Strangers buy car for man, 20, who walks SIX miles to work and back every day - Duration: 4:06.
Heartwarming moment strangers present a 20-year-old Texas fast food worker who walks SIX MILES to and from work every day with a car
The emotional moment a group of Texas strangers presented a 20-year-old fast food worker who walked six miles for work every day with a car has been captured on camera.

Justin Korva began crying when he was given the vehicle days after telling Andy Mitchell of Rockwall he was walking so he could save for a car of his own. Mitchell had rallied his community to raise money and after just 48 hours the efforts yielded enough cash to buy the car.

The temperatures were around 95-degrees when Mitchell saw Korva walking along side the road in his Taco Casa uniform on June 21. During the drive to Korva's job at Taco Casa, Korva told Mitchell he was determined to save up money and someday, he hoped, he would be able to afford a car.
Walking three miles to work, and three miles back home in the Texas heat was the way to get to his dream.

After dropping off Korva at work, Mitchell posted about the man's determination on Facebook. 'To all the people that say they want to work but can't find a job or don't have a vehicle all I can say is you don't want it bad enough,' Mitchell wrote
Hundreds of people in the community saw his post, including Samee Dowlatshahi, owner of Samee's Pizza Getti Italian Bistro & Lounge in Rockwall. Dowlatshahi offered to put a donation box inside his pizza joint to help Korva in his quest to buy a car.

In just 48 hours, and with help from Korva's new friend Mitchell, they raised more than $5,500. A friend of Dowlatshahi, Danny Rawls, the general sales manager at Toyota of Rockwall heard Korva's inspiring story.
'I presented it to my general manager and said, "Hey, let's help the kid. It seems like a great story,"' Rawls told CBS News. His boss agreed, and the pair reduced the price on a 2004 Toyota Camry that was available.
There was even enough left over to pay for his insurance for a year, plus two years' worth of oil changes and a $500 gas card. 'I sent [Dowlatshahi] a private message and said, "Give me a call. I have a nice car that would work for the kid,"' Rawls explained.
Last Friday, the group that helped buy the car drove the white 2004 Camry to Taco Casa and asked Korva to come outside. 'Justin, you can't imagine all the people who wanted to help you,' Mitchell said, as several people filmed the exchange on their cellphones in the restaurant parking lot. 'So, instead of walking to work, buddy, you're driving this car from now on.'

Korva looked at Mitchell in disbelief, 'Are you serious?' 'It's your car. This is your car,' Mitchell repeated. Korva gave each man a hug, wiping tears from his eyes as he walked toward the car
'We just want you to know, seriously, this community, nothing we love better than to have someone who works hard,' Dowlatshahi said. 'We take a lot of pride in that. It's so hot out here, I can't believe you walk even one mile in this heat.'

Later that day, Rawls helped Korva complete the paperwork on the car and put the title in his name. 'Surreal' is the only word Rawls could use to describe the moment he watched Korva walk away with the keys.

'He's a very humble young man and accepted it with stride,' Rawls said. 'There couldn't have been more of a deserving individual, for sure.'

Prosecutors issue arrest warrant for People's Party member accused of making false allegations - Duration: 2:35.
The minor opposition People's Party is in crisis mode over a widening and potentially
devastating scandal.
The party, still trying to regroup after a disappointing showing in last month's presidential
election, is facing allegations of trying to smear Moon Jae-in,... the then-leading
candidate who would go on to become president.
Kim Min-ji reports.
It's being called the biggest crisis in the party's history.
Seoul prosecutors on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant for a member of the minor opposition
People's Party, Lee Yu-mi. Lee, who did some campaign work for the People's
Party, is suspected of making false claims about President Moon Jae-in during the presidential
race last month.
Just days before the May 10th election,... the People's Party said President Moon's son
had received special favors when applying for a job in the public sector in 2006.
The evidence was a voice recording of someone claiming to be a former classmate of Moon's
son.
But during questioning,... Lee reportedly confessed that she had fabricated the recording.
Prosecutors want to know whether the People's Party itself was involved.
They raided Lee Yu-mi's workplace,... and the home of another -- Lee Jun-seo -- a former
member of the party's decision making body -- and who some reports say may also have
played a role in the scandal.
The People's Party, for now, have said that they see this as an independent act.
People's Party lawmaker Lee Yong-ju held a press conference on Wednesday... where he
revealed text message exchanges between the two suspects that indicate the deception was
the work of Lee Yu-mi alone.
"I apologize once again for not being able to check this issue in advance.
One thing that's sure at this point is that the messages exchanged between the two show
that they weren't colluding,... and that Lee Jun-seo did not know the claims were false."
Rival parties are demanding that the party's former leader,... and presidential candidate
Ahn Cheol-soo,... make a statement on the matter.
Ahn, at one point, was seen as a strong rival of President Moon's,... polls showing him
neck in neck in the early stages of the race.
The People's Party's interim leader Park Joo-sun, said in a radio interview that if the party
as a whole is shown to have been involved in any way,... it will have to disband.
Besides the probe by prosecutors,... an investigation team has been launched within the party,...
which has promised a thorough investigation into the matter.
