Waching daily Oct 1 2017

Well

And this is so important for your health and your spirituality

most of the people choose money for satisfaction, and this is a really big mistake because

Money is just a number and numbers are endlessly

That means you will never be hundred percent

happy and satisfied

There will always be someone with more money than you and more things to buy if you live the simple life you're satisfied

With what you already have or simple things that you become and that makes your life happier

Because being satisfied is a personal success and we as human beings

Need personal achievements we need personal success

It doesn't matter how big they are we need them

so if you live a happy life your outcome and your output will be more creative you and your work gain more quality and

attention

Loving the simple things can also mean just working every day on your passion

You will love the chance of doing it every day and things that might be important for others

Doesn't matter for you because you need the simple things so you will be more

focused and I told you success is not money, but

here comes the big but

Success can lead you to money if you want it, so it's your life your decisions. What do you think about that?

Thanks for watching

5+1 Turkish words that can become useful for you in Turkey (This video is not edited sincerely) - Duration: 8:44.

guys it's Lara here again after a long while and I'm so happy to be reunited

with you guys and at the moment I'm in a Cafe it's my

most favorite coffeeshop in Turkey and today I will be talking about five

words that we use most in Turkey and I thought it would be a nice come back video

after a lot of you guys suggest me to shoot something about language I decided to do

this and as always I have my notes here and everything s set I have my coffee and

of course I don't drink from that and

yeah let's begin with the first word I will also write the writings how do

how do they write these words in Turkish in the description place

and my first word is "Tamam" which means okay in Turkish and a lot of people use this

word to say it's okay or let someone know that they're angry

for example your friend or your girlfriend or your boyfriend texted you

something very very long and they said you do this you do that

you know I will do this and that and then you just answer and say "Tamam" it's

also the same same thing as the same okay with just a "K"

yeah this was the first word try to repeat after me "Tamam" awesome and the

second word the second word is "Çay" which means tea' if you watched my previous

videos you will see why this word is very important and why do we use it a

lot for example I'm going to give you an example sentence in Turkish it is when

you came to a Cafe like this and then you say "İki Çay Lütfen"

Two cup of tea please I directly translated it from Turkish

though it's not very awesome I know and yeah our second word is "Çay" because we

need it a lot

and let's keep on with the third word is...

let me check my notes I'm sorry

let's go on with the third word the third word is "Lan", Lan means something

rude in turkish and if you get angry with someone you you say not "Napıyorsun Lan"

it means what are you doing man something like that it's the same thing

in Korean as (speaks a bit korean ) and koreans understood

me now, probably maybe they don't because of my bad accent but it means

something like man in a rude way and you can see a lot of people just because of

the heavy traffic in Istanbul and a lot of stress

they use the Word "Lan" a lot they say what are you doing man and they're saying what

are you doing man I don't want to say the whole of it because it's probably ending

with swearing or beginning with the swearing because you get really angry I

don't blame Turkish people for this because they can get really angry

because it's really heavy the traffic and everybody s stressed out after a

long day of their job and stuff yeah let me check my notes again and

another word is actually I have two words left and again it's five five

words i said like that and it's gonna be six words but still just forgive me and

another word is "Bakarız" it means we will see and actually the word

"Bakarız" is not something that we use a lot but it's something that we

have to use a lot because in istanbul sometimes you're late for something you

promised a friend but it seems like that you're not gonna make it in a time

you're not sure if you're gonna make it so you say we'll see anything that you

ask us is probably "we ll see" because if you told us this from three days or four

days ago from the actual thing

(Being depressed because of the abilty to speak of hers was just gone)

okay focus focus

I will just bring some coffee and pretend that you're not here

I'm serious and additional knowledge is if you were wondering what coffee means in

Turkish it is "Kahve" it's not very far from the Word coffee right? and wanna try it with me repeat

after me "Kahve" it is "Kahve" awesome :) and again back to the we will see word

Its called "Bakarız" and its our fifth word

and we use it

because we have to use it in İstanbul when we're promising some friends you do

something at the weekend and when we can't do it then we say I told you we'll

see I didn't say I will come yeah because of the heavy traffic and

the crowded in İstanbul again sometimes you're being late to some places and

it's very awful for that person who waits for you and it's nearly impossible

for both of you to be in the same place at the same time so

when you're gonna promise for something you probably say we will see and for the

last and extra word it is something like to represent that you are being bored or

being sad it's actually a sound that we make and it's a gesture and when you

are being sad you're saying "of" when you're being angry you say "of!" and when

you're being like depressed and "ooooff" is a word that we use a lot even though it's

not word preciely yeah that's all for today thank you for joining me here and

sorry for forgetting to speak sometimes but it was really awesome to meet you

and if you want to keep seeing a lot of videos from me you should like this

video subscribe my channel do everything you can because I love you guys a lot

and my next video will be about your questions and I hope you will be excited

about it and I'm so sorry that I couldn't shoot a video a lot of months

now it's because I was in an internship and I was actually working in a company

which I will talk about in another video and about my summer time actually I

wanted to have a little a little break you know it doesn't mean that I don't

love you guys but you know I had a lot to do so I didn't have really time for

anything and editing keep a lot a lot of time so let's see you guys on the other

(kisess)

Why You Should Buy Something That Is Hated | Jim Rogers Interview - Duration: 2:12.

I'm extremely bullish on agriculture.

That hasn't made me any money yet.

Well it has a little bit because one of my largest shareholdings-- a large-- well, it's

not one of my largest, but I am a director of a Russian fertilizer company which is making

all-time highs or near all-time highs, which is pretty astonishing given that it's Russia

and everybody hates Russia, as you well know.

In fact I'm startled that all of my Russian stocks making all-time highs.

And this is a hated market.

So it's something I have learned.

If you buy something that's hated, chances are you're going to make a lot of money down

the road.

SD: Is this potash?

JR: No, this is called PhosAgro.

It's phosphorous.

It's one of the largest phosphorus companies in the world.

But Aeroflot-- I own shares of the Moscow Stock Exchange, the home of Lenin, Stalin.

Mr. Lenin must be turning over in his grave because the shelves of the Moscow Stock Exchange

are at all-time highs.

Poor Lenin-- poor Lenin.

But back to agriculture-- prices are still not up.

Prices are still down, for a variety of reasons.

I mean agriculture has been a disaster for 35 years, as you probably know.

I have an agricultural index of agriculture prices.

It's down, what, 30%, 35% over the past 20 years.

Now there's not much in life where the prices are down 20% over the past 20 years, much

less over the past 30 years.

So agriculture is a disaster.

And often throughout history if you find things that are disasters and you buy them, you may

lose money first or you may go bankrupt first, but usually you make a lot of money in the

end.

It's not the first time we've had big cycles in agriculture, in real assets, and probably

not be the last time either.

Your Brain Is Hardwired for Love—Meditation Helps You Fully Express It | Daniel Goleman - Duration: 5:34.

Perhaps the most startling finding for meditation beginners comes with what's called compassion

or loving kindness meditation.

This is a practice that often accompanies mindfulness the breath, for example.

People will do at the end of the session, they bring to mind people that have been kind

to them; they think of themselves; they think of people they love, people they know, everyone

everywhere and wish them well may they be safe, happy, healthy, free from suffering.

And it turns out that the repetition of those phrases is psychoactive it actually changes

the brain and how you feel right from the get go.

We find, for example, that people who do this meditation who've just started doing it

actually are kinder, they're more likely to help someone in need, they're more generous

and they're happier.

It turns out that the brain areas that help us or that make us want to help someone that

we care about also connect with the circuitry for feeling good.

So it feels good to be kind and all of that shows up very early in just a few hours really

of total practice of loving kindness or compassion meditation.

So we feel that the brain is somehow biologically prepared to learn to love better.

The brain area that become stronger in its activity is the same as a parent's love

for a child.

It's the mammalian caretaking circuitry.

We share it with all other mammals.

And in humans it's extremely important for the third of three kinds of empathy.

There's empathy that allows you to understand better how someone thinks to take their perspective,

lets you be a good communicator.

There's the empathy where you connect emotionally; you feel what the other person feels immediately;

you sense in your own body what's going on in the other person.

This allows rapport and chemistry, it's also very important.

But the third kind of empathy is what's called empathic concern; it's the feeling

of caring about another person wanting to help them.

It's the basis of compassion.

You can have the first two and not to be particularly concerned or caring, but if you have all three

then you've got the whole package of empathy and we find that love and kindness meditation

strengthens that third, both in terms of how you behave, how you feel and what's happening

in the brain.

One of the paradoxes we found when we started looking very closely at all of the research

that's done on meditation was a kind of a disconnect between what the classic traditions

from which these methods come are saying is important and what scientists are studying.

One of the most important things, whether you're looking in the Christian literature

or the Buddhist literature or Jewish literature or Hindu literature, doesn't matter, all

of the meditative traditions within those classical schools of thought are saying the

most important thing is that you become less focused on yourself, caring only about yourself,

less selfish as it were and more open to the needs of others, more compassionate, more

caring, more present to other people.

And even though the classic traditions say this is what counts, in terms of the scientific

interest it was minimal.

We found maybe three or four studies... remember out of 6,000... that really were tight methodologically

and spoke to this, but here again the news was good.

If you look at the longer-term meditators, people who have done more than say 1,000 or

2,000 hours of meditation over their entire life, and this happens naturally, let's

say you do a half hour of sit every morning before you go out for the day, well after

a decade or two it does add up.

And it seems that that cumulative amount does make people less selfish, less just caring

about me and more open to other people around them, more caring, more able to tune in, more

able to empathize.

And this also shows up in a brain change, which we think is quite significant, which

is that the nucleus incumbents, which is the focus of craving of I got to have that, drug

addiction for example, actually become smaller in longer-term meditators.

And that seems to be related to this lack of "I me mine" in how people behave and how

they think in their emotional life.

And we see it most strikingly, of course, in Olympic level meditators where these are

people who have done 10,000 or more...

10,000 to 62,000 hours of meditation and they are genuinely selfless people, but they're

very nourishing very enjoyable to be with because they pay attention to you, they really

focus on the person they're with and how they can be of service or what do you need

now and it's very refreshing.

What is HAZOP - Duration: 4:44.

[Intro Music] >>Background Voice: ABC Industries is building

a new, greenfield hydrocarbons processing plant. Linda is a young engineer, working

on this project. George is her boss, who is the project manager.Lets now go to the Project

Office. >>LINDA: Good Morning George!

>>GEORGE: Good Morning Linda! How are things? >>LINDA: Well..not very clear

>>GEORGE: Why? >>LINDA: During yesterdays meeting, you

said that we will be carrying out a HAZOP Study for the new plant that is coming up.

Could you explain what is it? Why do we need it?

>>GEORGE: Sure, Linda. A HAZOP is a highly structured way of analysing all the things

that can go wrong in a complex plant such as ours. It is a Risk Assessment technique

that has become the de-facto industry standard for all plants in the Oil & Gas, Chemical,

pharmaceutical, power generation and even mining industries.

>>LINDA: Oh? Yes, I have heard of it before but have no idea how it works.

>>GEORGE: No problem, I will explain the basic idea of HAZOP in short. If you want more information,

simply go to the Abhisam website to learn about it.

>>GEORGE: Look, the idea is fairly simple. As I already said, modern plants are complex

and there is the possibility that some things may not happen as expected.

>>LINDA: Yes, thats true. >>GEORGE: But in our case, if things do not

work as they are supposed to, it may lead to a disaster!

>>LINDA: Yes, you are right. >>GEORGE: And there may be so many things

that can go wrong. We call them deviations. >>LINDA: OK.

>> GEORGE: Now in HAZOP, we carefully examine every possible deviation and think about what

were to happen, if the deviation does take place. For every such deviation, we ask whether

this can result in an unwanted occurrence or an accident. This could be a fire or explosion

or a tank that overflows, causing spillage of toxic material.

>>LINDA: Oh, that we means we think of all these bad things that can happen! Then what

do we do? >>GEORGE: Then, we think of ways to mitigate

it and recommend ways to do it. It could be an operator action or a safety interlock or

whatever is needed. >>LINDA: That must be a very long and complex

process. >>GEORGE: It sure is! But then a proper HAZOP

Methodology takes care of it. Also, a trained HAZOP team can do it pretty fast.

>>LINDA: Oh thats good to know. >>GEORGE: Yes, sure. You should get trained

in HAZOP at the earliest, since the project has already started.

>>LINDA: Thats a great idea, but how do I get the training?

>>GEORGE: Well, no sweat at all! Just take the Abhisam online HAZOP Training. You can

learn everything that you need to know with actual examples and case studies. Simulations

of deviations, make it really great. Just take a look at this!

>>Explainer: Here's a part of an animation from the HAZOP Course, that explains the Guide

Word High via an actual situation. This is just a very brief sample. The actual HAZOP

Course from Abhisam has many more such different examples.

>>LINDA: Thats great! Looks very interesting. >>GEORGE: Yes. Plus you also learn about the

management aspects of HAZOP, standards used in HAZOP and much more.

>>LINDA: But after I take the training, then what? How do people know that I am trained?

>>GEORGE: Well, if you take their exam, then you get a printable Certificate of Competency

and also an electronic badge that you can share on places such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

So everybody knows that you took the training, passed the exam and are now competent in HAZOP.

>>LINDA: Wow! Thats cool. >>GEORGE: You are telling me! On my last

project I could get my entire team trained and made competent in HAZOP in the space of

just a couple of weeks. >>LINDA: Sure, I will request my Training

Manager to get it today. >>GEORGE: That is good! Bye for now, I have

to rush to a meeting now. >>LINDA: Thank You George, you are always

so helpful. Bye! Take Care!

ONE PIECE: LUFFY IS GOING TO LOSE - Duration: 4:22.

ONE PIECE: LUFFY IS GOING TO LOSE

While I was reading some One Piece theories and posts on recent event in the mang, I found out that lot of people agree about the fact that Luffy is underestimated, in particular in the fight he's involved in now against Katakuri.

You know what? I think he's OVERestimated.

I mean, lot of them were trying to find excuses in order to justify his weakness, something like "he has been running for the whole Big Mom arc" … Are you kidding me?! Luffy is running since the episode number 1, he absolutely cannot lose stamina because of a run.

Furthermore, he ate Sanji's food and he slept, so that we can't consider him as totally without stamina.

In my opinion Luffy will lose this fight, and you know why? Because Katakuri is Big Mom's strongest sweet commander, so he's stronger also than Cracker, and to beat Cracker Luffy needed Nami's help.

For this reason I think that Luffy will lose against Katakuri if he goes on basing only on the abilities we all know (or also if he doesn't receive someone else's help).

Luffy Vs Akainu.

Then I also read some people's comments in which they wrote that in their opinion Luffy will show us a new Gear Fourth form he's hiding which will make him win.

Now, try to think about it, "hiding" what? I mean, Luffy is a lot beyond the point he's allowed to hide something, isn't he?.

If he's hiding a powerful attack or a new form, he's crazy, because this could have caused Nami's death while he was unconscious for example; moreover, if he had used it before, the Mugiwaras could have avoided a lot of useless fights and losses of time.

In my opinion, the only way Luffy could win is by pushing his body to its absolute limits like he did in Marineford; this could make sense, also because this "push" could be useful as a lesson for him and help Luffy to reach the Gear Fifth and/or the Awakening status of Gomu-Gomu devil fruit in the future.

But, on the contrary, he's conscious of the fact that any of these "push" reduce his life, and for this reason is really improbable that he's willing to sacrifice himself and so losing the possibility to become the Pirates' King by dying.

In conclusion I think that there are only two possible options.

Luffy doesn't want to lose, but he can't win, so he just lands a King Kong Gun on Katakuri and then runs away, postponing the fight to another moment.

It'll be a fight like the Aokiji vs Akainu's one, in the sense that it will last for a very long time, it will be devastating for both the characters and also for the environment and, in the end, there'll be a loser who loses because of the excessive effort, so in this case Luffy will probably decide to take another road.

That's it for my post, make sure to checkout our other One Piece posts.
