the same out-of-touch Democratic leader who called the Trump tax cuts crumbs

I thought it was most appropriate for the former speaker to say that the low
unemployment lowest unemployment numbers in the 18 years and the lowest ever for
African Americans and Hispanics it was irrelevant because we need to get those
unemployment numbers back up again and we got to get high taxes back up there
again and every Republican on a tie their Democratic opponent right around
her and say this is what she said you stand by her you denounce her right
today well you mean the ones who aren't running as rhinos because the Rhinos are
going to be right there echoing everything that Nancy Pelosi says
because there is interested in dependency as she is well then the far
former Speaker John Boehner was popping off today with a Bloody Mary sitting by
his side that's Andrew Cuomo I don't think he had a Bloody Mary but we we
can't be assured of that but that was Nancy Pelosi coming up with her vanity
Sandra was complaining about the Republican Party now there's no
Republican Party it's now Trump Sparkle it is Trump's party and and Boehner and
those guys ought to understand that and he'd been Santa wants it to be Tom
Donahue's party well he wants it to be I owned by the Chamber of Commerce Wall
Street the Koch brothers and the Business Roundtable it was when he was
hey does suck up there that's a drink fancy wine every day and I live the good
life so whatever well apparently what Paul Ryan wants to get free of all of
that burden the quicker the better by the way Paul Ryan and you should know I
mean just yesterday declaring he just doesn't agree with
this Trump tariff business you know the one where President Trump is the only
force working to balance trading relationships around the globe it is
what the International Monetary Fund should be talking about and working
toward the World Bank and end and every world leader instead only Donald Trump
has the guts and the vision to be working toward that balancing of
international relations at dress there's no reason you've asked me
several times how we'll do in the midterms there's no reason we shouldn't
do bit you should do very well now this low unemployment rate with it with job
job cost going up in the sense of petrology wages Trump Trump Trump really
is what people are we talking about by the way the people should be talking
about it there's more Paul Ryan no Mitch McConnell and every one of those
Republicans running for real line absolutely and I Pro election I can tell
you having having run Reagan's campaign his first midterm unemployment reached
almost 11 percent at the same election period and we their corporate we have
this low low unemployment rate and it'll go down even further as the tax bill
continues to work and work well biggest month ever in revenue this is it last
April so my sense is it's nothing but a positive now this is a Nancy Pelosi with
a Bloody Mary but it will make you happy because it is your pal
John Boehner good we got that picture let's take a look at that he's holding
look at that he's holding forth and that's deadly doesn't have a cigarette
what's going on well he's probably in a private and he's in a public building
there I'm sure there's a probably a law in Florida I think it's Daytona
something that's that's what former speakers can you see sit there drinking
Bloody Mary as he was his personal choice to replace uniquely is important
a condemning condemning Trump all day if that was the speeches about now Trump's
party said it's not a Republican party anymore it's now Trump's I gotta ask you
I mean the president just announcing that Kim Jong on in and he will be
meeting in Singapore as things stand right now on the 12th I mean that's
that's ordinary basically 11 days away and I mean people are scattering
and I am leaving to to meet all of that that pressure that's going to be on on
them for the first 12 days and then on the President and Kim Jong on but I will
say this the president having canceled it and now having been briefed and
everything else he would be far better prepared and they will be far better
prepared in the sense that they know what Trump wants now you sound like one
of those guys that and then he has replaced you know this man came into
this office and people talking about him being presidential and and that has
echoes that has the faint echo of that honestly yet this president if he hasn't
showed people that he's prepared III just I always misinterpret my words I'm
saying it's a positive thing for the president having canceled it the North
Koreans now a negative thing to say that he wasn't prepared because that's what
you say no I'm saying he I said they're prepared now for his what positions that
he's going to take okay you always misinterpret my you cut me off before I
get to finish my thought well I'm an old man come on old man I'm an old man it
takes me it takes me a little longer to get it out to old guys I'm humble and
you can't hear so that's a little bit like we've been around for a long time

columnist at the washington times both fox business contributors Rosenstein
recusal senator gramm asked 'it's so nicely do you think you ought to recuse
yourself he declares trump to be acting i mean i the man is a little bewildering
to say the least it's obviously it's a politician's move
he's doing things that kind of please everyone trying to I think in some ways
artificially estab his own independence in a way but as a
result I think it to some degree has it more impact when you've got a guy who
has the background he has suggesting to Rosenstein that because of his role
within this framework that maybe he should step away and so that's a very
good question especially you want one thing about this
Rosen Stein this is something that people who've been observing this case
have been talking about for a long time which is this if the firing of James
Comey is a big thing if it's Exhibit A in a case of alleged obstruction of
justice against the president how can rod Rosenstein supervise that
investigation he was up to his neck in the firing of James Comey he was part of
it wrote a memo justifying it so the question is how could he stay in control
of the Moller investigation if that's a big thing and how how could he be the
one to select Robert Muller if they had a personal and professional relationship
that went back 20 years I mean the man is conflicted on so many levels
tami I mean and everyone is walking around Washington DC only in Washington
could this happen pretending that they're unaware of all
of these conflicts day by day that exists between Rosenstein the special
counsel and the president and the Attorney General who by the way is I
mean he he is pure than Cassandra and absolutely the driven snow jeff sessions
because he has recused himself from life it appears yet look at all of these
people have been involved intimately and all the nature of what the swamp has
been doing for the last couple of generations if you will and at this
point you've got a Department of Justice that is still trying to act as though
everything is fine and we yet every day brings up the the facts of the matter
that people have been I don't want to say colluding but involved to some
degree and the nature of what the president's been trying to fight which
is the corruption in this framework they've been used to operating in a
certain way interviewing oh the the the the Senators the DOJ bureaucracy the
corrupt acts and and with if they're complaining
about the pardons the president's giving they may want him to be generous with
those parties depending on what comes up in the next few years with what we find
they want I mean they would want that but I think that this is I think a lot
of people didn't know exactly how deep the the stink went in in the government
or that Trump would even be inclined and be willing to find it and this is I
think what the problem is for many of them
where does it strike you it is odd that you know look they're not immensely
gifted people Ryan or McConnell but certainly they're beginning to perceive
the talents and the gifts of President Trump even as they closely examine their
own deficiencies wouldn't you think and yet they will not stand up with this
president against this abject ly and obviously patently corrupt special
counsel well I think they began to get an idea of some of his gifts on November
8th of 20 2016 it would have thought but you know it does know the role of
Congress is very big especially right now in the house because you've you've
been talking about representative Devin Nunez chairman of the Intelligence
Committee trying to get information out of the Justice Department and the FBI
and basically the situation is if it's just a chairman trying to do this even
if he issues a subpoena the FBI and the Justice Department can just blow them
off and just not do it but if the Speaker of the House says I'm behind
this the House of Representatives means this honor this subpoena then they're
gonna have to do something and in the polls Ryan has wait a minute you know I
wouldn't you say Devin Nunez to me guys I I see a guy you know that is charging
you know up out of the trenches heavy gunfire artillery machine guns
everything around him and and a battalion of behind and still in the
trenches and in Ryan leading the way in the trenches just sort of saying you
know good walk rather than having anything to do with supporting him
giving him covering fire doing a bloody thing to support him and hit
Nunez and his efforts and that of his house Intel committee to get to the
truth well I think you should it's nothing frankly I think you should be
charged for dereliction let's give Ryan a little bit of credit here if you
remember remember back to the memo I can assure you I'm a little bit of credit
remember the memo that Devon hoon is released which was based on a lot of
information some of that stuff they had gotten because Ryan actually stood up
behind them and said accused the Justice Department of quote stonewalling the
house that's a lot e word as well ended that was just tough words that I
remember t he romantic they got the information in the memo event something
what did they well they know that you know the part about them using documents
they've gotten 7,000 documents since last fall gotten they have not gotten
the unredacted origination memo of the special counsel you have no twice the
Justice Department said they would deliver it that's what they've gotten
today well and where have the American people heard that powerful strong
independent courageous voice of Paul Ryan they haven't heard a squeak out of
the man the fact that we got the the information that the Justice Department
used the dossier to get a FISA warrant something we've talked about a lot
that's something that they got and they're going to get this the
origination memo and they're going to get more about the informant here but
it's also very hard we also need it seems to me Tammy to give in advance of
whatever report the OIG is going to release if indeed he ever does
supposedly it's coming up next week right 11 think we had hope this week but
then we had hope previous ones as well to think that he is the one who found
the text between struck and page or we wouldn't know much about this to begin
with right because Devon Nunez was pushing hard although I mean when it's
either the OIG and reports from his office or Devon Nunez and the
intelligence committee that have had the gun there and look and
finally it'll be drip by drip but like this report you've got Lisa page finally
resigning you've got people panicking a bit about
what's got made finally prepped the actual charges against McCabe and then
all of this it will start it'll be it'll be like kilauea starting a little bit
slow with some vents coming up every now and then and then just begins to move
and it won't be able to be stopped that's what they're afraid of and that's
what I think this will become piece by piece
even with this even with the the obstruction it's so awful it will have
to happen well I hope you're right Tammy I truly do and barn you're gonna get the
last word here I am I'm sitting here watching this thing and I am NOT at this
point convinced that I that anyone in Congress
beyond the Intel committee has the guts to stand up against this stonewalling
Department of Justice and FBI and I know that no one in the US Senate does I'll
just say one other player in this and that is the President of the United
States now maybe he doesn't just indiscriminately declassify a bunch of
stuff but if the house focuses on critical information in this
investigation the president United States can tell his Justice Department
to comply with a house subpoena but he'd be a hell of a lot easier wouldn't it if
he had somebody with courage and principle in either the Senate Majority
Leader's role or that of the House Speaker right it would indeed Myron
