Big chop videos are always fun to watch.
And for those of you who needed a little inspiration or a push to go for it, I think this just
might be it.
Instead of weaves and wigs, stars like Tamar Braxton and Countess Vaughn are now wearing
their natural hair/bald heads!
Countess Vaughn posted a picture of her on her instagram without her wig and her comment
section was on fire.
Some showing hate but there were many that also showed this sister some love.
People were surprised no doubt, but this isn't the first time she rocked the bald look.
She has been speaking out about the problems of wigs and weaves for a long time.
She has been vocal about how they made her loose all of her hair and caused a scalp infection.
Check this out.
I say good for her!
She looks great especially the color.
Maybe she was inspired to rock her bald head by Tamar who recently shocked all of social
media with her big chop.
And because I love Tamar Here's a little clip of a video that I attempted to make about it.
Tamar Braxton is now rocking what her momma Evelyn gave her.
But she just didn't big chop!
She shaved it all off.
And girlfriend looks absolutely fabulous.
Tamar has shocked all of social media with this big change.
I mean, she's gone from rocking long blond wigs to shaving it all off.
Obviously I am a big fan of Tamar but you don't have to be to recognize that she looks
Snatched!
But, why such a drastic change?
Well, I think that this is a part of her healing process.
Many women after going through relationship issues do something drastic like cut their
hair as a part of their recovery.
I think Tamar is on a healing journey, letting go of the person Vince wanted her to be and
is now embracing her own beauty and individuality.
And I say that because, on the real, she once shared that Vince's ex girlfriend was white,
and that he likes white women, so she kept her wigs long and blonde long for him.
So, there you have it, all in all I find this to be a good thing, when these sistas with
such huge influence are inspiring other black women to rock their natural hair.
If you watched my last video, Who did this?!
Weaves and Wigs cause balding you will see the kind of damage
that can be done with these air quotes "protective styles".
Once again, disclaimer I am not against wearing Weaves and Wigs but I am against unhealthy
practices like using glue when installing.
If you can't get away from the glue, then wear box braids or your own hair like these
ladies.
What do you think?
Is this a good thing that these women are doing this despite some of the backlash?
Would you rock a bald head?

Is APPLE Stock A Buy In 2018? 📈 INVESTING IN APPLE STOCK - Duration: 7:14.
In this video I we're going to talk about the largest stock in the world Apple.
We're going to go over everything you need to know before buying or not buying into this
stock.
So we'll give you a basic understanding of Apple, their competitive advantages and
an intrinsic value estimate.
That'll be at the end so stay tuned for that.
So recently we have seen a drop in Apples share price.
And any investor with any sense about them knows that a drop means a stock has become
cheaper.
So is it time to buy Apple?
Let's dig in a little further.
Also if you're interested in the stock market and investing then consider subscribing to
the channel.
I normally put out a couple of videos similar to this a week.
Start with the basics of the company.
So Warren Buffett's number 1 rule before investing in a business is that you must understand
it.
So let's start with the basics of Apple.
Apple was started in 1976 by 2 college dropout Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.
How could 2 dropouts ever become successful without going to college?
Oh my gosh.
Wrong and a silly statement.
Jobs and Wozniak had the initial vision of changing the way people viewed computers.
Not only did the manage to achieve this they changed the way people viewed phones, software,
listening devices the list goes on.
Apple has always been a revolutionary company.
So how do they make their money this is a very important point.
We want to know as shareholders how our stock is going to pay us.
So the main way Apple generates money is through its Iphone sales.
This accounts for well over half of their revenue.
Apple generally makes massive margins on it's iphones.
For example the iphone 8 plus costs Apple $290 and they sell them for $800 giving them
a $510 dollar profit on every sale.
Anyone who knows anything about retail knows these are really good margins.
But Apple's a smart company they diversify their revenue streams.
They also make money through selling Ipad's and Macbooks.
And more recently they've started making solid money through their services segment.
This includes Itunes, Apple Music, the App Store, Icloud and Apple Pay.
Here's a graph that shows around how much money each segment makes.
This graph was made in 2015 but the portions are still pretty similar apart from the services
segment.
That has been growing really well over the past couple of years and now accounts for
just over 10 % of total revenue.
So for those who stuck around you've now got a pretty good understanding of the business
and how Apple makes its money.
Some may consider the understanding part of a business boring but those are the type of
investors who lose to the market in the long-term.
They can't understand their own business that they're investing in.
This generally leads to buying high and selling low.
Exactly what we don't want to do.
Competitive advantage.
Now I wanted to talk about Apple's competitive advantages.
What gives it the edge over other stock's.
• The first part of their competitive advantage is their brand reputation.
Consumers are willing to pay a higher price for Apple products then any other products.
They're known for developing high quality, breakthrough technology and consumers see
this.
Also there's a certain amount of reputation that comes with owning an apple product.
Generally speaking you're considered more higher class or 'cool' or business like
when you own Apple products.
This leads to more demand and the ability to price products higher.
• Second is their vertically integrated business model.
They have an ecosystem of suppliers, business partners and developers that took them years
to build up.
Competitors just don't have this type of network.
• Lastly I wanted to talk about their lock in strategy.
Consumers basically have to use Itunes and the App store when they buy an apple product.
This means Apple gets revenue from the Iphone sale and through the customer using the services.
As Warren Buffett said when talking about Apple.
"Apple has an extraordinary consumer franchise," he said.
"I see how strong that ecosystem is, to an extraordinary degree.
… You are very, very, very locked in, at least psychologically and mentally, to the
product you are using.
These competitive advantages make it harder for competitors to compete against apple and
will help Apple last long into the future.
Right now it's time to look at their fundamentals.
We know the business, we know we're buying into a solid company.
But the financials have to be right.
As Charlie Munger says "we are not willing to pay an infinite price for it".
So as we talked about before Apple has had a nice drop in price of around 8%.
Giving them a current price of $162.32 dollars.
The drop appears to be caused through expected weaker demands for smartphone supplies.
Apparently this makes the whole company 8% less valuable.
Now looking at the number's they're pretty solid.
Apple are generating earnings of $9.70 per share.
This gives it a P/E ratio of 16.73, which is a lot lower then the markets P/E ratio
of 24.27.
Also the stock is paying a pretty solid dividend of 1.44%.
As for Apple's intrinsic value we have to look at it's free cash flow.
Because intrinsic value is the cash that can be taken out of the business through it's
useful life.
Apple has a free cash flow per share of $9.7 dollars.
So if we apply market rates to the free cash flow we times $9.7 by a 20 factor, meaning
the value is $194 dollars.
This intrinsic value is based off the current overall market prices.
But again, intrinsic value is something determined by you and the type of return that you want
on a stock.
There is not set amount for intrinsic value.
This might seem a little confusing to some investors but this is definitely some of the
harder stuff to analysing a stock so keep hanging in there.
Ok enough of that confusing stuff let's finish this off.
Apple is a wonderful business with a range of competitive advantages over competitors.
But don't get me wrong there are negatives to this stock as with every company in the
world.
First iPhone sales appear to be on the decline.
This is Apples main source of revenue so us investors need to be aware of that.
Another negative is that more and more competitors are coming and getting bigger.
This will slowly and slowly eat into Apples market share.
But that's what a competitor advantage is for.
To outpace the competition.
And Apple has done this the best I've ever seen in such a competitive market.
So we might not see the best first quarter earnings report come out for Apple.
But do I think that's going to change the value of the company massively?
No.
If you invest for the long-term you'll have a bit more sense about you.
That's most of what you need to know before investing in Apple.
Obviously I could keep going and going but there's only a certain amount of hours in
the day.
So if you want to buy, do a more comprehensive research yourself.
And then make that decision.
I'm not going to say buy or don't buy Apple.
This entirely depends on the individual and their portfolio.
Anyone who just buys a stock because someone else tells them too, will lose in the long
run.
There's no doubt.
Ok if you want to see more video's like these then drop a like on the video.
Also comment below on what stock you would like me to analyse next.

LinkedIn Premium - Which LinkedIn Account is Best for Lead Generation? - Duration: 4:39.
yeah and because I just asked the question and and I'd like you to
interact a little bit with the Kristian shortly about the specific
strategy that you used with him if you don't mind we use that as a case study
but there are different levels of membership out there not with LinkedIn
so I I think I've got what it's tell me what they are I know that I have more
than the basic one but again I'm not sure that I'm actually utilizing that
very very effectively at the present time I know I'm paying a little bit
extra for my stand they use it then I've sort of drifted away so tell us the
different levels of membership and what we can do with each sure okay so
LinkedIn has a premium option and if you are going to upgrade or I think the best
value for money is the business plus option which is just a man I think it's
fifty seven dollars per month however generally that when people are figuring
out how to use LinkedIn and they don't feel like they're getting the results
that they bike that's the first place that they go to look for solutions just
word of warning that LinkedIn premium is not going to all of a sudden just create
a flood of leads into your profile yeah what it actually does is just enhances
any strategy that you may be using already so what we jeremy suggest is
start using LinkedIn for business purposes getting a return on investment
use it use some of these strategies that we've discussed here find connect engage
and then when you can see that it's actually working for your business
that's actually a good time to then upgrade and take advantage of the first
30 days free which LinkedIn offers we do we do definitely we are an advocate of
the premium account because all of our clients use it and then from there you
know there's a lot of upgrades we've got something called LinkedIn recruiter
which is the highest level of LinkedIn paid account you can have and we've got
something like you know 800 in mail credits which we actually don't even use
because we know that the fine connect engaged model is a lot more effective so
don't be fooled into thinking that in males are the answer to you know success
on LinkedIn far from the case one of the reasons why
I believe that there's not so much linked in training readily available
from LinkedIn is you know if their whole business model is geared around these
upgrades and as long as people believe that that's going to be the answers to
their lead generation strategy then that's what people keep doing but the
reality is you don't actually need the premium account to make money from
LinkedIn but what I believe is we'll see the platform evolve it'll be harder and
harder for us to add people as connections that we don't necessarily
know personally you know as LinkedIn evolves and they start to monetize a lot
more of the business activity that's happening on LinkedIn as you know when
traditionally LinkedIn has been regarded as a recruitment tool and so many
professionals still have like an exact copy of their CV as their LinkedIn
profile you know I was talking to somebody about LinkedIn a while back and
they said only 16% of the people using LinkedIn are actually using it for
recruitment purposes which which leaves 84% that are using it for business
purposes so I need more recently that LinkedIn is catching on to the fact that
there's actually a lot more sales people and business professionals and CEOs
using LinkedIn and there is recruitment so if you've got if you're on LinkedIn
to get more customers and all you have is a copy of your CV on your profile
you're probably not going to get many leads so if you're starting to think of
it as a tool to promote yourself and as a professional and apply strategy that
achieves the outcome you're looking for then you're gonna get a lot more success
in and when you do get that success it's important to measure the results yeah
like - about that in just a second but a really good example of that is
Christians profile on on LinkedIn so viewers my k/d have a look at that
sometime this Christian KAIST IA & Curcio see you Ric
see you are CEO I beg your pardon because I looked there last night I want
some information actually just to do a little intro for Kristian I had a look
there and of course it's been very well-written it's not a doesn't read
like a CV he actually gets into explaining what it is that he does what
it is that he offers so it is right for selling his services yours is
also a great profiles we would expect it to be
