Inhale Himalayan Pink Salt For These Benefits - Duration: 3:02.It's not your normal table salt – the one you find in any table salt and pepper
shakers.
It's Himalayan salt.
This salt contains 84 natural elements and minerals that are already found in your body.
Its minerals are microscopic – or ionic.
Their size enables them to be easily absorbed by cells.
Himalayan salt has anti-microbial, anti-fungal, and antibacterial properties.
The U.S. is late to the table when it comes to Himalayan salt; Eastern Europe began to
see its therapeutic purposes about 200 years ago.
Those with lung problems visit salt mines for respiratory ailments.
Even ancient Greeks realized the benefit of salt therapy.
In today's video we will discuss the benefits of Himalayan salt and how to use it in an
inhaler.
Benefits of a Salt Inhaler
Breathing is effortless when we are in good health.
But when your head and lungs are congested, breathing is no longer so easy.
As a natural expectorant, salt can help reduce excess mucus, which will quiet your cough
and allow you to get a restful night's sleep.
This type of salt inhalation therapy reduces swollen congested nasal passages and provides
relief from allergies, hay fever and also eliminates harmful organisms.
When you inhale, the natural moisture in the air absorbs the salt particles into your lungs.
Remember, the ions are so tiny they will go directly into your lungs, bypassing the nasal
filtering system.
Once ions are absorbed by the lungs, they will enter the bloodstream and get to work
reducing inflammation.
Those with conditions like asthma, bronchitis or pneumonia often find relief within a few
days.
While many have experienced rapid results, it typically only brings noticeable relief
after regular and consistent use.
How to Use a Salt Inhaler
First, you will need a ceramic inhaler – not a plastic one.
Be sure to read the package directions.
Place the Himalayan rocks inside the inhaler Do NOT add water; the inhaler is for dry therapy
Insert the mouthpiece Breathe through your mouth normally and exhale
through your nose.
As you inhale, be sure to draw in deep breaths
NOTE: Be sure to follow the directions for cleaning your inhaler.
Also, remember that inhalers are not to be shared with anyone else.
You can order a Himalayan Salt inhaler online.
They may also be available in natural health food retail stores.

Ramadhan Special: Will Sharia Law be a Good Choice for Indonesia? - Duration: 4:42.Ideally, political education should be done continuously by political parties,
but this is not what happening in this democratic country.
Then it is expected that some people will think "Our ideology Pancasila doesn't bring any improvement to us
and it will be better to use Islamic ideology instead."
"We better establish Islamic state, create a caliphate model and form a sharia based politics."
But then the question is, what do you mean with sharia?
That is a very abstract concept.
When people hear about sharia, they act as if being hypnotized, they agree with it right away,
just like the research that said 70% Indonesian choose sharia.
But really, try to elaborate it, is the sharia that they want is like the one we have in Aceh?
They have a hand cut law and stone throwing law there. Turns out people are freak out, even not all Acehnese
agree on that. If there's any polling for Acehnese and they are asked whether they agree on
sharia model that is being implemented now, Acehnese will not be agree on that.
Because that is not what they want with sharia.
So we need to elaborate what sharia means to our society, that it's not only limited to the Hudud law,
like hand cut, stone-throwing law, those are just a very little part of bigger understanding about sharia.
So do not narrow it down, or create a destruction of the bigger and comprehensive sharia
just for the Hudud aspect only.
When we ask people whether they are agree or not if we use sharia, women is not allowed
to be actively involved in public areas. They are freaked out and said that is not what they want.
They disagree with those kinds of stuff. Then are they agree that if we use sharia, they can't live together with
non Moslem? They will freak out. "We have been in the same neighborhood for such a long time
we have built a good interaction with people from other religion."
Therefore I think, government need to explain what sharia means, in what concept sharia is applied,
and if it is demanded by society, what does sharia means. Like in banking, there is a sharia bank
what is the difference from conventional bank? People will need more explanation about it.
Now there is an initiative to create certification for Ustad (Islamic religious teacher),
in some context, it might be a good move but I don't want that initiative can lead to
a repressive efforts like what happened in new order era where everything should be controlled by the state.
But for me, at least it could create a stronger national consciousness for all religious leaders.
However, Islam that should be developed is the one that is compatible with Indonesian values,
with the value for diversity. Because we live in Indonesia, we don't live in homogenous Arab,
we live in Indonesia where there are 300 tribes, hundreds of languages which are spread into 17.000
islands, so we are a very heterogeneous society. So Islam that should be developed, Christianity that
should be developed, Hindus that should be developed, Christianity that is develop is not European Christianity
or Indian Hindus, it has to be an archipelagic Islam, archipelagic Hindus, which appreciate diversity.
And we appreciate the good values of our ideology, Pancasila, which is an agreement made by our
founding fathers and mothers. Because I think some of our founding fathers and mothers are great and famous
Moslem leaders but they have a very great national insights who can accept Pancasila as an ideology that
is not in contradiction with essential values of Islam, I think this is what has been missing from
our religious leaders nowadays. Because I saw figures like KH Hasyim Asy'ari the founder of Nahdlatul Ulama,
or KH Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, they have a very strong national insight.

Shezray from Pakistan for TrustWHO - Duration: 1:12.So it was in 2009
that swine flu was announced in Pakistan
Even though there are no swines there
But it was explained that it has been coming in through human travels and tranmissions
The awareness campaign that then followed seemed it was a large epidemic affecting the whole country
The pharmacies in Pakistan had set up special boots just for vaccinating people against the swine flu
My family went to get the flu vaccine as well
And it was only a few weeks and months after we started feeling sick
We felt our immunity was low
We discussed with each other how we were catching all the other possible viruses and flus
It was late in 2010 that we have been told that the swine flu was actually a hoax
And the extra vaccines that hadn't yet been given to people could be unhealthy
were being thrown
And we still don't know the implications for what we had injected in our bodies
So we ended up putting ourselves something in our bodies
that we can't trust and we don't know

The Secret to Weight Loss for Women over 50: Weight Loss Tips for Boomers! - Duration: 6:42.Do you feel as though you've tried everything but you just can't seem to
lose weight anymore? well tune in today and find out how to reboot your body and
actually change your genetic makeup
thanks so much for tuning into 2nd Act TV ... today we're welcoming back
Rashelle Brown to talk about her book Reboot your body: unlocking the genetic
secrets to permanent weight loss, did I get that right Rashelle it's a long
title yes it is but it's a great title and it's a great way to approach taking
charge of your health and fitness tell us about your 10-week program well I
wrote the book it's been just about 2 years since it was published now and so
I've had the chance to use it with a lot of people and I do structure it as about
a 10 to 12 week program that takes people from the set of habits that
they're currently practicing now to the set of habits that they need to actually
make those genetic changes happen and the research behind it is is really
pretty amazing it's about 20 to 25 years old and kind
of rooted in cancer and heart disease research the doctors who were who were
doing the research on that found that the people that started implementing the
lifestyle changes that improved their health outcomes for those diseases also
lost a ton of weight and kept the weight off yeah and so what I've done is taken the
parameters that they used in those test groups and created a weight loss program
around it it's different from most lifestyle change programs in that it
really starts people from where their biggest obstacle is which is in the head
it gets them past those beliefs that you kind of mentioned that I've tried
everything and nothing has worked for me and this is genetic for me and I've always
been fat or everyone in my family is overweight and it says no there's
really something that you can do about that so
let's put all that aside and try this new approach .. and then it walks them
through a series of exercises over the course of about 10 or 12 weeks it's a
it's a self-paced program but that's the amount of time that most people find it
takes them to really do the work that they need to you to make those changes
you know what I really like about your approach is is that you do take the the
mind into consideration that in order to lose weight especially if it's if it's a
greater amount of weight you have to believe that you can do it so I think
that really differentiates your program from lots of other you know that if it
quick fixes that are out there yeah I think it really does um what I found
down to the person everyone who has who has done a program and read my book is
that they're surprised by what comes up when they start doing the exercises
early in the book, and they realize that there are all these things that they
didn't even know about that are kind of blocking their success for weight loss and once
they can see those things and kind of start to deal with them then it is a
whole different process than anything they've done before ...and really when you
think of it you're talking about a program where you can potentially
substantially lose say 30 to 50 pounds in a year and how fast does a year go by
so what a great way to you know maybe start today and see where you are 12
months from now would you agree? Oh absolutely, and i think that's part of the
whole mindset mindset early on is is setting a goal that's realistic and
recognizing that if I can lose 50 pounds over the course of a year I'm going to
be so much better off next year than I would have been if I just keep doing my
yo-yo diet or every fad workout that comes along because that gets
frustrating for one thing but that also negatively impacts our bodies in the way
that we were able to lose weight ...do you have any specific words of advice
especially to our demographic our audience you know
the 40, 50 plus that if they believe that you can't you know I've just I'm too old
I can't lose weight what what do you say? ... well there's some interesting lot of
research about that actually and despite the fact that especially for women there
are a lot of hormonal changes kind of around the age of 50 and a little bit
beyond that happened it truly is just the decrease in
activity that leads to weight gain more than any of those other factors so it's not
that there is no effect from hormonal changes and just the natural aging
process but it's that the effect is much greater from just the reduced amount of
activity we're not running after kids anymore or we're not quite as active in
our work perhaps we just aren't maybe prioritizing exercise the way that we were
but the good news the upside of that is that we tend to get a little bit
more time back as we get older and so we are able to prioritize activity a little
bit more we maybe have some more time to spend on healthy cooking and you
know shopping for good ingredients and making some good home-cooked meals and
things like that that are important as well so it can be actually more of an
asset to be at our age then then a detriment if people know how to use it
right ...I love that that's what great advice which I like you know I really
urge everybody to pick up the book because it is a very sensible approach
that you can follow get in the right mind set in the first 10 to 12 weeks and
see where you are in a year from now and believe you can do it so Rashelle thank
you so much for that great advice I hope to have you back soon on another episode
and we'll of course link to all of your information so if the viewers want to
get in contact with you directly they can do so

6 Best Free Material Design Frameworks For Your Website - Duration: 8:45.Hey buddy, First of all tell me how is my audio quality, because I have newly bought
a Neewer NW-700 studio certified condenser microphone, and also sorry for not uploading
a video for last two weeks.
I really apologize for that.
So, today's video will be about 6 best free Google's material design frameworks for your
website.
Here I am talking about the HTML websites, not WordPress or Jekyll.
In future I will be making a video for Wordpress and Jekyll also.
Please check out the I button at the top, to watch those videos.
Also I have made a video on 12 best and free HTML templates, please click on the top right
corner now to watch it.
Okay, enough of wasting time, because I know you have come here to watch the 6 best free
material design frameworks for your website.
So, without wasting any time, let's start.
On the first we have Materialize CSS.
This is a mixed framework of CSS and JavaScript.
Basically JavaScript is used for animations and CSS is used for styling.
The Materialize CSS framework is available in two versions, first is in general CSS and
second in SASS.
At the time of making this video, the CSS version is only 921 Kilobytes and the SASS
version goes for 1010 Kilobytes.
For installing Materialize CSS, you can download it, use a CDN which is a content delivery
network, install it from NPM which is node package manager or you even have an option
to get it from bower.
Here you also get a sample HTML code to get started with all files linked up, but make
sure you have same project structure as shown on the screen.
Also there are 4 templates pre-made for you.
In that 2 templates are free to download and use and other 2 templates are paid.
The price range for paid templates goes for around 19 to 29 dollars.
If you are building your own theme from scratch then I think this theme can also work for
PHP.
Next we have the Material Design Lite or better known as MDL.
Not like Materialize, MDL only supports the CSS, so you don't get the SASS version.
You also have to linkup the JavaScript to get the awesome animations working, otherwise
it is boring.
For the installation, you can get it via a CDN, download it to the build machine, or
install it though NPM or Bower, one thing with MDL is that you can even build the CSS
from the source code.
You can find the build instructions on the get started page.
I have seen around 10 to 15 material design frameworks for websites and this is the best
one in case of UI and animations.
It has the largest amount of beautiful elements.
There are also 6 free templates with this framework which will even faster your startup.
The first template is a blog template and is awesome, I wish this template was available
for WordPress users.
Next we have the android.com template, personally I don't know, weather it is copyright to use
this template or not.
But still it is a good template.
There is also a dashboard or admin template with this framework, personally I am not a
fan of this template, it only has 1 page.
But it is a free template to download.
Now we have a portfolio template with this framework, you get a portfolio page, blog
page and about page and also a contact page.
Basically this template has a grid style portfolio and a grid style blog layout.
It is free to download, edit and use it for your website.
Next we get a dashboard like page, but they call it a text-heavy website.
It looks cool to me.
With some minor improvements this can be used for nice web applications.
The template has Overview, features, details, technology and an FAQ page.
Overall this is the most liked template from MDL by me.
Next we have a document like material design template by MDL.
On the top you have a Material Design Lite branding with a search button and a floating
box where you can add your own text, followed by a footer.
So, if you are searching for a light weight CSS framework, then MUI is the perfect one
for you.
The MDL and Materialize are heavy frameworks for a more robust project.
For an example, if you are building a website for a mobile device, where you cannot do much
processing, MUI does the best work for you.
It has a good UI and also it is light weight.
Although MUI doesn't have a complete template section, it has some layout examples with
some useful source code.
MUI also supports Emails, so if you are plaining to make email HTML template, then MUI might
be your choice.
The only way I could get started is by downloading the complete package as ZIP.
The minified and gzipped version of MUI is only 6.6 kilobytes.
Also it comes with a JavaScript file which is also minified and is around 5.4 kilobytes.
Compared with other frameworks, MUI has less animations, now considering that it is minimal
and mostly used in mobile devices, animations don't matter in my opinion.
Again Material Foundation is not a heavy CSS framework like the MDL or Materialize.
But it is also not as minimal as MUI.
I think that this is balanced between the minimalism and functionality.
Like MDL and Materialize, you cannot use a CDN or install it though NPM or Bower, you
have to download the complete zip file or the TAR GZ file to use the framework.
According to me, this is very straight forward and here on the screen you can see the contents
and what this framework can do.
After going into the Material Foundation GitHub page, I found that you actually need the NodeJS
to be installed along with Grunt and Bower.
More information can be found at the GitHub page of the Material Foundation.
Material is another CSS framework which is based on Bootstrap 4.
To install Material you can either download it which comes with minified version of CSS
and JavaScript, or install it using NPM or Bower.
Like other CSS frameworks, it doesn't have templates it is just having some layout guidelines,
everything is nicely explained, so you can create you own layout.
As of me, It looked like there are a good number of elements in this framework.
So, I think there is nothing much to say about this framework, let's check out the last framework.
Unlike other CSS frameworks, I just wanted to go a little bit advanced, so its Lumx.
This framework works with AngularJS, SASS and a little bit of JQuery.
If you are running a super charged robust web application which needs performance as
well as great UI, you got to use this framework.
To download it, the Zipped version is available at 4.3 megabytes.
As of me, I don't think you can get Lumx through NPM.
It is only available through Bower.
If you are downloading though Bower then all the dependences will be automatically resolved
or else you have to get a good amount of dependences to get started.
So, if you think this video ends here, then you are wrong.
You still got the bonus one, right ? Personally, on all of the frameworks till now, Material-UI
has the best UI.
Material-UI is a set of React elements that are based Google's Material Design.
I think, this is best framework among all of them, that I have showed in this video.
But you should be a little advanced to use this framework.
To install it, just install it using the Node Package Manager.
There are also two themes available with this frameworks, light and dark.
I won't tell you much about this framework because you will see its performance by yourself.
Links to all the frameworks shown in this video are in the description box below.
So, did you like it ?. If you liked it, you know what to do.
Please subscribe to my channel for more videos on android, web designing and other cool stuff.

Putin Russian Meddling Is A Fiction Democrats Invented To Divert Blame For Their Defeat - Duration: 7:38.Putin Russian Meddling Is A Fiction Democrats Invented To Divert Blame For Their Defeat
by Tyler Durden
With McCarthyism 2.0 continues to run amok in the US, spread like a virulent plague by
unnamed, unknown, even fabricated sources, over in France one day after his first meeting
with French president Emanuel Macron, the man who supposedly colluded with and was Trump's
pre-election puppet master (but had to wait until after the election to set up back-channels
with Jared Kushner) Vladimir Putin sat down for an interview with French newspaper Le
Figaro in which the Russian president expressed the belief that Moscow and Western capitals
all want security, peace, safety and cooperation.
Therefore, we should not build up tensions or invent fictional threats from Russia, some
hybrid warfare etc., the Russian leader told his French hosts.
What is the major security problem today?
Terrorism.
There are bombings in Europe, in Paris, in Russia, in Belgium.
There is a war in the Middle East.
This is the main concern.
But no, let us keep speculating on the threat from Russia."
Case in point, in the latest attempt to stir up an anti-Russian frenzy, America's biggest
neocon, John McCain said that Russia is even more dangerous than ISIS.
You made these things up yourselves and now scare yourselves with them and even use
them to plan your prospective policies.
These policies have no prospects.
The only possible future is in cooperation in all areas, including security issues."
"Hacking" Clinton And the DNC
Even with the FBI special investigation on "Russian collusion" with the Trump campaign
and administration taking place in the background, Putin once again dismissed allegations of
Russian meddling in last year's U.S. presidential election as "fiction" invented by Democrats
to divert the blame for their defeat.
Putin repeated his strong denial of Russia's involvement in the hacking of Democratic National
Committee emails that yielded disclosures that proved embarrassing for Hillary Clinton's
campaign.
Instead, he countered that claims of Russian interference were driven by the "desire of
those who lost the U.S. elections to improve their standing."
"They want to explain to themselves and prove to others that they had nothing to do with
it, their policy was right, they have done everything well, but someone from the outside
cheated them," he continued.
"It's not so.
They simply lost, and they must acknowledge it."
That has proven easier said than done, because half a year after the election, Hillary Clinton
still blames Wikileaks and James Comey for her loss.
Ironically, what Putin said next, namely that the "people who lost the vote hate to acknowledge
that they indeed lost because the person who won was closer to the people and had a better
understanding of what people wanted," is precisely what even Joe Biden has admitted several weeks
ago, and once again yesterday.
Maybe Uncle Joe is a Russian secret agent too...
In reflecting on the ongoing scandal, which has seen constant, daily accusations of collusion
and interference if no evidence (yet), Putin conceded that the damage has already been
done and Russia's hopes for a new detente under Trump have been shattered by congressional
and FBI investigations of the Trump campaign's ties to Russia.
In the interview, Putin also said the accusations of meddling leveled at Russia have destabilized
international affairs
Going back to the hotly debated topic of "influencing" the election, Putin once again made a dangerous
dose of sense when he argued that trying to influence the U.S. vote would make no sense
for Moscow as a U.S. president can't unilaterally shape policies.
"Russia has never engaged in that, we don't need it and it makes no sense to do it," he
said.
"Presidents come and go, but policies don't change.
You know why?
Because the power of bureaucracy is very strong."
Especially when the bureaucracy in question is the so-called "deep state."
Asked who could have been behind the hacking of the Democrats' emails, The Russian leader
added that he agreed with Trump that it could have been anyone.
"Maybe someone lying in his bed invented something or maybe someone deliberately inserted a USB
with a Russian citizen's signature or anything else," Putin said.
"Anything can be done in this virtual world."
This echoed a remark by Trump during a September presidential debate in which he said of the
DNC hacks: "It could be Russia, but it could be China, could also be lots of other people.
It could be someone sitting on their bed that weighs 400 pounds."
Assad, Red-Lines and Chemical Weapons
Putin was asked about French President Emmanuel Macron's warning that any use of chemical
weapons in Syria was a "red line" that would be met by reprisals, to which the Russian
president said he agreed with that position.
But he also reiterated Russia's view that Syrian President Bashar Assad's forces weren't
responsible for a fatal chemical attack in Syria in April.
Putin said Russia had offered the U.S. and its allies the chance to inspect the Syrian
base for traces of the chemical agent.
He added that their refusal reflected a desire to justify military action against Assad.
"There is no proof of Assad using chemical weapons," Putin insisted in the interview.
"We firmly believe that that this is a provocation.
President Assad did not use chemical weapons.
Moreover, I believe that this issue should be addressed on a broader scale.
President Macron shares this view.
No matter who uses chemical weapons against people and organizations, the international
community must formulate a common policy and find a solution that would make the use of
such weapons impossible for anyone, the Russian leader said.
On NATO's Military Buildup across Russian borders
Weighing on the outcome of the recent NATO summit, at which Russia was branded a threat
to security, Putin pointed to the ambiguous signals Moscow is receiving from the alliance.
What attracted my attention is that the NATO leaders spoke at their summit about a
desire to improve relations with Russia.
Then why are they increasing their military spending?
Whom are they planning to fight against? Putin said, adding that Russia nevertheless
feels confident in its own defenses.
Washingtons appeal to other NATO members to ramp up their military spending and alleviate
the financial burden the US is forced to shoulder is understandable and pragmatic,
Putin said.
But the strategy employed by the alliance against Russia is shortsighted, the
Russian president added, referring to the NATOs expanding missile defense infrastructure
on Russias doorstep and calling it an extremely dangerous development for international
security. Putin lamented that an idea of a comprehensive security system envisioned
in the 1990s that would span Europe, Russia and US has never become a reality, arguing
that it would have spared Russia many challenges to its security stemming from NATO.
Perhaps all this would not have happened.
But it did, and we cannot rewind history, it is not a movie.

A new reminder of the possible political disaster looming for Republicans on health care - Duration: 6:00.A new reminder of the possible political disaster looming for Republicans on health care
President Trump talks to House Speaker Paul D. Ryan in the Rose Garden of the White House, after the House pushed through a health-care bill, on May 4.
Right now, congressional Republicans are in about the best possible position on health care: They showed that they can pass something (anything!) in the House, and now no one is paying any attention to it any more.
It's unlikely, though, that the Senate will end up doing nothing with the American Health Care Act, the Republican bill that passed the House earlier this month.
Meaning that the party will again have to grapple with a complicated, deeply unpopular bill that the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office figures will mean 23 million fewer people with health insurance in 10 years' time.
New survey data from the Kaiser Family Foundation, though, serves as a reminder that pushing forward with the legislation could be politically problematic well past this year.
Only Republicans have a broadly favorable view of the legislation, with two-thirds of them holding that position. Democrats and independents, on net, view the AHCA more unfavorably than favorably. Only about 3-in-10 overall view it positively.
By contrast, nearly 50 percent of respondents held a positive view of the Affordable Care Act (better known as Obamacare) — the legislation that the AHCA would replace.
Three-in-10 hold strongly favorable views of Obamacare; 4-in-10 hold strongly negative views of the AHCA.
And that's why the AHCA's unpopularity is so problematic.
Obamacare is about as popular now as it has been at any point since its inception in 2010. Generally, opinions have been pretty consistently split, with about half the country viewing it negatively and half positively.
The percent viewing it favorably now, though, is seven points higher than those viewing it unfavorably, one of the widest margins in the foundation's polling.
Those views are not universally held, though. By party, there's a distinct split.
If that graph looks familiar to you, it's because it strongly mirrors approval ratings for the man behind the name Obamacare, Barack Obama.
There's a different scale there; Democrats like Obama more than Obamacare. But the pattern is the same: A broad partisan gulf, with favorable views rising among Democrats and independents over the last few years of Obama's time in office.
So far, we're seeing a similar split in partisan views of Donald Trump. Republicans view him very positively and Democrats very negatively, without much movement up or down among either group.
So if the AHCA were passed and partisan views of it held in the way that views of Obamacare did? Congressional Republicans would be passing legislation that starts out less popular than Obamacare and which will likely be mired in the same partisan trenches over the length of its existence.
Sure, they'll say, people will come to like the improved health-care plan that is much better than Obamacare. To which there's an easy response: As more people got coverage under Obamacare, views of the program didn't move much.
It was only when the risk to Obamacare from Republican control of Washington emerged that the program became popular on net — but even now, it's only barely above water. There is one key difference.
A number of polls over the course of the last eight years determined that "the Affordable Care Act" was more popular than "Obamacare" — indicating that views of the legislation were a function of partisan views of Obama himself.
Perhaps views of the AHCA will be separated from views of Trump. After all, three-quarters of respondents in the foundation's poll figured that none or only some of Trump's campaign pledges made it into the AHCA itself.
His ownership of it is less obvious. Oh, and there's another key difference: It has to pass. With poll numbers like these, that should certainly not be considered a certainty.

2005-2017 Mustang Bluetooth Adapter for 3.5mm Auxiliary Input Review & Install - Duration: 2:00.This adapter is a device that plugs in your auxiliary input, and what it does is it gives
you partial Bluetooth capabilities in a car that doesn't come from the factory with Bluetooth.
It allows you to wirelessly access and play the music they have on your phone through
your car stereo, so no more wires to connect.
Your phone will automatically connect when you get in the car.
Just to be clear here, this will give you Bluetooth for music only.
This device will not allow you to take phone calls through your car stereo, more for wirelessly
connecting and playing music from your phone through your car stereo.
The way that it works is the adapter will plug into the auxiliary input and it'll sync
to your phone.
Once the Bluetooth is synced and it can remember up to four devices, a device will automatically
pick up your phone moving forward, and you'll have access to your music.
This will work with both the factory and most aftermarket stereos, as long as you have the
3.5-millimeter aux port to plug into.
The adapter does run off of a battery, but it has a built-in rechargeable battery.
The battery will last up to eight hours on a single charge, and when it does need to
be charged, can use the included USB cable to charge it back up.
This thing all works from the Control button right here in the middle.
Press it once to wake the device up, and it'll blink blue to let you know that your phone
is connected.
To turn the device off, you press and hold for five seconds.
The red light will blink three times when it turns off.
In order to play your music, you press the Control button once and press twice to skip
to the next track.
As far as price, you can expect to pay just after the $50 mark for this adapter.
It's going to come with a device, an extension, and the USB cable to charge the device.
When it comes to the install, if we want to call it an "install," is a one out of three
wrenches on the difficulty meter, and it's going to take all of five minutes to get done.
All you're looking at needing to do is after charging the device, you'll then plug into
the auxiliary port, carrying your phone with the device.
Select the aux port source on your radio and play from your music.
This adapter will work with the 2005 and newer Mustangs that don't have Bluetooth from factory.
