Hi, I'm Eran and I'm a senior art director.
I've worked with the Outfit7 Group since 2016.
The reasons I joined the company are that I really like the games
I like the surroundings, the people, and I think that I can really contribute to
the art creations of the company.
I'm from Israel.
I worked in the game industry and in the movie industry, and then I became freelancer for a while.
And then I started to get offers from across Europe – in Berlin, Barcelona and Stockholm
And I decided, out of all of those, to move to Slovenia.
The first thing that came to me basically me was the people.
They gave me a warm welcome.
It felt like I was at home already.
Art for me is everything.
I've been doing character development for about 9 years
and in general I'm doing it all my life.
The thing I like the most about it is that I can create something from scratch
that just becomes alive.
In the previous industries that I worked in, it was usually about quantity
they always wanted to get more stuff and more stuff.
Here, I've always felt like it was more about quality.
It was always like we were pushing for one thing
I don't want to see a lot, I want to see one amazing thing.
It feels overwhelming when I see that billions of people are playing with something I created.
It gives me a feeling of responsibility also.
What I give them...
I need always to give something better.
My work is very interesting because I work on several projects with different departments.
On video, game art, and UI, and developing characters.
People here are always willing to evolve and nobody comes here just to do their job and go home.
It seems that when I got here my career evolved a lot because I got the opportunity to work
with people what are willing to get what I have to offer
and they offered me things that I didn't have in the past.
The reason I came here is that after living 12 years in a big city, I decided to come
somewhere that would be more peaceful and quiet.
I would have more peaceful mind - and not just chasing the things that I used to chase in the past.
The thing I like to do the most here is taking my dog to the park because the park
here is amazing and it's something I didn't have where I came from.
I think that every change of your environment also gives you something for your creation.
If you are in a peaceful state of mind, your creations is just better.
I'm doing what I want to do.

File Director - OneDrive Connector for Home Map Points - Duration: 5:46.
Hello and welcome to this Ivanti File Director video. In addition to using an
organization's existing storage infrastructure File Director can be
configured to use cloud storage for home map points. Office 365 for business
includes one terabyte a free OneDrive cloud storage per license that often
goes under utilized. File Director can use this free space, potentially saving
an organization's valuable resources with no impact on users. This video
explains how to set up OneDrive, Azure AD, and the File Director Web Admin
console to use cloud storage for home map points. It demonstrates this using
the new Azure AD portal. There is also a video showing how to do the same thing
using the classic portal. See the link in the video description. To complete this
setup you must be an Office 365 administrator and your users must have
an Office 365 license assigned to them with OneDrive storage provisioned.
Password replication must be setup on your local Active Directory and your
public domain must be associated with your Azure AD instance. Let's first
check we've got everything we need to set this up. I've got my File Director web
admin console open and I'm logged in to Office 365 as an administrator. I've also
got Notepad open - this is purely used for copying data between the applications. In
Office 365, select Admin and select the Azure AD admin center. You're going to
need your tenant domain name later in this process, so if you don't know it get
it from the is your admin center. Click on the tile for your Azure AD
directory and click Domain Names. Select your domain name and copy it to Notepad.
The first step in this process is to register File Director in Azure AD. This
will allow access to user files in app only mode. Select Enterprise Applications
and click New Application. The available application categories display. Select
All and click Application You're Developing. Click the app registrations
button and select New Application Registration. Enter a name for your
application make sure that the Web App/API option is selected. Finally add your
sign-on URL. This should be the one your users use to sign into File Director.
Click Create. Your application is added to the list of app registrations. The
next step is to configure permissions for the application. This determines what
the application can do on what it is able to access without requiring user
intervention. Select your application, select Required Permissions, then click
Add. Click select an API and highlight Office 365 SharePoint Online. Then click
Select. Select all applications and click Done to confirm. Once confirmed, click
Grant Permissions and then click Yes. I'm now going to use data from Azure AD to
generate a self-signed certificate. This certificate is used to authenticate the
File Director server to Microsoft APIs in the File Director Azure app. Click
Manifest. You need the appId from the manifest, so copy and paste it into
Notepad.
Now, switch to the File Director web admin console and select Directory
Services from the Configuration menu. Use the app ID in the Client ID field and
copy your domain name into the Tenant Name field. The Expiry option can be set
to one or two years. Click Generate to create the data for
the public key and copy it to the clipboard. In the Azure AD manifest,
locate the keycredentials class and paste the data from the web admin
console between the square brackets. This registers the public key for our
self-signed certificate with the Azure File Director application - the private key is
stored in the File director database. Click Save to update the manifest. The
final step in this process is to select OneDrive as the home map point source in
the web admin console. Your tenant name should already be populated in this
field. And that's it, with no change their user experience, users are now using
OneDrive cloud storage when they access their File Director home map point. Thank
