Earlier this week, Donald Trump managed to pull off one of the most disgusting moves
of his entire presidency, and guess what?
It had absolutely nothing to do with any form of legislation.
During a phone call with the newly elected Prime Minister of Ireland, Donald Trump interrupted
the call to bring over a reporter, Caitriona Perry, from RTE, an Irish version basically
of public broadcast, to let her know that she's beautiful.
Take a look at the clip and watch what Donald Trump, our President of the United States,
did while on a diplomatic call with a foreign Prime Minister.
We have a lot of, well, we have a lot of your Irish press watching us.
They're just now leaving the room, and where are you from?
Go ahead.
Come here, come here.
Where you from?
Should we have all of this beautiful Irish press?
Where are you from?
I'm from RTE News.
[inaudible 00:00:54].
Caitriona Perry [inaudible 00:00:55].
Caitriona Perry.
She has a nice smile on her face, so I bet she treats you well.
Now, Republicans were quick to point out, "Look, she's laughing and smiling.
She didn't mind it."
You know what?
She did.
After the incident happened, Miss Perry got online and said that the whole thing was truly
bizarre.
That was the best way that she could describe it without insulting or being accused of making
something out of nothing, which all too often happens to women in that situation.
What Donald Trump did there borders dangerously, and in my opinion, crosses the line into full
blown harassment.
While he's on the phone with a head of state, and people think this is okay?
People think this is normal behavior, to objectify a female reporter like this in the Oval Office,
while talking to a Prime Minister?
That is undoubtedly the most disgusting thing I've seen Donald Trump do while President
of the United States.
This is behavior that we should not tolerate from any human being in this country, certainly
not the President of the United States.
Because you know what happened when that clip went online?
Everybody saw it.
Not just the United States, everybody.
Everybody who has access to internet videos online has the ability to go and take a look
at that clip and see what a disgusting, embarrassment the United States' President really is.
That's partly why the image of the United States is declining all over the world, because
of this man.
Not necessarily because of that incident, these polls came out before that, but that's
how they view him.
To be honest, anyone who's shocked by this really wasn't paying attention during the
election.
I mean, this man is on tape saying that he likes to grab women by the genitals.
He likes to push them up against the wall and kiss them, even if they don't want it,
and granted, he was married during these times when he claimed to be doing this, but I'm
sure Melania doesn't care about that, right?
This is a disgusting, psychotic individual, sitting in the Oval Office every day, making
decisions that affect every single person on this planet.
Given the opportunity, he would sexually harass any woman that he found worthy of it, and
his little comment about, "I'm sure she treats you well," that was one of the most disgusting
scenes there, because it doesn't take a genius to read between the lines there, and understand
what Donald Trump is implying about this female reporter and her relationship to that Prime
Minister.
This is a disgusting man who needs to be removed from office.
I can't say that enough.
He is a danger, not to just this country, but most importantly, to women everywhere.
I would not trust him around my wife or my daughter, my mother, my sisters, anyone.
Donald Trump should be a registered sexual predator.
That's the kind of behavior he exhibits, and I'm sure a good psychologist spending five
minutes with the man would absolutely slap him with that diagnosis.
But instead of that, instead of being him diagnosed, instead of him having to go door
to door and tell people he just moved in, he's a sexual predator, no, we put him in
the Oval Office as President of the United States, because that's just the kind of country
we've become.

What is Data Management? - Duration: 6:30.
Welcome to COCC's training series on Data Management. This module will cover the topic of: What Is Data Management?
Wondering why you're watching this training video?
It's because so many of us interact with data as part of our day-to-day work.
Whether you realize it or not, as a college employee, you handle data every day.
Administrators and Classified staff, faculty, confidential and supervisory employees, irregular
wage, and even work-study students all handle data.
So you're in the right place!
By the end of this module, you should have a solid understanding of what data management
is, and why it's important.
We'll identify the key reasons why data management is important to your work, and
provide some examples of what that might look like to you.
We'll also show you where you can find resources that support Data Management at COCC on the
website.
The formal definition of data management comes from the Data Management Association International.
It states that: "Data Management is the development and
execution of architectures, policies, practices and procedures in order to manage the information
lifecycle needs of an enterprise in an effective manner."
[Crowd noise: Woah!]
That's a very long winded way of stating that DM is simply the "management of information."
Data is information, in many incarnations.
Some of the kinds of data that the college works with often are student and employee
records: registration and enrollment information, grades, addresses, legal names, payroll and
tax documents, your emergency contact info, and lots more.
You might not have realized how often you interact with data while you work!
This is why DM is so important.
It means that the information we work with is accurate, consistent, and secure.
Accurate, meaning the data is correct Consistent – meaning the data is interoperable,
or flows between systems and departments without issue
Secure – meaning data is safe, both from malicious intent and the occasionally unavoidable
human error Better data leads to better decision making,
strengthens planning and assessment efforts, increases understanding of students and employees,
allows for successful participation in state and federal efforts, strengthens accountability
and reduces risk to the institution from weak decision making and inaccurate reporting.
Let's take a look at some examples of DM in practice, and why good data, or 'clean'
(data that is accurate, consistent, and secure) is so important.
The principles of data management have a direct impact on students and staff alike.
Every day information – like your mailing address – can cause a ripple effect as it
makes its way through the various college systems and departments.
To continue with that example, an accurate mailing address means that newly enrolled
students receive critical documents on time, such as directions on how to access their
new school accounts, when registration opens, how to contact their academic advisor, and
other information that assures a smooth start to their experience at COCC.
Conversely, an inaccurate address might mean that an employee's information can't be
processed through the payroll system properly, delaying the employee from being paid.
Consistent data is particularly important when it comes to reporting.
Differences in spellings, such as place names like "La Pine" can make it difficult for
departments to gather correct numbers and make decisions that reflect the operations
of programs and campuses.
Because so many of COCC's technical systems are connected, to pass data between them,
efforts in keeping data consistent mean that your information appears and acts the same
wherever it is used: Banner, Blackboard, Grad Tracks, etc.
Keeping data secure is another essential part of data management.
Secure data keeps the college in compliance with federal privacy laws like FERPA by ensuring
that confidential information is protected, but it also safeguards against accidental
records loss.
Transcripts, proof of graduation, employee benefits…this is all data that people may
need 1, 5, 10 years or longer after their time with the college is done.
Security and integrity are key components of data management both in physical and digital spaces.
All of this information contributes heavily to the decisions – both long and short term
– that are made by the college.
Proper data management allows the administration to thoroughly and accurately assess the state
of the college, and make decisions that are in the best interest of all parties: staff,
faculty, and of course, students.
How well do you remember what we just learned about Data Management?
Answer the next four questions to find out.
Question 1 Data Management ensures which of the following?
If you chose d: all of the above, you're correct!
Data Management is critical for each of these.
If you chose any of the other answers, you're on the right track.
Just remember that Data Management is impactful in many areas, not just one.
Question 2 Which is an example of how inconsistent data
might effect a student?
Again, the answer is all of the above.
Inconsistent data has the potential to have an immediate and detrimental effect on students!
Keeping records 'clean' ensures that a student's information is processed smoothly
beginning from when they first register through their graduation and any possible transfers.
Question 3 True or False: Data Management keeps the college
in compliance with federal privacy laws.
This is TRUE.
Data Management is an essential element of keeping student information secure and private,
by which the college remains in compliance with FERPA requirements.
Question 4 Data Management is:
The answer is B: the management of information.
Each of these other options may be part of what data management looks like in practice,
but at its core, data management is simply: how you manage your data.
Now that you know what Data Management is and why it's so important, here are some
resources at COCC that will be useful for you going forward.
From any page on the college website, you can search 'Data Stewardship', in the
search bar to bring up all of our information relating to Data Management, including access
to the Data Standards Manual, contact information for members of the Data Stewardship Advisory
Committee, and a form to report bad/inaccurate data if you find some.
And that's it.
Thank you for watching!
You're now ready to continue to the next module in this series.
This training was written and provided by the 2016-17 Data Stewardship Advisory Committee.
Remember, good data leads to good decisions!

What is vascular surgery? - Duration: 1:30.
So, vascular surgery actually is an offshoot that has evolved from general
surgery and cardiac surgery. It primarily involves the diagnosis and treatment of
patients with diseases involved in the arterial system, venous system and
lymphatic system. Common treatment modalities for vascular disease would
include medical therapy, minimally invasive, catheter-based therapies like
angioplasty and stenting as well as traditional therapies, which is open
surgical surgery and bypasses, reconstructions, etc. Vascular surgery
involves generally interventions on the blood vessels of the human body. I mean,
we intervene on blood vessels in the neck, chest, abdomen, arms, legs and some
cases we also intervene in the veins and I'm also offering hemodialysis access
surgery for patients who need hemodialysis access. So, we intervene on
essentially all the blood vessels in the body except those in the heart and in
the brain which are done by cardiac surgeons as well as your interventional radiologists.

Is Kylo Ren gay? In depth review and Kylo Ren theory, Vgeek - Duration: 2:01.
Is Kylo Ren Gay?
After Kylo Ren entered our lives, there is an unexpressed question.
Is Kylo Ren gay? In this video we will look for an answer.
When we think of Kylo we remember his weepy and ill tempered manners.
Warning! If you still haven't watched Star Wars: The Force Awakens yet, close this video now!
Of course our intention isn't to insult somebody but we want the truth.
With his weird mask hiding all his face Kylo wants to everyone accept him and that's one of the similarities to the travesties.
Many travesties are doing exaggerated make-ups and wearing weird clothes...
...and because of that Kylo's mask is unusual for many people
It looks like Kylo Ren doesn't have a girlfriend.
Of course not everyone without a girlfriend is gay.
If that was the case, most of the guys would probably be gay!
He hates his dominant father and that is actually a clue for Kylo Ren being gay.
First tears drop from his eyes and then he murderers his father. That's a sign...
... to his changeable mood and it's a common fact that women feelings are often unstable.
Obviously Kylo Ren has a woman's soul inside his body.
When he talks with Rey he tries to put her in depression is another clue.
Which woman doesn't want to make another woman jealous and try to crush her?
It looks like Kylo Ren could not accept the gay Kylo inside of him.
Because of that he can't display a stable posture.
He tries to appear like a tremendous man and follow his grandfathers footsteps...
...but it is obvious that he has to follow a different path.
If we look to all those clues, we can say with ease:
KYLO REN IS GAY!
