Melania Trump Is Beautiful In Baby Blue Coat At White House Easter Egg Roll - Duration: 3:30.

First Lady Melania Trump was feeling blue the morning of the White House Easter Egg

Roll.

The first lady, 47, opted for a baby blue coat with black buttons, black tights and

black heels for the 140th annual Easter Egg Roll on the White House's South Lawn, wearing

her hair in loose waves around her shoulders.

President Trump chose a blue tie to match his wife's look.

Her ensemble reflected the day's cooler weather, with temperatures in Washington hovering around

45 degrees, compared to the balmy climates at last year's Easter Egg Roll, where she

wore a sleeveless pink dress by Hervé Pierre (who also crafted her inaugural gown) to celebrate

the occasion.

The first lady has opted for that same shade of Tiffany blue in previous outings, most

notably with the sky-blue Ralph Lauren cape and dress that she wore on Inauguration Day

last year.

Yesterday, for Easter Sunday service, Melania wore a red and white, form fitting, patterned

midi dress.

She held her husband's hand as she walked into church in Florida, wearing sky-high white

strappy sandals.

Back in 2017 at the White House Easter Egg Roll, Melania wore an ankle-length light pink

chiffon gown with a high neck by Herve Pierre.

She wore matching pastel flats since she was walking around the lawn with the kids.

She even read them the book Party Animals by Kathie Lee Gifford!

It was much warmer last year, so she was able to wear the pretty spring dress without a

jacket!

This year, President Donald J. Trump wore a baby blue tie to match Melania's outfit

as he greeted the excited crowd from the balcony.

As you can surely remember, Melania wore a very similar shade of blue on Inauguration

day in 2017.

Her now-famous sky blue Ralph Lauren dress was matched with elbow gloves and pumps.

So elegant.

Last year, Melania wore a blush pink dress designed by Herve Pierre, but she opted for

a more covered-up look this time around given the chilly temperatures in Washington D.C.

She completed the rest of the look with a black sweater, trousers and boots.

Her ensemble on Monday was a stark contrast to her outfit in Florida on Easter Sunday,

where she sported a red-and-white patterned Azzedine Alaïa dress which she paired with

some strappy white stilettos and her signature sunglasses.

Melania was in good spirits as she took a seat in the Easter Egg Roll reading nook where

she began to read to children.

Press secretary Sarah Sanders took her turn early on in the reading chair, with other

White House officials like the director of national intelligence Dan Coats, Secretaries

Elaine Chao and Betsy DeVos and director of legislative affairs Marc Short expected to

take the seat later today.

Earlier in the morning, President Trump walked out on Truman Balcony where he made a speech

alongside FLOTUS and the Easter Bunny.

The tradition of the costumed Easter Bunny began with a Pat Nixon staff member in 1969,

according to the White House Historical Association.

This year's event will include an egg hunt, the egg-rolling race and Easter-themed crafts

such as cookie decorating.

How to answer, "What is your greatest strength?" - Duration: 1:11.

Watch this video for tips on how to answer the common interview question:

"What is your greatest strength?". Interviewers are often interested in

hearing about your strengths to determine your assets as a candidate

and see where you fit with the others at the organization. This information will

often be asked in the form of a question like "What is your greatest strength?". When

discussing a strength in an interview be sure to focus on a transferable skill

that is relevant to the position you're interviewing for rather than a

personality trait such as hard-working or dedicated. A transferable skill is an

ability or attribute obtained during your prior studies and experiences that

you can use across industry lines. When picking a transferable skill to

highlight, it is a good idea to look at the job or internship position

description and choose a skill they are asking for specifically. It is also

important to be ready to share examples of how you've used this transferable

skill in the past. Sharing stories can help you show the employer that you have

the skill rather than just tell them. Finally, it may be a good idea to have

two to three transferable skills and supporting stories prepared in the case

the interviewer asks for more than one.

Jared Kushner's Father Is Headed For Financial Ruin Because Of Jared - Duration: 4:15.

Charles Kushner, the father of Jared Kushner, who is the son-in-law of the President of

the United States, could be headed for financial ruin, according to a recent report, as early

as the end of this year.

Here's what's happening to Charles Kushner and his multi-billion dollar real estate empire

in the state of New York.

You see, Kushner is in debt, I think by about $1.2 billion.

He asked to get investors and other kind of financiers to step in and help him with the

properties and projects that he wants to do.

It's a typical thing that happens in real estate.

You're in debt until you sell a bunch of properties, then you get all your money back and then

some.

However, Kushner's having a really hard time right now because nobody wants to work with

him because of the political affiliations and seemingly nonstop scandals coming from

his son, Jared.

So, because he cannot find investors, because nobody wants to work with him, he could be

headed towards bankruptcy by the end of this year.

I have absolutely no sympathy whatsoever for Charles Kushner.

This is not, surprisingly, Jared Kushner's fault.

Well, I guess, to an extent, it is, because Jared Kushner being thrust into the national

spotlight has allowed that national spotlight to also shine on all of the horrible things

that his family business has done.

That's the problem here.

It's not that Jared necessarily went and did all these horrible things that the company's

been accused of.

He was involved in some of them according to investigations, but it's the fact that

people are now paying attention and they understand what kind of shady shoddy business Charles

Kushner and Jared Kushner have been running for years.

That's the problem that Charles Kushner is facing right now.

And I'm sure it doesn't help that his own son is being investigated for four different

things by four different organizations but sooner or later, all of this would've come

out eventually.

There's only so many times that any kind of big major business or company can continuously,

allegedly, I have to throw in there, break the law without somebody stepping in and saying,

"Hold up.

We've got to take a look at this," and that's exactly what happened recently with the New

York Department of Buildings, that's now investigating Kushner and the family business because they

lied repeatedly on at least 80 different official state forms.

So yeah, Charles Kushner probably isn't too happy with Jared right now.

But at the same time, he needs to understand that he is also a part of this.

This isn't just because of Kushner, it's not because of the fact that Jared is the son-in-law

of the most hated President in modern American history.

It's due to the fact that they're unethical businessmen and that seems to be a common

theme among some of the people who are high profile Republicans in the Republican party.

That's what we've come to expect.

I would expect no less from Jared Kushner's father.

After all, where do you think this kid learned how to do all the shady things he's been accused

of doing?

He didn't read a book about it.

Probably learned it by watching Daddy, which according to reports, is what Jared Kushner,

who is 36, 37 years old still calls his father.

I'm curious as to see what kind of influence Jared Kushner will still have within the White

House if his family ends up going bankrupt and Jared Kushner is suddenly worth $0.

I'm sure in the eyes of Donald Trump, possibly even Ivanka, that's going to make him not

just financially worthless, but also worthless as a human being.

That's going to be interesting to see how that plays out.
