today I will tell you my workout tips for thighs!
I learned to keep these tips throughout several years.

First of all, I want to tell you the most frequently asked question in my diet videos
"how much do I lose if I do this?"
if you are not a everyday workout person or if you haven't,
if you plan to slim your thighs in just a couple of weeks, that would be mission impossible.
there are so many short-term celeb diet plans,
I also used to search those k-pop idol diet tips when I was young.
idols have trained their bodies for years and their physical condition is not same as ours.
if you insist those diet plans, you are gonna harm your body.
the reason why I am telling this is because
depression caused by anxiety is a poison to your body.
"what's wrong with my body? why can't I lose weight with this plan? is this workout wrong?"
anxiety should not conquer your mind duing your diet.
when I was a student, I tried this so called intense short diet and didn't get any change in my body for days.
during that period, I was so depressed and upset
I was becoming negative as well.
I was not sure if workout really works for me, I was so unsettled.
if you are planning to slim your body, especially your thighs,
you need a long-term plan, at least more than 1 or 2 months.

Are you afraid of having bigger thighs because of intense thigh workout?
I want to make this straight,
it's not because of muscle, it's because of fat and cellulite.
we need to reduce fat and refine cellulites,
if you still believed muscled can make your legs bigger, you are pointing a wrong problem.
there are professionals with developed muscles you can see in muscle mania contest, etc.
so you may be worried if you are gonna get that big muscle on your thighs.
here's the thing: it is almost impossible to have muscles like that.
they are professionals with special workout plans and strict diet management.
even if you follow my workout videos everyday for 1 hour,
you are not gonna get even closer like them.
I get where you get that idea from,
it's natural that your thighs may look slightly bigger after a couple of weeks of thigh workout.
your body fat does not go away in just a couple of weeks.
it needs time to burn your fat
and you will gain muscles during that time so it's natural to look bigger!
if you want to burn your fat, thigh workout is a must!
healthy beautiful thighs come from hip muscles and thigh muscles.
cardio is also important.
to use calories, to burn fat, it's important to balance between cardio and weight workout.
cardio only diet is not a sustainable diet plan.

I also feel pain everyday, everytime I workout.
but one secret of my diet is that whenever I feel THAT pain,
I try one more set.
I am not saying you should do more to death
it's the moment of conflict you know, it's painful but you also have power left to try a little more.
and THAT really works.
it's always easy to stop when you feel pain.
but if you stop as soon as you feel pain, that would be just a warm-up.
workout makes difference when you push your boundry and limitation.
