Waching daily Oct 2 2017

Hi, thanks for stopping by. My name is Mary Jo Rapini, and I'm a licensed

professional counselor specializing in intimacy and relationships. There's a lot

of things we can't control, like the family we're born into, the people we work

with, or the unexpected situations of life. However, one thing we can control is

how we respond to these situations. Every day we react to unexpected news and to

what other people say and do. How you react shapes your world. Many people

think that you magically develop a healthy skill set or mindset to handle

the unexpected. Wrong! Like any other skill, they must be practiced. My mission

is to help you build that skill set and teach you how to reflect on your emotions,

see the bigger picture, and then respond in a way that's going to create a life

you want to live in. And how you respond doesn't impact just you; it impacts

others, Your reactions will directly impact your spouse, your family, your

co-workers, and even strangers. So join me for Reaction Reset every other Wednesday,

and let's make the world a better and healthier place - one person at a time.

Remember, if you change your reaction you can change your world.

More than 100 Years of Dairying – Clay Zimmerman is one of the Faces Behind the Real Faces of Dairy - Duration: 1:30.

Hi, I'm Clay Zimmerman and I am a Balchem Faces Behind the Real Faces of

Dairy project. I'm currently the ruminant protein platform manager, which is a

fancy way of saying I get to work with dairy producers and their nutritionists

to make sure they provide the correct balance of amino acids in their cows

diets. I'm a PHD nutritionist and I've worked in the dairy industry my entire

life. My family started dairying in Maryland in 1906. When my grandfather was

just 15 years old he and his 13 year old brother went to town and took out a loan

to start farming. I'm always amazed by the determination of those two young men

and the banker that had faith in them. The farm continues today as a family

operation and I currently live just one mile from the farm. Like many farm kids I

thought I wanted to be a veterinarian but when I got to college I decided that

nutrition was my real passion. Nutrition impacts every part of the cow;

reproduction health, and milk and milk component production. I was drawn to

Balchem because of the great employees and the company's strong base of science

and research. I can really stand behind the products and recommendations because

I know the science is sound. I'm a proud member of the Balcom team and one of the

faces behind the Real Faces of Dairy.
