Waching daily Apr 3 2018

I have been looking around for this stuff for a while. It's WINK vanilla

flavored frozen dessert. Gonna review it, starting now. Hey guys! Welcome to A.D. Keto.

My name is Aaron. This is the channel where I talk about the ketogenic diet. I

do some keto food vlogs, I do some keto product reviews like I'm doing today, and

I do some keto recipes. If this is your first time here, please consider

subscribing, and if you do, be sure to click the bell icon so you get a

notification whenever I upload new content. So guys, I've been looking around

for this stuff for a long time. It's WINK frozen dessert. I got a couple of comments

a long time ago, asking me if I would do a review of Wink, and I was like, "Yes, I

WILL do a review of Wink. I just need to find it first. It's been very elusive, but

I happened to find this at my local Whole Foods. So I snatched up this pint of Wink,

and I'm gonna check it out. If you've been here before, you'll know that I do a lot

of ice cream reviews, many of which you can see right up here. And I break them

down into three parts. I talk about the texture of the ice cream. That's the most

important thing to me. What's it feel like coming out of the container? What's

it feel like in here? And then I talk about the flavor.

What is it gonna taste like, or what it tastes like, based on my expectations.

This flavor, vanilla bean, I don't assume there will be any surprises, but I'm

expecting vanilla bean. And then I talk about the carbs. What is the carb

situation? Could I pack in this whole pint if I so chose? So that's how I do it.

And let's get into it. This is Wink Vanilla Bean. Let's take a look at what

it looks like. Whoa. It's very... it's kind of like, almost

overflowing, there. Filled to the brim. It's very smooth, too, compared to like a

lot of stuff that I have reviewed recently. I think I have heard that Wink...

I've heard rumors that Wink is not the best, texture-wise. I've been letting this

sit out of my freezer for about 15 or 20 minutes, now. So I'm hoping to get a

pretty accurate reading of what it's supposed to feel like. So let's take a

scoop, here. Holy cow, that's loud. Whoa! Okay. Icy... icy. It's got like a...

Oh, and it's got a.. a strange... a strange flavor. I'll get to that in just a minute.

But the texture... listen! I'm gonna put this right up to the mic. It'almost

like a slushy, almost? Like a very... super thick slushy. Trying to think of what

that... what that kind of feels like. Really, really icy. But you know? It's um... Oh my god, it's so

loud. Okay. Texture is really weird. Not ice creamy at all. It's more like a...um

like the bottom of a slush puppy, after you've sucked out all of the flavor. It's

just sort of like packed ice, which is a little odd, which is not to say that I...

dislike it. It's just not what I expected. It's not creamy at all, and it's not

technically an ice cream. It's a frozen dessert. So this is not bothering me as

much as I... as much as I thought it might, because I heard... I heard rumors it was a

little less creamy than you could expect. I did not expect it to be quite

that icy, but again -- I don't think I mind that too much. If I know what I'm

getting into with this stuff, I'm willing to accept that different texture. The

flavor is very subtle. There's not a whole lot of vanilla to it.

Oh. Why does it... why?

Why does it sound like that?

It's like a Slush Puppy. Ugh, it's SLUSH!

It doesn't taste like vanilla! I know.

Eww!!

It tastes kinda like bubble gum. Do you taste it?! Did you taste bubble gum?!

I did not taste bubblegum. I need to take a couple more... Oh my god. Oh my god, it tastes like bubble gum.

Do you taste it? Now that you've said it... Right? I don't mind the texture.

I need you down here more often, because I need you to like... yeah. ..tell me what stuff tastes like.

Cuz I'm better at stuff? You're better at things. I'm better at all things. You also have something in your teeth. Come here.

You see that? Nope. Viewers... I'm sorry I gouged your gum, but you had something in your

teeth. Like it was like a thing of pepper. Um, yeah. No that tastes like .

It tastes like... it tastes like gum, or candy. It does. It tastes like stale gum.

Yeah, I don't think that's what they were going for. Probably not. I'm not ...I don't

mind the texture! I don't either! The texture, it feels like... like I could picture me eating this

on like a super hot summer day, and not minding at all. Any day of the year. Doesn't have to be summer. But it doesn't have to be

creamy, like it's got... it's got a really sort of a... Right. It's a frozen thing. That's what it says -- it says frozen

dessert. It doesn't say ice cream on it. It's GOOD that it doesn't say ice cream. It just tastes like bubble gum. Bubble guy! Okay, I gotta go. OK. Bye!

I love her. So this is a little... as you may have heard, bubble gummy. It didn't even

dawn on me that it tasted like bubble gum. Hang on.

Now I can't NOT taste bubble gum. Holy cow.

it tastes like bubble gum that you've chewed for about five hours longer than

you should have. Which is to say five hours. At any rate, you got an idea of

what the texture is, you got an idea of what the flavor is. It's not vanilla.

It's like stale bubblegum. However, this stuff's saving grace might just be the

nutrition information. Serving size - one half cup. Four servings per container. You

know. You're gonna... That's what you get. With any of these, it's four servings per

container. 0.5 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, 5 grams of total carbs, 4

dietary fiber, 1 sugar alcohol. You heard that. There's zero net carbs. This has

zero net carbs. Wow. How is that? Let me read you the

ingredients. Water, organic agave inulin, which is a prebiotic fiber, pea protein,

vegetable glycerin, ground flaxseed, natural flavors (asterisk) and the

asterisk underneath says, "may contain trace amounts of sugar. This is a low

calorie dessert." Okay. Organic guar gum, organic stevia extract, baking soda, monk

fruit extract, and vanilla bean seeds. And that's it. Not terrible. Pretty good stuff

in there. Zero net carbs, I am willing to... I'm willing to brave the bubblicious-ness

of this... and the sound. Just the sound it makes when you take it out of

there. I can't believe how loud that is! You know what? I don't even put this in the same category as Halo Top, as

Enlightened. This is a different product. I don't think this is... this is not ice

cream. It says frozen desserts. This is like a

slushy. And I'm not I'm not opposed to that. This is actually really good, as far

as the macros go, and the nutrition goes. and this might work for you, if you like

the taste of stale gum. I'm so happy that my wife came down to tell me about the

taste, because I was having trouble putting my finger on it. So I'm gonna try

to find some more of this stuff. I'm gonna try to find different flavors of

Wink, and see how it goes. But I'm very surprised by the carbs. Crazy. Zero net

carbs. So that's Wink. Let me know what you guys think of this. Have you had it?

Were you disappointed by it? Did you think it was ice cream? I think if you go

into it knowing that it's NOT ice cream, you're gonna have a better experience.

Let me know if you love it. Let me know if you hate it. Let me know why. That's

gonna wrap it up for this video, guys! Hope you enjoyed it. I hope you have a

fantastic day, and I'll see you next time.

Anybody remember a Wink Martingale? wonder if you'd like this. I wonder if

he's still alive...

This is why Liverpool should ruthlessly cut ties with £22.5m-rated star ● News Now transfer ● #LFC - Duration: 2:34.

The Reds will be hoping that they can secure Champions League football for next season.

Although, it hasn't been all smiles for the Merseyside club, as players continue to

let the side down with a few still stagnating behind the scenes.

So, Liverpool may be looking to get rid of some of their fringe players in the summer

transfer window, as manager Jurgen Klopp will want to challenge for the Premier League title

next season.

Indeed, Adam Lallana is currently rated at £22.5 million but could be playing for his

future from here on in until the end of the season, as injuries have halted his progress

in the current campaign.

Therefore, here's a look at TWO reasons as to why Liverpool should ruthlessly cut

ties with Adam Lallana in the summer…

- First - Injury troubles

Adam Lallana has struggled with injuries right the way through his footballing career, and

now faces a scan on a hamstring injury he sustained against Crystal Palace.

Indeed, the Englishman looks like he could be sidelined for an extended period, and has

only managed to make 13 appearances in the current campaign as injuries continue to make

his life a living hell.

Therefore, Liverpool should look to cut ties with Adam Lallana in the summer months, as

the injury-prone midfielder might never be able to complete a full season without spending

some time out.

- Second - Fringe player

Adam Lallana has lost his way at Anfield in the current campaign as he spends most of

his time on the substitutes' bench, with transfer window signings and injuries having

a negative effect on his footballing career.

Indeed, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah have all been superb so

far this season, and all remain above Lallana in the pecking order as he faces an uphill

task to even earn any minutes.

Therefore, the Reds should look to cut ties with the Englishman at the end of the season,

as there's no place for him in the current side with Jurgen Klopp possibly looking to

bolster his attack in

the summer.

Bella Thorne Claims She's Taking A Break From Social Media – Is She Just Joking - Duration: 2:58.

Bella Thorne Claims She's Taking A Break From Social Media – Is She Just Joking

Bella Thorne may be saying "goodbye" to social media for the remainder of 2018.

Yesterday, Bella took to Twitter to say that she would be taking a year off of social media.

The actress took to Instagram to post a picture of herself wearing a pink bra, and it said, "I decided to take a break from social media for the rest of the year.

She also had the same message for her fans on Twitter as well.

According to multiple reports, it may have something to do with past "slut-shaming" online.

Currently, it isn't known whether or not Bella is seriously taking time off or not, but today, she posted a video of two dogs fighting on her Instagram Stories, so maybe she's continuing to use it.

Thorne has been in the media lately promoting her latest movie, Midnight Sun, which came out on the 22nd of March.

In addition to her promotion for the film, Bella opened up about facing slut-shaming comments online.

Thorne said to Entertainment Tonight last month that some people look at her online and call her a "slut" because of the way she dresses.

Moreover, Bella said the conflation with revealing clothing and child molestation is particularly offensive.

She explained, "If someone says like, 'Why do you dress that way? Is it because something that happened when you were younger?" Thorne said she wishes peoples' comments didn't dig in so badly all of the time.

The Babysitter alum comes under attack from social media trolls sometimes, including, unfortunately, Rob Lowe, who reposted her Tweet on his Instagram account for the sake of shaming her.

Bella complained about the traffic one day in California, not knowing that it was due to a natural disaster.

Rob re-posted her message on his account to embarrass her, despite Bella admitting she didn't realize it was because of an accident.

How Old is Kami? Calculated and Explained | Dragon Ball Code - Duration: 4:01.

Kami, the guardian of earth.

He was alive for many years and was the main reason Piccolo came to exist.

He also created the dragon balls and trained some of the Z fighters.

But what we want to know is how old is he.

Hey how's it going my name is Raf and welcome to Dragon Ball code.

Today we are going to find out how old Kami is.

One thing that I want to point out is that his original name is not Kami.

Kami just means Devine being.

In fact his original name is unknown.

He is known as the Nameless Namekian.

So now that you know that let's begin.

The nameless Namekian was born in around age 242.

Not too long after Planet Namek experienced natural disasters that wiped out almost the

entire population.

Fortunately, he was sent away by his dad before anything could happen to him.

He ends up landing on Earth.

There he lives for a long time in solitude in the same spaceship in which he arrived.

Oh and this is the same spaceship that Bulma, Gohan, and Krillin use to go to Namek.

Just a few years after that in age 431 he become the apprentice of the current kami.

He is around 189.

He is an apprentice for 30 years and in age 461 he finally becomes Kami, but only after

separating himself from his evil side which is King Piccolo.

This is also the same year when King piccolo is sealed away by master Mutaito.

Then in age 470 he creates the Dragon Balls.

Go ahead and hit that like button if you love to be able to create some Dragon Balls.

Here he is around 228 years old.

Time keeps passing and he keeps guarding the Earth for many many years.

Then in age 749 Dragon Ball starts.

This is when king Piccolo dies and spits out his reincarnation in and egg.

That egg has the Piccolo we know.

This is also when Goku Trains with him and Popo for 3 years.

By now he is only around 507 years old.

Then in age 761 Dragon Ball Z starts.

And in age 762 he dies as a result of Piccolo dying.

If one dies the other one dies as well.

He is revived a few months later.

Then in age 767 the androids and Cell arrive.

And this is when Kami agrees to fuse once again with piccolo and become one.

They fuse and they become the Nameless Namekian again.

He is around 525 at this point.

He doesn't disappear completely.

The only thing that disappears is the old body but kami is still very alive inside of

Piccolo.

With his new power he goes on to fight android 17.

Later Cell is defeated and in age 774 majin Buu appears.

The nameless namekian is now around 532 years old.

Buu is defeated and in age 780 the tournament between universe 6 and 7 happens, the whole

thing with zamasu and Goku Black also happens and the Tournament of Power takes place.

And this is where they were when I made the video.

And supposedly the last arc in Dragon Ball Super.

Then we fast forward to age 784 and the end of Dragon Ball Z arrives.

Since the Nameless Namekian still lives he is around 542 years old.

But we gotta add the the year piccolo was in the Time Chamber because Kami was also

there.

So that means that Kami or The nameless Namekian is around 543 years old.

Now if you want to see how old he was at the end of Dragon Ball GT keep watching.

GT happened five years later and that's age 789.

Here Piccolo sacrifices himself and dies.

He refuses to be revived.

And then in 790 is the last time we see Piccolo but he is in Hell so he is not aging anymore.

So when the nameless namekian sacrifices himself in Dragon Ball GT he is around 547 years old,

but since he did time in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber he is around 548 years old.

And there you have it.

Let me know what other characters you would like to see.

And If you enjoyed this please share it with your friends and of course if you like Dragon

Ball content make sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon so you can get notifications

whenever I post a new video.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you later.

How is Economic Freedom Measured? - Duration: 8:40.

I'm Johan Norberg.

And I've been studying economic

freedom for decades.

What is it?

And what impact does it have on people's lives?

I'm here in Montreal, Canada outside the

offices of the Fraser Institute, whose

work on economic freedom has become the

gold standard used by economists,

researchers, and policy makers

around the world.

The Institute has developed an objective

way of measuring the economic freedom of a

country and they've created a report that

I've often used myself in my writings

and lectures.

But the Economic Freedom of the World

Report is not just about numbers and

charts and graphs.

No, it's really about people.

People who want the opportunity to work

hard, to become self-sufficient and

independent and to improve

their quality of life.

I'm here today to meet with the authors of

the Economic Freedom of the World Report

and to find out about their process of

measuring countries.

Gentlemen, thank you for joining me.

What is this report?

And how does it work?

Well, it's really an effort to view the

world through the lens of opportunity

and control over one's life.

Essentially institutions and policies

influence the opportunities that

individuals have in terms of choosing

their own occupations, choosing

entrepreneurial activities, engaging in

trade with people, and perhaps most

importantly, the opportunity to

keep what they earn.

And we thought it would be interesting to

see how those changes affect the economic

freedom of people.

So the idea was to try to quantify this,

so we had to collect data on a lot of

countries, data from the World Bank

the IMF, other reputable sources.

And then we put it all into the computer,

we worked on it for many, many years.

Jim had some health problems and lost his

eyesight, so that set us back a little bit.

But we persevered, and after almost seven

or eight years we finally came out

with a good report.

So you're basically looking at the kind of

things that would give people power over

their incomes, their wealth, their jobs,

the freedom to start a business, to trade?

Precisely...precisely. That's right.

We take the data that is encapsulated in

this idea of economic freedom, and we

rank 144 countries around the world on a

zero to ten scale, with ten being the

most economically free.

Why 144 countries?

Why not every single country in the world?

Well, we're a data driven exercise,

and for some countries there's not data

available, either because it's too small

or it's an autocratic regime.

Cuba, for example, the data we have either

doesn't exist or can't really be trusted.

And so the 144 countries are the ones we

think we can rank very well, and it covers

about 97% of the world's population.

The index has been put to use in many,

many, many different ways.

Certainly people have looked at

income and growth.

But very importantly is: people looking at

human rights violations, incidents of

civil war and violence, really interesting

to see the number of ways the

index was used.

Guys, you've been using this report to

rank countries for the past 17 years.

What have you learned from the

analysis of the data?

There's been a lot of work done on

economic freedom and unemployment.

And countries that are less free have

higher rates of unemployment.

In terms of starting out in your life,

the ability to go out and be able to build up

skills in the workplace is very personally

liberating, and it must be very difficult

to be in a country like Spain where you

have youth unemployment of over 50%.

I mean that's got to be, it makes one's

outlook for the future very, very bleak.

One of the most important things we've

learned is- that countries that are

economically more free grow more

rapidly and achieve higher income levels.

And, in fact, not just a little bit higher

income levels but a lot higher income levels.

For example, the per person income of the

highest quartile, the highest 1/4 of

economically free countries is 7 times

what the figure is for the lowest group,

so that's a huge difference.

But it's not just about rising incomes

overall, it's also about the

poorest of the poor.

If we look at that bottom quartile, the

poorest 10% of those societies have

average incomes of about $1,200 per capita.

If we look at the upper quartile, the most

free quartile, they have average incomes

of over $11,000.

Now that's not a lot to live on,

but it's a whole lot more than $1,200.

So, as people work their way out of

poverty that's a substantial improvement

in their quality of life.

It's not just about the quality of life;

it's about the quantity of life.

If we look at the most free countries and

compare them to the least free countries,

the most free countries have substantially

higher life expectancies, 18 years.

You know a lot of that relationship is

probably driven by the fact that more free

countries have higher incomes,

better sanitation, nutrition, things like that.

You know if you live to be 80 versus 60,

that's the difference between getting to

know your grandkids, see your grandkids

grow up, see your great-grandchildren.

Economic freedom, sure it's about income

it's about growth, but it's also about the

quality of life and knowing your grandkids or not.

And if you have more economic freedom, you

have a better chance of knowing your

grandkids, and that's more important,

or as important as how many cars are

in the driveway and things like that.

For over 30 years the United States

was around 3rd place.

But in this latest report,

the U.S. is at 19.

Why, what happened?

Well, the freest economies in the world

are Hong Kong and Singapore.

And they have been the freest for more

than three decades now.

Other countries that

rank relatively high are:

Switzerland, New Zealand, Canada, Australia.

I think actually that's the six highest countries.

The United States was for an extended

period of time all during the 1980s and

1990s was ranked third behind only Hong

Kong and Singapore, but the United States

has actually dropped down in

recent years since 2000.

So the U.S. is not as free

as what it was a few years ago.

Well, generally the economic freedom

index is showing a rise of economic

freedom around the world.

And only a handful of

countries are decreasing.

The biggest single factor

contributing to the U.S. decline

is the decline in the legal structure

area and protection of property rights.

From the wars on drugs and terror to the

more widespread use of eminent domain to

take property from one party and transfer

it to another to the auto bailout which

tended to undermine the property

rights of bond holders.

Some people object to economic freedom

because they think it's just freedom for

the well-off, for the big businesses and

for those who already have power.

What's your take on that?

I think if you look at the U.S.,

in response to kind of the financial

crisis what did we get?

We got greater concentration

in the banking industry.

It's harder to be a local bank,

local savings and loan.

The banking interests and banking

lobbyists used the opportunity of the

financial crisis to solidify their

position in the marketplace.

That's not economic freedom, right,

that's antithetical to economic freedom.

All those lobbyists that those

corporations hire and they send

to the national capital.

They're not arguing for more economic

freedom, they're arguing for less,

they're arguing for special privileges.

The political process favors

well-organized interest groups and

typically that's going to be the well-off

among the business groups, as well

as well-organized labor groups.

Where as there's really no interest groups

for those who aren't there in the market yet,

for the future stores and businesses

and things like that.

The future entrepreneur, the taxpayer and

the consumer are not well-organized,

and therefore the political process

seldom represents them.

Too often politicians are only offering

short-term fixes, they promise

instant gratification.

And the problem is that at the end,

it comes at the expense of economic freedom

and competition in the marketplace.

Oppression of economic freedom, it's kind

of subtle and it goes under the radar,

and fewer people notice it, and that's

what makes it very difficult to defend.

That's the beautiful thing about this

Economic Freedom of the World Report.

It makes these trends visible.

It tells us where to look;

it gets us talking about it.

And that's why we do this.

That's why you do this, that's why I

write about it, that's why we talk about.

Guys, thank you so much for sharing your

thoughts and your work on this.

Thank you. Thank you.

Jared Leto Is Hitchhiking Across America in Honor of Thirty Seconds to Mars' New Album - Duration: 2:13.

Jared Leto Is Hitchhiking Across America in Honor of Thirty Seconds to Mars' New Album

Jared Leto is going on a cross-country trip.

The 46-year-old actor announced hes hitchhiking across America in honor of his band Thirty Seconds to Mars releasing its new album: America.  Yeah, its a pretty adventure, the Oscar winner said on Mondays episode of On Air With Ryan Seacrest.

Im going to hitchhike among other things across the country from New York City to Los Angeles.

Im going to jump on a donkey in a Grand Canyon or take a hot air balloon. One of his first pit stops was 30 Rockefeller Center in New York, where he wondered onto the set of The Tonight Show and hitched a ride with rapper A$AP Rocky.

Leto also stopped by Times Square to greet some of his fans and gave performances in Grand Central and Times Square. He even sang with a gospel choir in Penn Station.

The Suicide Squad star is continuing on to Cleveland, where he will visit the Rock of Roll Hall of Fame, and also stopping in Chicago to see the famous Skydeck.

During the interview with Seacrest, the radio host likened Letos journey to Tom Hanks cross-country jog in Forrest Gump. I already got the beard, Leto teased.

However, this isnt Letos first cross-country road trip. In fact, the Dallas Buyers Club star said he used to hitchhike quite a bit as a kid.

He also talked about the perks of hitting the open road. You see a lot of unity.

You see a lot of things that are very different from what we might expect from what we see on the news, he told Seacrest. You see a lot of people getting along.

You see a lot of beauty. You see a lot of inspiration.. The album debuts April 6.
