Now as we come back into the home I want to show you this mud room area as you go out
to the three car garage. It is great to have someplace for everyone to leave their coats

because I am going to show you your master suite next.

with friends and family and you are going to just love the beautiful finishes down here
just like upstairs. And we have tall ceilings down here too making it very spacious. Plus
the daylight windows make it bright and sunny down here. You have a separate entrance there
out to the side yard and a beautiful fireplace here to cozy around.
We also have a second kitchen down here that I know you are going to love. Look at all
those cabinets and counter space area plus you have the microwave, the mini fridge, and
a dishwasher so you scarce need to go upstairs you have just about everything you need down
here. And you can enjoy meals there at the eating area or the snack bar.
Now I know you are also going to love the fact that you have some unfinished space down
here which is great for storage or for future living space. And with two big windows in
here you could have two more bedrooms if you wanted you are already plumbed for another
full bath. You could have and exercise area, craft room, play room whatever you need. Plus
you have a cold storage area which everybody loves and until you get that finished off
you have a lot more finished living space down here so let me show you the rest of it.
First off I want to show you that you have another full bath which is going to be a great
convenience for folks down here. And we have two more bedrooms both of them nice sized
