Azealia Banks Goes After RuPaul For Allegedly Ripping Off Her Music - Duration: 4:12.
Azealia Banks Goes After RuPaul For Allegedly Ripping Off Her Music
Its not hard for Azealia Banks to find something to complain about, but it seems that she might have a high ground when it comes to her latest target: famous drag queen and reality show host, RuPaul.
It seems that Azealia Banks has decided to celebrate Pride Month by going after RuPaul for apparently ripping off one of her songs.
According to Out, Azealia claims that RuPauls 2016 song Call Me Mother off his American album was a direct rip-off of her track The Big Beat, off her 2016 mixtape Slay-Z.
Shes so convinced, in fact, that she got RuPauls song taken off Spotify.
Lol I got rupauls ripoff of the big big beat .
"call me mother" removed, Azealia wrote on Twitter.
You will not step on my little black girl toes bitch.
You will take your razor bumps and pumps to the nearest laser hair removal clinic and seethe..
It seems it wasnt enough for Azealia to go after RuPauls music, as she continues to go off on him in a series of tweets.
Lol now that I'm filing claims RuPaul wants to reach out, Azealia continues.
But where was that energy when you were stealing my work and using me as inspiration for your campy ass television show? I'm disappointed in him first and foremost as a black person.
He was supposed to have my back..
Azealia also says that shes working on getting the song taken off Apple Music as well.
Considering Spotify agreed with her that the song was derivative enough to remove, then shes might be correct in this instance.

I have a question for you... - Duration: 1:05.
Hey guys, Jules Lund here from TRIBE, having one of those beautiful moments
I'm in Central Park in New York City and it's spring and I got off a flight last
night from San Fran. A few days before that, I was in Hyde Park in London and I
wanted to ask you a question: When you sweat the small stuff,
what is your tactic for giving yourself perspective? Because I'm having a magic
moment now and I feel really blessed in life but it's amazing how I just have my
head so far up my ass, stressing about the little things and I shouldn't need
to have cherry blossoms and ducks and sunshine in order for me to go: "Life is
beautiful". So I wonder what it is that you say to yourself? What are the tactics
that enable you to have an attitude for gratitude? Because I need to feel this
more often and just snap out of the everyday life so I'll be interested in
your comments but from Central Park to you: Life is good!

Italy migrants: Matteo Salvini calls for end to Sicily 'refugee camp' - Duration: 4:30.
Italy migrants: Matteo Salvini calls for end to Sicily 'refugee camp'
On a visit to Sicily, Matteo Salvini said Italy must increase its deportations of migrants. Italys new interior minister, Matteo Salvini, has said on a visit to Sicily that the island must stop being the refugee camp of Europe.
The leader of the far-right League party said his governments plans on migrants were not hard line. He said that increasing deportations and limiting new arrivals would end up saving lives.
However, critics have cast doubt on the feasibility of Mr Salvinis plans. Italy is the main destination for migrants crossing from North Africa to Europe, although numbers have fallen in recent months.
The countrys new populist government involving the anti-establishment Five Star Movement (M5S) and the League was sworn in last week, ending months of uncertainty for the EUs fourth-biggest economy.
The League is strongly anti-immigration and a joint plan agreed with the M5S in forming the new government reflects that stance.
Speaking on Sunday in the Sicilian port of Catania, Mr Salvini said: Enough of Sicily being the refugee camp of Europe. I will not stand by and do nothing while there are landings after landings. We need deportation centres..
He added that he believed the best way to save lives is to prevent these people from getting on the boats.
He said he would work to discourage thousands of desperate people who have the illusion that in Catania, in Sicily, in Italy there is housing and work for everyone.
There is not enough housing and work for Italians, let alone half the continent of Africa.
Mr Salvini also visited the port of Pozzallo, where a boat carrying more than 150 migrants from sub-Saharan Africa landed on Friday after being rescued by a humanitarian group.
At a rally in northern Italy on Saturday, Mr Salvini had said the good times for illegal immigrants were over, adding: Get ready to pack your bags.
Sicilian ports like Catania are the landing point for many migrants crossing the Mediterranean. The joint plan agreed by the League and M5S demands more help from the EU on immigration issues.
The parties insist that half a million undocumented migrants in Italy must be deported as a priority. Such action would require the creation of temporary stay facilities throughout Italy for migrants earmarked for expulsion, the parties say.
The plan also calls for relocation of asylum-seekers EU-wide - a scheme already rejected by some member states.
In addition, Mr Salvini says he is considering action against organisations rescuing migrants at sea. He has previously accused them of being in cahoots with people-smugglers.
The governments critics say its plan to repatriate migrants is unworkable and risks fomenting racism and politicising a humanitarian issue. A controversial deal between Italys former government and authorities in Libya has led to a drop in overall arrivals since last summer.
However, Italian officials say 13,500 migrants have been registered so far this year.

What is the minimum age for making a will - Duration: 3:42.
Hello, Adrian Corbould, Accredited Specialist - Wills and Estates, Turnbull Hill Lawyers. Today's question is what is the minimum age
someone can make a will?
Section 5 of the Succession Act states that a
minor
who makes a will, that
will is invalid. So what does that mean?
Anyone who makes a will and their age is less than 18, that will is not legal. Therefore
It can't be used to
administer someone's estate. So that means that the majority of persons under 18
their estate is dealt with under the laws of intestacy.
Intestacy is the law that
states that
in order of preference
assets are left to one's spouse; If there's no spouse,
it goes equally to one's children equally; If there's no children, then it goes equally to one's parents.
The majority of persons under 18 don't have a spouse and don't have children,
so in the majority of instances their assets are divided equally between their parents.
There is an exception to that rule about minors, in that a
minor can make a valid will if it's in contemplation of marriage,
but that will is not valid unless that marriage actually occurs.
Also a minor
who is married can make a will,
though that brings in the added difficulty of
how two persons under 18
get married. Well, the minimum age to get married is 16, and you generally have to
convince a court
why you
want to get married before they issue a marriage certificate, and that involves establishing
the degree of commitment together,
maturity, and several other factors.
So in the majority of instances someone under 18,
they cannot make a valid will, and if they decease before the age of 18, their estate is
subject to the laws of intestacy, and the majority of instances it goes to both parents equally.
Section 16 of the Succession Act, however, states that a court can authorise a will for someone under 18,
for a minor, though these are very isolated
instances, but they still still happen.
They're instances where
It may not be in a child's interest that their estate go equally to their two parents.
One parent may have had nothing to do with raising them, whereas the other parent did, and it would be
prejudicial to the parent who did raise them that if half their assets went to the other
parent. So this could be an instance where there is someone under 18 who actually does have a lot of
funds, they could have been subject to
a
personal injury claim, where they received a lump sum
in the millions of dollars, and it would be prejudicial to the parent that raised them if it went to the other parent.
Always lots of different circumstances - all have to be taken on their own merits.
So the thing to take away from this is - have to be over 18,
and if they are under 18, have to be married or in contemplation of marriage, or
get a court authorised will -
very difficult - definitely need lawyer's advice about that.
Thank you.

Best Steal at Library Book Sale for Comics With Bueller 500 Sub Contest! - Duration: 3:31.
Hey gang!
Comics with Bueller hit 500 subscribers, and he's having another contest!
He wants to know your best steal.
Well sir, my greatest steal has to be my beat copy of X-men 94 I got for two dollars at
my local flea market, but I've already told the story of how Two dealers missed out on
finding it, one by leaving the flea market the weekend before (He said he didn't like
his placement, plus he's got a store so I don't know why he thought this teeny crappy
flea market would be worth doing.)
The other dealer started the weekend after, and they'd both checked the other tables
for comics, the second guy actually had books from the table where I found the X-men 94
on sale with marked up prices.
I feel I stole it from them, and I couldn't be happier.
But another great steal happened many years ago.
I went to an annual library book sale, you know the kind where they sell off great older
books to make room for "For Dummies" books.
They held it in an abandoned store in the mall.
Well, they have discards but they also have books that were donated, and for no real reason,
they had a pile of 70s comics for 10 cents a piece.
I got seven of them, the ones in the best condition, so I got this Mister Miracle, and
some Fantastic Four, but there was also a beat copy of Amazing Spider-Man 129.
And I bring it up to the old lady taking payments, and she very slowly gets 30 cents out've
the box, but I don't want to say Keep the Change, cuz I'm afraid I'll blurt out
OMIGOD OMIGOD!
THAT'S THE FIRST PUNISHER!
You're getting your elderly fingerprints on it!
Now, I'd been out of flipping comics for a good long while, and I almost only sold
to my dealer, but I'd been buying some stuff on Ebay and knew that was the place to go.
Plus, the Punisher movie was just a couple of months from release, and I checked ebay
every day to watch the prices gradually go up for 129s the closer it got to the release
date.
And maybe two weeks before, I put it up, and I got like $86 dollars for it.
Well, this set me on a selling frenzy, looking up the prices on anything I didn't care
about to see what I could get for it.
The Vertigo Tarot card set, the Watchmen Poster set, almost all my Prince Valiants, out the
door they went!
And I sold and sold, I even started buying stuff from my dealer to sell (some of which
I wish I kept...there was like a longbox of Spawn.)
And of course I bought and bought.
And I could always justify buying by saying, Hey!
I'm not just wasting money on some piece of junk I'll stick in a box...I'm "investing"
in positive feedback.
In fact, at one point, I was actually buying cheap trading cards with free shipping just
for the feedback.
Those were the days, then they raised the shipping prices to and from Canada and the
party was over.
Anyway, uhh, he also wants to know our favorite 90s TV series.
I will say The Larry Sanders Show.
First of all, it gave the world: Hey Now!
When you hear Mercenaut say that, he probably got it from The Howard Stern Show, but they
got it from The Larry Sanders Show.
Second, it's hilarious.
Do yourself a favor and watch some clips on youtube.
Unfortunately, it's mostly remembered as the show with Celebrity guest stars who get
a chance to make fun of themselves.
But a lot of that stuff is like the weakest part.
It's like in-jokes and shit.
The real value is: it's not sitcom format, and it's not drama format, and it's certainly
not a dramady...it's funny on its own terms.
And of course, shows like The Office and Curb your Enthusiasm, a lotta these one camera
shows, they basically lifted that same approach and style.
So thank you to Comics With Bueller, thank you for this contest!
I'll have your link in the description and at the end of the video.
Oh, the ebay days.
A paypal account packed with found cash.
I'd bid on anything.
I didn't win it, but I bid on a Silk crew jacket from Teen Wolf.
And I was outbid by a guy who collected Silk Jackets.
He wasn't even a Teen Wolf Fan, all his feedback was for buying silk jackets.
What an oddball, I say as I go to bid on My Pet Monster listings.
