Ready for an Adventure? Come to Vision Day! - Duration: 3:15.

I'm Ken Burge, I'm the owner of Archion Consulting in Dallas, Texas and we help our clients create

more customers, really.

We do that through kind of a magical mixture of media buying, some proprietary marketing

technology, and then some good old fashioned story telling.

Well, so far I've had the pleasure of attending two vision days, and both of those have been

in Martha's Vineyard.

It's like a different world there, and a lot of great scenery, a lot of great people.

As part of the vision day, it's just such a pleasure to be up there, and kind of have

those new experiences.

Originally I found it hard to believe that Rob could provide so much value in a single

day, but Rob did it.

I'm really amazed at how much we accomplished in just that one short day of really focused

effort.

I felt like Rob had really done his homework prior to me getting there, and designed a

vision day that was tailored to what I needed the most.

I had several very powerful moments during both of the vision days that I've had, and

both happened because of Rob's ability to see through my mask.

That persona that I wear around most of the time.

Getting free of that baggage of the past, it just felt like such an enormous weight

had been lifted off my shoulders, and for me, that alone was worth the price of admission.

I also remembered on the first vision day Rob quickly identified that I had a fear of

speaking the truth with clarity and compassion, and that I would kind of dance around and

try not to offend people instead of just addressing the issue head on.

So, as I've overcome this through Rob helping me work through this, it's really allowed

me to have much more difficult conversations with people more easily than before, and with

much more compassion, and most important for me, without the fear that would come with

those difficult conversations.

Now, sometimes you just can't see those for yourself, and that's what Rob helped me with.

Sometimes you have to have someone else to look at you and help you see those blocks,

and help you begin to remove them.

There's this real feeling of self-respect that came with making time for my vision day,

and it was thought kind of as a time to honor myself and that felt really good.

I'd say the final benefit that I would mention here is just the peace that I felt coming

away from the vision day.

It was kind of a calm kind of energy that really propelled me through the next year,

and as I think about it, my thoughts on this or my beliefs is that came from the clarity

that I got during the vision day because it really highlighted and kind of made my goals

come alive, and then showed me the steps I needed to take to achieve those goals.

So, people ask me would I recommend vision day to other people, and I always tell them,

I would, but only for those people who are ready for an adventure.

Only for those people that really want to be challenged in a way that will push you

forward, push you towards achieving the goals that are most important for you.

This work has been enormously helpful to me, and I plan to continue scheduling vision days

for as long as Rob will have me.

proud.

She put former President George W. Bush in his place after his childish attitude toward

President Trump.

As we've reported, the news of Bush's ribbing about the Trump administration making

his presidency "look pretty good" has made its rounds in a big way – and it's

getting ugly.

In a recent interview, former President George W. Bush was asked about his thoughts on the

Trump presidency to which he replied, "Sorta makes me look pretty good, doesn't it?

On Tuesday, Ingraham delivered a reality to check to Bush that he simply can't dispute:

"Actually it doesn't [look pretty good].

Unless endless wars, a financial crisis, unchecked immigration and leaving office with a 28 percent

approval rating is 'pretty good.'

… Repeating the failed policies of the past is getting us nowhere.

We've tried your 'expert ways' for decades."

Ouch.

Sometimes the truth hurts.

Ingraham pointed out the elephant in the room with career Republicans and RINOs alike:

"What did the GOP establishment expect after he got elected?

That somehow Donald Trump would become like one of them?"

Millionaire Gives Clues For Buried Treasure Worth MILLIONS - Duration: 2:42.

An 87 year old millionaire wants you to find his buried treasure, and he's left a map

along with several clues on how to find it.

Welcome back to Io, I'm Charlotte Dobre.

Forrest Fenn's life has been quite the adventure the life.

He used to be a fighter pilot in the Vietnam days, hes a self taught archaeologist, and

later in his life he was an extremely successful art dealer.

And now it seems he wants you to have an adventure of your own because he hid a treasure worth

millions of dollars in the rocky mountains.

This treasure is supposed to be around 1 thousand miles between Santa Fe new mexico and the

Canadian border.

After Fenn was diagnosed with cancer in 1988, he filled a treasure chest with priceless

artifacts.

He wanted to take it to the mountains and die beside it but he ended up surviving the

cancer.

He hid the treasure during the great recession.

He told ABC news that during this time, he just wanted to give some people hope.

Apparently, since he hid the treasure in 2010, 350 thousand people have gone looking for

it.

But Fenn has no idea if anyone has gotten close to finding it, or if anyone will ever

find it.

He even had people show up at his house and threaten to kill him if he didn't tell them

where the treasure was.

Fenn posted a treasure map along with a cryptic poem on his Instagram.

He also published a book called the thrill of the chase, which also might contain clues

about the treasure's whereabouts.

The poem reads.

Begin it where warm waters halt, and take it in the canyon down, not far, but too far

to walk, put in below the home of brown.

According to the post, all the info you need to find the treasure is in the post.

a chest filled with diamonds, rubies, emeralds, and gold coins is waiting for you.

Apparently fenn found all of these artifacts during his archaeologist days when he was

exploring the southwest.

Finding the treasure will be no picnic.

There are people that are absolutely obsessed with it.

Apparently several people have died trying to find it.

That being said, Fenn says that even a child could follow the poem to the treasure.

Little do you know, I started saving for retirement when I was your age, and a little savings

know-how can go a long way.

The most popular options include IRAs, both Traditional and Roth, and then there's 401(k)s.

They're basically containers for investments, OK?

They grow your money tax-free for your retirement days.

Now they all have different limits on your yearly contributions.

This one's set up where you work, these at financial institutions.

Some have taxes on withdrawals, some have tax-free distributions, and there's pros and

cons for each.

There is no obvious solution, but let's say you have limited funds.

Here's a strategy, a map, a guide, a rule of thumb: crush any credit card debt, build

an emergency fund.

Then get ahead of the game by getting started while you're young.

Step One:

JEN: What's so funny?

GRANDMA: If you have company match, it's basically free money.

So Step One: put in enough to meet your match.

Then move on to Step Two with the rest of your cash.

I mean your Roth IRA: its withdrawals are tax-free, so you'll wanna top it up before

you move to Step Three!

If you have money left over, max out your Roth IRA.

Then switch back to contributions to your 401(k).

JEN: Okay, I get it…

But we are talking about my retirement here, and Grandma, that's like decades away.

And, as for contributions to my Roth IRA or my 401(k), I've got bills to pay, my student

loan and other stuff that's more important today.

Can't I just do it later?

GRANDMA: Oh, you silly millennial, did you want to still be working when you reach your

centennial?

JEN: Nope!

GRANDMA: Then you gotta attack it, financially back it, and track it.

In fact, it affects your tax bracket.

The accounts that you use will give you freedom to choose when you want to "Peace out, homies!"

on a tropical cruise instead of singing the blues when you're seventy-two and still stuck

in a rut and working, paying your dues—but if instead you'd rather be like me, you better

take my advice because I'm the "OG."

That stands for "Original Granny," sweetheart!

Should You Be Saving Pet Charms for BfA? - Duration: 2:45.

Hi!

I'm Hazel, and today I want to talk about whether or not you should still be saving

up your pet charms to get ready for Battle for Azeroth release this August.

Recently, we had this interview with Jeremy Feasel where he said the following.

And for the next week, I saw a lot of people expressing

relief that there's 'NO REASON to farm Pet Charms!' or even disappointment at having

spent so much time farming them already.

So let's unpack this a bit.

Typically, there are two reasons why we farm pet charms ahead of an expansion.

The first reason is to prepare for new pets and toys being added onto Pet Charm Vendors,

such as our Pet Mirrors, Alarm-o-Bot, that sort of thing.

THAT is the dream that Jeremy killed with the announcement of new pet charms.

If we get a new mirror that makes your pet look like a nearby tree or something, you're

not going to be buying it Day 1.

However, there is another reason to grind pet charms that is still very much alive and

well.

A new expansion means new battle pets, and for a lot of pet collectors that means new

pets to level and upgrade to Rare Quality.

On live Legion servers right now, you can trade 45 pet charms for an Ultimate Battle-Training

Stone to upgrade any pet straight to level 25.

15 charms will get you a Marked Flawless Battle-Stone to fix the quality of any pet, which is especially

nice when you're out catching all the shiny new wild pets of BfA.

Even in the currently not-anticipated scenario that these items do become no longer buyable

for pet charms in BfA, (there's a sentence for you) there's no reason why you can't stock

up now and build yourself a totally normal person bank of upgrades to have all ready

to go.

Estimating exactly how many PEt Charms you'll need is a bit of a luck game, but my rule

is as many as it is still fun for you to farm.

Expansions tend to bring a ton of new pets and it'll be great to have them caught up

right away.

Farming pet charms can be as easy as putting Boon of the Zookeeper on all of your characters.

If you're feeling more intense than that, you can check the map every day for pet battle

world quests that grant pet charms and then do those on every 110 character you have.

Another great method is to keep an eye out for the Order Hall missions for pet charms

and 200% those on as many characters as you can for an easy 25 charms each.

4-5000 charms should put you in the range of being 100% caught up with the new pets

you get, but any amount will help you get a head start.

We've got some time to kill before BfA, so I'm going to be making sure that I can give

my future silkie chicken pet the instant upgrade luxury that she deserves.
