Are you ready to get your kink on? Here the top three things you need to know

before you do so. Stay tuned for this week's episode. Hello and welcome to this

week's episode. My name is Veronica Yanhs I'm the founder and CEO of Desires Laid Bare

a kink and BDSM monthly membership site for beginners. So it's super super

exciting you want to get your kink on! I'm going to give you three quick tips

to help you on your way to make sure you start off on the best foot for you.

Number one you hold immense power regardless if you're on the top or on

the bottom or something else. You're empowered to have a voice if something

doesn't feel right speak up. If you want to try something

new speak up. Just because you're on the bottom doesn't mean that the dominant or

the top gets to dictate a hundred percent of what's going on unless it's

something you negotiated. And even so you still need to speak up if something's

not right because you know yourself best! You know your psyche best! You know your

emotional well-being best and as much as we love our partners that we play with

they're often not mind reader's so it takes two or more to tango

so communicate and feel empowered to do so without shame and guilt. Number two

kink and BDSM should be fun. If you're trying something and it doesn't feel

right but you feel like oh my god this is something I should be liking because

I'm trying to like BDSM and kink. Hell no! Stop that shit right now and find things

that you like. Being kinky and exploring BDSM is a very subjective journey and

it's all about you so if you're not having fun why explore this lifestyle? Am I

right? Number three you need to know that you can listen to your intuition. I would

say trust it wholeheartedly and it may not feel right or you may err on the side of

caution when you start and begin because you don't know what this journey is like

or what this lifestyles like, But listen to yourself. Your intuition is

more powerful than you think so don't hesitate to call your safe word, to talk

to your partner or to even check in with yourself if something doesn't feel right

or if something does feel right. But know that listening to your intuition is a

amazing thing. So that's it these are my three quick tips of things you should

know before you get your kink on and if you're ready to get started click on the

link that accompanies this video to get instant access to resources contents and

ideas to get you going on your kink journey that safest and most fun for you.

Stay kinky

Panning for God - Duration: 1:13.

hi I'm here in beautiful Colorado with my daughter Francesca and we are gold

panning without much luck here in Colorado we've not found any gold yet

but we're working hard now what we do in gold panning from our limited

understanding as we go ahead and get a bunch of rocks in the pan and we go

ahead and we try and get as many rocks out of there as possible because the

heavy rocks the gold the metal supposed to sink to the bottom gold panning is

about getting rid of stuff you don't want to get to the stuff you do what

it's nothing like youth ministry you see in youth ministry it's not like we're

trying to find the nuggets of gold and get rid of everything else it's more

like how a diamond is made with consistent pressure over time on a piece

of coal and all of a sudden a diamond comes about so if you find yourself in

ministry wanting to throw out some rocks as we all do sometimes remember that

God's love his mercy his forgiveness is that consistent pressure that can turn

any rock into a diamond for his kingdom god bless you

Bradley Whitford — The Business Case for Climate Action - Duration: 2:05.

This can no longer be a partisan issue.

We can no longer debate whether or not climate change is real,

or whether it is a conspiracy theory, because we see it.

You all are encouraging many of my republican

colleagues to come to the table.

I don't know how much you know about Mars,

everyone knows us as a chocolate business but

we're actually a very large food business.

In the United States we have almost 30,000 associates.

So, climate change is really important to us.

You can imagine, we need to focus on where we get our cocoa,

where we get out rice, where we get the corn.

And when we have droughts, when we have erosion,

even heavy rainfall, it impacts commodities.

It makes it much more expensive, so we are investing heavily in renewable energy.

So it sounds like part of your message is that dealing with climate change is actually good business.

It's not only good business it's critical business.

Do you find other businesses joining you?

Is there kind of a ground swell in terms of awareness?

Apple, Levi Strauss, Starbucks, Nike, Mars--

we're now all working together to lobby congress for this thing.

The most important thing, and the reason that we love your support on this, is we can do

everything we need to do in our own domain, but we need to get government to step up.

So the more that you can do to talk to your colleagues and just explain the business case.

I am absolutely convinced we can get this done.

We're working on it.

Thank you.

Thanks a lot I appreciate it. Nice to meet you.

Thanks.

Recording Audio for your Beauty Videos #TutorialTuesday 25 | CSIDEPHOTO - Duration: 6:22.

Hi guys welcome back to my How to start Beauty Vlogging series!

This is part 5 of the 6 part series - Today we are going to discuss recording audio for

Beauty Vlogs.

Make sure you join me for the livestream July 11th for a Live q&a if you have any questions

or tips to share- more details at the end of this video.

A quick note- I've listed a ton of the equipment I use or recommend in the description box

below incase you would like to reference anything.

I have linked everything on amazon using an affiliate code.

If you make a purchase through my code you will be helping to support my channel & help

supplement some of my costs!

If you do purchase anything through my links thank you so much!

Also please note I talk a lot about my set up which is not a cheap setup BUT you don't

need everything that I have to make great beauty vlogs.

I'm showing you what I do and what you might want to keep in mind when you purchase gear

or set up your own space.

Ok - this video will be pretty short and sweet.

The basic rule of thumb for recording audio is that you want your microphone to be as

close as possible to your person, and you want the levels of your recording device to

bet set so there is no clipping or spiking of the mic.

We generally want to avoid recording audio straight from our cameras.

This is what it sounds like if I record from my main camera.

It's reallly far from me, it makes me sound really hollow, and it can pic up lots of environmental

noise.

If you record with autofocus the on-camera mic might also pick up the autofocus motor

when your lens is focusing, although newer lense are much quieter.

There are a couple of different options if we decide to take our microphone off the camera.

At the most economical end we can just use a smartphone, as it has pretty damn good audio

recording capabilities and you can keep it close to your person.

You can also go with a shotgun mic on top of your camera or on a boom arm, or something

like a lapel mic.

I use a rode smartlav+ lapel microphone that clips onto your shirt.

I can run it straight into my camera, however if I need to I can also record audio straight

to my smartphone.

This is great if I need clean audio on my blogging footage (something I don't always

need) because my blogging camera doesn't have it's own microphone port on it.

Once you have a microphone, you can connect

it to your camera via the 3.5mm mic jack on the side of your camera.

If your camera doesn't have this jack you can record directly to a smartphone, audio

recording device, or your computer and then sync it up when you edit your video - I'll

show you how to do that next week.

Have you ever wondered why a lot of vloggers shoot in their cars a lot?

Audio has a lot to do with it!

Cars seal out a lot of external noises so you can record very clean audio in your car

while outside.

They also tend to cast shadows over your face, so it's great for lighting too.

If you finish recording and need to clean it up and remove noise it's possible in

a program like audacity (which is free) or adobe audition, which is what i use.

You simply select a chunk of noisy audio and then tell the computer to remove that noise.

Once you've finished you should have a much cleaner sounding audio!

Let me know if you have any questions, including camera specific issues and I'll see if I

can't help you out.

I will be doing a Live stream on Tuesday July 11th at 2pm MDT to answer questions, get your

feedback and comments and share your tips!

Thanks for watching.

Next week we'll talk about post-processing and editing your beauty videos - something

that I'm still working to improve in my videos!

Swansea City in advanced talks over £11m deal for Spanish pass-master Roque Mesa - Duration: 4:37.

Swansea City in advanced talks over £11m deal for Spanish pass-master Roque Mesa

Swansea City are closing in on their first major signing of the summer as they look to seal an £11m deal for Las Palmas highly-rated midfielder Roque Mesa.

The Swans are understood to be in advanced talks with the 28-year-old after stealing a march on a string of European rivals for his signature.   Roque Mesa in action for Las Palmas against Barcelona.

Paul Clement had made it clear he wanted to add a midfielder to his ranks this summer as he looks to build on the storming finish to last season, one that saw the club successfully avoid relegation from the Premier League.

And while discussions continue over a move that would make Mesa the third most expensive signing in the clubs history, there is hope that Swansea can finalise an impressive swoop in accordance with Clements plans.

Tammy Abraham is close to joining Swansea City on loan. It follows the move for exciting Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham, whose loan switch to the Liberty is awaiting formal completion.

Roma and Sevilla have both been interested in capturing Mesa this summer, with Champions League outfit Sevilla having seen an £8m bid rejected last year.

Reports in Spain say other offers have been received this summer, though none have matched the size of the fee Swansea are prepared to pay for a player who has won many admirers in his homeland.

Mesa is said to have a £26m release clause, but Las Palmas have been ready to make a deal for what would be a record fee for the Canary Islands club.

Liverpool and Tottenham have both been previously linked with a player who recorded some of the best passing averages and success rates in La Liga last term.

Only Sevillas Steven NZonzi and Real Madrid ace Toni Kroos recorded more passes a game than Mesa last term, while his pass success rate of 91.4% was only bettered by three others – all of whom are at Barca or the Bernabeu.

Only Germany and Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos and Sevillas Steven NZonzi had better passing records than Mesa last season.

Mesa, who can play either in a defensive role or in the centre of the park, is also known for his work-rate and tackling contributions, and his consistency in impressing since arriving in the Spanish top-flight with Las Palmas two years ago has seen him tipped for a Spain call up having already appeared in preliminary squads.

Swansea were criticised last summer for not signing a midfielder with the club coming under fire for missing out on a deal to bring Joe Allen back to the Liberty.

But, having also boosted their numbers in the middle of the park with the successful January signing of Tom Carroll, Swansea look to have reinforced their traditional strength.

Roque Mesa in action against Villareal CF.

The deal will not make any difference to the current status surrounding star man Gylfi Sigurdsson, the two seen as filling different roles and Swansea still keen on fighting off interest from Everton over the £40m-rated No.

But it could spell an uncertain future for South Korea midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng with the club known to be keen on moving on a number of players this summer, with Jordi Amat and Jefferson Montero also possible departures.

Meanwhile, Swansea are awaiting moves from Malaga over a potential deal for Borja Baston as they await completion of the loan deal for Abraham.

Auditors say they have no

Energy Saver: Setting Your Thermostat for Comfort and Savings - Duration: 1:58.

Interested in saving energy and money, but not sure where to start?

Your thermostat is a great place to begin!

By adjusting your thermostat 7 to 10 degrees from its normal setting – for 8 hours a

day - you can save up to 10% a year on your energy bill.

That is approximately $83 a year – score!

Sooo…at what temperature should you set your thermostat?

In cooler months, aim to keep your thermostat set to about 68 degrees when you're home and

awake.

Not used to that temperature?

Grab a blanket, invest in a new pair of slippers, make yourself a cup of tea – once your body

adapts, your wallet will thank you!

And at night, you can nudge that thermostat down a little more – your pajamas and blankets

will help keep you cozy.

Going on vacation?

You can set your thermostat to around 55 degrees to save even more energy without worrying

about your pipes freezing.

In the warmer months, keep your thermostat around 78 degrees when you're home, then nudge

it up when you leave.

Still feeling a bit warm?

Invest in a fan!

Ceiling fans allow you to set your thermostat about 4 degrees warmer without feeling a noticeable

difference.

Just remember, fans cool people not rooms, so be sure to turn it off when you leave.

If you want to have even more control over your home's heating and cooling systems,

consider purchasing a new smart thermostat.

These devices "learn" from your daily habits and adjust accordingly to the times you are

away from home and are sleeping…this can help to further maximize your energy savings!

For additional ways to use energy more efficiently and lower your energy bills, visit energysaver.gov

War for the Planet of the Apes Review - Duration: 6:24.

War for the Planet of the Apes Review

The modern Planet of the Apes films are textbook examples of how to build a franchise. Rise of the Planet of the Apes was a solid new beginning for a series that seemed dead in the water.

It was by no means perfect, but it laid the groundwork for some interesting ideas. Those ideas were further explored in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, which took the action, character development, and drama to another level.

Now we get War for the Planet of the Apes, a follow-up that's somehow even better.

Like The Lord of Rings and Captain America, this is a rare trilogy that only improved with every passing entry, demonstrating that blockbusters can make audiences think.

As the title suggests, a world war has escalated in this third installment, but it's not just ape vs. man.

Some apes begin to doubt their leader Caesar, once again brilliantly portrayed by the great Andy Serkis. They thus decide to team up with the bloodthirsty Colonel, played by Woody Harrelson in one of his most haunting performances.

Of course not every human agrees with the Colonel's questionable methods, meaning it's also man vs. man out on the battlefield.

In the same vein as Wonder Woman, this film provides a surprisingly intricate depiction of war, exemplifying how it's not as black and white as some think.

There are even echoes of the holocaust that draw comparison to the slavery metaphor from the Charlton Heston version.

After the Colonel hits the apes where it hurts, Caesar decides to track him down and get his revenge. Caesar isn't alone, as longtime companions Maurice (Karin Konoval) and Rocket (Terry Notary) are along for the ride as well.

Down the road, they come across an emotionally and physically scarred chimpanzee named Bad Ape, played a particularly effective Steve Zahn. They also take in a mute girl named Nova (Amiah Miller), who's kind of like Newt from Aliens.

The apes have always been the most intriguing characters in this franchise while the humans have been kind of hit-and-miss.

War for the Planet of the Apes wisely keeps the focus on the CGI characters, something that the Transformers movies should've started doing a long time ago.

The result is one of the most ambitious summer movies of recent years, calling something like Jim Henson's The Dark Crystal to mind.

Since most of the apes can only communicate through sign and body language, much of the film plays out like a silent picture. Well, a silent picture with shootouts and explosions that is.

While the action here is mostly phenomenal, it's not just nonstop chaos. Director Matt Reeves also takes the time for a lot of subtle, atmospheric moments, creating genuine tension, depth, and pathos.

There are even a few scenes where you might just get a little choked up. All the while, the film showcases the most emotive and convincing motion capture effects the franchise has ever seen.

In an age where so many action movies bombard us with exposition, this is visual storytelling at its finest.

Since the film is largely about the evolution of apes, it's especially fitting that they take center stage as the humans are devolved. With that said, the humans that are given the spotlight do shine quite bright.

As mentioned before, Harrelson's performance will chill you to the core, dominating the screen with the presence of a Shakespearean villain.

Young Amiah Miller gets a good deal of emotion across without much dialog, which is made all the more impressive when you consider the fact that she's acting opposite people in performance-capture suits.

War for the Planet of the Apes knows exactly how much to deliver in virtually every department, although the climax arguably could've been a bit grander.

While the climax is by no means bad, the final battle feels relatively small and short for a movie called War for the Planet of the Apes.

Maybe it's because the rest of the movie set the bar so high, but this is the one area where the filmmakers left me wanting more.

Nevertheless, the final act is still stunning, powerful, and occasionally epic, leaving us on a bittersweet final note. It'd actually be appropriate if this were the last we see of the Planet of the Apes.

Of course if the filmmakers can keep up the momentum going forward, I'd have no problem watching several more sequels. Whatever lies ahead, this trilogy stands out as a cinematic achievement well worthy of the 1968 classic.
