PILE AT GROUND ZERO AND BATTLED
CANCER FOR EIGHT YEARS.
HE WORKED UNTIL THE END TO HELP
FELLOW FIRST RESPONDERS AND
RAISED MONEY FOR A TRANSPORT
VAN.
I THINK IT'S THE ATROCITIES
THAT
HE HAS SEEN AND LIVED THROUGH.
WHEN HE GOT CANCER, HE FIGURED
OUT WHAT HIS PURPOSE WAS.
I LOOK AT THE WORK THEY HAVE
DONE TO HELP OTHER FAMILIES AND

MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I CAN DO

Liverpool unveil new away kit for 2017/18, inspired by Reds' first kit from 1892
Liverpool FC have officially unveiled their new away kit for the 2017/18 season. Manufactured by New Balance, the kit takes inspiration from the founding jersey worn in 1892 – as Liverpool celebrate the club's 125th anniversary this summer.
The new shirt features a quartered design that re-introduces the bottle green colour of the 1991/1992 and 1995/1996 LFC away kits. Featuring a subtle pinstripe within the quartered design, the shirt is completed by a black collar.
The kit is completed by black shorts and white socks with a green horizontal stripe and black trim.
The goalkeeper kit incorporates a black design with white crest and white New Balance and Standard Chartered branding and is completed by a tonal three coloured sleeve pattern.
Commenting on the kit, James Milner said: "This kit looks classic – up to date, but with a nod to the past – it will be a reminder of the foundations this great club is built on every time we wear it.
"The whole team is really proud to be a part of this huge anniversary for the Club, and we can't wait to wear this kit next season.
The kit will be available to purchase in store from Saturday 3 June – the exact 125th birthday of the club.
Fans purchasing from LFC stores or the LFC online store before the 19th June will receive a special certificate of authenticity and a £10 LFC Retail voucher with their purchase, as a thank you for their support.
The first 5,000 fans who purchase a full kids kit, mini kit or baby kit will also receive a free Away Kit bag.
