Creating New Relationships May Be Good for Your Brain - Duration: 0:17.
Trying to create new relationships it gets a little
more difficult as you get older.
if you have a tendency to be a little introspective,
you have a tendency to isolate yourself.
So I watch out for that.
Stay engaged, stay curious
…I think that keeps your brain healthy.

Peace Devotions - What do you wish for your children? - Duration: 2:08.
A number of years ago my wife was creating a memory book for one of our sons.
I remember she was going through the book she came across a section that said parents
what do you wish for your children.
So my wife asked me.
Write down a few things a few thoughts about what you wish for our son.
So I thought about it for awhile.
What I wish for him?
Would I wish he became a doctor or a lawyer or a famous scientist or maybe even a pastor
like myself?
Would I wish he would have a big family like we did?
A beautiful home?
What I wish for him?
As I thought about it it became clear that there was really only one wish that I had
for him.
Thats that I would see him again in heaven.
Certainly there are many things are gonna wish for for our children.
Wish that they be valedictorians that they finish college.
And they find a good and faithful Christian spouse.
But isn't what's most important that they know their Savior, Jesus Christ.
Matthew chapter 28:19 through 20 we hear the great commission.
It says this:
Usually think about that passage are those passages.
As a call to evangelism.
To do mission work.
But they certainly also applied to the mission work done in our homes.
To baptize our children and to teach them God's word.
Through these things he creates faith in their hearts and their savior Jesus Christ.
Knowing him they have everlasting life.
I encourage you today as you think about your own children and grandchildren.
Think about what is most important.
To ensure they are baptized and taught God's word.
And know that through it they have everlasting life.
Amen.

Considerations for Local Currency Payments - Duration: 1:33.
Some U.S.-based businesses buy from foreign partners in U.S. Dollars because they believe
this will help them avoid extra costs.
In fact, switching to local currency can help both U.S. buyers and foreign sellers.
First, you could receive better pricing.
Exporters rarely ask their U.S. trade partners to accommodate their local currency preference
for fear of hurting the relationship.
Instead, they build in a risk premium into prices to protect themselves from currency fluctuations.
Offering to pay in local currency means you might avoid this mark-up.
Second, payments can clear more quickly.
When sending dollars to an overseas exporter, the exporter's bank may delay the credit
due to conversion processing queues.
Sending local currency avoids this issue, and may improve supplier relationships.
Because exchange rates are changing constantly, paying international vendors in foreign currency
will cause fluctuations in a company's U.S. Dollar-denominated costs.
When the dollar is strengthening, costs could decrease, and when the dollar is weakening,
costs could increase.

Andrea Lutz @ RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties - Consider it Done for the Holidays - Duration: 2:59.
Hi everyone!
It's Andrea Lutz with RE/MAX Acclaimed Properties and I am here today with Cheryl Smith who
is the owner and founder of Consider it Done.
She has a great company, she helps people get ready to put their house on the market.
She can also help you get organized, pack boxes and get ready to move, and all sorts
of other things.
You should check out her website.
I am here today to talk to her about getting ready for the holidays.
It's that time of the year and she's got all kinds of helpful tips and tricks for us to
get ready for having people over and serving delicious foods.
So I am going to have her talk about that now.
Hey everybody, it's Cheryl.
And, Andrea, thanks so much for having me on to your video for your site.
It's so exciting to talk about the holidays and all the things that you can do to help
around the house.
You know, we have Halloween coming up but I kinda want to focus on Thanksgiving and
Christmas time.
Actually, it's time to start for those.
One of the things I suggest to people is to maybe start decluttering some of your closets.
You might be having some guests over.
Grandma is coming or you have an unexpected sister or brother-in-law who stops by.
So get a closet or two ready, declutter, organize it so that you have a space for them to put
their things away when they come and you are not panicked the night before trying to find
a spot. The other tip for inside, is get your carpets cleaned.
It doesn't cost too much to get a carpet cleaned in some certain areas.
It give it a fresh look and a good smell and it makes you feel good about your space when
you have family come over.
Andrea mentioned the kitchen, and I love my kitchen, and I love to cook.
When you are getting ready for the holidays, now is the time to start creating your list.
If you are hosting Thanksgiving, why not start thinking about what you are going to be making
and more importantly, what you might ask other people to bring.
Make a list of those items you need and start buying those things.
Keep them on your shelf, so that if you have cookies or breads to make you can kinda get
started on that, throw those in the freezer and then you can enjoy the holidays.
I have to see people so stressed through the holidays when it should really be a fun time.
The last tip is those Christmas cards.
Why not start addressing them right now.
Get you labels printed up.
Get them on the envelopes.
Maybe you haven't taken the picture yet, but go ahead and have those ready to go.
It's something you can do with the kids or while you are sitting around listening to
music or watching tv.
You can get those cards, and right after Thanksgiving, throw a stamp on them and you're all done
and ready for the holidays.
Just try to lighten your load through the holidays and help it be more stress free for
you so you can enjoy friends and family.
Thanks so much Cheryl.
That was awesome!
I am so glad you were able to share some of those tips with our viewers and we'll all
get started early this time and not be so stressed out at the very last minute.
So thanks again for watching guys, and until next time - see ya around!

Victoria fans are desperate for Rufus 'Lord M' Sewell to rewrite history and marry the queen - Duration: 1:06.
Victoria fans are desperate for Rufus 'Lord M' Sewell to rewrite history and marry the
queen The fan favourite character returned to the
ITV drama and viewers want him back for good Although Jenna Coleman's years in the Tardis
taught her not to meddle with time, Victoria viewers are now pleading for her royal character
to rewrite history.
Specifically, after Sunday's episode of the ITV regal drama, fans are calling on the
queen to ditch her lifelong love Albert (Tom Hughes) for Lord Melbourne.
It's not that Bertie has been too awful (apart from his eyes wandering over to Ada
Lovelace), but the audience completely swooned over the return of former Prime Minister Lord
M, played by Rufus Sewell.
However, others had no hesitation in declaring Victoria should give history the two fingers
and ditch her only husband for a slice of Melbourne…

Are Tech Stocks in for Bubble Trouble? - Duration: 3:05.
- Some folks will say they look at the preeminence
of these handful of big tech firms today,
even given the kind of incredible dynamics
you've talked about and their minds swing back
to the late 1990s when tech led what seemed like
a bubble and then there was a bust.
Are we headed toward that now?
Or is this a different era in your view?
- I would say valuation multiples are high,
both for the market and particularly
for the internet sector.
And so I think, in the short term,
it's certainly very feasible you could see
you know, potentially a very significant correction.
That being said, I think if you look out longer term --
I would say five year or longer --
I'll be very surprised if the internet doesn't continue
to meaningfully outperform the broader market.
And I'd point out that this really is different
than the magnitude of the valuation
at the time of the dot-com bubble.
I mean, so specifically, in August of 2000, the IT sector
was 34% of the S&P 500 valuation,
whereas as of this spring, it was only 23%.
- Very different.
- Yeah, so IT makes up a third less of the market
than it did 17 years ago, and that's actually
kind of incredible when you consider that most
of these companies weren't making money 17 years ago.
And to think that the internet actually was
kind of a niche technology 17 years ago,
and it wasn't so integral to, you know,
all of our lives and the developed market.
And I think this ties in with why I believe
internet will do better than the market over the long term.
What I'm implicitly saying is I think the 23% of IT
that's in the S&P 500 today, I think that's gonna go up
closer to, maybe even ultimately above,
the 34% where it was 17 years ago.
- And that would just reflect the kind of natural evolution
of the economy and the role of the kind of
internet businesses being the intermediary for global commerce,
I guess, whatever the right phrase would be.
- I think it reflects that, in my view,
we're still relatively early innings in, you know,
the digital analog to the Industrial Revolution.
We may be one or two innings into it, in my opinion,
but I still think it's early innings,
just when you go across these verticals
and you say it's still only one of ten retail purchases
online, still only a third of ad dollars online,
still only half of travel reservations are booked online.
And it's hard for me to imagine a world
where in 15 to 20 years, the vast majority
of all the -- with the possible exception of retail --
where the vast majority of all those categories
aren't online.
That's literally going to be trillions of dollars
flowing online and in many cases at very high margins
and I think increasingly we're gonna see internet
and software companies capturing more and more
of the economic value in supply chains in all industries.

Introduction to Strength Training for Women - Registered Program - Duration: 1:48.
So it's an introduction to weightlifting for women. I think it's a great program
for people come in, learn in the foundations of some strength training,
getting on some barbells and dumbbells, kettle bells, sleds. Do those movements
safely and build that in so they can take it with them, and then work out on
their own from what they've learned in the class.
Hey Jess, so what do you get the most out of the program here?
The Indroduction to Weightlifting for Women class is a great introduction for any woman not looking to start the
basics with learning the foundations of weight training it's also a good
opportunity to start building a full massive, learn the foundations of your
push and pull exercises. It's a judgment-free zone so it's really a
comfortable environment for women to take what they learned here and use it
downstairs in the gym.

Josefine Frida Pettersen for ELLE Denmark - Eng Sub - Duration: 2:12.
Hey! I'm Josefine and today i'm at a photoshoot for ELLE. come on and join!
*Talking about Noora* She's a very hopeless romantic and I think I am to.
And she loves her friends and she looks after them and I don't think I'm as moral as Noora, but i'm trying to make different choices.
My favorite skam moment, I think was when all of us girls finally have fixed a Russebuss, Los Losers. And we just come in and shouts "Sana"
And she is sitting there with the PepsiMaxGang and believes that everything is going bad. And then we come there and show her that we are there for each other.
I think that is my favorite moment.
The most important thing Skam has taught is probably that "Alt er love".
(I seriously can't make out anything she is saying here. Sorry)
Yeah when I was going to eat two "fiskekaker" at 5!
