Waching daily Jun 2 2018

Hi it's Therese and I'm here to share what I'm taking away with me on my trip

around Australia with my husband I've been allocated a box to fit in the

car we're going for a few months so I do want to try and keep my blog and YouTube channel active

but we'll see okay and I just thought I'd share with you what I decided to

pack. So what I decided I can't do without obviously I need a die cutting

machine I have my Big Shot and just a couple of plates and rubber mat so I can

do something embossing next I've got some Altenew inks I don't own many of

the small ink pads so I've taken the ones that I do have and then sort of

matched up some color families in the big ones and just put them into a

little box to protect them so we are doing some 4 wheel driving so I'm not sure

if I actually need to put elastic bands around everything so that the lids

don't pop off I'll find that out along the way I have some black fun foam

and I've also got some white fun fun but

I find that in a minute I've got my original size Misti tool here and a

couple of the creative corners that I've just storing within that I'm only taking

one paper trimmer this is a bit scary for me and I'll see how I go with that I

do like the way that these paper trimmer cuts I'm just not very good when it

comes to the fine measurement so I'm hoping to improve on that I'm sure I will

I have these plastic storage cases and

this one here has a lot of my adhesives and refills in it

tape runner refills and scor tapes and matte medium

this has my extra SD cards and battery in there that's just one of those

paint tins like a half pan tin that I've emptied out and put that into and I've

got some arches watercolor cardstock some smooth and some medium because I'm

hoping to do some water coloring and practice a few techniques while I'm away

this here I have some more this is some white fun foam some envelopes some card

bases some top fold card bases because I won't be able to cut those with the

guillotine that I have it'll I need cut across the new full sheet it won't

actually cut the length way so I've got some prepped card places there and just

some copy paper or computer paper for scrap paper. And I've got some

Bristol smooth cardstock because I'm wanting to practice my water coloring

techniques and that's not a watercolor cardstock but it tolerates a lot of

those techniques really well and this

this is just normal cardstock, yeah it's normal

A4 cardstock and I've also got some pre stamped images that I can start coloring

and the prestamped images I actually have written on the back whether they

were stamped in onyx black or if they were stamped in memento or you know like

a Copic friendly ink. So I've condensed all of my stamps and dies to this it's not fair but I'll

survive I got a bit of a variety here won't go through which ones I've got but

some that I thought would be good to practice a few more water coloring

techniques and a couple of new ones that will be coming out very soon - so I'll

get to share those with you this is just a pencil case and this has got some so

everyday stuff in there so I can just grab this if I wanted to throw a card

together while I'm sitting beside a river somewhere so that's got my scissors some

stamping blocks ruler pencils rubber tape runner glue dots and a craft

knife and tweezers they're all in there Oh I don't think my tweezers are in there I

think I should keep all my tools together but this will be evolving I can tell you now.

And this box here has my watercolors masking tape

a water well and some brushes they just in a toothbrush holder and some

paper towel.

all right so I've got my prismacolors I've just put them in the original box

there's like three layers in so lots of colors to play with and I'll be carrying

these & my copics in the car with me that way I will be able to access them when I want to colour and

don't have to get into the big box that I'm storing.

so my Copics I've refilled the ones that I can refill all ready to go, some

cleaner tweezers twine ooh, don't need my power cuz I have

decided not to take my heat tool I know I'm in a dilemma but anyway

I don't need it I will survive a couple of other tools and sequins from

pretty pink posh because they go with everything

I know they go with everything copic multiliners oh that's my glitter pen, I'm not going anywhere without that!

just a box is just got my watercolors well... stop Therese... What? It's Shadow (my Mum's puppy) her big screen debut!

6 More Sandy Hook Families Sue Alex Jones for Defamation - Duration: 1:33.

For Complex News, I'm hanuman welch

Right-wing talking head and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones is being sued by more family members

of Sandy Hook victims after Jones claimed the shooting was a government hoax, according

to ABC.

The six families, and an FBI agent who responded to the shooting, brought their case to court

in Connecticut.

Family members of two of the 26 victims filed a similar suit against Jones last month in

Travis County, Texas, where Jones lives and runs his show Infowars.

On December 14, 2012, Adam Lanza killed 20 first-graders and six educators at the Newtown,

Connecticut elementary school.

He later killed himself.

The new lawsuit claims Jones and his media outlet have continued to published conspiracies

with "abusive and outrageous false statements."

The families' attorney Josh Koskoff said.

"While the nation recoiled at the terrible reality of the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary

School, Alex Jones saw an opportunity.

He went on a sustained attack that has lasted for years, accusing shattered family members

of being actors, stating as fact that the shooting itself was a hoax and inciting others

to act on these malicious lies."

The lawsuit cites several of Jones's claims that the shooting was fake.

Jones said on January 13, 2015

"Yeah, so, Sandy Hook is a synthetic completely fake with actors, in my view, manufactured."

As a result of Jones' campaign, the families and FBI agent Aldenberg claim they have been

forced to endure malicious and cruel abuse at the hands of ruthless unscrupulous people.

The lawsuit is seeking an excess of $15,000 in damages.

Delicious Recipe for Artisan Bread - Duration: 7:56.

Delicious Recipe for Artisan Bread

Bread is undoubtedly one of the foods whose preparation is the oldest.

Undoubtedly, this food has accompanied the human being for thousands of years.

With time, their preparation has been perfected, so that every day it is a little easier, regardless of the type of bread you want to prepare, as in the case of artisan bread.

Of course there are several recipes for artisan bread, according to the tradition of the area or the personal preferences of each person.

However, the artisan bread recipe that we will offer you below will serve as a basis to start other similar preparations.

Before delving into the details of the ingredients and the preparation of artisan bread, we will briefly review the components, nutrients and contributions that this food provides.

With regard to bread, we must consider what it is made of.

Generally, wheat flour, yeast, salt, and water, are the basic ingredients for the dough, to be later taken to the oven.

You have to keep in mind that there are many myths about bread.

The most common belief, with respect to bread, is that "it only contributes carbohydrates and fattens.".

While the carbohydrate component in the chemical composition of wheat flour is undeniable, it does not necessarily mean that it is negative and counterproductive to the body.

In fact, carbohydrates are also necessary (to a greater or lesser extent, depending on our metabolism) for the proper functioning of the body, in general.

On the other hand, in short, there is no such thing as a food entirely composed of carbohydrates.

The chemistry of food does not work like that.

You have to be very careful with myths.

Now, it is time to fulfill the purpose of teaching you how to make this type of bread and also to get as close as possible to the objective reality of each meal that we recommend.

How to make your own artisan bread?.

Contributions and nutritional data of wheat flour.

To avoid falling into myths, you have to know what wheat flour really is and how it can benefit you.

It is common to see in advertisements that "you have to avoid wheat flour" but, often, they distort or completely alter the true information.

There are great nutritional contributions within wheat bran and probiotics.

In short, they are the elements that are used to make both high quality flours and other different foods.

In addition, wheat is the only cereal that is optimal for the management and nutritional planning of bread.

That is, the production of artisan bread would be quite improbable, if not for wheat bran, and the final production of refined wheat flour (with or without yeast).

In this sense, if you have to be very careful with something, it is always the portions.

200 grams of bread does not pose a danger to your weight, if you have a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

But if this is not your case, and you have bad eating habits, then bread is not the best thing for you.

Once the aspects related to the ingredients of this type of bread have been clarified, the time has come to show you how you can prepare your own artisan bread at home.

Ingredients

4 cups of wheat flour, without yeast (400 g).

1 tablespoon yeast for flour (25 g).

10 cups of warm water (850 mL).

1 tablespoon of salt (25 g).

Preparation

First, you must have a large bowl, preferably a deep one, so you can contain all the ingredients.

It is important that you remember this.

Add all the dry ingredients inside the bowl.

That is, the flour, salt, and yeast, making sure to fix a hole that will allow you to then pour in the water.

Once you have completed the previous step effectively, you must add the water and begin to stir.

You can do it with a plastic spoon or in a way to avoid lumps.

The secret is that the mixture is smooth.

Then, proceed to knead the dough.

In this step, you have to be emphatic.

With both hands, continue kneading well so that the mixture is smooth, manageable, and free of lumps.

The result will be an elastic but firm mass.

At this point, you should make the elongated shape characteristic of artisan bread.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 120 º C for 25 minutes, approximately.

Remove, let it cool a bit at room temperature and enjoy a good bite.

Exercises for a Baby with Low Tone #34: Strengthening the Back - Duration: 1:20.

Hi! My name is Amy Sturkey. I'm a pediatric physical therapist. I'm here

with my co-instructor, Myla. We are going to teach a back strengthening idea.

She can sit but she often slouches when she sits. So I'm sitting with her feet

trapped (sound effect) between my ankles. I am going to put a toy that she might be interested

in down low. When I tried this before, she wasn't interested in going

down to get it, but I can help her (sound effect) go down and get it. And then she can come back up. Good girl. I can put it down low...I going to help her... go get it. oh oh oh and...oh golly. My gut feel is that is is too

low for her to go down to the floor by herself (sound effect) then you can help her get it. Then

have her come back up. Way to go!!! That is a simple idea to work on back strength. Thanks a lot!

See you later!
