SHADE HOUSE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION | How to Make GreenHouse (Polyhouse) for Plants - Duration: 5:56.

Hello Friends! Today we will look into Shade House or Green-Net house, Its benefits in

gardening, Different colors of shadenets and some important points to remember in Its Planning,

Design Ideas and Construction of shade house at home gardening or terrace gardening level.

bell icon and so that you wont miss any updates. What is a Shade House?, also called shadenet

house or net house, green net house, green house and so on.

A Shade house is a framed structure enclosed by nets or any other woven material of different

percentages of light filtering, to allow only the required amount of sunlight, moisture

and air to pass through the gaps. It creates an appropriate micro climate for proper plant

growth. The shade nets are made up of 100% Polyethylene

thread with specialised UV treatment and they have different shade percentages or Shade

factors i.e 15%, 35%, 40%, 50% 75% and 90% (for example 35% shade factor means - the

net will cut 35% of light intensity and would allow only 65% of light intensity to pass

through the net).

Each plant has its individual requirements for sunlight and shade and to create optimum

climatic conditions, selection of the correct percentage of shade factor is very important.

Colors of Shadenets:

Presently shadenets are available in different colours i.e. white, black, red, blue, yellow

and green and in combinations: like Green x Black - Black x Black - White x Black - Green

x Green . Whatever it is the darker shade generally filters more sunlight and Green

x Green shade - enhances the process of photosynthesis in plants resulting better foliage in ornamental

plants. Planning and Design of a Shade House:

The shade house structure should be planned taking into consideration the type of crop

to be grown, locally available materials and local climatic conditions. I will only discuss

some important points at home gardening or terrace gardening level, that�s is basics.

Site selection & Orientation: Single span structure may be oriented either in east-west

or north-south direction but multispan structure should be oriented in north-south direction

to ensure uniform light intensity. Structure: It mainly the FRAME and CLADDING

MATERIAL. 1. FRAME: best material to use for framing

is MS (Full form of MS is Mild steel). This can easily last for than 25 years depending

on the guage you use. Here am using 16 guage material � like 3 inch diameter MS pipes

for pillars, 2 inch pipes for top frame support. Plus you can plan and design decorative ideas

like hooks for hanging pots, Then two step or three step pots stands, then plan one area

for vertical garden using thick mesh support to hang vertical pots and also a provision

for garden swing and things like that depending on your budget.

2. Make sure you periodically perform anti-rust treatment by painting the MS material like

once in 2 � 3 years or so. 3. The Cheaper Alternative to MS is bamboo

sticks but the life of this type of shade house is not more than 5 years or so.

4. Now coming to the Shade Net Material, you can choose the Filter percentage depending

on your local climate. In my zone, am using 50 percent green-green shade net which is

the most commonly used everywhere. You need to tie the shade net cloth firmly at all ends

and at multiple places to keep it taut and give it�s a professional look. Also remember

to keep it open at atleast 2 sides to allow good air flow to your plants. And also giving

some gaps at the side walls at different places is a good idea to allow air circulation.

5. The Design and Decoration depends on your engineering skills as well as your budget

and ofcourse the dimensions of the shade house. 6. The cost of shadenet cloth differs from

place to place and also on the percentage of sunlight filtering � like 50 percent

shade net comes at the price of 1 to 2 dollar per square meter or even less than that. And

the cost of MS framing will be about 2 - 3 dollars per square feet including material

and labour. We will quickly look at the uses of shade

house in gardening and farming: � Helps in proper growth and development

of any type of plants like flower plants, ornamental plants, medicinal plants, vegetables

& fruits specially in summer and hot places. � Helps to enhance yield and prevent losses

due to excessive heat. � Protection against many pest attacks.

� Protects crops from natural weather disturbances such as wind, rain, hail stones, frost, bird

and insects. � Used in production of grafts and reducing

its failure rate during hot summer days. � Helps in creating favourable micro environment

for production of Vermicompost. � Other uses like Hardening of plants, terrace

gardening, fencing and so on..

So there we have it folks, that is the beginning of my terrace gardening in my shade house.

Try This: Best Cable Exercises For Chest Isolation w/ Brandon Hendrickson - Duration: 3:02.

hey what's up guys this is IFBB men's physique Pro Brandon Hendrickson and I'm

gonna give you a few of my favorite cable exercises for chest

Alright guys so the first exercise we're doing here is the Iron Cross one of the

important things with this cable exercise is to not grip the cable but

actually just latch on the cable that way you can take off tension off the

forearm and off the bicep with the Iron Cross we're doing about 4 to 5 sets with

8 to 10 reps slowly coming down with the squeeze and

then slowly coming back up for the contraction all right so our second

exercise is the high pulley cable chest flag I like this exercise particularly

because of the stretch and the squeeze it allows me to get more detail in my

chest which allows my v-taper to look even more dominant on stage with the

high pulley chest fly we're looking at about 4 to 5 sets with 8 to 10 reps all

right guys now we're gonna move on to the seated incline cable fly this allows

you to get a perfect stretch and a perfect contraction as you're raising

the cable up for isolating the upper chest and middle chest our sets and reps

for our seated incline cable fly are usually four to five sets of 12 to 15

reps alright guys so our next exercise is the standing cable push press alright

this is a little different from the standard bench press you're actually

standing up so you have to get a nice strong foundation in your legs and then

you're just going to drive forward with your arms and chest one of the main

things I like about this is you're able to put on some more weight and it allows

you to get more tension on the chest because you're actually pressing the

cables alright guys for the standing push press our set rate is usually

between 3 to 4 sets of 6 to 10 reps

alright guys so our final exercise is the close grip underhand raise alright

these are one of my favorite exercises usually at the end of my workout and I'm

raising the bar up to my waist and pulling up with my chest not gripping

too much on the cable using my chest and my shoulders to raise the cable up but the

main thing with this exercise is you have to keep your elbows tucked in and

your grip closed so the closer your grip is the more attention you'll feel on

your chest the wider your grip is the more attention you feeling your

shoulders alright so for the close grip underhand raise my set range is usually

between 4 to 5 sets with about 14 to 15 reps alright guys so this is IFBB men's

physique pro those are a few of my favorite cable exercises for chest

to us. The trombone is best because I can play it better than anyone

I've learned lots of things just from playing in the big band self confidence

leadership skills. I really taught them many things like learning how to be

leaders some of them are in my teaching that when I used to conduct teachings I

used to get one person to represent others in doing something.

Brass for Africa has given me a platform to inspire motivate and give back to kids and give

them hope and a dream and power and self-confidence and resilience and the

belief that they can do something

when I was approved to be one of the team for Brass for Africa teachers I said okay I can support other children and I can

motivate them because they will see me in the way that I don't have hands but I

can still teach them using my head. When the teachers who teaches us band when they

come I feel good because because I want to learn.

Brass for Africa has given an opportunity to people at Good Shepherd home to play music and now if you see most of

them that are attending that music, it is helping them to stay focused

When Brass for Africa came in with the music it brought about teamwork the children

learned to share because for them to produce music and and rhythm they

Ed Sheeran Debuts Music Video For 'Happier'

After teasing that he would be releasing a music video for track Happier last week, Ed Sheeran finally premiered the visuals on Friday, April 27.

The British singer is noticeably absent in the clip, but fans get to see a puppet representing himself belting out the track.

The clip starts off with a sad-looking puppet walking around the town as he watches his ex-lover getting cozy with her new boyfriend.

He then goes into his home while recalling the sweet moment that he shares with his former girlfriend.

Cause baby you look happier, you do/ My friends told one day Ill feel it too, he sings.

And until then Ill smile to hide the truth/ But I know I was happier with you. The end of the music video finds the puppet finding out that his former girlfriend breaks up with her boyfriend.

Happier is one of the tracks off Sheerans critically acclaimed album Divide (division sign), which was released on March 3, 2017.

In an interview with GQ, the singer described the track as another standout ballad with his cleverest and most mature lyrics yet, looking back on a failed relationship with an original twist..

Sheeran said of the song in another interview, Ive definitely got to a point in my life where Im friends with all my ex-girlfriend now, like were all cool and its very much like Im really happy that youre happy and with someone that you love, and they are really happy that Im happy and with someone and theres a grown up element to it.

Happier was like that coming out I guess me - writing a grown up song..

Ed is currently hitting the road in support of his latest album.

The singer recently announced that Irish group Beoga would be joining him for the European leg of his tour.
