Hello everyone, my name is Tianlein and today we talk about

the upcoming Summerset Chapter a and also what changes will come to the base

game of ESO with the Summerset update

So first we will talk about the new Summerset Chapter

Summerset is coming to PC on May 21 and on Consoles on June 5

If you pre purchased the digital upgrade of summerset you will get access to the ESO base

game, Morrowind and the Summerset chapter

Additionaly you will get the Queen's Bounty Pack with exclusive in-game content

You will get the Court of Bedlam Costume, the Pocket Salamander Pet, Treasure Maps,

Experience Scrolls and a psijic vault crown crate

The Nightmare Senche Mount will be immediately available after your purchase

You can find it in your Collectibles ingame after you purchased the Summerset Chapter

The other Collectibles will be available once Summerset arrives

There is also a digital Summerset Collectors Edition available which includes also the

pre purchase bonuses from the queens bounty pack

Furthermore you get the Bloodshadow wraith Mount, the Fledgling Gryphon pet and the house

of reveries emote pack which includes the happy face, sad face and ta-dah emotes

Additionaly you will get the divine prosecution outift style which you can use to change your

appreance with a unique outfit style

and the Psijic Talisman Memento which allows

you to simulate the farseeing spells of the Psijic Order mages

Now we take a closer look at the new Summerset Zone

This beautiful and huge Island is home of the high Elves and filled with many stories

and adventures

Summerset invites you to explore the stunning land where you will find 6 new delves, two

unique public dungeons and six world bosses

You will also find the new Abyssal Geysers which work similar like the Dolmens in the

regular Zones

The Gysers are scattered across Summerset and spawn waves of enemies which you have

to battle

Also you can find new daily repeatable quests and other interesting actvities in Summerset

And there is even more to explore

You are able join the ranks of the Psijic Order

Not only you are able to experience the story and quest line of this secret society of mages

you will also earn the new Psijic Order Skill Line which gives you 5 active abilities, five

passive abilities and an Ultimate

You have to increase your reputation within the order to unlock more of the powerful time

based abilities

If you are looking for more end game content you can visit the new Trial Cloudrest if you

purchase Summerset.

Cloudrest is similar to the Clockwork City's Asylum Sanctorium Trial which allows you to

choose how difficult you want the final boss to be

There are in total four bosses to battle where you have to master especially challenging

mechanics, group cooperation and coordination

As a reward you can earn 4 new items sets and in addition improved perfected versions

too if you manage to complete the hardest version of the Trial

Also you can get unique achievement rewards for completing the trial

like a new player

skin the Z'Maja's Shadow Skin, several new titles and unique housing items

Summerset will also allow us to learn and master the new Jewelry Crafting Skill Line

This Skill Line works similar like the other Crafting skill lines and you will be able

to create, deconstruct, research, transmute and improve rings and necklaces

Also we will be able to create now for all crafting sets rings and necklaces, which is amazing

Keep in mind that you are not able do deconstruct jewelery what you collect before Summerset

arrives, so there is no need to fill up your storage

now with jewelrys

Note that this skill line and the use of the Jewelry crafting station are only available

for players who own the Summerset chapter

But if you dont own Summerset you can still use crafted jewelry made by other players

and also buy them from guild traders

Jewelry Crafting also introduces new crafting materials, improvement materials

and there are now nine different traits wich can be applied on rings and necklaces

In Summerset you can also acquire various new gear from a variety of sources.

You can find 3 new Set crafting Stations in Summerset

Then you can collect 3 new Overland Sets which drop throughout Summerset and then you can

also collect 4 Sets in the new Trial Cloudrest

As always you can find many new Collectibles in Summerset from various sources

In the Karwasten public dungeon you can get the Big-Eared Ginger Kitten Pet by finding

and combining seven Runebox Fragments

and the Sea Sload Dorsal Fin Memento by completing

the quest an Unexpected Betrayal

In the Sunhold Public Dungeon you can acquire the Psijic Glowglobe Emote by finding and

combining seven Runebox Fragments

and the Gryphon Feather Talisman Memento by

completing the quest Sunhold Sundered

Additionaly you can gather from several quests a new hat, a face imprint, body imprint, Outfit

Styles and a collectible furnishing

It seems like that there are 3 new homes available in Summerset

In Alinor you can get a modest single room inn apartment

Then you can aquire with gold or crowns the Alinor Crest Townhouse which is also in located in Alinor

And then there is the Colossal Aldmeri Grotto which will probably be a crown store exclusive house

Now we will talk about the upates of the base game of ESO with the Summerset Update

Battlegrounds will move to the base game

That means that Battlegrounds will be available to all Eso Players

There are also changes to improve the quality of matches between players

The activity finder will include a daily reward for completing random battlegrounds as well as Bonus XP

You must come in as first or second place to earn these rewards

then you can now decide and choose for a specific game mode similar to the dungeon finder.

You can pick between Deathmatch, Flag Games or land Grab games.

but you can also choose to queue for more than on battlegrounds game mode

with the summerset update you will be able to buy morrowind at the crown store

Additionaly Morrowind will will be accessible with an active ESO Plus subscription

The Warden Class will be available for purchase separately in the Crown Store too

If you already own Morrowind this changes will not affect you or how you access the

content or class

If you like to increase your Style knowledge you will be able to collect 4 new Motifs with

the Summerset Update

The Psijic Motif chapters will come from adveturing around Summerset from various activities.

for example you may get Psijic Motif chapters from Abyssal Geysers, world or delve bosses,etc.

The Sapiarch Motif chapters come from completing Daily Quests for the Divine Prosecution in

Alinor in summerset

If you own the Dragon Bones DLC you can collect two more Styles

The Fang Lair and Scalecaller Motif chapters and Style Items will begin dropping from their

respective dungeons final boss shortly after the launch of Summerset

The Summerset update also adds new collectibles for PvP players to obtain from Cyrodiil and battlegrounds

the Arena Gladiator helm which is a Hat collectible can be earned by acquiring 20 Arena gladiator

proofs from the new conquest board dailies in cyrodiil

the Outfit Style Pages of Fanged Worm and Horned Dragon equipment can sometimes obtained

from Battlemaster Rivyn's Reward Boxes in Battlegrounds

A really nice new addition to ESO will be Crown Store gifting

that means you will be able to gift Crown Store products to other players and friends

I am really happy that they introduce this new feature since i always thought that gifting

is missing in ESO.

The Champion Point cap will be raised by a total of 30 points

That means with summerset 750 Champion Points will be the new CP Maximum

a really big and great change will come to 2 Handed Weapons

Two Handed, Bow, Destruction Staff, and Restoration Staff weapons will count for two pieces towards

any item set bonus This will give us so much more flexibility

for new and creative builds

with the Summerset Update ESO is also introducing daily login rewards

When you log into the game you will be able to claim a special gift

these gifts can include consumables, currencies, special collectibles and even crown crates

General information for Doctors - Duration: 6:26.

Welcome to the Northern Territory Workers Compensation Scheme.

This short video will assist you in understanding your role as the treating doctor

in the return to work process.

In workers compensation your patient

is referred to as a worker.

A worker may choose their own doctor.

If a worker is seen by a doctor chosen by their employer for the first consultation

they are still entitled to see the doctor of their choice for ongoing consultations.

Your primary role is to provide the initial assessment

diagnosis

and treatment.

Treatment or investigations

are not arranged by workers compensation insurance companies

and doctors do not need prior approval from insurers

or self insurers.

If you refer a worker to an allied health professional

or a treating specialist

please note this on the workers

fitness for work medical certificate.

Workers entitlements include weekly payments

medical expenses

rehabilitation costs

pharmacy expenses

hospitalisation

and travel costs.

A lump sum is payable if the workers injury results in a whole person impairment

of 5% or more.

Once a worker has reached maximum medical improvement

you can suggest the worker ask the insurer

to organise a permanent impairment assessment.

This is paid for by the insurer

and does not finalize the claim.

Workers are required by legislation

to provide medical certificates to their employer at various intervals.

The Australian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine

and the Royal Australian College of Physicians

has developed a consensus statement on the health benefits of work.

The longer a worker is away from work

the less likely it is the worker will return to work.

There are many stakeholders involved in the process of helping the worker

to achieve a safe return to work

and you may need to communicate with all of them.

Including insurers case manager

workers employer

vocational rehabilitation provider

if appointed.

A worker is entitled to privacy during the consultation with their treating doctor.

If a stakeholder needs to speak with you

they may organise back-to-back appointments

or dovetail into a long consultation.

Doctors may take into account opinions provided by stakeholders

however should not allow these opinions to compromise their clinical judgment.

The authority on the claim form signed by the worker

allows the treating doctor to provide medical information about the worker to specific stakeholders.

This authority applies to the injury related to the claim.

If a worker is unable to return to their usual work within 28 days.

The legislation requires that an employer give the worker

a proposal in writing

for a return to work plan.

The treating doctor assists by reviewing

the return to work plan with the worker

to ensure it aligns with any medical restrictions.

If you have any concerns about the plan

you can request the plan to be modified.

If you or the worker have concerns

you can request the insurer arrange

a case conference to discuss.

Representatives and the case conference may include

worker

treating doctor

treating allied health professionals

insurer case manager

employer

vocational rehabilitation provider.

You can assist a worker to safely stay at work

or return to work early.

Which can reduce the social and financial impact

on the workers life and well-being

and increase the likelihood of a timely recovery.

This can be done through

early intervention and evidence-based treatment.

Facilitating rehabilitation focused on the worker returning to work.

Communicating regularly with stakeholders.

Focusing on the workers capacity for work.

Recommendations for support services to help recovery and return to work.

Updating the workers medical certificates.

Sometimes the case manager will want an opinion

or medical report from a doctor.

The legislation provides for an initial medical opinion

that the insurer must write to the treating doctor.

The insurer is required to give you 14 days in which it can provide your report

If you don't the insurer may arrange for your patient to be sent to a different doctor

for an independent medical examination.

This doctor provides an opinion only

and cannot take over treatment of your patient.

Northern Territory legislation does not allow an insurer to refuse to pay for treatment

unless they have supporting medical opinion.

The insurer is required to give a copy of the medical

opinion to both the worker and treating doctor.

At reasonable periods the insurer may request the worker to see an independent medical examiner.

Prior to this happening the insurer must provide you

with the name of the medical examiner

and the date the examination is to take place.

The insurer must provide you with a copy of the report

from the medical examiner.

Remember treating doctors play an essential role in a worker's treatment

injury management

recovery

and return to work.
