I'm Karine Woodman,

I own 24hr Bookkeeper,

and we're located in Hibbing, Minnesota,

and we provide bookkeeping, payroll,

QuickBooks services, and third-party integration

for construction companies.

We're gonna just do it like I said we were.

A feature that's in QuickBooks online

is the downloaded transactions.

If a client calls me with a thousand transactions

that are all over the place

and they all came through the bank feed,

I can just undo them in one click.

So I would undo them, reorganize them,

and then go through the reclassify tool

if I feel that, you know, I need to move them around.

That's what really takes my stress away.

It's important that I teach clients

to do the things that are important

that might cause some restriction on my part

that are harder to move around,

and so I teach.

If I didn't have that tool,

I'd have to go one-by-one

just to fix the things that I need to do,

and that takes so much time.

So this actually will give you all their accounts.

So, recognizing the value of the QBOA tools--

that's why I can service more clients

and do more, faster, more efficiently,

because, just, it makes my job easier.

That's according to Spanish news outlet Diario Gol who reckon the Serie A giants are closing in on his signature. It's suggested a loan move could be on the cards with a view to a permanent £18m transfer.

The Sun claimed last month that Gomes remains at top target for Tottenham chief Maurico Pochettino. The Spaniard was on the cusp of a move to north London in August.

But a transfer failed to materialise as Spurs tried to get a deal through on deadline day.

Gomes, who only joined Barca from Valencia last summer, suffered a stop-start campaign last season. He is not part of Ernseto Valverde's plans for this season and needs to revive his flagging career.

Diario Gol say Gomes' compatriot, Joao Mario, could try and help lure him to the San Siro.

The midfielder swapped Sporting Lisbon for Inter in 2016. Gomes has made four La Liga appearances for Barcelona this term. However, he's widely expected to be moved on in January as Valverde looks to reshuffle his squad.

60 days to keep them,

and then you have 90 days to capture those memories.

and I am founder and CEO of ReconciledIt.com.

It's an online bookkeeping and accounting practice,

based here in Burlington, Vermont.

We serve companies throughout Vermont

and the rest of the United States.

One of our clients is We Norwegians,

a high-end clothing brand.

So, to me, the most effective form of marketing

is word-of-mouth.

And for Reconciled It, that means impressing and providing

kind of that wow experience for our current customers,

who then are sharing it, unsolicitedly, to their friends.

That means me as the firm owner,

literally emailing the client and saying,

"How are you doing?

"Give me some feedback

"on the bookkeeper you're working with.

"What else could we be doing better?"

Soliciting that feedback as much as possible,

and so they say,

"Hey, I found this great bookkeeper,

"I know you're having the same problem.

"I found this great CFO,

"I know you have the same problem.

"You should work with them."

Then we ask humbly,

"Would you be willing to put your feedback in a testimonial?

"Or take a video for us?

"Or do an audio interview for us?"

And put that on our website

as well as our social media tools.

There seems to be this common thread

within the first 30 to 60 days of their interaction with us,

they're more likely gonna share that experience

because it's a new, fresh experience.

And so I think, if anything, word-of-mouth advertising

is driving the ability to capture customer stories

and customer experiences,

and run and own a successful practice.

let's try it for a year,

and if you don't feel like you're comfortable with it,

then let's talk about it.

No one ever reported that they were uncomfortable with it.

In fact, everybody was very happy with it

because they knew exactly what to expect.

Each month they're going to get

the same service and they have access to us at any time.

With the hourly billing model,

I don't want to contact that accountant.

With our pricing model, it's a relationship price.

So I definitely think it promotes that partnership

that we have with Wheels Bike Shop.

you in your life is work you got to change the way you think so thankful

you're not trying to build up your understanding of it when I decided to

start a YouTube channel I didn't just start a YouTube channel I

started to look at okay what do I need to know about the algorithm what already

to learn about the search engine what makes a video rank and what doesn't and

then I can practice so yeah my tio is going off hit old what I'm building it

up there's a practicing I'm working on I'm learning understanding to build up

that mindset for success you have to build it to build up success you have to

build it so here the law of attraction you can't expect that it's just

magically gonna fall into place everything's gonna work out for you

because you decided that you're gonna start using the law of attraction

certain affirmations while writing down gratitude journal entries that's all

great stuff but use a piece of it that you have to realize just trying to tell

you right now this is the key to making the law of attraction work for you

when you tell yourself that the law of attraction is going to work when you say

to yourself I want to have this first thing that you have to do is you have to

believe that you have it you have to believe that you already have but then

you have to marry that belief to that feeling within your heart and you you

take your mind and you marry it to your heart

and to become one that's when the law of attraction is really gonna start to live

for you you have to believe it there are you have it in your mind and your heart

at the same time you have to have that feeling it's not vibration energy

vibrational feelings that's how you attract it to you that's how you

communicate with the universe we've left the source energy whatever you want to

call me whatever makes it comfortable this is the real way that the law of

attraction work it works in feelings so it's not just words and it's not just

actions but it's the feeling of having the feeling of already being successful

the feeling of are you having that goal that's how the law of attraction really

works it's not magic it's something that you can measure but

it doesn't happen just out of the blue despite by saying something and they're

not really believing you have that movie's a real feeling you have to

have that population or energy so that you can communicate with the universe

and this is what I have not what I want if you say that you wanted yeah the

universe is gonna give you more reasons to want it but you're not gonna happen

until you decide you have it you will never have it it'll be very hard for you

to get it once you decided to have it once you can switch that mind side means

what I talk about in some of our other videos in how to understand if the

opportunity is right for you I talked about this and the greatest thing is

believing building up that belief and their understanding that you have this

is yours so that's why the law of attraction doesn't work for you once you

start to marry your thoughts and your feelings as one you will start to see

it's a budgeted line item, and it's never going to change.

So, once we agree on a price, we just lock it in.

Another thing that was a value was they could

feel like it's collaboration between us.

We want them to be successful.

It's a win-win, if they grow, we grow,

and not feel like if I call my accountant

they're going to charge me money.

And, so, I think value pricing is a game changer.

So we don't start anything without having a plan in place.

And we're very specific, so the client knows what

the expectation is and we know what the expectation is.

Because we do that, we actually can take on more clients,

because we're very specific and scheduled.

Did you get the email that I sent you

about the tentative schedule for Thursday?

We try to train our clients to work efficiently with us

and it falls into different areas.

So it's efficiency in the way they provide us information,

it's efficiency in the way they do their business,

provides efficiency in the collaboration

of working together and just

the overall process of having a business.

We don't want to just keep fixing the problem,

over and over and over again.

If we see a problem, we will bring it to

the client's attention that this area needs to improve

or it needs to get better, so we teach them.

If my client doesn't need me, to me,

that's a definition of success.

That means I've put the right systems in place,

where they can focus where they need to focus.

QuickBooks Online with an Accountant - The Recipe for Small Business Success - Duration: 1:45.

- My name's Daren Rogers, one of three owners

of Wyanoke Builders, a general contractor here

in Montclaire, New Jersey.

We work on people's homes, additions, renovations,

and we have a lot of fun doing it.

We didn't always have an office.

We worked out of our homes, out of our cars,

whatever it might be.

So it was a matter of finding the right piece

of software that could support the fact that

we were kind of nomadic at the time.

I reached out to Karine at 24hr Bookkeeper,

learned that she was a QBO Pro Advisor,

which was a comforting thing to learn.

She was aware and familiar with all the tools we use.

- When they called me, they called me with an intention

of just connecting the software.

After speaking with them, we realized that we need

to do a little bit more building.

As much as we did 3rd party integration,

we also went into Quickbooks online and had to go back

and build the base to their financials,

so then that way everything could really

work together properly.

- As a company, we use a lot of 3rd party apps

to manage our projects.

The nice thing about Quickbooks online is it integrates

with all of those 3rd party apps.

Then at that point, Quickbooks,

in a very straightforward way,

enables us to track how efficiently we've been using

our resources in comparison to what we forecasted.

- So what I'd do is--

- She was familiar with all the tools we use,

and she understood the fact that look,

we needed a software package and a tool

that accommodated our flexibility.

There are days I work from the office.

There are days I work from site.

There's days that I'm not in town but still need

to get back to people with answers,

and Quickbooks online let's us do all of those things.

It was really the right package for us.
