Cheating WARNING: The ONE sign your partner is sleeping with someone else

A cheating wife or husband is likely to show some marked changes in their sleeping habits if they are having an affair, a survey of those who admit to cheating has found.

Noticing your partner stirring or getting out of bed at unusual times is a bad sign if you worry that they have met someone new.

People change their sleeping patterns when they have an affair for all sorts of reasons, according the survey from cheating website IllicitEncounters.com.

One major issue that causes a lack of sleep is the guilt a cheating partner feels when they betray they partner by sleeping with someone else. . Over half of cheaters revealed they had problems sleeping after they began a secret relationship.

Fifty-two per cent reported instances of troubled sleep, including waking up multiple times during the night, being unable to get to sleep, and waking up earlier than normal.

This was down to feelings of guilt, which are the most prevalent throughout the first month of an affair.  Fifteen per cent of cheaters get out of bed purposefully early to allow themselves some time to text their secret lover.

If your partner has suddenly become much better at getting up in the mornings, you may well have something to worry about.

However, 28 per cent of cheaters slept better and for longer hours after starting an affair, because they were not deprived of intimacy any longer. Another strong sign in a cheating partner who has become more affectionate.

If your partner is cuddling up and hugging you more than usual, than they could be one of the 57 per cent who stated that they showed extra affection to their partner in bed while they were having an affair.

On the other hand, up to 15 per cent of respondents couldnt bear to face their partner, and avoided sleeping in the same bed with them altogether.

The sites spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains: We all have a daily routine we tend to stick to, so when theres erratic and inexplicable changes to that routine, especially as something as important as sleep, there tends to be cause behind the effect.

Ultimately, the bottom line here is to look out for behaviour that you know is out of character.

Dont dismiss it as a one-off or a weird phase - theres no smoke without fire. Cheating can happen at any time of year, but halloween can give you one sign as to.

Men who are most likely to stray away will choose to dress as a pirate, while cheating women are more likely to wear a police officer garment according to research from Ashley Madison.

Five warning signs your appendix is about to burst – NEVER ignore these

Appendicitis is a painful swelling of the appendix, which is a small pouch connected to the large intestine. About 5% of the population get appendicitis and if you're in this unlucky group you'll probably have to have your appendix removed.

If left untreated the appendix can actually burst, so it's important to see your GP as soon as possible.

If it is not treated, your appendix can rupture, which can be life-threatening, said Jennifer Caudle, D.O., a board-certified family physician and assistant professor at Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine. Here are five warning signs you should look out for:.

1 Your stomach hurts more than ever before Lots of different things can cause stomach pain, but appendicitis usually causes a severe pain that extends from the belly button to the lower right side of the abdomen.

Pressing on this area, coughing, or walking may all make the pain worse. This could mean your whole abdominal wall is inflamed and your appendix might be on the verge of bursting.

2 You've got a fever A fever is anybody temperature above the normal 98.6 F (37 C), but it's not considered a significant fever until it's above 100.4 F (38 C).

If you feel hot and cold and have chills it means there's inflammation somewhere in your body. Teamed with other symptoms it could be a sign of appendicitis.

3 You're feeling to being sick Inflammation of the appendix sometimes impacts other aspects of the GI tract and the nervous system and leads to nausea and vomiting, Jennifer told Women's Health.

It could just be a stomach bug but it's always better to be safe than sorry. 4 You feel like you need to wee all the time The appendix is pretty close to the bladder.

If it gets inflamed it can cause the bladder to become inflamed and irritated. You might feel like you need a wee all the time and it might be painful when you do go.

5 You're confused or disoriented This could be a serous sign that things are getting worse. If you feel dazed and confused it could mean the infection has entered your bloodstream – which can be fatal.

If this happens seek medical help immediately. For more information on appendicitis go to nhs.uk.
