I'm Big Crazy John with Big Crazy Outdoor Adventures and

today I want to talk to you about 10 things small YouTubers can do to address

the new YouTube Monetization Policy

So

I know a lot of YouTubers are frustrated I've seen a lot of videos and comments people have been leaving

on different channels and

I think there's kind of two groups of people are in maybe three groups.

One group being the group I'm in where I was trying to get 10,000 views

to have my channel reviewed for monetization.

That goal has been pushed and I'll get to that.

The second group is folks that have already been monetized

They had 10,000 views or more

They have been having their videos monetized

Now they have received a notice

and I'll read a portion of it here

This is a portion of that Blog Post

"On February 20th, 2018, we'll also

implement this threshold across existing channels on the platform,

to allow for a 30 day grace period. On that date,

channels with fewer than 1,000 subs

or 4,000 watch hours will no longer be able to earn money

on YouTube. When they reach 1,000 subs and 4,000 watch hours

they will be automatically be re-evaluated under strict

criteria to ensure they comply with our policies.

New channels will need to apply,

and their application will be evaluated when they hit these milestones."

I know there is a long term way to get to these goals

and that is to get your videos on a schedule

I'm trying to get my videos. My Monday videos

are always coming out at 12:30am Central Time Monday

I'm trying to keep that schedule

I'm trying to get my second video into a Thursday night schedule

It's hard to do with Life Work and everything that gets in the way

Bigg Boss 11 winner Shilpa Shinde has been in the news ever since she won the popular

reality show.

But her brother, Ashutosh Shinde, has lashed out at many social media videos after they cheaply

captioned her sister's dance moves at a recent party.

Ashutosh vented his anger at the social media channels by tweeting an image alongside the

caption, "Really sad to see such types of video captions, just to grab hit on video

@next9news #OffScreenOfStars #A2ZGyan @BollywoodNow Please refrain from doing such cheap tricks!

Change the caption immediately.

This is one of the reason why @ShindeShilpaS has kept herself away from SM."

Being a vocal and strong supporter of his sister and actress Shilpa, Ashutosh has been

the one clarifying a lot of misconceptions and rumors being leaked out about the actress.

Ashutosh went ahead to blame such a behavior for Shilpa's absence from Social Media till

now.

Well, amidst all the controversies, Shilpa has openly declared that she is going to take

time off from TV, for now.

Did you spot this HUGE Emmerdale gaffe? 'For f*** sake!'

Lachlan has desperately been trying to stop anyone finding out that he was the one that caused the White familys speeding car to crash into a lorry.

Emmerdale spoilers revealed that the soap psycho grabbed the wheel from mum Chrissie White (Louise Marwood) after he found out she was the reason girlfriend Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) had split up with him.

While grandfather Lawrence White (Jon Bowe) and Chrissie were killed instantly, aunt Rebeccas life hangs in the balance, as she lays deep in a coma.

Last nights episode saw Lachlan become increasingly more frenzied when he found friend Gerry Roberts (Shaun Thomas) listening to the suspect voicemail he accidentally left him during the crash.

"Okay, the alarm will be going off at the nurses station and no-one appears…must be all the NHS cuts!" Sarcastic Emmerdale fan He was left further panicked when Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) announced he was going to shell out for Rebecca to have the very best hospital treatment to try and bring her round.

Knowing that if she woke up, she could reveal the truth and see Lachlan put in prison for a very long time, he takes drastic action and mercilessly gripped at Rebeccas incubation tubes.

But perplexed fans spotted an error in the dramatic scenes, taking to Twitter to call out Emmerdale show bosses on the gaffe.

Fans quite rightly pointed out that as the alarm rang when Rebecca stopped breathing, nurses were nowhere to be seen to catch Lachlan in the act.

Why are the nurses not coming in? pondered one fan.

FFS an alarm would have gone off! A second slammed: Okay, the alarm will be going off at the nurses station and no-one appears…must be all the NHS cuts! As soon as he disconnects her, alarm bells should ring, literally, and staff would be in within seconds, blasted a third.

Despite being one of the Emmerdale casts most accomplished killers, Lachlan wasnt able to go through with murdering Rebecca, and was found sobbing by Belle outside the hospital room.

Tearful Lachlan then ended it with his girlfriend, leaving her confused.

This was not the only blunder that rocked Emmerdale last night, as other fans noticed Rebecca apparently blinking as she lay supposedly comatose.

Is Rebecca on the verge of waking up? Emmerdale continues weekdays at 7pm on ITV.

EastEnders fans SLAM soap for 'forgotten storyline'

The EastEnders cast lost Abi Branning (Lorna Fitzgerald) last week in emotional scenes that left viewers in tears.

The Branning family gathered around Abis hospital bed as her breathing apparatus were switched off.

Abis exit was made all the more poignant when EastEnders bosses decided to scrap the dramatic theme music and credits, instead choosing to cut to black.

While we expected Abis death to cast a dark shadow over the Square, it seems that one member of the Branning clan is seemingly over it.

In last nights EastEnders, the usually bleak BBC One soap received a glimmer of good news for a change when it was revealed the Carters, lead by hard man Mock Carter (Danny Dyer) had won their fight to remain in the Queen Vic.

Cue jubilant scenes from the Walford residents; Mick burst out into song and served a tray of free drinks to deliriously happy punters.

Karen Taylor (Lorraine Stanley) also joined in the festivities by leading a merry conga line around the pub and out into the market.

No wonder she was in a good mood – shed just got away with pulling off an epic scam at the launderette.

"As if Jack Branning is in the Vic doing the conga not even a week after his niece died." EastEnders fan But EastEnders fans were left less than impressed Jack Brannings buoyant mood at the Carters winning the pub, particularly seeing as his niece had practically just died.

Viewers took to Twitter to call out Jack, who boogied on down without a care in the world.

WTF? wrote one bewildered fan.

Why is Jack singing and dancing in EastEnders? Abi just died. Another slammed: As if Jack Branning is in the Vic doing the conga not even a week after his niece died..

I jut caught the tail end of EastEnders…did I really just see Jack/Jay on a conga line, a week ago they were mourning Abi! complained a third.

Youre so unrealistic, how can Jack be doing the conga in the pub days after losing his niece? queried a fourth.

However, one viewer disagreed with the nay-sayers, writing: Speaking from personal experience I feel that Jack should have some joy after losing Abi, the Carters are his friends so why shouldnt he be happy for them? What do you think? EastEnders continues Monday at 8pm on BBC One.

Huge Coronation Street shake up as bosses look for new writers amid Ofcom complaints

An advert searching for new storyline creators has been posted on the ITV Careers website as the soap has faced heavy backlash from viewers.

Viewers have slammed the show for being too violent recently, after Coronation Street cast Pat Phelan (Connor McIntyre) murdered three characters and Bethany Platt (Lucy Fallon) was raped in a sex ring.

The advert reads: Our storyliners contribute ideas at story conference and devise engaging, compelling, detailed episodic storylines to an agreed vision.

You will take notes from the producer, and redraft storylines appropriately, as well as assisting our writers, script editors and production team.

The ad invites candidates to a workshop, where if you prove to be a success it puts you in a position to be potentially taken on by the soap.

The advert adds: You will need to have a keen passion for Corrie, a flair for creative writing and love working in a tight knit team, then come to our workshop and join our talent pool now..

We continue to work hard to make meaningful changes to make sure ITV continues to welcome diversity, celebrate individuality and support an inclusive working environment. Corrie is currently being investigated by Ofcom after it received 622 complaints after fans watched Phelan murder Luke Britton (Dean Fagan) by shooting him and blowing his car up.

A former star said of the show: The future looks bleak in every way.

Many of the young ones love the gritty stuff.

I suppose they can see awards.

But it wasn't violence that made it great.

You can get that anywhere on TV now. The show also faced Ofcom investigation after Phelan forced Andy Carver (Oliver Farnworth) to kill Vinny Ashford before killing Andy Carver himself.

Correi continues tonight at 7.30pm on ITV.
