Waching daily Oct 1 2017

Meditation is training of the mind.

In terms of who we really are

and what this world is really like

it opens up new dimensions of reality for us

This in turn has far-reaching effects

on how you behave in the world

and towards other people.

If you recognize

that others are not separated from you

it is extremely difficult

to do anything bad to these other people.

That means, for me meditation

is not an end in itself

but rather a school that teaches me to live better.

In meditation you learn to concentrate

more and more on what you are experiencing

now...in this moment

And if you succeed in doing this in meditation,

then you will also increasingly

succeed in doing it in everyday life.

Which means that you can experience

happiness and peace within yourself,

regardless of what is going on externally

at the present moment.

My experience shows that this is

genuine happiness and genuine peace.

And meditation is

an ideal teacher for this.
