These car manufactures have the best customer satisfaction ratings - is yours on the list?
The new What Car? Servicing Satisfaction Survey reveals how individual car companies rank among their customers: For the data 8,300 UK motorists were asked about their recent car service: Each driver rated their experiences based on politeness of staff, quality of work and value for money: Click through the gallery below to see the car service satisfaction survey ranked 34-1.
Just one British car manufacturer, Jaguar, secured one of the top spots with a score of 88:8 per cent: Citroën, Smart and Jeep fared the worst of the 34 brands included in the survey, with overall satisfaction ratings of 82:1%, 81:8% and 75:6% respectively:.
Both owners and car manufacturers strive for excellent customer service standards: Car owners want quality service, polite staff and good value and manufacturers want to offer the best service they can to ensure these customers don't change to another brand:

What Car? editor, Steve Huntingford, said: "Getting your car serviced can be a stressful time, depending on the level of customer service you receive, the quality of the work carried out and, of course, how much of a dent it makes in your wallet:.
Topping the list was Honda with an outstanding satisfaction rate of 91:2 per cent: It was joined in the top 10 list by fellow Japanese car brands Lexus, Subaru and Toyota: Korean manufacturers Hyundai, Kia and Ssangyong also made it into the top 10 with excellent customer satisfaction scores:
"Honda dealers clearly understand this, because they score well in every area: "And while the level of satisfaction with many brands plummets as cars age, Honda owners can expect attentive behaviour from staff and a high standard of workmanship throughout their cars lives:.
"Almost 90% of drivers get their cars serviced at franchised dealerships during the first year of ownership, making servicing satisfaction a significant consideration when purchasing a new car:
