toggle its

visibly with this icon here in the bottom left corner.

As you can see, the shape layer has now become invisible and this is because when setting

it as a track matte, After Effects disables its visibility with the eyeball icon here.

If you select the layer, you can still see its bounding box.

If we now move the playhead you can see that the text disappears at the boundaries of the

matte layer.

If we move the matte layer, the visibility of the text changes accordingly.

So let's position the matte such that the text appear exactly at this guide line here.

Now for the second text we also create a matte layer.

Let me show you a second variant here and draw a shape layer around the area where the

text should NOT be visible.

Again, we move it directly above the text layer, but this time, as track matte type

we choose "Alpha Inverted Matte" instead of "alpha".

As you can see, now the text is not visible in the area covered by the matte layer.

Now this animation looks ok but still a bit boring and mechanical.

You could spend a lot of time now tweaking the timing and ease of the animation with

different keyframe types but instead I want to use our extension Squash & Stretch Pro

for this.

So let's delete the keyframes of our animation again and use some behavior from the Broadcast

Bundle instead.

This bundle has an entire section "Matte Moves" which contains behaviors that have

been designed exactly for this purpose: To let layers appear or disappear behind matte layers.

They all look similar but vary in their speed, easing and how they deform the layer.

Let's use the "Appear Thrown 3 Normal".

We click on the rotate icon here several times until it moves in the direction we need.

Then we click on the work area button which sets the work area to the duration of the

behavior such that we know that when it should start at the beginning of the composition

it will end here.

We move the current time indicator to this end point and make sure "Timing" is set

to "End of Behavior" since this position should be the end and not

the start of the animation.

Then we make sure the layer is selected and apply the behavior.

We don't want to split the layer into individual characters this time, since it should animate

and deform as one single block - in general I recommend you experiment with both alternatives

and see which looks better.

Now we rotate the behavior again as needed and apply it to the second text.

Let's also choose a sound effect this time - let's use the "Friction High".

When we apply the behavior, now also some additional layers for the sound effects have

been created.

Finally, let's animate the rectangle, this time using the "Rotate Scale in 1 Fast" behavior.

This animation should end about here where the text reached its final location.

So with Timing "End of Behavior" we apply it to the shape layer.

Now everything animates in nicely, so next we add an animation at the end to let everything

disappear again.

For the texts we choose the matte move "Disappear Thrown 3 Normal", rotate as needed and go

to the time where the out-animation should start.

This time, we go to the start of the animation because the current position of the text should

be the start point and not the end point of this animation.

Therefore, we also ensure that the Timing option is set to "Start of Behavior".

We apply it to the first text, rotate as needed and apply it to the second text, this time

again with an abstract sound effect.

Finally, we apply the "Rotate Scale out 1 Fast" behavior to the rectangle.

And this is the final result.

If we go back to Premiere Pro, you will notice that the sound effects are missing.

This is because Premiere has only replaced the video clip by the After Effects composition

but not the audio clip.

To fix this, we right-click on the video clip and choose "reveal in project" to see

the corresponding item in the project panel.

Now we can simply drag it into the sequence a second time and this time it comes in with

both video and audio.

That's it for today.

In the next part of this tutorial series we are going to take a look at another lower

third with a different style.

DIY Homemade De-tan Soap For Glowing Skin | Glamrs Skin Care - Duration: 4:00.

Summer brings with itself a lot of skin issues

and the most common one being the stubborn

tan that just refuses to go.

Hi I'm Manissha from Cape Of Good Soap and today,

I'm going to show you how you make a de-tan soap

which is really simple but highly effective.

We will follow a very simple & safe method

of making this soap called the Melt & Pour method

To make the soap, we will need

White soap base & Transparent soap base

Soap Bases are plain pre-made bases without any additives.

These are easy to use and save you from handling caustic soda.

Make sure you get one which is paraben & sulphate free,

and they are easily available online

You can use any clay like

Bentonite Clay, Dead sea clay or even Multani Mitti.

It unclogs the skin pores, controls oil formation,

gently exfoliates, adds glow

and it makes the skin softer too.

I'm going to use Bentonite clay,

which you can easily find online or at any beauty store

Poppy Seeds

Also known as khus khus

it acts as a natural exfoliator,

and is super gentle on the skin

due to its fine round granules.

Papaya Essential Oil

It impart some glow post usage of the product.

You can use lavender, rose or peppermint essential oil too,

to restore, calm and soothe sun damaged skin.

Liquid food colour

To give this soap a beautiful colour

Rubbing alcohol also known as Isopropyl alcohol

It is required to fuse layers, give the soap a neater finish

and to remove the bubbles.

A pretty mould

to give a beautiful shape to our soap.

And some microwave safe containers

We'll make a soap with two sides, both having the respective benefits,

where one side will act as a gentle scrubber having poppyseeds

and the other side will provide softening as it will have clay.

To make the exfoliating side,

the first step is to take a microwave safe container

You need to cut the transparent soap base into small even chunks,

and melt it in the microwave giving it 30 second heat burst.

Once melted, I'm going to add a few drops of orange food colour

about 8 drops of Papaya essential oil,

and a tsp full of poppy seeds.

Mix them all and pour them into the mold only half way.

Spray rubbing alcohol to remove any bubbles.

Let it set for some time till the layer thickens.

Now, moving onto the next side the soft one,

take another container

and melt some white soap base

following the same process as mentioned before.

Once it's melted, we need to add 1 tsp of the clay

and a few drops of papaya essential oil.

Mix them all

Now take the exfoliating soap mold

and check if it is set,

then go ahead and spray some rubbing alcohol over it

Pour the hot soap solution that we made carefully over the scrubby mold

and let it set in for a couple of hours.

Unmould it and you have your two sided soap ready!

This soap was super easy to make, wasn't it!

And the ingredients are easily available too!

All you need to do is just understand your skin and know what it requires.

Stay tuned for more such videos in this series on De-Tanning skin care products

that you can make yourself.

Also let me know if you want to see more DIY soap videos.

Until next time stay tuned and Stay Glamrs,

My 8 best tips for recovery after a serious injury - Duration: 8:20.

Hi! This is Ida

I'm back again. This time in English

with my 8 best tips for a quicker recovery

if you've had an injury.

I'm talking about that, because I did have an injury

A couple of weeks ago I fell down from my roof

and broke my back.

And I needed some serious help to recover quick

so that's what I'm going to share with you

-a couple of tips about what you can do

Send me some likes or tag and share

if you know somebody whou could be interested

in this topic

and also pls. write where you're watching from

My 8 best tips:

The first one is REST.

Those of you, who know me, will know

that that's a little difficult sometimes

But it's really really important, because your body

is working overtime, so you need rest

And in connection with that

Tip nr. 2 is: GET SLEEP.

Sufficient sleep is essential. And by that I mean

7 hours or more.

That's actually where you recover

where you're body is healing. That's at night

So giving yourself a chance to get sufficient sleep

is really important as well.

HEALTHY FATS is tip nr. 3

There is 3 different important types of fatty acids

The first one being saturated fats

Most of us do get enough of that

Unless you're a vegan, you'll get it from animal fats

and dairy products

If you're a vegan another very good source is coconut oil

so most of us will get enough of that.

But monounsaturated fats

are equally important now.

So get yourself a good quality olive oil

and take 2 - 3 tsp. a day

That would be a very good tip

And then, very important is polyunsaturated fats

Essential fatty acids, Omega 3'

are really important

Omega 6' we get enough most of us

with our diets

but the Omega 3 you'll need

Lots of people get it from fish oil

which is fine - you'll get what you need

EPA and DHA

but the problem is we're kind of polluting our seas

so the fish you get or the oil you get from the fish

is not really clean

So I would recommend: get a algae oil

non-marine algae oil

so it's produced in a safe environment

because that's totally clean

there's no heavy metals or any pollution in it

so I would recommend that

The 4th tip is CURCUMIN /TURMERIC

it's a serious antioxidant

so this is also very much about helping your body

keeping down inflammation

so the Omega 3 is important here

but the Curcumin as well is important.

I would say 3-400 mg's 2 or 3 times a day.

And equally important is Vitamin C

which is also a very potent antioxidant

1 g or more 2 -3 times a day

is also equally important

Keeping down your inflammation will help you

heal much faster

Then, if you have an injury like this one

-mine is bone but it could be muscles or anything else

you need extras protein.

And I'd recommend find yourself a good clean source

of whey and you need Collagen as well

And supplement with that 2 -3 times a day

Again, it's so important to keep inflammation down

and the older you get the more difficult it becomes

to keep it down

so I'm helping myself using light therapy

in the form of patches

They work like acupunture, but the amazing thing is

that I apply them so I keep treating myself 24/7

There is two types of these patches I've been using

they're from LifeWave. The one is called Aeon

and that seriously keeps down inflammation

The other one is called Carnosine

which is an antioxidant that is present

especially in our bones and muscles

What is does is it stimulates to cell division

and when you heal you obviously need that

cell division to happen quick

and it also keeps down inflammation

so that's equally important

The last thing is: SUFFICIENT WATER INTAKE

We know we need to drink water

but as I said earlier, remember you body is really

on extra work right here healing

so you need a lot of water to help it to heal

It's really working overtime

Well, that was my tips, so to summarize it:

REST and SLEEP - sufficient SLEEP every night

You need HEALTHY FATS. Especially the

unsaturated fat Omega 3

and CURCUMIN / TURMERIC supplement - antioxidant

and another essential antioxidant is VITAMIN C

And then supplement with a good quality PROTEIN

COLLAGEN and WHEY

And then I've used the LIGHT THERAPY PATCHES

to keep down inflammation and

to speed up the healing process

And make sure that you drink enough WATER as well

Now, that was my best tips

If you've got any comments or questions

then feel free to post them

and pls. tag if you're on a replay

pls. write #replay

for me to know you were there at that time

and you can feel free to write any questions

Yes- that's right. CBD keeps inflammation down as well

Thanks Thomas. It is very much about keeping

inflammatin down. So thanks for that

But anyway, if you've got any questions or comments

or you know somebody who could benefit from this

pls. tag them or share it with them

Thanks for watching

I'll be back next week - same place - same time

So until then: Take care. Bye

11 Ways to Overcome a 1-Star Review for House Cleaning - Duration: 11:25.

How do you get rid of a one-star review?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask A House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

Now today's show is brought to us by HouseCleaning360.com

which is a 360 view of the perfect home.

Now, when you set up your business, at HouseCleaning360.com

there's a section for ratings and reviews.

These are not ratings from customers necessarily, but it's from your business fan page,

so you can have cousins and aunts and uncles and parents and anybody that can give you a character

reference or that can recommend you to someone to do business with, this is where they put

their ratings and reviews for you.

So this goes beyond to just your customers who have done business with you, but people

who know you in other areas of life.

This is helpful in case there are people who want to know your character before they hire

you or bring you into their home.

All right, HouseCleaning360.com

Now onto today's show, which is about how do you get rid of a one-star review?

All right, so there are websites like Google and Yelp, that allow you to have customer

ratings and reviews that are on a scale of 1 to 5.

Now, these became really popular 10-15 years ago on sites like Amazon and eBay, where we

counted on the ratings and reviews before we did business with people, sight unseen.

All right, so this is a little bit different because this is not somebody shipping us something,

this is actually somebody coming into our home to help us with cleaning, okay?

So if we give ratings and reviews for our customers coming into our home, we want to

make sure that the cleaning that they're offering is in fact what they say it's going to be.

All right now, what's really interesting, when you get a one-star review, the very first

thing that happens is you want to get really angry, like, oh my goodness I can't believe

they don't appreciate my work, then you get all bent out of shape at the things that they said.

Okay, so stop for just a second.

When you get a one-star rating and review, there's actually a process to go through.

Process number one, stop.

Take your emotions out of the picture and step aside, okay?

So pretend this is not about you and your company.

Pretend it's about someone else.

Now the reason I say that is this if you can pretend this is one-star rating and review

is about someone else, you can look at it a little bit objectively instead of taking

it all personally.

Cause it's not personal, it's business.

It's a business transaction somebody didn't like.

That's it, that's all it is.

All right, the next thing I want you to do, is I want you to be empathetic.

I want you to think in the back of your mind, what if this is particular customer was my

mom or my grandma?

And you start thinking about this, oh she paid $200 dollars, she had a cleaning service

come over and after the cleaning service left, she found a hair behind her bathroom door,

because there was a hair behind her bathroom door on the floor, she assumed that there

were other parts of the house that where not clean or that were skipped.

And so, I can understand she paid all this money and there was a hair so she just had

these assumptions.

Now you can start feeling sorry for the customer and you can be a little bit more empathetic

as to where they're coming from.

All right the next thing I need you to do, this is step number three, is look at the

complaint, because guess what?

One star ratings and reviews, don't write themselves.

Lots of people will let stuff slide, and they kind of skip over stuff and go, well, not

what I was hoping for, they didn't do a very good job, whatever.

And they will let inadequate or average service slide.

So, if you get a one-star rating and review, that should be a wakeup call, like holy crap

what did we do wrong?

Right?

And if you have excellent customer service, you should be able to resolve this very quickly.

Now on your initial walkthrough, and this goes back before step number four, but on

your initial walkthrough, what you may want to do, is ask the customer, "Hey we specialize

in customer service.

If for any reason at any time you're not satisfied with our service, will you tell me before

you tell your social media?

Before you give me a rating and review online, will you tell me?

Because I would love to make it right personally."

Now, if you've explained that to your customer in your initial walkthrough when the opportunity

comes for them to call you and say, "Hey.

You need to give me my satisfaction guarantee and come back and clean this house."

There are already rules in place for that.

You're going to come back within 24 hours and you're going to make it right.

But if the first time you're hearing about the problem is on social media in a one-star

review, there's more than just one problem, okay?

You didn't explain very clearly about your customer service

and about your satisfaction guarantee.

All right, so then number four.

What you do when you get one?

Is if you have excellent customer service and you have already gone through the stepping

aside and looking at it from an empathetic situation, all right, now what you need to

do is to address the concern, because there is a one-star rating and review that's floating

around out there and it could bring your business down.

I don't say take it lightly if it's not to be taken lightly.

If it's rating and review of hate, which sometimes it is, that needs to be addressed.

Why does a customer hate you so bad?

Now I got one-star rating and review once from my consulting services.

The woman said it was the best consulting she'd ever had and she had some amazing things

that she was able to implement that skyrocketed her business

and she gave me a one-star rating and review.

When you look at that, there's nothing to correct.

You look at it and go, "Oh the woman got confused.

Instead of giving five stars, she gave one star."

So it wasn't even worth contacting her and saying, "Hey can you change that because you

give me a one-star rating and review, you're so confused."

Anyone reading the rating and review could have gone, "Ha ha ha, okay whatever."

So people will read the ratings and reviews, they do.

We read them on Trip Advisors before we take a trip.

We read them on Amazon before we buy products and it's amazing how many people won't go

to a restaurant if it has bad ratings and reviews.

So the ratings and reviews are paramount to the success of your business.

All right so when you address the rating and review, it's important that you address it

from a kind perspective.

This is why we take ourselves out of the situation, because whether you like it or not, whether

you admit it or not, whether you agree with me or not, is irrelevant.

You are the voice of your business.

You are the brand.

And so you need to be professional and kind no matter what you say.

So it's easy to fire back at the customer and go, "You don't know what you're talking about.

Our people were there for four hours."

Don't.

Please don't do that.

Acknowledge the customer had a concern because in the customer's mind, it's very real.

And so if it is a real customer, this is not a fake review, but if it is a real customer

that had a real situation, own it.

Take a 100% responsibility and say, "Oh my goodness, I can't believe we did this.

We must have had a day where we human.

I am so sorry you had to experience this.

In all fairness, we've never cleaned a house before with seven dogs running around and

so, we underestimated how things might slide or scoot or whatever and that hair would be

left when we were done.

We are so sorry.

We would have loved the chance to have heard this directly from you instead of reading

about it a week later on an online review.

We would have loved to resolve this immediately."

And so, you give the customer an opportunity of an out.

You want to acknowledge their pain.

You want to admit that something was wrong and you want to say, "We would have loved

the opportunity to make it right.

We specialize in customer service and we work off of referral only.

And so our reputation is our pride and so if we missed something, we want to be the

first ones to know about it, because we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

By the way, we would love to offer you a free cleaning at no expense because you had such

a terrible experience.

please give us a call and let us make that right."

All right, now the reason I say that is this, you don't want to throw your whole business

reputation away for a lousy $200 dollars or whatever it was of the cost of the cleaning.

You want to make sure that you make it right with the customer because a lot of times,

they will come back and say, "Oh my goodness, the owner of the company called me and they

made it right and no hard feelings, all is forgiven," whatever and then they will change

their rating and review.

Now, the next thing that I would like to recommend because there are so many people that rely

on ratings and reviews, you want to make sure that you have the best opportunity to get

a rating and review.

So if you have one bad star rating and review, you can counterbalance that with 95 good ones

and then people are going to go, wow.

But for most of the time, there's a really good experience.

So what I recommend is picking a website, Yelp, Google, HouseCleaning360, whatever your

site is, where you're promoting your business and get a QR code of your listing.

I'll put links in the show notes to the QR codes so you can make your own.

And then make up a business card that has your business name, your phone number, your

information and your QR code, and then give it to the customer and say, "Listen, if we

make a mistake, gosh, I hope we don't but we're human and we might make a mistake one

day, will you please give us the opportunity first before you tell your friends?

The information to call me is right here.

The day that we please and delight you, there's a QR code right here.

Scan this with your cell phone, it'll take you directly to the site and you can leave

us a positive rating and review.

So if you're not happy, call this side of the card, if you are happy, call this side

of the card."

And you can ask every customer for a positive rating and review and if they don't give it

to you today, they can keep the card and give it to you in two weeks or a month or a year

from now, when they're familiar with your service and they're comfortable with you and

they like and they've had a pleasant experience.

But before they go to social media, before the blast you to their friends, before they

leave you a bad rating and review.

Let them give you the chance to call you first.

And when they call you don't, please don't be defensive.

Be accepting and say, "Hey I understand there was a situation here.

As the owner, I'm willing to give it whatever it takes to make this situation right.

What do we need to do?"

And then ask this question, here are the magic words, "What do you think is fair?"

Because when you ask a customer what they think is fair, sometimes what they think is

fair, sometimes what they're going to say is, "Well, I'll just pick up the hair behind

the bathroom door and from now on just pay attention."

Or they might say, "No, come over and clean up the hair that's behind my bathroom door."

They're not going to say, "Come over and re-clean my whole house for free."

That's not fair but when you let them decide what's fair, often times it's something very

small, it's a small concession.

What they're saying is I want to be heard, and I want to be acknowledged and I want to

get value for the money that I paid.

That's it.

Most people are fair and that's all they want.

So that's how you get rid of and overcome and deal with one-star ratings and reviews.

All righty until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.
