ARSENAL have launched a £35million bid for Monaco winger Thomas Lemar. The Gunners are lining up the French star, 21, to replace Alexis Sanchez at the Emirates next season.

Arsenal will go in with an improved £35million bid for Thomas Lemar.

Alexandre Lacazette is also a target for Arsenal this summer. And boss Arsene Wenger is also closing in on a club record £57m move for Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette.

Monaco have rejected Arsenal's opening £28m bid but are giving serious consideration to their improved offer. Talks between the two clubs are continuing but no deal has been agreed.

But Arsenal's move for the left-sided attacking player confirms Wenger is becoming resigned to losing last season's top-scorer Sanchez.

The Chilean superstar has only one year left on his contract and has refused all of the club's efforts to get him to extend his stay, including a rumoured offer of £280,000 a week.

And while Wenger has repeatedly insisted that Sanchez will not be sold this summer, the club will not allow him to leave on a free next year.

Arsene Wenger seems to have given up on trying to keep Alexis Sanchez at Arsenal.

Lemar's value has soared after he helped Monaco to win the French title last season as well as reach the Champions League semi-finals.

He scored 14 goals and provided 17 assists on his way to winning his first call-up to the French senior team last year. Thomas Lemar has shot onto the scene for Monaco this season helping them to the Ligue 1 title.

Arsenal have already failed with a £28million bid for Thomas Lemar. And Wenger has decided that Lemar will be a better long-term investment than 26-year-old Riyad Mahrez, who has asked Leicester for a transfer but would cost Arsenal £40m.

Monaco have already sold Bernard Mendy to Manchester City for £43m this summer and are close to completing a £35m deal with Chelsea for Tiemoue Bakayoko.

They are also fighting off world record bids for striker Kylian Mbappe — from the Gunners among others — and are under no pressure to cash in on Lemar.

Alexis Sanchez could leave Arsenal for Bayern Munich in the summer. But Arsenal are confident of getting the deal completed despite their continuing interest in Lacazette.

Atletico Madrid made bids for both Lacazette and Lemar earlier this summer but were forced to end their interest when they were banned by Fifa from making any signings during this summer's transfer window.

Stir one-half tablespoon of baking soda in a glass of water.

Use a soft washcloth to put the solution on the affected parts of the body and allow it

Another option is to mix one-half or one cup of baking soda in your bath water and soak

in it.

Indian Lilac

Indian lilac, also known as margosa or neem is useful in the treatment of chicken pox

as it has antiviral properties.

Furthermore, it helps dry out the blisters and relieves itching to a great extent.

Take a handful of neem leaves, crush them and apply the paste on the affected areas.

Adding neem leaves in bath water is also beneficial.

A soup made of carrots and coriander is highly beneficial in the treatment of chickenpox.

Cut up 100 grams of carrots to get about a cup of chopped carrots and chop 60 grams or

one and one- half cup of fresh coriander leaves and boil them in about two and one-quarter

cup of water until half the amount of water evaporates.

Drink the soup once a day for about a month.

You can also eat the boiled carrots and coriander leaves for added strength.

An oatmeal bath is a popular home remedy for itchiness caused by chickenpox.

Grind two cups of oatmeal into a fine powder.

Put the powdered oatmeal in two liters (one-half gallon) of lukewarm water.

Soak in the bathwater for 15 to 20 minutes.

Brown Vinegar

One of the most effective remedies for treating chicken pox is brown vinegar.

It will relieve skin irritation and help heal the lesions and prevent scarring.

Simply add one-half cup of brown vinegar to lukewarm bathwater, and soak in the bath for

about 10 to 15 minutes.

The moment the NZ boat's final logo crossed the finish line, a nation's hands rubbed together: tourists! Always, the tourists.

It doesn't matter what the pursuit is, we want people here on a package deal. Movies?

Never mind the plot, look at the scenery! Music? Lorde might not be proud of her address, but we are! Sport? Whatever takes your fancy, we'll become the Hi-de-Hi holiday camp and host.
