hey everyone welcome back to my channel so today I'm going to be doing a no

makeup makeup look for people with acne spots and dark circles and you know your

girl has everything in the book right here like real bad so I figured I would

show you guys what I do on days when I want to look presentable but I really

don't want to look like I have any makeup on so let's get on in to the

video alright so first I'm going to take a spoolie I'm just using my honest dasya

spoolie and I'm gonna brush out my brow hairs because they were looking a little

crazy and then I'm going to take the pur cosmetics invisible concealer I'm in the

shade of blush medium and I'm just dotting this under my eyes and on any

dark spots or acne spots I have and you want to make sure to get in this center

of your eye as well because that's where all your darkness is and I'm just

dabbing that on my spots and then I'm going to blend it out with the pure

Beauty Blender and I really like this Beauty Blender it has like a flat side

where you can like get underneath your eyes really well and this concealer is

just so light and really looks good when you're doing a natural look now I'm

taking the loreal infallible Pro glow foundation and I'm just putting this all

over my face this foundation is so luminous but looks so much like your

skin and stays on all day long I'm in the shade 204 now I'm just filling in

the tails of my brows with the honest Asya brow Wiz and I'm just filling in

the sparse areas you really don't have to do this if you don't have any sparse

areas I just feel a little plain without it and then I'm going to take this

Chanel cream bronzer and use that same beauty blender and just take it right

underneath my cheekbones this is just such a beautiful natural bronzer once

you blend it out I'm going to also do that on the other side of my face and

then on my forehead and underneath my jaw line as well and then I'm going to

take the shade peony from Stila it's a cream blush and it looks so natural and

I'm just going to dab that on my cheeks just lightly just so you have a little

bit of a flush to you and then I'm going to take this burnt orange color from the

Anasazi and modern renaissance palette and add a little bit to my crease and

then I'm just going to blend it out with a fluffy brush so your crease is a

little bit more defined than regular and then I'm going to curl my lashes

is I won't be using any mascara today because I want to keep it pretty natural

you can always use a brown mascara if you want and then I'm going to take the

shade peony that I used on my cheeks and use that on my lips again and while look

you're all done so guys into this video I hope you guys

Here is a tutorial of my special lefty upside down technique

If you are in doubt of the rhythm or sync, then watch my left picking hand

I play like Albert King, Otish Rush , Eric Gale and many others

It gives me the ability to play melody with my pick

The top melody gets emphasized even when I play harmonies

I play the bass with my left middle finger and sometimes the pick

I use the middle group of strings to make harmonic fills

Even though its a jazz tune, I like to use blues bending to make the guitar sing.

Bending was a part of achieving that vocal quality that turned me on to play from the start

On the other hand I came to miss the richness of jazz harmony

so I figured , why not work on combining those 2 worlds?

so this was my first try on doing that

I like to keep that concept in solo, too

when I bend there is an underlying bassnote , usually from the deep E

but the bending notes can easily stand alone

if the flow from the bass and chords continues afterward

As mentioned I use my left middlefinger to play bassnotes

..as well as other notes in a hybrid picking style

thats might cause some people to think it´s fake (lol)

State Information Data Exchange System (SIDES) for Unemployment Insurance - Duration: 8:04.

Welcome to the Employment Development Department's video for employers.

The topic for this video is the State Information Data Exchange System for Unemployment Insurance,

also known as SIDES.

Have you ever had to let someone go and received a Notice of Unemployment Insurance Claim Filed?

If so, did you know you can now receive and respond to this notice online and save valuable

time and resources when responding by using SIDES?

By using SIDES to provide a timely and complete response to the Notice of Unemployment Insurance

Claim Filed, you can assist the EDD in making proper UI benefit payments, which in turn

can reduce employer costs by preventing improper payments.

Improper payments occur when someone is paid UI benefits that they are not eligible to

receive, or paid more than they are eligible to receive.

Improper payments or overpayments result in higher taxes for all employers.

In addition to saving time and money, SIDES allows the EDD to properly charge your UI

reserve account, and provides employers a quick and easy way

to assist the EDD in making proper eligibility decisions, which helps to control your Unemployment

Insurance costs.

SIDES also eliminates delays related to paper mail delivery, allowing more time to gather

eligibility information.

By responding timely, you can help the EDD make correct eligibility decisions even faster.

SIDES, is the Employment Development Department's online tool for employers and employer representatives

to provide UI eligibility information in an easy, secure, and timely way.

To provide employers and employer representatives with greater flexibility, there are two options

to participate: SIDES E-Response and SIDES Web Service.

SIDES E-Response is designed for employers and employer representatives with a lower

volume of UI claims and does not require any special programming of software.

SIDES Web Service is designed for employers and employer representatives with a higher

volume of UI claims or those who operate in multiple states.

This option requires the employer or employer representative to coordinate with the EDD

and the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) to implement special programming

for a computer-to-computer interface.

Best of all, there's no charge to use SIDES.

However, participants in SIDES Web Service will incur internal IT costs to develop software

to connect their internal systems to the SIDES Broker.

Now that you know about the two options to participate in SIDES, let's talk about how

to subscribe to SIDES E-Response.

Subscribing to SIDES E-Response is a 3-step process.

First, you must enroll in Employer Services Online.

Second, you must access e-Services for Business, and third, subscribe to SIDES E-Response.

If you're already enrolled in Employer Services Online and have access to e-Services for Business,

all you need to do is simply subscribe to SIDES E-Response.

If you're not already enrolled in e-Services for Business,

let us walk you through each step.

To get started, visit the EDD website at www.edd.ca.gov and select Employer Services from the main

menu on the top of the page.

And then select Employer Services Online.

With the single sign-on process you will only need to create one username and password to

access all EDD employer online services including: e-Services for Business which allows you to

manage your employer payroll tax account online, eWOTC allows you to submit the Work Opportunity

Tax Credit Request, and SIDES E-Response which allows you to receive

and respond to the Notice of Unemployment Insurance Claim Filed.

To enroll in Employer Services Online select the Enroll in Employer Services Online button

and provide the required information.

We recommend that more than one staff member enroll for greater convenience.

Once enrolled, return to the Employer Services Online page and select the Log into e-Services

for Business button.

Enter your Employer Services Online username and password to be directed to e-Services

for Business welcome page.

After logging into e-Services for Business, you'll be directed to the welcome page.

Select the Existing Customer button if you are an employer who already has an Employer

Payroll Tax Account Number or if you are an employer representative/payroll agent.

You will select the New Customer button only if you are an employer and need to apply for

an Employer Payroll Tax Account Number.

Once you made your selection select the "Next" button and provide the required information.

If you'd like to learn more about e-Services for Business, please visit the e-Services

for Business website.

Now you're ready to subscribe to SIDES E-Response.

Go to the EDD homepage at www.edd.ca.gov/SIDES

and select the "Log into SIDES E-Response" button.

Note: Employers new to e-Services for Business will need to wait 24 hours before they can

subscribe to SIDES.

Enter your Employer Services Online username

and password to be directed to the SIDES Subscription page.

On the SIDES Subscription page review your contact and business information.

If you need to make any changes to your contact or business information,

select the appropriate link.

To subscribe, read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, check the box and select the

"Subscribe" button.

You have now subscribed to SIDES E-Response!

You can now electronically receive and respond to the Employment Development Department's

Notice of Unemployment Insurance Claim Filed.

You will need to continue responding to any prior and future paper Notice of Unemployment

Insurance Claim Filed requests you may receive in the mail.

In addition, if a new or reopened claim is processed through ways that are not connected

to the SIDES database, a paper form will be mailed.

If you receive a paper form continue to complete it

and mail it within 10 days from the mail date.

For technical support visit the EDD's SIDES website.

Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Pacific

Time, except on state holidays.

The SIDES technical support center provides customers with assistance such as registration,

login, and other related technical issues.

SIDES technical support staff cannot assist with questions about other EDD employer services,

unemployment insurance, disability insurance, or Paid Family Leave.

Remember, there are two ways to participate in SIDES.

If you're an employer or employer representative with a high volume of claims, or operate in

multiple states, and wish to participate in SIDES Web Service, please contact NASWA at

www.itsc.org for more information or technical support.
