THE TARGET 12

WORKING NEW DETAILS
ON THE LATEST CASE
AGAINST CRAIG PRICE
AS WE FIRST REPORTED
YESTERDAY:
PRICE - WHO KILLED
FOUR PEOPLE IN RHODE
ISLAND THREE DECADES
AGO,
IS FACING A NEW CHARGE
OF ATTEMPTED MURDER...
ACCUSED OF VICIOUSLY
STABBING A FELLOW
INMATE.
NOW -- PROSECUTORS IN
FLORIDA---- WHERE PRICE
IS IMPRISONED,
ARE TELLING US WHAT
THE POTENTIAL
PUNISHMENT FOR PRICE
COULD BE.
TARGET 12 INVESTIGATOR
TIM WHITE HAS BEEN
TRACKING PRICE'S CASE
FOR YEARS ----AND IS
HERE NOW WITH WHAT
HE'S LEARNED.
FOR YEARS, THE ATTORNEY
GENERAL'S OFFICE HAS NOT
BEEN SHY ABOUT THEIR GOAL
AND THAT IS TO KEEP CRAIG
PRICE BEHIND BARS FOR AS
LONG AS POSSIBLE.
NOW -- THEY POTENTIALLY
HAVE THE CASE, THEY'VE BEEN
WAITING FOR.
CRAIG PRICE, NOW 43 YEARS
OLD...
A DIFFERENT IMAGE IN THIS
FLORIDA INMATE PHOTO TAKEN
JUST THIS APRIL...
FROM HOW HE LOOKED AS A
TEENAGER - WHEN HE
ADMITTED TO KILLING FOUR
PEOPLE IN WARWICK,
INCLUDING TWO YOUNG GIRLS.
BUT BECAUSE PRICE WAS A
JUVENILE AT THE TIME OF
THOSE HORRIFIC CRIMES,
HE'S NOT IN PRISON NOW FOR
MURDER, BUT A PATCHWORK
OF CRIMES HE'S COMMITTED
WHILE BEHIND BARS.
and i bit it
NOW HE'S IN TROUBLE AGAIN,
BUT THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST
SERIOUS PRISON
ALLEGATION:
COURT RECORDS IN FLORIDA
OBTAINED BY TARGET 12
REVEAL INVESTIGATORS SAY
THEY HAVE PRICE CAPTURED
ON PRISON SURVEILLANCE
VIDEO STABBING A FELLOW
INMATE MULTIPLE TIMES...
HIS INTENT, THEY SAY, WAS TO
KILL.
THE STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
IN FLORIDA TELLS US THE
ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGE
COMES WITH A MAXIMUM
PENALTY OF LIFE BEHIND BARS.
POSSESSION OF A MAKESHIFT
KNIFE COMES WITH A POSSIBLE
15 YEAR SENTENCE.
DESPITE HIS SPOTTY PRISON
RECORD,
PRICE HAS BEEN ABLE TO
AMASS AN ASTONISHING
AMOUNT OF GOOD TIME:
AT LAST CHECK HE'S BEEN
ABLE TO SHAVE 1,719 DAYS OFF
HIS SENTENCE....
NEARLY FIVE YEARS.
A SPOKESPERSON FOR THE
RHODE ISLAND DEPARTMENT
OF CORRECTIONS SAYS THEY
WILL EXAMINE THIS LATEST
INCIDENT TO DETERMINE IF
SOME OF THAT GOOD TIME
SHOULD BE REDUCED.
IN ADDITION,
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S
OFFICE TELLS ME THEY PLAN
ON FILING PAPERWORK IN
SUPERIOR COURT SEEKING TO
MAKE PRICE A PROBATION
VIOLATOR.
THAT WOULD POTENITALLY
TACK ON EVEN MORE TIME TO
HIS SENTENCE.

GOOD FOR POOL FISH CULTIVATION - Duration: 3:26.
BENEFITS OF AZOLLA PLANTS
AZOLLA
THIS plant has small leaves floating and propagating on the surface of the water
Azola has a high selling value various benefits we can get from azolla
This plant is very good in added to the pond cultivation, because the leaves of this plant will be made a shelter for saplings of fish that are still small from the threat of predators
The old leaf becomes food for the fish under it
As well as the roots of this plant is able to absorb harmful substances contained in the water so that water conditions are maintained properly, the fish will remain healthy,
Other benefits of azolLa
FERTILIZER SUPPLIERS
Utilization of azolla as fertilizer
Because, in dry conditions (dry azolla) contains elements of Nitrogen (N) 3-5 percent, Phosphor (P) 0.5 to 0.9 percent and Potassium (K) 2- 4.5 percent. While micronutrients of calcium (Ca) 0.4 to 1 percent, Magnesium (Mg) 0.5 to 0.6 percent, Ferum (Fe) 0.06 - 0.26 percent and Mangaan (Mn) 0.11-0 , 16 percent.
Based on such composition AZOLLA PROVEN VERY NICE AS SUPPLIER FERTILIZER.
animal feed
In addition to fertilizer, azolla can also be used for animal feed,
The azolla nutrient content is quite promising. Protein content for example, reached 31.25 percent, 7.5 percent fat, 6.5 percent carbohydrate, 3.5 percent dissolved sugar and crude fiber 13 percent
Azolla is very easy to live well if it is in the right place then this plant will grow rapidly
Ie being in a quite sun. Because azolla is easy in cultivation many people start trying membudidayakanya, believe budzaya azola very easy even if you are a beginner.
Are you interested to cultivate this azolla plant?
If interested means now you are one step ahead.

Rep. Jackier Speier: Devin Nunes Is A 'Puppet Of The President' | For The Record | MSNBC - Duration: 3:17.
WHO SERVES ON THE HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE.
GOOD EVENING. >> HI, GRETA.
>> SO, WHAT IS YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT CHAIRMAN
NUNES RECUSED HIMSELF, AND IF IT'S THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION OR
EVEN -- I MEAN, ANY PART OF THIS, WHY IS HE ISSUING
SUBPOENAS? >> VERY GOOD QUESTION.
HIS RECUSAL WAS ONE THAT HE VOLUNTARILY OFFERED.
AND I GUESS HE FEELS HE CAN RESCIND IT AT ANY TIME HE IS SO
INCLINED. THE PROBLEM, OF COURSE, IS THAT
HE HAS HIS HAND IN THE COOKIE JAR AND THE COOKIE JAR IS
PRESIDENT TRUMP'S INTERESTS IN WANTING TO DEFLECT ANY INTEREST
IN THIS HEARING AND IN THIS INVESTIGATION INTO WHETHER OR
NOT THE TRUMP OPERATION WAS ENGAGED WITH THE RUSSIANS IN
INTERFERING WITH OUR ELECTIONS. >> GO AHEAD, SORRY.
>> AND I JUST FEEL THAT HE HAS REALLY -- DOING HIS LEVEL BEST
TO TRY AND SABOTAGE THE INVESTIGATION.
YOU DON'T SEE THIS HAPPENING ON THE SENATE SIDE WHERE DEMOCRATS
AND REPUBLICANS ARE WORKING TOGETHER.
YOU ONLY HAVE IT HAPPENING WITH THE CHAIRMAN OF THE HOUSE
INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE, THE PERSON WHO HAS BEEN APPOINTED TO
SERVE IN MR. NUNES'S ABSENCE IS MR. CONOWE WAY, CONGRESSMAN FROM
TEXAS. HE AND MR. SCHIFF, THE RANKING
MEMBER, HAVE BEEN WORKING VERY CLOSELY TOGETHER.
>> DID ANY REPUBLICAN KNOW THESE SUBPOENAS WERE GOING OUT IN THE
HOUSE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE, IF YOU KNOW?
>> I DON'T BELIEVE SO. THEY WERE DONE UNILATERALLY BY
DEVIN NUNES. I MIGHT ALSO POINT OUT THERE WAS
NO NEED FOR THEM. WHY WOULD YOU SUBPOENA THE VERY
AGENCIES THAT COME AND SPEAK TO YOU EVERY SINGLE WEEK AND ARE
THERE TO OFFER INFORMATION ANY TIME WE SEEK IT?
SO, IT WAS REALLY A BLUNDER, IN MY MIND.
ONCE AGAIN, SHOWS THAT HE IS REALLY A PUPPET OF THE PRESIDENT
IN TRYING TO PROMOTE THIS ALTERNATIVE SET OF FACTS AND
THIS ALTERNATIVE NARRATIVE. >> ALL RIGHT.
TWO QUESTIONS. I KNOW THE DEMOCRATS DON'T WANT
THEM, BUT THAT'S POLITICS, IT'S WASHINGTON, IT'S AN OPPOSING
PARTY. HERE ARE MY TWO QUESTIONS.
DO YOU TRUST NUNES? THAT'S PART ONE.
AND THE SECOND PART IS, DO YOU KNOW IF THE REPUBLICANS ARE
DISTURBED THAT HE IS ACTING UNILATERALLY?
>> SO, TO ANSWER THE QUESTION DO I TRUST HIM, IT'S REALLY NOT,
YOU KNOW, AN INTEREST OF MINE TO TRUST OR UNTRUST HIM.
>> HE'S THE CHAIRMAN. HE IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE
COMMITTEE YOU'RE SITTING ON AND HE'S OBVIOUSLY GOT SOME POWER.
HE CAN ISSUE SUBPOENAS. >> WELL, HE DOES HAVE THE POWER.
HE'S SUPPOSED TO DO IT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE RANKING
MEMBER. HE DID NOT DO SO IN ISSUING THE
SUBPOENAS TO THE VARIOUS INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES.
AGAIN, THERE IS NO NEED TO DO IT.
SO, IT WAS AGAIN, JUST THEATRICS ON HIS PART.
>> WHAT DO THE REPUBLICANS SAY? WHAT ARE THE REPUBLICANS SAYING
ABOUT HIM, DO YOU KNOW? >> I DON'T KNOW, BUT I WOULD
VENTURE TO SAY THEY WERE DISTURBED BY IT.
AND IN THE END, I THINK WHAT HE'S TRYING TO DO IS SABOTAGE
THIS INVESTIGATION ON THE HOUSE SIDE.
AND IN SO DOING, KIND OF SIDELINE IT.
AND THAT WOULD BE DEVASTATING, I

Donald Rumsfeld: Vladimir Putin Shouldn't Be Encouraged To 'Make Mischief' | For The Record | MSNBC - Duration: 5:10.
AMERICA'S PLACE IN THE RLD, WHERE WE STAND, AND MORE.
I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE WORLD FIRST.
>> MM-HMM. >> AND THE UNITED STATES.
HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE OR CHARACTERIZE OUR CURRENT
STANDING IN THE WORLD? >> OH, I THINK THAT OUR STANDING
IS HIGH. I THINK THAT THE WORLD
RECOGNIZES THAT THE UNITED STATES HAS BEEN AN ENORMOUS
SUCCESS AND THAT FREE POLITICAL SYSTEMS AND FREE ECONOMIC
SYSTEMS ARE SOMETHING THAT WORK AND ADVANTAGE HUMAN BEINGS AND
CREATE OPPORTUNITIES AND NEW PRODUCTS AND INNOVATION.
YOU KNOW, PEOPLE FROM TIME TO TIME FUSS BECAUSE IT'S KIND OF
FUN TO FUSS AT THE BIG GUY, AND WE HAPPEN TO HAVE A PROMINENT
POSITION IN THE WORLD. BUT WHEN I TRAVEL AROUND THE
WORLD, I FIND THAT PEOPLE ARE INTERESTED IN THE UNI UNITED ST,
CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT IT'S DOING, WHERE IT'S GOING, HOW IT'S DOING
IT. >> SO THEN HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE
WHAT VLADIMIR PUTIN IS DOING OR NOT DOING NOW VIS-A-VIS THE
UNITED STATES? >> WELL, I THINK IT'S KIND OF
LIKE ECONOMICS. IF YOU WANT MORE OF SOMETHING,
YOU REWARD IT. AND IF YOU WANT LESS OF IT, YOU
PENALIZE IT. AND HE HAS SAID THAT THE
GREATEST TRAGEDY OF THE CENTURY WAS THE END OF THE SOVIET UNION.
HE CLEARLY IS INTERESTED IN SEEING WHAT HE CAN DO TO
RE-ESTABLISH INFLUENCE IN VARIOUS PARTS OF THE WORLD THAT
USED TO BE PART OF THE SOVIET UNION.
AND SO HE TESTS IT CONSTANTLY. >> ARE WE TOUGH ENOUGH ON PUTT
CNN. >> -- PUTIN?
>> I THINK IT'S IMPORTANT HE NOT BE ENCOURAGED TO THINK HE CAN
MAKE MISCHIEF IN COUNTRIES IN THE CAUCUSES OR IN CENTRAL ASIA
OR IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD, THAT HE SEES THAT THERE'S
DISPROFL -- DISAPPROVAL FOR THAT AND A PENALTY.
>> NORTH KOREA? >> YOU'RE A TOUGH ONE TODAY.
THAT'S A COMPLICATED ONE. >> WELL, WE'VE ACTUALLY TRIED A
LOT OF THINGS IN NORTH KOREA. >> I KNOW IT.
>> WE'VE BEEN NICE TO THEM. WE'VE BEEN MEAN TO THEM.
WE'VE HAD SANCTIONS. WE'VE GIVEN HUMANITARIAN AID.
WE'VE IGNORED THEM. >> YOU'VE BEEN THERE.
>> I'VE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES. >> MY HOPE IS THERE ARE ANOTHER
PEOPLE AROUND HIM WHO WERE WITH HIS FATHER AND MAYBE SOME EVEN
WITH HIS GRANDFATHER, WHO HAVE A PRETTY GOOD LIFE.
THEY'RE GETTING WELL PAID. THEY'RE HAPPY.
THEY PROBABLY HAVE A LITTLE CORRUPTION GOING ON, ON THE
SIDE. AND THEY, I WOULD THINK, WOULD
NOT HAVE ANY GREAT INTEREST IN ROCKING THE BOAT, IN DOING
SOMETHING REALLY BIZARRE. I THINK THEY DO WANT TO CONTINUE
TO DEVELOP THEIR BALLISTIC MISSILE CAPABILITY, THEIR
NUCLEAR CAPABILITY, NO QUESTION ABOUT THAT.
AND GAIN INFLUENCE. AND I THINK THE PROBLEM WE'VE
GOT IS I THINK THE GOVERNMENT CURRENTLY IN SOUTH KOREA, THE
REPUBLIC OF SOUTH KOREA, THE BOTTOM HALF OF THAT PENINSULA,
IS NOT TERRIBLY FRIENDLY, I DON'T THINK, TO THE KINDS OF
POLICY THAT WOULD MAKE LIFE MORE DIFFICULT FOR THE NORTH.
AND WE'LL HAVE TO SEE HOW THAT EVOLVES.
>> WE'RE ONLY 130 AND SOME CHANGE INTO THIS NEW PRESIDENCY.
YOUR THOUGHTS ON HOW'S PRESIDENT TRUMP DOING?
>> WELL, I'VE NEVER MET HIM. LOOKING AT THIS FROM A DISTANCE,
WHAT I SEE IS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE, POLITICAL OR
BUSINESS. FIRST RESPONSIBILITY IS TO PICK
GOOD PEOPLE. AND I LOOK AT WHAT HE'S PICKED.
HE'S GOT A GOOD VICE PRESIDENT. HE MADE A GOOD CHOICE FOR THE
SUPREME COURT. HIS CABINET, I THINK THE
NATIONAL SECURITY TEAM IS EXCELLENT.
GENERAL MATTIS OR SECRETARY MATTIS --
>> YOU KNOW THEM FROM YOUR -- >> A VERY TALENTED, MEASURED,
THOUGHTFUL INDIVIDUAL AND WILL GIVE GOOD ADVICE AND HAS THE
COURAGE OF HIS CONVICTION. AND I LOOK DOWN THE LINE.
I MEAN, YOU KNOW, SECRETARY OF HUD, I SERVED ON THE BOARD OF
KELLOGG WITH, BEN CARSON. THESE ARE, I THINK HIS CABINET
WOULD RANK UP WITH MOST CABINETS THAT I'VE BEEN IN.
>> YOU GET THE SENSE THAT THE TOWN IS PRETTY RATTLED, AND
THERE ARE LOTS OF BIG CHANGES GOING ON.
AND YOU'VE GOT THE PRESIDENT TWEETING, WHICH HAS GOT PEOPLE
PRETTY TURNED UPSIDE DOWN. >> THERE WAS A BIG FUSS ABOUT
HIS VISIT TO NATO. AND AS A FORMER AMBASSADOR TO
NATO, I LOOK AT THAT, AND I SAY TO MYSELF, WHAT DID HE DO
DIFFERENT? HE WAS EXACTLY RIGHT AND SAID
EXACTLY WHAT I USED TO SAY 40 YEARS AGO, THAT OUR ALLIES NEED
TO INVEST MORE IN THEIR NATIONAL SECURITY.
THEY'RE BELOW THE AGREED NATO TARGET OF 2% OF THEIR GROSS
DOMESTIC PRODUCTS GOING TO DEFENSE.
AND I THINK THERE'S MAYBE FIVE OR SIX COUNTRIES THAT ARE ABOVE
2%. AND THEY DO NEED TO STEP UP AND
RECOGNIZE THAT IT'S NOT A BENIGN WORLD.

INVESTIGATORS HAVE
NEW DETAILS ABOUT A----
STASH OF CASH---- FOUND
IN A WOODED AREA IN
BARRINGTON.

FEDERAL INVESTIGATORS

THOUSAND DOLLARS WAS
INVOLVED IN DRUG
TRAFFICKING ... BUT THAT
DOES NOT MEAN THE
PERSON WHO PUT THE
MONEY IN THE WOODS
CAN'T FILE A CLAIM FOR IT.
(MM)
TARGET 12 INVESTIGATOR
WALT BUTEAU JOINS US
NOW WITH THE NEW
DETAILS HE'S
UNCOVERED.
(WB)
THE MONEY WAS FOUND
MORE THAN SEVEN
MONTHS AGO. . .WITH THE
GOVERNMENT FILING ITS
CIVIL FORFEITURE CLAIM
JUST LAST WEEK.
THAT MEANS THE CLOCK
COULD BE RUNNING FOR
SOMEONE TO MAKE THEIR
OWN CLAIM FOR THE
CASH.
It was in this Barrington wooded
area where the two suitcases
stuffed
with 195 thousand dollars was
found; The cash, bundled in a
way
"consistent with how drug
traffickers
group money," according to the
civil
forfeiture document filed last
week.
Anyone wishing to claim the
cash...
Has 35 days after recieving a
direct
notice such as a letter from the
government.
30 days after the forfeiture is
publicized in a newspaper
60 days after the information
about
the property is put on a
government
website.
According to federal foreiture
law,
while a lawyer is not required
for a
claim, the claim has to made
under
oath....and there are penalties
for
filing false or frivolous claims
The government document filed in
last week does name a Barrington
resident who lived in a home
close
to where the money was found. .
.and indicates he served a
sentence
for a 2012 unlawful cultivation
of
marijuana charge.
The filing also states the
resident
listed a Scituate address that
police
in that town alleged had
indications
of a recently dismantled
marijuana
grow.
Also, according to the document,
Barrington Police went door to
door
after the money was found, and
asked the one named resident and
a woman who lived with him if
anything had been taken from
their
property.
The two repeatedly stated no,
according to the filing.
(WB)
IF A CLAIM IS MADE, THE
LITIGTAION PROCESS
BETWEEN THE CLAIMANT
AND THE GOVERNMENT
WOULD BEGIN.
IF NO CLAIM IS MADE, AND
THE FEDS SEIZE THE 195
THOUSAND, IT WOULD BE
SPLIT BETWEEN THE
BARRINGTON POLICE AND
THE FEDERAL
GOVERNMENT, WITH THE
TOWN GETTING MOST OF
THE CASH.

HOLLER'S STASH OF MEDICAL
SUPPLIES ARE FOR HER
TWO-YEAR-OLD DAUGTHER, ROWAN,
WHO HAS A RARE SKIN DISORDER
CALLED EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA
OR E-B FOR SHORT. ANY BUMP,
BRUISE OR BRUSH UP CAN CAUSE
THE TODDLER'S SKIN TO SLIDE
OFF. HOLLER REMEMBERS THE DAY
HER DAUGTHER WAS DIAGNOSED.
KATE HOLLER, ROWAN'S MOTHER:
"WE WERE TOLD NOT TO GOOGLE IT
A FEW TIMES BY DIFFERENT
DOCTORS, THAT IT WOULD BE
UPSETTING." EVERY MOVE --
BATHTIME, PLAYDATES, NAPS --
CAN LEAD TO LARGE, PAINFUL
BLISTERS ON ROWAN'S SKIN. MOST
OF HER LITTLE BODY IS COVERED

ROWAN HAS A FEEDING TUBE,
BECAUSE SOLID FOOD WOULD DO
THE SAME TO HER MOUTH. THERE
IS NO CURE AND DOCTORS TREAT
IT THE SAME WAY AS PATIENTS
WHO HAVE SECOND-DEGREE BURNS.
