How much would the BIGGEST diamond EVER FOUND be worth?

That would be one hell of a ring.

Well, it turns out, that diamond is actually an entire planet - one that is twice the size

of earth.

Newly developed technologies, in particular, NASA's ground-breaking Kepler spacecraft,

are now able to detect distant planets in a way never before possible.

In recent years scientists have discovered hundreds of worlds orbiting far away stars

and among them, the planet 55 Cancri E is one of the most fascinating.

In 2004, a planet orbiting the star 55 Cancri A, was first detected.

The star itself is part of a binary system that can be seen in the Cancer constellation

and lies about 40 light years away from Earth.

According to scientists, there are actually at least another 4 planets in the system,

each of which were determined by light fluctuations seen in the star, which occur when the planet's

orbit takes them between the star and Earth, thereby creating a shadow.

As scientists conducted further investigations, they realized that the planet 55 Cancri E

was the most interesting one out of the group.

It's twice the size of Earth, and is extremely close to its parent star- so close, in fact,

that's it is believed to complete a full orbit in less than 18 hours.

This means that the gravitational pressures on the planet are immense, and it's likely

that surface temperatures can reach as high as 4,892 degrees Fahrenheit (or 2700 C).

The position and composition means that this planet certainly has some unusual chemistry

going on that makes it incredibly unique.

Observations of the parent star have shown that it contains much higher levels of carbon

than our own sun.

If all of the objects of the system are made from the same primordial disk of material,

as is thought to be the case with most star systems, then it would suggest that the planets,

too, are far more carbon rich than those in our own solar system.

There doesn't seem to be any water present and, apart from the carbon, the rest of 55

Cancri E appears to be made from Iron and Silicates (both of which are also common in

Earth's crust)

This composition suggests that the planet, whose radius is double that of Earth's,

is more than 8 times as heavy as our own planet.

The Carbon is thought to exist in various states, including graphite, but most interestingly

is the presence of diamonds.

It's actually believed that as much as a third of its mass could be composed of diamond-

that's the equivalent of three Earth's!

The diamonds on the planet aren't like the small rocks that we see on earth, but enormous

formations.

While the surface is made up of a layer of graphite, beneath it is a thick layer of diamond,

similar to how the Earth is made up of a crust sitting above the thick layer of the mantle.

The diamond is in such a large quantity that, if it could all be mined, it would be worth

as much as 26.9 nonillion dollars.

That's one and 30 zeros!

To put it into perspective, the total GDP of all countries on Earth in 2016 was about

75 trillion dollars- 384 quadrillion times less than the value of those diamonds.

So, we might be wondering, could we ever get to those diamonds?

55 Cancri E is, without a doubt, the most valuable planet that has been discovered so

far, but it'll be a long time before we could even dream of mining it.

While it's relatively close to us in terms of the vastness of the Universe, 40 light

years is still an enormous distance to cover.

We'd then need to get onto the planet, which is very close to its star, and overcome the

extreme heat and gravitational force, and then try to dig up one of the hardest substances

known to man.

Even if this were possible, and we were able to bring large quantities of diamonds back

home, the rocks wouldn't be as rare as they are now, so the value could drop, making the

whole effort kinda useless.

While the discovery of this diamond planet won't mean that we'll have as much shiny

jewelry as we want, it is an important step to understanding the universe and the formation

of planets.

It shows that there are countless star systems out there that are similar to ours, and yet,

a simple change in chemistry can create something completely different.

With different fundamental building blocks, who knows what other valuable or intriguing

planets could be out there that could help us further understand the Universe and our

own existence.

With hundreds of new planets being discovered every year, this is only just the beginning!

Is Uninsured Motorist Insurance Required in North Carolina? - Duration: 1:09.

Our clients ask us all the time 'what is underinsured motorist coverage, what is uninsured

motorist coverage?'

We explain it very well on our website, I encourage you to read about it for a full

explanation, but I can make it very simple.

First uninsured coverage: uninsured coverage is exactly what it says, it means the other

driver who's at fault did not have any insurance, for whatever reason they have no coverage.

If you have uninsured coverage, in most cases people have uninsured coverage.

Your carrier will step into the shoes of the other party and pay your claim as an uninsured

claim.

Underinsured coverage is exactly what it says, it means that the person who is responsible

for the accident had insurance, but they didn't have enough insurance to pay you for your

damages.

Underinsured coverage only applies to injury, it does not apply to property damage.

Uninsured coverage applies to injury and property damage.

Please give us a call or send us an email.

We're here, we're ready to help.

Reasons Why There Is A Remake Fever In Korean Dramas(News) - Duration: 4:42.

Reasons Why There Is A Remake Fever In Korean Dramas

Following The Good Wife, Entourage, and Criminal Minds, Suits is up next in the series of American dramas to be remade in Korea.

KBS2s Suits is set to premiere on April 25 as a remake of a popular American series of the same name.

Centered around the bromance between two lawyers of two very different backgrounds, the drama remake gained attention when actors Jang Dong Gun and Park Hyung Sik were confirmed to join.

The trend of remaking popular overseas dramas isnt limited to just the United States. OCNs upcoming drama Mistress set to air on April 28 is also based on BBCs Mistresses. American network ABC has previously remade the series as well.

OCNs Mistress, featuring Han Ga In, Choi Hee Seo, Shin Hyun Bin, and Goo Jae Yi, is a mystery thriller that focuses on the twisted relationships between four mysterious women and men who are around them.

The drama shows how an everyday cafe owner, psychiatrist, teacher, and legal office manager get caught up in a series of murders. Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250. ATF.

OCNs upcoming drama that plans to air this summer is also a remake of BBCs Life on Mars. With its huge popularity, the British television series was remade in both the United States and Spain.

The Korean remake tells the story of a present-day detective waking up to find himself in 1988. Jung Kyung Ho, Park Sung Woong, and Go Ah Sung have confirmed to appear.

Remakes of Japanese dramas are ongoing as well. tvNs Mother that recently came to an end is based on a Japanese drama with the same title.

The Korean remake received positive reviews overall. MBNs upcoming drama Rich Man, Poor Woman is also a remake of 2012 Japanese romantic comedy.

What could be the reason behind this remake fever? While the terrestrial networks (KBS, MBC, SBS) led the game in the past, cable channels and comprehensive programming channels are now stepping up their game with dramas.

In other words, the competition is fiercer due to increased and diversified platforms. In a war over securing interesting contents, remaking an overseas drama is one of the most attractive options because its popularity and quality have already been confirmed.

A source in the broadcasting industry shared, As drama productions increase in number, there are frequent comments that theres a lack of scenarios. In this process, works that gained popularity abroad are viewed as stable because theyre less risky.

Theyre seen as confirmed by the public. They added that remakes also have advantages in terms of publicity and creating a buzz at the beginning stage.

However, not all remakes have been successful. This is because its difficult to satisfy fans of the original work and the overall high expectations. Remakes of Entourage and Criminal Minds mentioned previously recorded low ratings and were criticized.

Regarding this, the broadcasting industry official said, Its not easy to produce something that satisfies those who havent seen the original work and fans of it.

Its also important how well you adapt the drama to suit the domestic culture and society. In the end, its about improving the quality of the drama..

The Next Project From Morgan Is A Bus - Duration: 3:18.

The Next Project From Morgan Is A Bus

Morgan has announced that its next project is a bus – but its not going to be building one, rather it has announced that it is bringing back the iconic Routemaster bus for a run of public events in 2018.

The bus the company will be showing off is the penultimate example to be taken off the streets of London, getting a special send-off from years of service on December 9, 2005.

It is thought to have clocked up more than 1.5 million miles (2.4M kilometers) during its lifetime of service as a London workhorse.

The last of the traditional London buses to be taken out of service is currently on display at the London Bus Museum at Brooklands and is identical to Morgans recently acquired bus, right down to the 7.

7-liter Iveco diesel engine.

Morgan has bought its bus because it was built in the same year as the first Plus 8 – 1968 – and the companys engineers have set to work on what they call a sympathetic conversion to ready the big red fun bus for public appearances.

The changes arent drastic, the company says that the bus arrived at its Malvern HQ in incredible condition, and many of the buss original features and characteristics will be preserved.

All work on the bus will be carried out by hand by Morgan mechanics in the true spirit of the company.

The Routemaster bus is arguably one of the most iconic vehicles in existence, it serves as a symbol of Britain and is part of our national identity, said Morgan MD Steve Morris.

It gives us great pleasure to continue the life of one of the last decommissioned buses as our event space..

Morgan has an exciting year ahead, and we can't wait to utilize the bus at events all around the U.K.

Our plans for the bus will make it the ideal event space for Morgan customers and enthusiasts alike..

Marvel Movie Madness - Is This What I Wanted? - Duration: 9:52.

Oh hi.

There was a time in my youth where I wished that I could someday see a Spider-Man film.

In 1989 Tim Burton made Batman.

It broke all kinds of records.

It showed that superhero films could be successful.

And yet nothing really became of that.

Except for the terrible sequels that it spawned.

"Alright everyone ... chill."

I was a Marvel comics fanboy as a kid.

So I still have

these old banker boxes here in my house. Sorry, let me focus up here.

And some of these go back to the early 90s. Ancient times now.

Cloak and Dagger. The New Warriors. Better than the old lame warriors we had before.

The Spectacular Spider-Man.

The Sensational Spider-Man.

Web of Spider-Man.

Spider-Man Unlimited.

And then my personal favourite. Spider-Man.

And because Marvel Comics was a hairs width away from bankruptcy it started selling the

rights to its characters.

Which is why we got a pretty bad Hulk film made by the great Ang Lee, and two really

bad Fantastic Four films, and that terrible Daredevil film starring the guy who isn't

Matt Damon.

And though it is certainly not a perfect film, Sam Raimi made Spider-Man in 2002 something

that I'd been waiting years for.

I think it's very much like Star Wars fans who, for a while, convinced themselves that

Phantom Menace was great until reality hit them and they had to accept that these-a no

good.

What I'm trying to say is that I think there are a lot of problems with the Sam Raimi Spider-Man

films, even number two which is admittedly pretty decent.

And the problem is that the filmmakers are approaching the characters as inherently silly

instead of the subject matter.

Because, come on, men and women jumping around in stretchy underwear suits, or fantastical

mutant beasts walking around having normal conversations is kind of ridiculous.

It's just that Marvel, and DC, and other comic book companies realized a long time

ago that while the situations can bring about humour, the characters are what draws people

in.

If we perceive our heroes, literally superheroes, as foolish or are the butt of jokes then we

begin to distance ourselves and realize everything is a bit corny.

So in 2008 I was surprised to see that the movie Iron Man was receiving a bunch of great

reviews.

Like, over 90% on Rotten Tomatoes good.

(Now I have my problems with Rotten Tomatoes, but it's still not often you get that response

to a superhero film.)

So I needed to go and see it.

Tony Stark was a character that showed up occasionally in crossover events that I had

read as a child, but I really didn't know much about the character.

Plus it was starring Robert Downey Jr who I had sort of forgotten about after he had

gone to prison in the 90s.

But I was shocked at how much I liked it.

This was something different.

At least from Marvel Studios.

It had a sense of fun, but was also treating the characters with respect.

This wasn't a goofy beat-em-up.

It was a science fiction / fantasy mashup with the perfect casting attached.

And I wish I could remember how.

But I know that I had read somewhere that I needed to stay until after the credits.

The friend I went with wanted to leave as soon as the movie was over but I convinced

them to stay.

And boy am I glad I did!

The revelation that Nick Fury was being played by Samuel L Jackson?

That there may be a plan to have an Avengers movie?

Yeah right.

Next you're going to tell me that they're going to try and make a Thor film.

Wait what?

My friend had no idea why I was freaking out.

But this was exciting!

What I always loved about comics was that the world felt truly lived in.

It wasn't just one superhero, it was all the superheroes.

They would interact with each other all the time.

Any movie that was made was careful to make it appear that this was the only "special"

person in the world.

Now even with that big hit in Iron Man it was followed up a few weeks later.

Yes, it was only weeks.

With the Incredible Hulk, starring Ed Norton, and it … wasn't great.

It had some flourishes, but certainly was not as entertaining as Iron Man had been.

But Robert Downey Jr showed up at the end, showing how Marvel was looking at this universe

it was creating.

Now I could go into a detailed review of each of the following Marvel films, let me know

if you'd like that in the comments below.

But here's a quick rundown.

Iron Man 2 - huge letdown although I feel like I'm alone in believing it's the worst

Iron Man film.

Thor - fairly bland, the world of Asgard feels so empty, but Chris Hemsworth is great.

Captain America: The First Avenger - maybe I'm surrounded by weirdos, but most people

I know hate this one.

But I love it.

I enjoy that it's set in World War 2.

It has it's own unique feel.

And I am always moved by the emotional journey of Steve Rodgers.

The Avengers - bonkers that this film even existed.

It expanded the world, beautifully combined the characters, everyone was given a moment

to shine.

It's a movie that on paper I don't think should work but it totally does.

Iron Man 3 - People hate on this film, but I like it.

It depends if you find the kid in it annoying.

I don't.

Plus I do enjoy how they pulled the rug out from everyone who thought they knew what was

going to happen in the movie with the Mandarin.

Thor: The Dark World - a bit better than the original Thor but that isn't saying much.

This is really when I began to notice the problems Marvel has with villains.

They often aren't interesting by themselves and each movie seems to end with a giant beam

of light that the heroes need to stop.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier - The start of each film basically being an Avengers

film.

But I've never understood that criticism, really.

We know these characters and I have fun with them.

This film is maybe my favourite of all the Marvel films.

It's certainly the one I go back to the most.

Guardians of the Galaxy - So much fun!

I left with a stupid smile on my face.

Who knew Batista would steal the show?

The villain is awful, though.

Just really, really bad.

But everything else makes up for it.

Avengers: Age of Ultron - Marvel was starting to show it's cracks.

Still fun.

The Ultron character is great.

But it's hard to juggle that many characters, plus introduce more, and and have a satisfying

film.

I still have fun with it though.

How many more are there?

Oof.

Ant-Man - I'm a hater on this movie.

I love Paul Rudd.

He does his best.

But the script and direction do not help him.

I'm hoping the sequel solves those problems.

But this feels like a throwback to those superhero films of the 90s instead of what Marvel had

been trying to do.

Captain America: Civil War - OK.

I admit it.

I'm a Captain America fanboy.

Even though I'm Canadian.

I liked how they sowed the division between Cap and Iron Man.

And that last fight scene.

From how it's staged, to how it's acted, to the music I think is the best cinematically

the Marvel films have ever been.

Again, wish the villain could have had a better presence.

Doctor Strange - great casting again!

But I think this is just a slightly above mediocre film.

It was something I had completely forgotten about seeing the next day.

But what I respect is that Marvel is trying out different genres within it's universe.

Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 - I still had fun with this.

But it has the problem that many sequels have in that it didn't feel new anymore.

Still funny.

And I love Kurt Russel in this film.

But it turns into a bunch of pixels bopping around the screen which I've never been

a fan of.

Spider-Man: Homecoming - Marvel finally got the rights back to Spider-Man.

Sort of.

And it's the closest they've come to nail that character.

Tony Stark / Iron Man essentially become the father figure Peter Parker has yearend for.

Michael Keaton has come full circle in his superhero films and is now a villain.

But a villain who is understandable.

Not that it absolves him, but I get why he turned to crime.

Some of the special effects are iffy, but man if the acting doesn't elevate this to

being really good.

Thor: Ragnarok - Hands down the funniest of the Marvel films.

And mostly based off of character moments.

However that's also the main criticism.

It could be too funny.

By focusing on laughs it forgot to make a resonant film.

And what a waste of Cate Blanchet.

The most egregious of the bad villains in Marvel films.

And finally Black Panther - I feel I'm going to get a lot of hate on this one too.

It's fine.

But I didn't love it.

Which is a shame, because the villain for once is great!

He has motive.

He's charismatic.

But our protagonist disappears for a good portion of the film.

And the country erupts into war really quickly.

Great casting again.

I love Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther.

I equally love the director Ryan Coogler.

So maybe my expectations were too high.

Marvel's Cinematic Universe has had a downside.

As much fun as I've had with the film series, and is exactly what I always wanted when I

dreamed of superhero films as a kid, it's had a bad effect on Hollywood.

Why it works so well for Marvel is that they've had 50 years of practice in the comics industry.

But Universal trying to make a Universe for their monsters seems weird.

DC has tried to rush theirs to disastrous results in my opinion.

Not everyone wants a Universe.

And not every franchise needs to be.

I don't need a Harold and Kumar universe.

Or maybe I do.

This is also part of larger trend where movies have started to feel like TV, and TV has started

to feel more like movies.

But that's a topic for another day.

I'm looking forward the the near 3 hour extravaganza that is going to be Avengers:

Infinity War.

These storylines we've been following for 10 years are going to have some deep payoffs.

At least I hope so.

And sure, superheroes are, perhaps, not high art.

But they don't need to be.

They are our current folk heroes.

The stories that reveal a bit about our humanity.

Stories that make us a little bit happier and can take our minds off the evils of the

world we feel so powerless in stopping.

Maybe somebody needs to make that Iron Man suit for real.

But I'd like to know more about what you think.

Do you watch the Marvel films?

Which ones are your favourite?

Which ones do you not like?

Do you think it's time for another Howard the Duck film like I do?

Let me know down in the comments below.

570S Spider Design Edition Is Customized By McLaren's Styling Team

Why bother personalizing your droptop supercar when McLaren can do it for you?.

In November 2016, McLaren's talented design team created five "Design Editions" of the 570S Coupe and now the Spider has received the same special treatment.

This one too has five different personalities based on the supercar's body paint: Silica White, Storm Grey, Vermillion Red, Onyx Black or Vega Blue.

The company based in Woking says that you will be saving money by going for one of the Design Edition versions as it bundles more kit for less cash.

It's offered as a customizable package on top of which customers can add other niceties, such as a plethora of carbon fiber extras inside and out.

Depending on the 570S Spider's exterior color, the cabin comes in a matching scheme, four of which have a sporty theme while the fifth one focuses on luxury.

The company's designers have also hand-picked the wheel finish as well as the brake caliper color, while the appearance of the hardtop was also on their to-do list.

Pictured here is the 570S Spider Design Edition 4, featuring a Onyx Black exterior with a body-colored hardtop.

It rides on 10-spoke forged alloys with a "Stealth" finish complemented by the orange brake calipers with black McLaren logos.

Inside, the theme of choice was "carbon black" Alcantara combined with McLaren Orange nappa and perforated leather for the seats.

A similar theme has also been applied on the dashboard to round off the high-end visual package.

Images of the other four Design Editions have not been revealed, but the company promises they're all "equally striking, living up to their designer-label credentials with an aesthetic appeal that is uniquely McLaren.

The new visual kit for the 570S Spider comes just a couple of weeks after the introduction of an optional Track Pack, which shaves off more than 33 kilograms (73 pounds) and adds a more aggressive exhaust note.

Jennifer Aniston CONFRONTING Neri Oxman TO 'Stay Away' From Brad Pitt Is Fake News - Duration: 7:49.

Jennifer Aniston CONFRONTING Neri Oxman To 'Stay Away' From Brad Pitt Is Fake News

Jennifer Aniston never confronted Neri Oxman and warned her to "stay away" from Brad Pitt, despite an absurd fake news story.

FASHION CHANNEL can exclusively debunk this fabricated claim, which is predicated on a number of verifiably untrue and already disproven narratives.

As previously reported, reps for Aniston and Pitt have already denied there's anything going on between the ex-spouses.

And the actor's spokesperson has also told us he's not dating Oxman.

Notwithstanding, New Idea contends Aniston will "not give up without a fight" for Pitt and even took a "brave step to hold onto her man.

" According to the often discredited magazine, a so-called "friend" of Aniston's says, "Jen is going to fight for Brad, plain and simple.

" The same seemingly fictitious source adds that when Angelina Jolie "stole" Pitt from Aniston, "she just sat back and did nothing… but that's not going to happen this time around.

Tipping that its entire article is made-up, the publication cites "reports" that claim Pitt and Oxman are "romantically involved." But if the outlet actually had real sources, it wouldn't have to refer to "reports" or rely on the quotes from untraceable sources.

Not only was FASHION CHANNEL told on the record that Pitt and Oxman aren't in a romantic relation, but Page Six also accurately noted that, while Pitt and the MIT professor have spent time together because of their shared passion for architecture and design, at this point they just have a "professional friendship.".

Casting the truth and facts aside, the tabloid has its concocted and unidentifiable "source" further assert that Aniston is "not going to let Neri stop her from finally having her happily ever after with Brad.

" "She's determined that nothing will get in the way of her happiness," continues the unnamed "friend.

" The tabloid, which apparently can't restrain itself from publishing falsehoods, quotes its fake "insider" as maintaining, "Last weekend [Aniston] went and saw Neri, and had a face-to-face with her.

" The phony source adds, "Jen was firm with Neri and told her to stay away from Brad and not come between them.

Glaringly, the tabloid does not mention where this supposed "face-to-face" took place.

Was it in Los Angeles or Boston where Oxman lives? Or did they meet halfway at a neutral location in Lincoln, Nebraska? Was it on Friday, Saturday or Sunday? Of course, none of those important details are included because the whole showdown between the two women never occurred and the premise is completely untrue.

Still, the repeatedly unreliable magazine trudges on and contends that Aniston stepped up to Oxman because she "wants nothing to stand in the way of her wedding day." Wait, what?! Oh, that's right, New Idea was the outlet that insanely claimed recently that Aniston traveled to Missouri to talk about getting married to Pitt with his childhood pastor, Reverend Swadley.

Not only did FASHION CHANNEL immediately shoot down that manufactured article, with the actor's rep telling us that it was all "false," but Pitt's former pastor actually retired a long time ago.

After its ridiculous detour about the ex-spouses planning a wedding, the magazine returns to its false narrative of pitting Aniston against Oxman.

The tabloid's highly suspect "source" alleges, "Jen desperately wants her renewed relationship with Brad to work, but at the same time, she can't be dumped by Brad twice." The questionable insider concludes that it will "destroy [Aniston] for good if Brad leaves her for another woman.".

As noted above, reps for both stars have repeatedly assured FASHION CHANNEL on the record that there's nothing going on between Aniston and Pitt.

In fact, People revealed Pitt and Aniston "haven't seen each other in ages." That, of course, should put an end to tales about them being involved, planning a wedding, and Aniston having any vested interest in Pitt's relationship with Oxman.

And, as we've previously reported, the actor's relationship with the architecture professor is also being overblown.

Pitt's rep has assured FASHION CHANNEL that talk about Pitt being smitten with Oxman is an "exaggeration." It should go without saying, but the tabloid's whole story about Aniston confronting Oxman and telling her to "stay away" from Pitt is 100 percent fabricated.

Incredibly, Yahoo! picked up the article without having fully fact-checked its claims.

Maybe it's time for those two outlets to confront reality or, at minimum, stay away from publishing fake news.
