Home Workout for MUSCLE GAIN EP3 | Core and Back Routine - Duration: 7:18.

hello guys, welcome back to our course and I hope you enjoyed our previous

routine, don't forget that you need to do 10 rounds of it. and in this video I

will show you the next amazing routine and I'm sure you will love it and that

you will fill the gains, let's go. so, the third routine of our course and it will

start with the exercise that is called L-sit to

tucked planche and this exercise is really effective for the core strength and will

also help you progress in various calisthenics elements, for example, if you're

learning handstand on the parallel bars it will help you get that strength to

lift your body up. so, five to eight repetitions of this exercise, so you go

into Lsit, same as I showed you in a second day routine and then from that

position you switch to tucked planche.

my parallel bar is a sliding away, but about I hope you understood how this

exercise should be done. so the next exercise is a core exercise and I

love doing it because it's also quite challenging, so basically you put your

arms on the floor and it's good to wear socks, because they are slippery and it's

good to do it on the floor that is quite slippery, so basically what you

will need to do - you are in a push-up position and then you slide out

and then you pick yourself up with little steps, you slide out and pick

yourself up. slide out, pick yourself up, so try this exercise - it's one of my

favorite for the core strength, because it makes your core work a lot. the next one

is called planche lean, so it's a static exercise, but it's really really

good and effective for your shoulder and upper body strength and also for you to

progress in planche, if you are learning this element at the moment, so

basically you take the parallel bars and then you go as if it were in a planche

position, but with your feet just the toes of your feet on the ground, so the

idea is to lean forward as much as possible. so, let's go,

okay, so you lean with all of your weight forward, same as with the deep push-ups you

can actually loosen up your wrist a little bit, so that there is not that

much strain on it, okay. and you can do, let's say, several attempts of this three to

five and the last exercise in this routine will be archer push-ups, I will

actually do them without the parallel bars, so this exercise is really

effective for the strength of your back. so, also, five to eight repetitions, but

with a good technique, okay, so you put yourself.

okay, and there are two types of Archer push-ups, same as archer pull-ups, you

can do them with getting up and then lowering down and going side to side or

there is a type that I just showed where you just go side to side. so in

this one you just go side to side to side, so don't forget please - you have to

repeat the whole thing at least ten times and as explained in muscle

building course doing the exercises in this way, the exercises that are so hard

that you can do only five to eight repetitions - those are the ones that will

make your muscles grow, so I will see you in the next episode, I hope you enjoyed

this routine and if you have a question how many times a week you should do these

routines, well, you have to feel your body, okay, so, of course, you have to feel well

and you have to feel recovered, but basically beginner intermediate level

athletes can do this type of routines on average three - four times a week, I would

say, so you can select the ones you like from this course and also the other ones

from muscle building course and also there will the leg routines that will

show you so you can actually design training program for yourself. so, I will

see you in the next episode, all the best

Interior Design Tips: Creature comforts for your dog - Duration: 2:35.

I don't know about you but my dog is definitely just like a member of my

family. I mean look at that face! Oscar loves to snooze most of the day away but

I do find that he wanders from one spot to another looking for the perfect spot.

It's important to me that he has a comfortable bed or a nook just for him.

Obviously you'll know what's best for your little guy but here are some ideas

to start you off. What's happening with the space below your stairs? Wasted in

most cases but wouldn't it be great to give that space over to Rover? Give him

his own little doggie room; a doggie apartment outfitted with some comfy

pillows and his bed and all his stuffies and don't forget his water bowl.

I love the Dutch door and window. Very cute! He'll love being sent to his room.

Most dogs love hanging out in the kitchen so if you've got the room

incorporate his nook into the kitchen. At least it gets them out from under your

feet! Custom built-in options are endless. Or how about incorporating your own

doggie spa into your laundry room or mudroom? I think I could do a whole video

on doggie spa necessities. Let me know in the comments below if you want a doggy

spa video.

And finally there are so many options of dog beds on the market and best of all

they come in all sorts of styles to suit your own personal style. I mean your

dog's personal style, of course! For the ultra-modern dog. The Scandinavian dog.

The luxe dog... Oh and my favorite, a dog teepee. That last one is probably more for me

than for Oscar. So here's your takeaway... from doggie rooms, doggy built-ins and

doggie beds in a full array of design styles, your furry little friend can live

in the lap of luxury, not just your lap. Thanks for watching

this little design tip. Oscar and I will have lots more design tips just like

this one coming soon so don't forget to subscribe. You can follow Oscar the

design dog on Instagram too. And if you like this video, please give it a thumbs

up, or a paws up! See you soon.

Partnership for Resilient Communities - Duration: 3:33.

There's got to be something that addresses the needs of the people in our community.

A lot of times when we do green work, there's this expectation that

somebody's going to come in from the outside and do the work and set it up

and then the community is going to take responsibility for whatever the improvements are after a year or two.

Why would the community do that when there's no buy in?

When they don't have any sense of ownership?

Community-based organizations exist to ensure the voice of the community

is part of everything that goes on in the community.

People have looked at the community as, "Well, we don't need to talk to them."

"They don't have the knowledge to make a decision."

We want that paradigm to change. We want to be at the forefront.

The goal of the partnership is to work with community-based organizations across the nation

who are wrestling with urgent environmental issues.

In this case we're working with water equity and energy equity

to allow them to become better leaders and shapers of these projects and initiatives for the people that they serve.

When we partnered up with ISC, that gave us the opportunity to turn our community centers into resiliency hubs.

So by putting solar power panels on the roof and battery backups,

our community centers will now be a resource if the grids go down.

We administer mini grants, and actually are funded by ISC to administer mini grants,

so that people can do it themselves.

This partnership has really helped elevate our status in the city.

We now have some level of influence with local partners simply because we have a relationship with ISC.

By empowering us, you're empowering the residents that we serve.

One huge thing that makes this approach different from other approaches

is that our funding is not simply a grant—it's a really wrap-around service

where we provide strategic and technical assistance, we have convenings and peer learning,

they have access to our full ISC network,

we've involved them in conferences and publications and ideas related to the challenges they face.

We've applied for grants before, but we've never actually worked so closely with the organization that's providing the grants.

Inviting different communities and different organizations just to bounce ideas off of,

that are really just aligned with the same thing that we are, is awesome.

What it has also allowed us to do is take a look at resiliency overall,

how our communities are surviving, how they're thriving, and how we contribute to that.

It's asking us to push beyond what we think—where we might stop.

The goal was to set up a footprint so that we create a couple of foot soldiers

that then take this mission and this model, and they pass it on and it flows into the whole community.

We have a chance to effect change and impact the way that decisions are made

that can affect the city of Pittsburgh and change how people look at making those decisions.

We look at neighborhood development,

neighborhood being a part of all development and all change within that community,

and that starts with the resident.

It's such an opportunity for monumental change.

Ep. 6: Criteria for getting admission into a top ranked Ph.D. program - Duration: 9:31.

Hey fellas! This is Dr. Varun Gandhi and you're listening to me on the Power

Punch Club Podcast. This is a podcast for students more specifically students in

Asia and Africa who are applying to the top universities

in America, Canada, England, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, or New Zealand

pretty much the top universities all over the world.

This podcast will cover topics related to your application so your resume your

statement of purpose and your letter of recommendations we will talk about

profiles of universities and their related degrees we'll talk about

different job profiles and also the hot careers and industries really our

mission is to level the playing field for every student no matter where you

come from and we want to do that so that you guys can attend the best

universities around the world also we're going to interview students the very

same students who are currently attending the universities that you are

applying to here in America so we're gonna talk to students from the

top universities like Harvard and MIT but also to the local universities for

example California State University Portland State University Washington

State University etc so today's topic is related to the PhD application process

the question that I'm going to answer today is what is the criteria for great

for getting admission into a top-ranked ph.d program so there really are two

parts to this question the first one the first part of this question I'm actually

gonna spit out some truths right here you're not gonna hear this anywhere else

a top-ranked ph.d program should actually not be the focus in this

application and I put top-ranked in quotes in quotes top ranked ph.d program

is actually a misnomer there really is no ph.d program ranking

you can't rank a university based on PhD programs because there are no really

meaningful factors that you can use to create such a list there are some loose

factors like funding but different professors have different funding

situation and so now who do you work with and which professor do you select

that's what it boils down to so if you look at all the Graduate all the the

school rankings you'll only see graduate school rankings and these are usually

based on their master's programs not the PhD programs so really asking for

top-ranked ph.d program and PhD in searching for ph.d program rankings are

really really irrelevant to this application process so now what do you

need to what do you need to search for to determine which universities to apply

to first one is the the the nature of the

research that you are interested in do you need to figure that out you need to

understand what kind of research do you want you want to get yourself involved

in then you need to decide you need to understand who the major players are in

that field so which professors are doing the

research in that field then narrow it down further to find out who can

accommodate another graduate student then further narrow down based on the

question how do they treat their graduate students really these are the

only factors you need to decide which university to apply to

now another thing to consider is also whether you want to go into academia or

industry after your PhD program if you have an inclination towards academia

then you should heavily focus your decision on the research the nature of

the research based on the uniqueness of the research so how new is this field of

research that you are in that is extremely critical to determine if you

want if you're gonna make it into academia or not so if you want to become

a professor you need to be working on this hot topic no matter what what

university you are in you need to be working on a hot topic and only then

you'll have a better chance you'll have better chance of becoming a professor

because if you're in a hot topic that means you're in a field that's very new

in its infancy there's a lot of research remaining that means you've made it into

that field early so now your competition is minimum when you're applying for

professor positions now the opportunity for research is much much greater

because you have access to a lot of grants because this is a hard field you

also have access to a lot of students because they want to come into this

field so think about if you want to go into academia or if you want to go into

industry after you're done with your ph.d program that's important now if you

want to go into industry first of all you definitely need to be

doing the research that you want to do right the research that you're gonna

like that's bottom line but then when you're deciding which University or

which professors to apply to or which professors which university to attend if

you want to go into industry now you could look at ranking and what is the

reputation mainly of the university that you're eventually going to apply to or

going to attend because reputation of the University is important when you're

getting a job no doubt so you have to make sure that you attend a good

University if you want to quit get into academia that's the same with masters

I'll tell you reality alright this is the reality what I went through cuz I

have a PhD from Georgia Tech and environmental engineering now listen

Georgia Tech is a top-three grad program in environment lunch

but the research topic that I went into wasn't popular enough for me to become a

professor there wasn't it wasn't the hot topic it was more it was more along the

lines of what I wanted to do research in but I decided not to go into a hot topic

because the hot topic in in environmental engineering would be

chemistry and I didn't like chemistry enough to go into it so now when I was

applying to become a professor all my rajaiah all my applications got rejected

I never even made it to the second round but my colleague in my same research

group under the same professor he was one of the first ones to get into

a really really hot topic and he had maybe had to do one year of postdoc and

then he got his professor position but he had very minimal time from graduating

his PhD to becoming a professor so that's what you have to understand this

is the nature of PhD research you have to either be interested naturally

interested in a field that's already hot or you have to come up with a fucking

crazy idea that pretty much results in the brand-new field there are geniuses

every day so I wouldn't doubt that some of you guys some of the listeners of

this show are gonna be one of those geniuses so really you have to make the

decision as to whether you want to go into academia or in or in industry

really if you want to go into academia you should know before you're getting

into a ph.d program because then you need to know that you have to be in a

field that's really really really really hot pappan

a lot of research a lot of money a lot of grants a lot of ideas a lot of room

for opportunity for growth for discovery but if you want to go into the industry

now your tactic will change a little bit and you can focus a little bit on the

rankings of the reputation of that university I can tell you the research

that I conducted will probably never be talked about it yet but guess what I

have no regrets though because I love what I do so thank you guys for

listening to this episode we really really love your comments so keep them

EXIT Realty The Mohr Group & Associates Announces We Sell Homes for 950 Program - Duration: 2:31.

Welcome back.

We all know Nashville's real estate market is booming.

But, no matter how good the market is, buying or selling a home can be overwhelming.

Monte Mohr has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate world, and he knows how

to help you.

He is joining me this morning with some information about a special new program.

Thanks for being here!

I'm really excited about this because we're going to save Middle Tennessee homeowners

thousands and thousands of dollars!

How is that?

It's almost like if I gave you a Wamart gift card, and you could go to Nordstrom and buy

whatever you wanted with it.

That's kind of the difference and savings here.

Here's how it works: we typically charge around 3% to list a home.

Instead, right now we're going wave that listing few of 3% and only charge $950 flat fee and

provide everything that any full service real estate broker does.

The catch is this, you're going to buy your next home with our help.

So we're looking at the value of 2 transactions, rather than looking at just a single transaction.

The average savings is going to be somewhere between $8,000 and $9,000 per client in that

price point.

Here is a quick example: A common fee would be 3% on a $350,000 home.

That's $10,500.

Instead, we're only going to be charging $950, which gives over a $9,000 savings in that

scenario.

Wow!

The only way that we're able to do this, is if you commit also to buy your next home with

our help here in Middle Tennessee.

There are a few restrictions: we need to have a sales price of at least $250,000, we need

to stay right here in Middle Tennessee, but they are really very realistic restrictions.

This is supposed to be a win-win situation.

One of the best things about our program is that we work on a day-to-day program.

A lot of folks don't feel comfortable being locked into a 6 month agreement.

My conviction is that if I want to win your business for the rest of your life and be

your realtor for life, why would I Iock you into an agreement that you don't feel comfortable

about?

We want this win-win.

So, you're going to save thousands.

You work on a day-to-day agreement.

We know Middle Tennessee.

We have, collectively my team because this is not just me doing this, we have a team

of 20 people.

You're getting, collectively, over 100 years of experience selling real estate.

Wow!

Is it still a good time to buy in Nashville?

It's an amazing time!

And it's always a good time to save money!

Yes!

Definitely, for sure, we can all do that!

We're really excited about this program.

This sounds like a great program.

Thank you so much for being here.

We appreciate it.

Thank you for the privilege.

You can give EXIT Realty The Mohr Group & Associates a call at (615) 636-8244.

You can also find Monte and his team online at www.WeSellHomesFor950.com.

That explains it right there, doesn't it!

It does!

You can also email Monte at MonteMohr@Yahoo.com.

Thanks for being here!

Good information.

Thank you.

Palenque and the Great Temple of the Inscriptions A Site Built for a King | New Discovery - Duration: 9:41.

Palenque and the Great Temple of the Inscriptions: A Site Built for a King.Hidden deep in the jungles of Mexico are the ruins of the great Maya city of Palenque

Known for its stunning architecture, sprawling temples, artwork and treasures, it has been luring explorers, tomb raiders and archaeologists here for centuries

The site is home to the Temple of the Inscriptions which houses the tomb of one of the most famous Maya leaders of Paleqnue - Pakal

The finding of his sarcophagus in the 20th century stunned the world, and has been surrounded in controversy ever since

Discovery of the Great Temple of Inscriptions.Located in the modern-day state of Chiapas, Mexico, the Temple of the Inscriptions ranks among the most famous monuments of the Maya world and is the largest Mesoamerican stepped pyramid structure

Its ancient name was Lakamha ("Big Water") and its modern name comes from the nearby Spanish colonial settlement of Santo Domingo de Palenque

The ruin's existence was unknown until 1773 when it was discovered by the Spanish explorer Ramon de Ordonez y Aguilar

Even then, Palenque was rediscovered and lost several times until 1841 when explorers John Lloyd Stephens and Frederick Catherwood, (considered the pioneers of Maya archaeology), documented and provided illustrations of the site in their book

Their accounts were superior in both accuracy and volume compared to the small amount that had been previously published on ancient Mesoamerican cultures

The tomb of Lord Pakal. The Temple of the Inscriptions was specifically built as the funerary monument for K'inich Janaab' Pakal, ruler of Palenque in the 7th century A

D. whose reign over the area lasted almost 70 years. Construction of this monument was commissioned by Pakal himself in the last decade of his life, and was completed by his son and successor K'inich Kan B'alam II a short time after 683 AD

The site consists of a "temple" structure that sits atop an eight-stepped pyramid for a total of nine levels

On top of the pyramid sits the temple which is comprised of two passageways divided by a series of pillars, and covered by a vaulted roof

Both the temple and the pyramid had a thick layer of stucco on it and were painted red, as was common for many Maya buildings

The hieroglyphic tablets of Palenque. The five entrances in the front of the building are surrounded by five piers bearing both carved images and hieroglyphic texts in Maya script

The Temple of the Inscriptions gets its name from three hieroglyphic tablets, known as the East Tablet, the Central Tablet, and the West Tablet, on the temple's inner walls

These tablets emphasize the idea that events that happened in the past will be repeated on the same calendar date and constitute the second longest known Maya inscriptions, 617 glyphs

Columns E through F mark the beginning of a record of various events in Pakal's life, which continues until the last two columns on the tablets; these announce his death and name Kan B'alam II as his heir

All of the tablets, excluding the final two columns, were completed during Pakal's lifetime and record approximately 180 years of the city's history from the 4th through 12th K'atuh

The spectacular discovery of Pakal's sarcophagus.Despite the fact that Palenque, and the Temple of the Inscriptions, had been visited and studied for more than two hundred years, it took until the 20th century to make a discovery that would change the world's view of Maya pyramids

In 1952, archaeologist Alberto Ruiz discovered a trap doors in floor of the Temple of the Inscriptions

He removed a stone slab on the upper platform only to discover a passageway that penetrated deep into the pyramid

This tunnel had been blocked for centuries by earth and stone making the descent into the structure difficult and dangerous

Removing the backfill took almost two years, and in the process, offerings of jade, shell and pottery were found which spoke to the importance of the place

Ruiz and his team finally reached an underground room where a 20 ton stone sarcophagus was discovered with a beautifully carved lid containing the tomb of king Pakal

The tomb itself is remarkable for its large, elaborately carved sarcophagus, and stucco sculpture decorating the walls

The coffin found was a singular stone block for the body of Pakal with rich ornaments accompanying him, including a jade death mask and jade jewelry

He was holding a cube in one hand and a sphere in the other. Five skeletons, both male and female, were also found at the entrance of the crypt

Interesting, the lid of Pakal's sarcophagus weighs 7 tons and the dimensions of the passageway in the Temple of the Inscriptions indicate that it could not have fit through

This makes the Temple of the Inscriptions somewhat unique and many believe it was built specifically around the sarcophagus as the final resting place of Lord Pakal

The mystery of the sarcophagus lid.The much-discussed symbolism of the sarcophagus lid is commonly believed to depict Pakal in the guise of one of the Maize Gods emerging from the underworld with the Tree of Life pattern in the background

In the image that covers it, Pakal lies on top of the 'earth monster'. Below him are the open jaws of a jaguar, symbolizing Xibalba

Above him is the Celestial Bird, perched atop the Cosmic Tree (represented by a cross) which, in turn, holds a serpent in its branches

Thus, in the image, Pakal lies between two worlds: the heavens and the underworld

Also on the sarcophagus are Pakal's ancestors, arraigned in a line going back six generations

However, not everyone agrees with this interpretation. A more alternative hypothesis is that Pakal is depicted operating a type of machinery or vehicle

When turned on its side, Pakal appears to be operating a complex series of controls

Ancient astronaut theorists maintain that the depiction is evidence of extra-terrestrial visitation in Earth's past

The curious 'psychoduct'.A curious feature to the Temple of the Inscriptions is a psychoduct (or hollow tube) that runs from the tomb, up the sides of the interior stairs to the temple floor

Many theories have been proposed as to its purpose such as being a channel for Pakal's spirit to communicate with his descendants during bloodletting rituals above

Based on the observation that during the winter solstice the sun appears to set into the temple, (following the path of the interior staircase), some have suggested that the duct provided a path for the setting sun to take directly to Pakal's remains

A new understanding of Maya culture. The discovery of the Temple of the Inscriptions changed previously held notions about Maya pyramids and Maya culture

Previously, it was believed there the Maya did not construct mortuary shrines, yet Pakal was buried in luxury and splendor that seemed to equal the elaborate tombs of Ancient Egypt

In no other part of America has a tomb like this been found to date. Up until about 2004, it was possible to descend the stairwell and see Pakal's tomb up close, but due to deterioration caused by too many visitors, it has been closed off to the public

A re-creation of the crypt is on display at the Museum of Palenque in Mexico, while the real one is still sitting safely at the bottom of the Temple

Please help to share this video and do not forget to subscribe. Thank You very mart

functions, please follow up with your preceptor or instructor.

We'll go over some basic concepts you may find useful

when looking up your patient's information.

On the left side, you'll see a window with all available

reports housed in CPRS.

Please note the reports with the words "Local Only"

in parentheses will show you only

results from the Portland VA and surrounding facilities.

Let's start with Clinical Reports.

The results under this heading can also be found in other tabs

throughout CPRS, but you can use

this as a one stop shopping area for results reporting.

Click on the arrow to expand the Clinical Reports area.

Now we'll click on the arrow under Patient Information

and we'll will find demographic

information such as address, next of kin,

insurance information, and disabilities.

The Visits and Admissions

section displays a list of all past and future visits,

inpatient admissions, and procedures.

Click on each category to get a history of

your patient's visits.

We can change the date range in the upper portion of your screen

if we're not seeing very many visits.

Selecting the Past Clinic Visits is a good way to see what

specialty services your patient

has utilized.

Clinical Reports also includes an allergy list.

Let's go down and look at the Pharmacy tab now.

Once you've expanded the Pharmacy tab you can select

All Outpatient to see a list of all

outpatient medications, which appears on the

right side of your screen.

You can sort these medications by clicking on any of the

headings like Drug Name, status,

or issue date.

Under Clinical Reports we can also click on this

Anticoagulation Flowsheet.

This is really useful if your patient has ever received or is

receiving anticoagulants for a

specific condition.

You can click on this section, and on the right side we'll see

a history of your patient's INR readings

and coumadin dosing instructions based on the INR.

We can also see any additional comments from the provider

regarding anticoagulation concerns.

Now let's go down to the Health Summary section.

This section includes some important information about

your patient's condition.

I'd like to draw your attention to Immunizations.

This section shows immunizations your patient has received

including when and where it was given.

This information is especially important during Flu season when

patients often forget when or if

they've received a flu vaccine.

There are a lot of other really great places to get information

about your patient in the

Health Summary section.

I encourage you to take some time and look this over.

Now I'm going to switch to a new patient so I can show

you some other functions.

Let's go to Imaging, Local Only.

This section shows the results of all X-Rays, CT scans,

Doppler imaging studies, or other

imaging scans that have been completed on your patient.

The reports of these scans show up in the headings

at the top of your screen.

Click on a report to see the Radiologist's read and

impression down at the bottom of

your screen.

A little blue icon next to the report means that there

are photos or other documents

associated with this report, which you can

view in Vista Imaging.

Next, we'll go to Procedures (Local Only).

This section includes all procedures performed on your

patient at the Portland VA.

These procedures are usually EEG's, ECHO's, Stress Tests,

Cardiac Catheterizations,

Hemodialysis, or Sleep Studies, for example.

Click on each report and we can bring up the details

at the bottom of your screen.

Let's go down to the Flow Sheets section now.

The Care Plan Report lists the active nursing

problems for your patient.

These problems are added or changed by nurses throughout

this patient's admission.

Unfortunately, this function doesn't work on the

Test patients, but on an actual

patient you would see a list of active nursing problems on

the right side of your screen.

If your patient is on a continuous drip, like Insulin

or Heparin, you can click on

Insulin drip or Heparin flow sheet to see more information.

And this includes the time that the drips were initiated

or changed throughout the day.

It will also include related labs.

This is another place where you can view the Anticoagulation

Flowsheet as well.

Hillary Clinton slammed for no apology response to harassment story - Duration: 5:03.

Hillary Clinton slammed for no-apology response to harassment story

Hillary Clintons latest return to the spotlight is being met with criticism.

While the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate took some ribbing for her cameo Sunday at

the Grammys, theres even more fury over her response to the bombshell report

that she helped protect a senior adviser to her 2008 campaign amid accusations he sexually

harassed a subordinate.

Without apologizing, she said simply that women should be heard and meanwhile

showed up in a Twitter clip giving a shout-out to activist b----es the same day that

report was published.

The New York Times first revealed the 2008 incident Friday, reporting that Clinton intervened

to help keep her faith adviser, Burns Strider, on board.

She effectively overruled then-campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle, who wanted to fire Strider.

Strider was sent to counseling and lost several weeks of pay, but remained on staff while

the younger woman was moved to a new role.

HILLARY CLINTON PROTECTED '08 CAMPAIGN ADVISER ACCUSED OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT: REPORT

Clinton responded to the report late Friday on Twitter, but fell short of issuing an apology.

A story appeared today about something that happened in 2008.

I was dismayed when it occurred, but was heartened the young woman came forward, was heard, and

had her concerns taken seriously and addressed, Clinton tweeted.

She added: I called her today to tell her how proud I am of her and to make sure she

knows what all women should: we deserve to be heard.

Clintons response drew bipartisan criticism over the weekend, including from a liberal-leaning

member of the Washington Post editorial board.

HILLARY CLINTON MAKES GRAMMY'S CAMEO TO MOCK TRUMP BY READING 'FIRE AND FURY'

Classically, infuriatingly, this episode and its aftermath exposes, once again, the

trademark Clinton failure to take personal responsibility; the allergy to owning up to

error; the refusal to cede any ground, no less apologize; the incessant double-standarding

with different, more forgiving rules for the Clintons and their loyalists, the Post's

Ruth Marcus wrote in a column over the weekend titled, Hillary Clinton: #MeToo, meet #SoWhat.

Marcus laid out an alternative, perhaps more appropriate response for Clinton in her column,

daring readers to imagine a Hillary Clinton who apologized for her lapse in judgment

during the time of the incident.

Imagine that Hillary Clinton.

She doesnt exist, Marcus wrote.

Other pundits and journalists slammed Clintons response on Twitter throughout the weekend.

Everything Clinton says or does is seen through its own unique polarized prism, but

by no measure would this employers response be described as appropriate or responsible

in any of the other harassment stories that have come to light in recent months, NPRs

Susan Davis tweeted Saturday.

Daily Caller reporter Chuck Ross tweeted: Women deserve to be heard, unless they

have an NDA or something. The woman in question and other Clinton campaign

staffers reportedly were required to sign a nondisclosure agreement barring campaign

aides from publicly discussing inner workings of the Clinton team.

The woman reportedly had accused Strider of rubbing her shoulders inappropriately, kissing

her on the forehead and sending suggestive emails.

Prior to Clintons response, a Clinton spokesman gave Fox News a statement from the law firm

that represented the 2008 campaign:

To ensure a safe working environment, the campaign had a process to address complaints

of misconduct and harassment, the statement from Urecht, Kleinfeld, Fiori, Partners said.

When matters arose, they were reviewed in accordance with these policies, and appropriate

action was taken.

This complaint was no exception.

Clinton has seemingly remained in close contact with Strider, with photos taken as recently

as October 2017 that show them together.

Strider later was hired to lead an independent group that supported Clintons 2016 presidential

run, Correct the Record, which was launched by Clinton ally David Brock.

But he reportedly was fired from Brocks firm months later for workplace issues, including

accusations that he, again, sexually harassed a young female aide.

Strider did not respond to Fox News request for comment.

Amid the fallout from the Times report, Clinton also appeared in an unusual video on Twitter

voicing support for "activist b----es."

Hey everyone, I just wanted to say thanks, Clinton said, sitting at a booth.

Thanks for your feminism, for your activism, and all I can hope is you keep up the really

important, good work.

She added with a laugh: And let me just say, this is directed to the activist b----es,

supporting b----es.

So lets go. Clinton wrapped up the weekend with her cameo

at the Grammy Awards, where she read excerpts from Michael Wolff's "Fire and Fury: Inside

the Trump White House."
