In our distant history, Aliens visited earth.

The Aliens performed what humans perceived as magick, which created our belief in magick

and the arise of The Most High Goddess, a semi-secret religious organization, that integrated

itself in all aspects of human society.

Their goal was to discover the origin of Magick and once humans ventured out into space they

eventually did find the origin.

Magick Journey begins about a hundred years into the future at the end of the GRID Traveler

Trilogy series.

The board game is an alternate history in which some of the main characters of the book

have become powerful Necronians that visit the "present" timeline of the main game

characters.

In so doing, the Necronians have unleashed Magick onto the world.

The outcome is a fight to become the most powerful of them all.

Only one will survive.

Will it be you?

As a Player, you take the Persona of one of sixteen characters.

Each, when combined with a Necronian Mentor, have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Magick Journey is a game of thought, chance, and courage.

May magick give you strength.

Buttock Augmentation-Anesthesia for Buttock Augmentation-Dr.Cortes-YouTube - Duration: 6:16.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: Anesthesia for buttock augmentation.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Welcome back!

There is only one type of anesthesia that we deem appropriate for use

in a buttock augmentation procedure.

Before we talk about this type of anesthesia,

you need to understand what this procedure is about and how long it takes.

When fat is harvested for buttock augmentation, liposuction is performed in the more corpulent

parts of the body such as the abdomen, flanks, the sides, upper and lower back, and the thighs.

Typically, we need to inject an average of 800 cc to 1000 cc of fat in each buttock,

which can take from about 3 to 4 hours.

Because the procedure is quite long, we prefer to use general anesthetic.

Under general anesthetics, you will be completely asleep, which allows the surgeon

to properly sculpt and shape your butt in accordance to your desires and expectations.

When liposuction is performed and the fat is removed, tumescent anesthesia is injected.

This anesthesia also helps to control the pain and anesthetics requirements.

If you undergo these procedures without general anesthetic, it will be extremely uncomfortable

and awfully painful for you.

You can certainly do liposuction under local anesthesia.

Indeed, there are various differing opinions about the best type of anesthesia.

The weakness in tumescent anesthesia is that it contains lidocaine, and the amount of lidocaine

that will be required to numb all these areas will be above the maximum recommended,

which can cause toxicity and death.

On the other hand, general anesthetic provides a more controlled environment,

so when you are placed on your abdomen and liposuction is performed on your back,

the airway is secure.

This can greatly prevent serious consequences during surgery.

In my practice, I believe that general anesthesia is the only and best option for a successful surgery

that can give you the best and optimal results with absolutely no pain during the procedure.

In this video we discuss: Anesthesia for buttock augmentation.

Next week, will discuss: Excisional buttock.

What Exactly is the Decorative Arts? #withcaptions | ARTiculations - Duration: 4:50.

What exactly is the 'decorative arts?'

Is it art made for decoration?

Like things that decorate the walls of your house?

Well, not exactly.

Because a painting can decorate the walls of your house but painting are usually considered

fine art.

In general, the decorative arts is defined as "the design and aesthetics of functional

and utilitarian objects, often with an emphasis on unique and hand-crafted forms.

Examples are furniture, pottery, basketry, textiles, metalworks, and stained glass.

As opposed to most Fine Arts objects which usually have no other purpose than to be viewed

and appreciated, like paintings and sculptures.

But as you can tell with my use of words like "in general", "mostly", and "usually" that

there are many fuzzy edges to this definition.

And in my opinion, also sometimes many problems with this definition.

The fuzzy edges often come from question like "well what exactly do you mean by functional

and utilitarian?"

Are embroideries that are not meant to be used in clothing or furniture, but only meant

to be appreciated for their beauty considered decorative arts or fine arts?

Wood carvings and woodworking pieces are usually considered to be decorative arts, but what

exactly is the utilitarian function of a ceremonial wood carving?

Unless you consider religious devotion to be "utilitarian."

But by this definition, paintings used in church altar pieces are also used for religious

devotion, but those paintings are usually considered to be fine art.

One of the problems is that historically, in Western European cultures, objects that

were considered to be "decorative art" were considered distinctively different from the

fine arts, and in many cases also less worthy of appreciation and academic study.

This separation of the definitions doesn't apply to every cultures in the world.

For instance East Asian, Islamic and Indigenous American cultures historically did not make

a separation between decorative and fine arts.

Chinese lacquer works, jade carvings, and Ming dynasty vases were considered just as

artistically sophisticated as ink wash paintings.

Japanese origami would be considered a decorative art by western standards, but most East Asian

cultures consider paper cuttings and paper folding to be a sophisticated form of fine art.

Many Islamic periods were dominated by works like rug weavings, embroidery, ceramics and mosaics.

However, in the context of Western European categorization, works made by entire cultures

were categorized as decorative arts, often viewed through the lens of utilitarian objects

rather than sophisticated works of fine arts, which offers some insight into these cultures

but are not always the best way to view these objects.

Another issue is that things like basket weaving, textile, and pottery making were historically

artistic realms that women actually had an opportunity to excel in, as opposed to disciplines

like painting and sculpture, which women were essentially restricted from participating in.

But because practices like pottery, basketry and textiles were not considered to be fine

art, and thus not considered worthy of being displayed, sold on the art market, studied,

or appreciated.

And thus, this perspective further marginalized, diminished, and even erased women's accomplishments

throughout history.

Nowadays, many contemporary artists no longer subscribe to this distinction between the

fine arts and the decorative arts.

Many artists work in a mixture of media that include traditional practices such as painting,

drawing and sculpting, but also things like woodwork, textiles, metalwork and ceramics.

For example the artist Carl Beam was known for his mixed media paintings composed of

oil, acrylic and photo transfers, but he also produced works in woodworking and ceramic pottery.

The artist Christi Belcourt also often plays with viewers' expectations by producing works

that are inspired by Indigenous American bandolier bags, but are made with acrylic on canvas.

So, in this instance, similar to many other instances when studying history and culture,

broad and generalizing terms can be helpful in aiding our understanding, but it can also

be limiting.

I find it interesting to consider how artistic expressions can be interwoven through everyday

life and every day objects, and doesn't have to be limited to those things we make

in art class or those displayed in galleries.

In the comments please let me know of an artwork, or type of artwork that you enjoy but would

be considered "decorative arts" based on the aforementioned definition, and tell me

why you like it.

Oracle Application Builder Cloud Service Sales Merchandise Tracker App - Duration: 5:04.

You're a software developer for a large retail company.

You need to quickly design an application that can leverage your company's customer

data from Oracle Sales Cloud and be easy to use by your sales representatives to track

the corporate branded merchandise given to customers and prospects.

Oracle can help! Oracle offers several Sample Applications

as example patterns for quick development.

These Sample Applications include source code that you can review right in your environment,

to help you get started with creating your own custom applications.

Today we're using the Sales Merchandise Tracker.

This sample application allows sales managers and sales representatives to track corporate

merchandise given to customers and prospects.

Exploring this sample app is a good way to demonstrate the power and simplicity of the

Oracle Application Builder Cloud service for extending SaaS services like Oracle Sales

Cloud.

Let's start by downloading the Sales Merchandise Tracker from Oracle's public GitHub repository.

Next, import the Sales Merchandise Tracker in your Oracle Application Builder Cloud Service

instance.

The Sales Merchandise Tracker Sample Application is comprised of three modules:

• The Customer Info, • the Inventory Analysis,

• and the Inventory Info.

The Customer Info module allows the sales representative to create, update and delete

customers.

This page obtains customer data by calling an Oracle Sales Cloud Service RESTful service

which you can see in the services page of the data designer.

This is also the entry point for the merchandise allocation.

The Merchandise Allocation, allows the sales representative to create, update and delete

the merchandise allocation items for the selected customer.

The Inventory Analysis module allows the sales representative to review the inventory by

showing different data visualization gadgets offered out of the box by Oracle Application

Builder Cloud Service.

The gauge dial gadgets are special because they are custom Oracle JET components that

you can include in your application.

The Inventory Info module allows the sales representative to add, update and delete products

from the inventory.

Now, let's explore the business objects that comprise this sample application

The main business object is the sales cloud account SDO (SS-Dee-Oh) which is based on

the Oracle Sales Cloud RESTful service; this RESTful service provides two datasets: one

for the accounts and one for the addresses used by the customer info page and is also

related to the MerchandiseAllocation custom business object.

Because the Oracle Application Builder Cloud Service and the Oracle Sales Cloud Service

instances are in the same identity domain, you can authenticate the service using an

Oracle Cloud account.

Now, let's talk about the Merchandise Allocation business object.

This business object is a custom object that's used by the Merchandise Allocation page.

It's related with the sales account object and with the merchandise object.

You can add an input validation rule in the Date_Issued field to validate the date range

when a record is created.

Moving to the visual part of the Sales Merchandise Tracker, let's see how you can add Oracle

JET custom components to your pages.

The custom code editor is divided in four sections.

Template, Model, Application Style, and Generated Page Model.

For this example we'll focus in the Template and Model sections only.

Use the template section to write HTML code.

This code is pure HTML and if you're familiar with the knockout.js framework, you'll notice

the data-bind attribute Use the model section to write your custom

JavaScript code.

It's important to use the comments in the code window as guidelines of where you should

add your custom code.

You'll notice that this code leverages from the knockout.js framework.

The comments also provide details on the HTML code and the JavaScript code.

You can access the application's business objects programmatically by using the Oracle

Application Builder Cloud Service APIs.

Now you know how to import the Sample Application, and understand how the pages work, so you

can get started with customizing it to work for you.

Thank you for watching.

Get ready for robots made with human flesh - Duration: 4:22.

Get ready for robots made with human flesh

by ANNALEE NEWITZ

Two University of Oxford biomedical researchers are calling for robots to be built with real

human tissue, and they say the technology is there if we only choose to develop it.

Writing in Science Robotics, Pierre-Alexis Mouthuy and Andrew Carr argue that humanoid

robots could be the exact tool we need to create muscle and tendon grafts that actually

work.

Right now, tissue engineering relies on bioreactors to grow sheets of cells.

These machines often look like large fish tanks, filled with a rich soup of nutrients

and chemicals that cells need to grow on a specialized trellis.

The problem, explain Mouthuy and Carr, is that bioreactors currently "fail to mimic

the real mechanical environment for cells."

In other words, human cells in muscles and tendons grow while being stretched and moved

around on our skeletons.

Without experiencing these natural stresses, the tissue grafts produced by researchers

often have a broad range of structural problems and low cell counts.

That's where robots come in.

The researchers propose a "humanoid-bioreactor system" with "structures, dimensions, and

mechanics similar to those of the human body."

As the robot interacted with its environment, tissues growing on its body would receive

the typical strains and twists that they would if they grew on an actual human.

The result would be healthy tissue, grown for the exact area on the body it was destined

to replace.

Mouthuy and Carr note that this would be especially helpful for "bone-tendon-muscle grafts...

because failure during healing often occurs at the interface between tissues."

What would this humanoid-bioreactor system look like?

It could possibly be built on top of a humanoid robot with "soft robotics" muscles made from

electroactive polymers, and the growing muscles could piggyback on those to get their exercise.

It would also need to be covered in soft, stretchable sensors to monitor the health

of the growing tissues.

The result might look a bit like the University of Tokyo's Kenshiro robot, whose actuators

make realistically human movements.

Its body would be covered in squishy, fluid-filled bags of engineered tissue.

Patients needing tendon replacements in their hands might be able to shake hands or play

piano with a robot who is wearing their future tendon grafts.

University of Oxford researchers Mouthuy and Carr suggest their humanoid-bioreactor system

might look like this Kinshiro bot, only with human tissue growing on it.

Looking to the future, Mouthuy and Carr suggest that this could be the first step toward "biohybrid

humanoids" with "cell-based actuators."

In other words, this robot would be like the Terminator, whose metal endoskeleton is covered

in human muscles, tendons, and skin.

Obviously, if we want to create truly humanoid robots, it would make sense to eventually

create ones whose musculoskeletal systems are made from cellular tissue rather than

stretchy polymers.

After all, this tissue is self-repairing and perfectly designed to stretch and contract.

MIT roboticist Rodney Brooks predicted many years ago that humans wouldn't be replaced

by robotswe would become them.

In this paper about tissue engineering, we can see one possible way that prediction might

come true.

This Is ONLY A Universe Of Inclusion - Duration: 5:27.

This Is ONLY A Universe Of Inclusion

By Dylan Harper

Today, I have a public service announcement: please remember, this is only a universe of

inclusion, not exclusion.

So, perhaps you have learned by now that you are the creator of your reality. Perhaps you

have come to know the Law of Attraction, and you understand that you have the power to

change your life with your thoughts and your focus.

Have you also come to understand that we live in a universe of inclusion? In other words,

we can only ever include into our realities, but we cannot exclude?

Ultimately, we create through our focus, and thats it. Whatever we are focused on expands

(be it good or be it bad).

If I allow myself to focus on how beautiful the world is, it will become more beautiful

to me. However, if I allow myself dwell on the things I dislike about the world, they

become more frustrating to me. Whatever I focus on remains relevant in my reality.

In other words, the words no, not, dont, wont and shouldnt provide very little

benefit to a conscious creator.

So, thats the rub. Yes, you are the creator of your reality, but you only create by inclusion,

not by exclusion. You can only put things in your reality, you cannot take things

out. You are an allower, not an excluder.

Understanding this element to the Law of Attraction is highly critical. If there is something

you dont like or dont want, fighting against it will. not. help. you. P.E.R.I.O.D.

Arguing your point wont help you.

Blaming someone else wont help you.

Making new laws and rules wont help you.

Trying to fix problems wont help you.

There is simply zero way for you to eliminate what you dont want by focusing on it, because

whatever you focus on expands. Sometimes this really sucks, but it is what it is!

So how do you deal with things you dont want? Are you doomed to live with the things

you dont want forever?

Well, fortunately, there IS a loophole when it comes to unwanted things.

Give them less of your focus. Find a way to make peace with them and let them go. Let

them fade out of your consciousness.

Put them on a ship and let them sail away. Invite in all the good you can, but turn away

from the bad.

Sure, people may think you are insensitive or illogical or uncaring or ignorant, but

you know better. You know the reality you want to live in does not coexist with those

thoughts, subjects and issues. Its your reality, after all, so why put up with unwanted

things?

Remember, you create your reality by allowing it in, and the only way anything gets in is

through your focus. Use your focus wisely, and be willing to let go of subjects and issues

that are not relevant to what you are wanting, regardless of what anyone else is doing. After

all, most people havent a clue about conscious creation. You know better.

Be the gatekeeper of your reality, and be selective. You arent required to think

about, discuss or argue things you dont like. You arent required to let them in

past the gate. You get to decide what sticks around in your reality. You get to decide

whats relevant.

So the next time you see something you dont like or dont want, remind yourself: I

get to decide what is relevant in my life.

Truthfully, theres a lot of stuff going on every day in your reality, so naturally

not everything that pops up is going to be perfect. Thats OK. Things dont have

to be perfect because you always get to decide how you choose to view them.

There will be things you dont like and there will be situations that arent always

comfortable, but you have the ability to let bad parts fade out of the picture. You have

the ability to focus on other topics. You have the ability to find the silver linings.

You can turn away from war, and look for peace.

You can look away from hate, and search for love.

You can ignore the ignorant, and embrace the understanding.

You can find prosperity over poverty, health over illness and fulfillment over discouragement.

You can choose to focus in whichever direction you wish.

This is your universe of inclusion, so use your ability to include to your highest advantage.
