aesthetic of the Dundas Media Instagram account. A lot of strategic thinking and

design that went into it, so yeah let's start with that.

The Dundas Media website has been completely

redesigned and it's on point.

But the Instagram is not cool enough and we want to work with the big companies the world, so the site and the

gram needs to represent that quality of work.

and this is an example of how we kind of want to lay it out

aesthetically. Have a look in Adobe Premier. We're creating a sting animation that looks a little like this.

Well we're basically trying to make a lot of white space and then just super ultra cool, clean videos.

it's an all or nothing plan.

It's not.

It's working towards a healthy lifestyle.

- Yeah and I think we want to meet you

where you're at and give you the tools

to be successful for the long term.

So getting to know you, getting to know

your lifestyle and understanding where you're at,

what your barriers are to weight loss.

And as we know those things,

we can work with you individually to come up

with ways to accomplish

or overcome those barriers.

- We do have a lot of really cool tools here too

that can help in the journey

so we have a Seca scale

and that tells us how much fat you've had

and how much muscle mass you have

and gives us a calculation

of your body fat percentage

which is such an important piece especially

at the beginning.

'Cause so many times people

they go to the gym,

they start working out, they're doing

all the right things and the scale's not moving.

But here we can see, you know, maybe your weight's

not changing but the body fat's going down

and you've lost fat and maybe gained

a couple of pounds of muscle.

And so that's really encouraging to be able to see that.

Even if I'm making changes,

the scale's not changing

but my body is changing.

So that's one of the really cool tools

that we have here.

We also have a meal planning program

too that we can utilize with patients.

Send them grocery lists,

things like that.

And then also have a calorimeter

which tells us your resting metabolic rate.

So we can really get an idea

of where your calories should be.
