Coronation Street bosses hint at SENSATIONAL return for Bet Lynch

The telly legend was last seen on the cobbles 15 years ago.

But actress Julie Goodyear will reprise her role as the gobby former barmaid if show chiefs get their way.

Outgoing executive producer Kate Oates is a big fan of "icon" Julie and wants to get her back if she can find the right storyline.

In an exclusive chat, she told the Daily Star Sunday: "I bet Julie would be great on the show.

If the story fitted, then why not? It could happen… .

She said: "It's nice to bring people back.

It's nice to have old characters back even for a short time.

The Brazil international has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent months.

Mourinho is keen to reunite with the winger, who impressed under the Special One during his time at Chelsea.

And Mourinho has opened up on United's transfer plans ahead of the summer transfer window, claiming the Red Devils are looking to land a Brazilian flair player - but it won't be Willian.

"I think that a team without a Brazilian isnt a team," Mourinho told ESPN Brazil.

"But also, a squad with three or four Brazilian athletes, depending on their profile, cannot make a great team too.

Im kidding!.

"Who knows we can have a Brazilian in the squad next year" Jose Mourinho "I think their talent is fantastic and the creativity of the Brazilian player cannot be measured.

"If a European team, like, very European, could have a Brazilian in their squad, it would bring a Brazilian thing to the game and I think thats very important.

"I worked with Brazilian players in every team I coached, and I enjoyed them a lot, everything they can give and also every problem they can create!.

"But honestly, I enjoyed a lot, and who knows we can have a Brazilian in the squad next year.
