Waching daily Jan 31 2018

Hello my YouTube friends this is Richard founder short-term rental university and

Airbnb super host I wanted to thank this quick video give a tip about why your

communication when you're welcoming a guest is so important and how the actual

wording matters more than you can imagine

so this tip is more applicable if you're doing a shared space so for instance if

you share your home and you rent out one bedroom or two and you lived there at

the same time I think it's really important to welcome your guests just

like you would your family members and just give them a house tour walk around

and say hey here's the living room feel free to use it fold up the throw

and you're done or fluff the pillows whatever your rules are is fine but just

walk them through show them the house it's just about being welcoming inviting

showing them around showing them what they have access to telling them where

they're staying and what you'd like them to do and how to enjoy it and that's

gonna be a really great way to host somebody and make them feel comfortable

as a guest in your home now what if it's a single family home and they're renting

the entire thing it's the same sort of thing when I give people instructions I

say here's how you use the fireplace and please feel free to do so in the winter

but recognize this I'd really encourage you to turn it off when you're not home

and I'd also like you to turn it off when you go to sleep I want to maintain

your safety I think it's best practice and so again I'm encouraging them to use

the fireplace it's available for them but I'm also setting some standards and

some expectations so that we sort of know what we're talking about and how

we're dealing with it and I always frame it in reference to their personal safety

which is first and foremost and it's true so here's why that's so important

if you don't do it and you just assume that people know that the home is yours

and they should do this and that somebody may not actually embrace the

stay they may not do any of that they may just stay in their own like room or

they may not think that the guest experience is all that greater they may

think you're not that hospitable and that's probably the furthest thing from

the truth you probably are the most hospitable and you want them to use it

and you're assuming that they're going to use it but they just may not and

that's a problem because they may give you a bad review or they may not enjoy

their stay and so I just don't want anybody to assume anything I want you to

be very explicit use the right wording be very inviting be very encouraged and

walk them through it show them how it's done and that's gonna set the stage for

a five star review in closing please let me know what you do when you get people

to come and stay in your home and what's off-limits the more of the

share the more ideas we have the more ideas we generate in the Morley drill

please go ahead and like the video and subscribe to the channel if you haven't

thanks so much happier

you

Tips for Playing Monster Hunter: World - Duration: 6:50.

Welcome new hunters!

Whether you're a veteran wanting to know what's changed or new to the series, you'll

find these tips useful to help guide you through the first few hours of "Monster Hunter: World."

"Monster Hunter" is really very simple: go out, kill things, make better equipment, kill

bigger things.

The first thing you need to do is pick a weapon.

There are 14 to choose from, and there are star ratings that show how easy they are for

beginners to use.

Some good beginner weapons are the long sword, sword and shield, dual swords, and light bowgun.

You can go to your room and access the training ground, where onscreen prompts will help

you learn your weapon's combos.

After a bit of practice, you can learn some more out in the field.

Once you start killing monsters, you'll want to go to the workshop to make better

gear out of their—remains.

There are complicated upgrade trees for weapons. But at the beginning, all you need to know

is that all upgrades will help.

Armor is simple—there are no upgrade trees.

You just craft the best armor you can from the monster parts you have.

There are lots of stats to get to know. But for earlier on, go for whatever has the biggest

defense number,

or more importantly, whatever looks most fashionable.

"Monster Hunter" armor can get very silly—

embrace it.

Meals eaten at the canteen run by the one-eyed cat give you boosts to health, attack, defense,

and lots more.

The meals get better as the game goes on, too.

Plus, the cooking animation is hilarious.

You can also eat meals at the campfire at any campsite out in the field.

You'll collect lots of plants, bugs, mushrooms, and other stuff on your adventures.

This can all be used to make useful items that can give you an edge in a fight, like

power-enhancing potions or antidotes that cure ailments.

You can do this out in the field through the menus, or by standing next to your Item Box

and using the Crafting List.

There's also an automatic crafting feature, which is helpfully turned on at the start.

Whenever you pick up the ingredients for a potion or other common item, the game will

autocraft it for you.

The map in "Monster Hunter: World" is your most useful tool.

As you explore each new environment, it will fill up with icons that show you the locations

of gathering points, monsters, camps, and anything else that you might need to know.

Look at it if you need a nudge in the right direction.

An hour or so into the game you will be allowed to go on expeditions.

This is "Monster Hunter: World's" free-roam mode.

There are no objectives or time limits, and you can explore freely, avoiding or fighting

creatures as you see fit.

It's an invaluable way of getting to know the beautiful places that "Monster Hunter: World"

sends you to, and they're all full of secret nooks.

Out in the field, monsters leave traces— tracks, mucus, and even shed scales.

Examining these traces builds up a better understanding of the monster.

Your useful scout flies will then blaze a green trail toward it, allowing you to keep track.

It'll also be marked on your map.

Select a monster you want to follow on the map, and the scout flies will do the rest.

The slinger is a versatile tool that can be a crossbow or a grappling hook.

You can pick up ammo for it from the ground—like rocks, seeds, and moss.

You can also equip things in your inventory, like small knives.

Generally, it doesn't do much damage to monsters, but it's a useful tool for exploring the

environment.

Look around to see hanging rocks that you can shoot and drop on a monster, or grappling

points to help you swing across gaps.

"Monster Hunter" veterans will be delighted to know that you no longer need to fill up

your inventory with breakable bug nets and pickaxes, fishing rods, or a BBQ spit.

All of that stuff is always with you now, and doesn't take up space in your inventory.

Monster parts go straight back to base too, so you'll never kill a creature and then be

unable to collect your rewards without dumping a bunch of mushrooms on the ground.

This means there's much more space for traps, potions, and gadgets in your item pouch.

You should take potions and cooked meat on every single hunt.

These restore your health and stamina.

Leap from a high place and hit a monster with an attack, and there's a chance you'll

mount it.

Riding around on a monster while it tries to throw you off is one of "Monster Hunter's"

most exciting pleasures. And it gives you a shot at a powerful finishing move, if you

can hold on long enough.

Your Palico is the cat pal who accompanies you on every quest.

You can equip the cat with weapons and armor, and they will also have a helpful gadget.

Your cat starts off with Vigorwasp Spray, which summons healing insects during fights.

You'll unlock different Palico gadgets much later on, so don't worry about them in the

early game.

We won't spoil why, but get your net out whenever you see any wildlife.

You'll want to have a collection of them.

This here is the Resource Center.

You'll go here often—it's where you pick up bounties.

These are easy goals like hunt 1 large monster, do 2 quests in the Ancient Forest,

or gather plants.

You'll passively complete these while getting on with the rest of the game.

Every time you fulfill a bounty, you'll get armor spheres, which then upgrade your armor.

They're really useful.

Make sure you go back to the Resource Center every few quests, to make sure you have a full

slate of bounties.

Quests are time-limited missions with a fixed goal: hunt a monster, gather something, or

kill a number of smaller creatures.

They usually allow you 50 minutes and 3 deaths before you fail.

There are assigned quests, which further the story and always involve hunting a big creature.

Optional quests, which you pick up from characters back at base, unlock new ingredients for the

canteen, new gadgets, and more.

Expeditions are not time-limited. You just head out into one of the environments and explore.

You can do whatever you like: hunt whatever big monster is hanging around, find new base camps,

or gather plants, fish, and ores for crafting.

Investigations are optional goals for your expeditions that offer better rewards than

just tooling around.

You can pick these up from the Resource Center.

So you've just conquered an Anjanath, and now you want a full set of Anjanath armor.

You can't repeat story quests in "Monster Hunter: World," so what do you do?

Have a look at your optional missions and see which ones send you out to hunt Anjanath.

Browse through the available investigations at the Resource Center, and you'll definitely

find one involving Anjanath.

Or just go on an expedition and find one yourself. This is the worst option though, as you won't

get any bonus rewards.

Finally, you can fight any monster in the Arena, which you can access from the Gathering

Hall at the top of the base.

Don't worry too much about gadgets and mantles at first.

These unlock as you work your way through the story and optional quests.

One early-game ghillie mantle hides you from monsters, which is very useful.

More advanced versions of these tools lurk further down the quest lines.

You can get familiarized with these later.

"Monster Hunter" is at its best when partying up with friends.

Just post a quest on the board and anyone can join, unless you make it a private quest.

Beware, though—monsters have way more HP when you're hunting in a group.

That extra HP will be the same whether you have 2 hunters or 4 in your party.

This makes 2-person fights actually more challenging than hunting on your own, sometimes.

An unfortunate scenario would be if 3 of your friends suddenly dropped out of a

fight, and left you all alone to take on a monster with a huge amount of HP left.

A patch might address this and scale the monster's health to the number of players. But for now,

be advised.

That should be enough to get you started.

Look out for more tips once "Monster Hunter: World" has been out for a while.

In the meantime, happy hunting!

Winter/Summer Sunscreen For MATURE WOMEN'S SKIN - Duration: 4:04.

Hi there it's Judy from Judy Dee beauty and I wanted to share a little bit about

a sunscreen with you it's January it's Canada it's cold and so a lot of times

we don't think about sunscreens but we have to there is the thought that if

it's not that the if you're not at the beach then you don't need a sunscreen

but that's not true we do need a sunscreen I'm on the west coast and the

Pacific Northwest and we have a little thing that here because it rains so much

we don't tan we rust which you know lately hasn't been true we just went

through an ice storm and we have a lot of cold and if it gets a little bit

colder wait'll snow and we do get snow we have

beautiful mountains and a lot of skiing here we're known for skiing we have

Whistler and all kinds of beautiful scales but that's where you have to

remember your sunscreen so I do go away I get a little bit of a getaway most

times in the winter and that's great but I'm not gone the whole winter and when I

do get away even going for a walk the snow really can reflect up and you can

burn you can get a wind burn but you can really get some damage when you're out

on the scales so especially if you're a little drier there's an awesome

sunscreen I want to let you know about and that is this one here

it's Clinique and it's a number 30 it's oil free but it really doesn't feel like

it's oil free it's really quite rich and creamy it's a

mineral one as well and it has cha it's chock full of antioxidants

so it's for the face which I really like because I don't think that just because

you're using a sunscreen you have to you know not get the benefits of a face

cream so this one here I'll show you it's very nice I'll put some on my hand

there we go so if you've seen any of my other videos I really am quite picky

about sunscreen so I'll use it when I go away to Maui so

that's awesome but I really will use it here because in the winter we tend to

get a little bit drier because of the cold and we're indoors at least I am a

kind of a weather whip so I don't tend to go out as much so you know with the

forced dry air the heat and all that I tend to not go out as much so our skin

does get drier with the cold air so you want something a little bit richer

especially if your skin generally is a little more mature it does tend to get a

little drier this one I found really quite nice so see it disappeared in my

hand really quite nicely it just absorbs it's velvety and you can use this

anywhere but you know but I it's for the face so you want to use it on your face

don't forget your neck or whatever else is exposed in that coal depending on how

cold it is but it's a beautiful face cream with the sunscreen of 30 I use the

30 but there is a 50 the higher the sunscreen it tends to be a little bit

thicker but this one here it didn't leave a big white film you could see it

just disappeared like right away so I would try this one if you're looking for

something that's pretty good for sensitive skin I have quite sensitive

skin but again it's trial and error but I just you know really really liked this

one so it's the Clinique and it's called

Clinique 30 face cream and it has Sun smart it's called the Sun smart so it's

chock full of antioxidants nice for your skin and I really found it was quite

nice and rich especially for the winter time or if you're gonna be you know in a

little bit drier climate it really worked nicely for me so give it a whirl

BREAKING NEWS !! Liverpool will try to sign Kerem Demirbay for Emre Can replacement - Duration: 2:39.

Liverpool are lining up a move for highly rated midfielder carand Amir Bey

as per reports the mere base performances have attracted interest

from clubs across Europe this season with the 24 year old impressing in his

time at Hockenheim according to tribuna the German is represented by the same

agency as both say do mainland Nabi Keita and that could see Liverpool have

an upper hand over other clubs trying to sign the player who has a 32 million

euro release clause another reason for the Reds to pursue a deal for Damir Bay

is that the club are yet to reach an agreement with midfielder American Ken

who scored last night in the 3-0 win against Huddersfield Town has only six

months left on his current contract which expires in the summer

this means that he would be a free agent in the summer and Jurgen Klopp could

lose the midfielder for absolutely nothing should the club fail to come to

an agreement on a new deal given that Ken is out of contract at the end of the

season Juventus are reportedly keeping tabs on the player and are firmed

favorites to take him to Turin on a free transfer

maybe Keita is set to join Liverpool in the summer but it can decides to leave

it would create a big hole in the midfield and clock would then have to

search for her replacement if that's the case Damir bey emerges as an option to

replace his fellow countryman although the 24 year old has failed to live up to

the standards he had set last season he has scored two goals and provided an

assist in 14 appearances in all competitions this season despite being a

box-to-box midfielder like an Damir bae is technically gifted and lacks the

aggressive presence of his compatriot no doubting the hoffenheim man's talent but

there are chances that he could struggle in the Premier League on the hold

if club decides to replace Kim with Damir Bey I feel it won't be a good

decision

Lightweight Canvas Tent for Backcountry Hunting - Duration: 4:19.

Okay guys, so we are getting ready to go up in the high country

hunting and I wanted to share with you a tent. We're getting something similar to this and I wanted to show it to you

It's really cool. This is a canvas tent and it's made by Dave Ellis and

They're super awesome durable

I don't know if any of you have watched half videos with the first rulers, and we have stock trailers is what they're called

they're the pipe and they're open and then they have a canvas top well David Alyssa makes those tops for us and

They last forever unless we have somebody drive under trees and shred them

But these are pretty quick and when I can't wait

To show you the one that we're gonna get except. There's a opening for a stove up there

show that inside

Bellus canvas tents

Has a floor in here the floor actually ties in and

ventilation, but there's just a lot of space in here and it's similar in size to that green teepee tent that I've talked about I'll

Have to ask in the actual measurements if I was guessing City 10 foot by 10 foot maybe

But what do you think it's pretty cool? Huh?

What do you use any canvas tents to use outfitter tents they weigh a little more?

What are your thoughts let me know in the comments below, okay?

So this actually is the tent when kidding, so let's go check it out with Dave fellas so

As you can see that see the blocks that I have there yep

That's an 8-foot pole, and I make these tents so that you can put an 8 foot pole in it

But I think it needs shrink a little bit. I'd rather have it

I'd rather have the tent a little bit large so that you know that if you want it if you want to go cut a

Pole in the woods these be eight feet tall

Okay, you push that through and you spike this to the ground if you don't want to floor in it at all

Okay so there then you're spiking the tent now if you want the floor you pull this back out and

Put the floor through it and now that really locks the floor in place how much does the tent wait I?

Think it's about 20. I think just 10 to 20 pounds without the floor and without the poles

And you know what's really cool about the floorless version a lot of times when you go to a campsite

You don't you you're dragging the Kent tent around and like if there's a root or a post in the ground

You can really lay the floor

You know like drag it over here drag it over there without the floral without the tent on you know what I mean

Yeah and you really could lay out the footprint of where you want to be and then throw the tent on the floor and and and

push the floor through this, that's

Thirty three pounds

So guys I wanted to tell you another secret for hunting now, we're gonna use this on our hunts all winter

We're gonna travel, and that's our plan see how cold we get we might change our minds

But we actually just stopped at a mountaineering store so a lot of people

You look to the big box hunting stores for your gear if you want good quality gear, and I'm not saying those stores

Don't have good gear because they do have some but go to a mountaineering store

And you will find some really cool innovative stuff because there are quite a large number of

hikers and campers and rock climbers and stuff and

They use very technical gear and you can sometimes find super good pricing on stuff

But that's my tip for you is check out the climbing stores

And the you know the hiking mountaineering stuff for good gear for your hunts

You will be happy so check that out and also do you have a good place? Where you a resource?

What's your favorite store to buy?

Tents and sleeping bags and camping gear or stoves stuff like that

Where do you go to buy yours let me know in the comments?

I'd like to hear and learn and those of you watching

Hey read the comments and you might learn something about where to find stuff too, so check it out. Let me know
