Hey guys, in this video we're going to cover 5 completely free reverb VST plugins that

you can use with a digital audio workstation.

We'll cover the features included with these plugins, and we'll also have some sample

sounds so you can choose which one's you'd like to download and use.

To make things easier, I'll make sure to link all the download pages for these plugins

in the video description down below.

Before we start looking at the plugins, here's the dry sound we're using.

It's just a simple drum beat, and that will make it easy to hear the reverb sound.

The

first plugin on our list is called Reverb SOLO.

This is the simplest reverb plugin we'll look at, and it's good to use if you just

need to quickly apple a reverb to your track without spending too much time on it.

The one knob controls the size of the reverb, which determines the length, as well as how

dark it is.

Then there's a dry/wet slider that adjusts the balance between the dry signal and the

reverb.

The next reverb plugin we'll cover is called OrilRiver.

This plugin has 5 different reverb tails you can adjust and combine with 12 different types

of early reflections.

The dry signal level is on the left, and you can turn it down to hear just the reverb,

or turn it off to use the plugin as a reverb send.

The next control is the predelay, which is how long before the reverb starts, and the

stereo width.

The dropdowns let us choose between the different reverb and early reflection variations.

The decay time and room size determine the size of the reverb we hear.

H damp is the high frequency damping selector, and the damp int is the intensity, so how

much damping occurs.

There's also modulation speed and depth for the reverb tails.

The next section gives us some EQ settings for the reverb.

The last three sliders are for the level of early reflections, reverb, and wet signal

all together.

The third plugin we'll cover is called Sanford Reverb.

To start, this plugin has a lot of different presets at the top that we can choose from.

There are 3 sets of early reflections on the left and right channels, each with a time,

pan, level, and on/off control.

The mix section controls the levels of the dry signal, early reflections, late reflections,

and output.

The reverb size is controlled by the predelay, and time, and the damping controls the frequency

absorption.

A lot of the time, you'll probably end up using the presets for this plugin and adjusting

the mix levels to adjust how much reverb you get.

This next plugin is a plate reverb called TAL-Reverb.

On the left side, we have some EQ controls.

They're not to boost the frequencies, but they do allow you to roll off the high or

low end, or even the mid frequencies.

They have an adjustment for the frequency they affect and the amount of gain reduction

applied.

Next we have room size and predelay to affect how long the reverb is.

Below that is the stereo width of the reverb, so whether it's mono or stereo and how much

stereo space it takes up.

Finally, there are wet and dry mix levels.

The last free reverb plugin on our list is called Ambience.

First up, we have dry and wet sliders to adjust the amount of reverb we hear.

By default, it's set mostly to wet, which you would use as a reverb send instead of

an insert on a track.

The time under decay sets how long the reverb lasts.

You can have a very long reverb by increasing it, or a very short reverb if you decrease

the time.

This works together with the room size, which is adjusted with the size knob.

For a large reverb, use a longer decay time and a large room size.

Smaller reverbs can be achieved with a short decay time and a small room size.

The predelay is a knob that controls how long it takes for the reverb to start after the

initial sound.

The width knob can adjust between either mono, when set to 0%, or 100% stereo.

The EQ and damping affect the tone of the reverb.

EQ allows you to cut and boost the treble and bass frequencies.

The damping allows you create either a bright or a dark reverb sound.

In today's video I want to talk with you about signature style

and the message that you're sending by what you are wearing and the way you dress.

If you know me and my channel you know that I talk a lot about the psychological power of style

and what it does to yourself and to others.

And I have a little series about it - if you haven't seen it yet I would really recommend you to do so,

I will link it for you up there and down below in the description box.

So, you want to live a chic and confident life with less self-doubt and less self-consciousness?

Then you can use your personal style as a tool to create your dream life.

What did you say? You don't have a personal style?

Oh, I think you have one. maybe you are not aware of it

but the way you dress at the moment in your life is the style you have.

Maybe you are not aware of it, but you have a special way to style yourself at the moment - even if you don't know it.

And the way you dress and the clothing you wear has actually an impact on other people.

It sends a message out to others and this can be a good message or a bad message.

And you can be aware of it or not.

You may think: Thea, don't be silly! Style is not important!

Maybe you're one of the women who think that styling yourself and dressing chic is just shallow and superficial.

Or you want to tell me that you're busy with your work or your real problems

and that there are so many things that are more urgent than style.

I want to tell you: that's not true!

Taking care of your style means that you take care of yourself!

If you think style and dressing well is not important, then other people can see that.

The message you're sending is "I don't care about myself"

or it can be worse - you can send the message "I don't care about my work,

about the people around me, I don't care about my life..." whatever.

Maybe you're someone who says "I don't care about style!

I have a great personality and people will find that out sooner or later!"

But you start doubting yourself, because you have a hard time making new friends

or to get in contact with other people because you're not dressing the part.

Guess what: yes, you may have a wonderful, loveable, fun, inspiring personality.

But no one can see your personality from the outside!

They can't see it if they just walk by on the street or if they meet you at the first time.

And if you're dressed sloppy or frumpy or unapproachable, because you just don't care about what you wear,

then you raise the stakes higher for other people to get to know you better.

If you dress in a way, that's putting others off,

then you put yourself in the position where you make it very hard for you to find new friends,

get in contact with people, find your dream job,

find the love of your life... whatever you want in your life.

You can't not communicate!

You're always communicating with others, even if you don't speak.

You're telling something about you by the way you dress and people are making assumptions - if you like it or not.

This is just human nature - it is nothing that people do out of a mean motivation or out of negativity.

Be honest: how often have you seen somebody on the street and made assumptions about him or her

just by him or her walking by?

Our brain is programmed to make a first assumption and a first judgment about others

we are seeing on the streets or somewhere else in the first few seconds.

You may not like it, but this is how it works:

people see you, they see how you're dressed, your dress is telling a story and the people make assumptions.

If you want to have any kind of success in life - whatever success means to you -

if you want to find a partner or if you want to get the promotion

or make friends in a new city or if you want to build a thriving business -

realize that you are sending a message with the clothing you are wearing

and understand the message that you send by the things you wear.

Okay, at the moment you are having a kind of personal style and this style is telling a message about you, may it be good or bad.

The good news is: you have it all in your own hands!

If you want to you can change the message your style is sending to the outside world.

You can change your style at any given time, so you can change the message you're sending,

if you want to achieve your goals and live the life of your dreams.

Let me give you some actionable steps.

First, ask yourself: do the things that I am wearing at the moment, do they match my personality?

Does the story your clothing is telling about you at the moment, does it match the goals you have in life?

Ask yourself: what do I want to tell others about me by the way I dress?

You have to understand what is helpful for you, when it comes to achieving your goals and going after the life that you're dreaming of

- even in terms of style.

Having a personal style and a signature style that is aligned with your personality and your goals

- this can be a really great tool!

Improving your style can be such a helpful tool if you want to grow as a person

and become the best version of yourself.

It can help you to live the chic and confident life that you're dreaming of.

But you have some serious work to do!

As I said before:

first you have to ask yourself: is my style expressing my personality and is it aligned with my goals?

Is your style in line with your needs and what you do at the moment and what you want to become?

Answer these questions and then develop a chic personal style

that tells other people who you are and who you want to become in life.

Find out what colors work best for you.

I have a video on that topic, I will link it for you up here and down below in the description.

Find out what kind of cuts fit your proportions and your body type

and also be playful and find out, which kind of accessories really match your personality.

Then you can go one step further and ask how you can adapt your style for different occasions.

So maybe the jumpsuit that I'm wearing at the moment is great for everyday,

when I dress it up with a blazer it's also nice for business,

but it's not good for going into the Opera, for example.

If you understand your style personality and if you develop a signature style,

then shopping will be more easy and it will also feel more effortless to dress chic every morning -

whether you go to the beach, or to work

or have a business meeting, or just go out with your friends.

When you know your style and you know what kind of clothing works for you,

you will end up with a perfect wardrobe, because everything goes together.

As a personal stylist, I know it can be a lot of work

but I can assure you: if you want to live a more chic and confident life

and if you want to go and achieve your goals

and if you want to create the life you're dreaming of at the moment,

then it's absolutely worth the effort!

Keyboard Shortcuts: Tips for Text - Duration: 1:06.

We all know the basic keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl + C for copy, and Ctrl + V for paste,

but did you know that you can use Ctrl + X to cut selected texts or items?

There are shortcuts for just about every command, but these are a few that can really help simplify your day while working with text.

Ctrl + Alt + V will open your paste special menu, so you can paste in plain text or even as a picture.

Ctrl + Backspace will delete an entire word to the left, and Ctrl + Delete will delete an entire word to the right.

Ctrl + Z will undo, while Ctrl + Y will redo.

Ctrl with either the Left or Right Arrow will move the cursor over a full word.

Ctrl + Up or Down Arrow will move the cursor to the beginning of the current,

or to the start of the next paragraph.

New Comics for June 6, 2018 - Duration: 10:00.

Welcome back!

I'm Brian.

Every Friday we take a look at the list of comics coming out the next Wednesday.

And today we are going to take a look at the new comics for next Wednesday June 6, 2018.

So, if you are new here or just haven't done so before, make sure to hit the subscribe

One quick thing before we dive in, I want to thank all of you for joining in on the

Let's kick this off with what I believe will be the best book to come out this week,

Justice League #1.

This is the Justice League form the cartoon plus Cyborg.

It seems like DC is trying to make Justice League their flagship title and I'm all

in.

Martian Manhunter leaders this team of my favorite rendition of the Justice League plus

Cyborg.

I'm sure Cyborg will not be in the way or interfere with the fun that I'm sure will

come from this.

Ant-Man & The Wasp: Living Legends switches up the team to match the Ant-Man & the Wasp

Movie that'll be coming out in July.

So, it'll be Scott Lang, Ant-Man teaming up with the Wasp to fight the Living Eraser

to save the leader of an interdimensional force.

It seems like everyone want's to through a wrench in these wedding plans.

Hush pops up out of the wood works and delays Nightwing form the wedding and his duities.

Dazzler's back and get ready Brooklyn she and her band are coming live.

But when she finds out that there is a gang threatening her fans singing won't be all

she does.

Coming after the events of Dark Nights: Metal comes The Unexpected.

A teem lead by Firebrand.

A woman who must start a fight every 24 hours to survive.

Not sure if these should count as number 1's but Deadpool #301 aka Deadpool #1 brings Deadpool

back to the basics where Deadpool will have to build his mercenary business from the ground

up especially if he wants money.

But wait he also needs to save the world from a danger that only he is suitable.

And he probably won't get paid for it.

Move aside Amadeus Cho, Banner is back in a new form.

Apparently, Hulk is an immortal.

Or at least killing Banner doesn't kill the Hulk.

He will return from the grave angry.

Catch the return of the Hulk in this possible horror comic.

Doctor Strange in Space!!!

With the Eye of Agamotto closed and the cost of his use of magic coming after him.

Doctor Strange gets help from Iron Man to go out into space too attack these new threats

head on.

We finally get to see how the Joker ties into the Batman Catwoman wedding.

Apparently, the Joker kidnaps Batman and maybe that's how he finds out about the wedding.

Ironically this story is titled The Best Man, I guess it'll be Nightwing to the rescue.

Green Arrow escorts Parasite to prison.

Which makes sense since Parasite feeds off of super powers.

But wait they send him to a prison for super powered criminals.

Now Green Arrow has to stop a prison riot and an overpowered Parasite.

I hope he fully stocked his quiver.

Harley's favorite bodega has just been blown up.

She has taken it upon herself to find the criminal.

The problem is, her only clue points to her as the culprit.

Jessica Cruz's ring is gaining sentience and the Guardians send Hal Jordan to bring

in her ring.

I doubt that Jessica is going to just hand over her ring.

Simply put, in this annual Wonder Woman becomes a Star Sapphire to take on the gods.

Even people that aren't Wonder Woman fans are going to want to read this annual.

It is connected to the Dark Gods story going on in Wonder Woman, but I don't think this

is a tie-in, so anyone can jump in here.

Bendis's Man of Steel is building up a new era of Superman.

He is troubled by an arsonist that even with all of his powers can't find.

All while Rogol Zaar is on the way after him.

And we have yet to find out what happened to Lois.

This latest Cyborg story arc is written by Cyborg creator, Marv Wolfman, and is worth

a second look.

Cyborg is playing into Mekkan-X's hand but it's Cyborgs only chance of survival.

Part 3 of the Batman vs Deathstroke story arc and their feud takes a dark turn.

The Worlds Greatest Detective vs the Worlds Deadliest Assassin have been pinned against

each other and we don't know the truth behind the Damian's DNA Test results stating Deathstroke

as the father.

Nightwing is up against a digital monster trying to take over Bludhaven, and now that

he is plugged into the Matrix how will Nightwing solve the string of murders that have popped

up.

Now that the war is over it is time to draw out the terms of a truce.

How will Mister Miracle insure peace when he can't trust these minions of Darkseid

to keep to the terms of their agreement?

Snagglepuss's life and career is in shambles.

This is the conclusion to the mini-series The Snagglepuss Chronicles.

Brimstone has burn his hometown and now his father is in danger of the same fate.

Brimstone must find a way to save his father without burning him.

Shade is being hunted by some old and new threats alike.

Since she had her heart taken from her does she even care?

Almost 300 years into the future Captain America's grandson Jack Rogers fight against his government

to find a cure for his son.

After freeing one of Marvel's greatest villains he is one step closer to getting the cure

he needs.

The next issue of Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is here.

And its got a real 90's feel to it because this whole is pretty much a public service

announcement.

Swarm has everyone at Lunella's school hooked on cigarettes and its up to Moon Girl & Devil

Dinosaur to put an end to this.

Shot out to Wolf Warner, who is a big MGDD fan.

The final issue of Ta-Nehisi Coates mini-series Rise of the Black Panther will show the Rise

of Killmonger.

Although this series started before the release of the movie.

The movie has made Killmonger one of the best MCU villains and here is where we can see

some of his new comic back story.

The detective team looking for Wolverine just might have stumbled onto a lead that might

help them find him.

Supposedly, the Kitty & Colossus wedding is happening in issue 30.

But first they have to make it back home from space and where Lydia Nance, human supremacist

& AI Sentinel 0101 will be waiting for them.

Sabortooth's fist mission in command is coming to an end and with the Russian government

backing Omega Red; what's to stop the Weapon X team from just killing everyone, to call

the mission a success.

This is the end of Charles Soules run on the Astonishing X-Men right before Matthew Rosenburg

takes over the title.

In this it's the last stand between Xavier & Psylocke and Proteus in an epic psychic

showdown.

When all is said and done who will be left standing?

Ok poor choice of words; let me not do handicap jokes.

Wait and see what happens next for the Astonishing X-Men.

Cassandra Nova's plan is revealed and Jean Grey's team might not be able to stop her

as one of the teammates is a pawn in Cassandra Nova's plan.

Misty Beck, Mysterio's daughter has found a demonic artifact of immense power.

She has used it to make a whole casino vanish.

What does this new father daughter team have planed?

And will the Scarlet Spider be able to stop them in time?

Ultron's quest to take over the galaxy is a little more likely with the possession of

one of the Infinity Stones.

Will the likes of Silver Surfer, Galactus, and Adam Worlock be enough to stop Ultron

before he makes his way to Earth?

of the movie.

And this is where Finn and Rose are off on their secret mission from Poe Dameron to Canto

Government Says They Aren't Responsible For Nearly 1,500 Missing Immigrant Children - Duration: 7:43.

A new report found that the United States has lost track of nearly 1,500 migrant children.

It's creating this massive humanitarian crisis in this country.

We don't know where 1,500 kids that were brought into the United States, unaccompanied minors,

supposedly given to homes to be taken care of, we don't know where 1,500 kids are.

I mean, that's insane.

That's the only word to describe it.

This is something that you would hear about if it was over in Iraq ...

You know, perhaps somewhere, anywhere the third world, you [inaudible 00:00:41], "Oh,

they lost 1,500 kids, oh that's so sad.

Oh, let me change the channel here."

This is the United States, the federal government in charge of these children.

They're supposed to make sure we send them to family, we send them to friends, we send

them to legitimate foster families.

Instead, they just lost them.

They sent them off, they don't know where.

Some of them we do know have gone to human traffickers and the slave trade, actually.

The rest, we're not too sure.

Maybe they're down the street, I don't know.

The government also says, "You know what?

We're not legally responsible ..."

HHS.

Yeah, to go find these kids or keep track of them.

We got a lot going on.

Let's talk about that just a second.

First of all, you've got an organization that's put together just, it's called the ORR and

it has to do with placement of these kids.

Okay?

Now, the question becomes, how much input does the HHS have over the ORR?

You got a bunch of pinhead, you know, a bunch of bureaucrats that don't have a clue who's

taking care of what.

The ORR, the very people who place these kids, supposed to place them in homes said, "Well,

we lost track of 1,500 kids."

The HHS says, "Well, it's not our responsibility.

We're not responsible for this."

The ORR says, "Well, we're not responsible."

I mean, this is actually the argument going on with these pinhead bureaucrats right now.

It's like a bunch of children and they're sitting there saying, "Well, you touched them

last, it's your responsibility."

This is 20% of the migrant children who came into this country in 2017, 20% that they don't

know about.

Part of the issue is that the Republicans in control, one of the first things they always

do is they cut budgets.

They cut departments, they fire staff because they want to shrink the government.

Well, now we've fired people, we've cut the budgets so they can't properly do their jobs.

Instead of having this Office of Refugee Resettlement keeping track of them or HHS or hell, even

ICE at this point, everybody says, "Not my responsibility.

I rounded them up like I was supposed to.

I put them on the bus."

They could be in the slave trade, for all we know.

Right.

Interesting thing, sometimes I read these stories, I mean, I get these emails, "Pap,

why are you smiling and laughing during the very serious story?"

This is a serious story.

It is.

I have to.

Some of these stories are so ridiculous, when I look at them, my mind is thinking, "How

have we gotten here?"

That's why it's almost a laughable situation that we've become this third world banana

republic, and nobody will admit it.

This is a great example.

Exactly.

It's one of the things you never thought.

I mean, five years ago if you would have gone back in time and hand me this headline I would

have said, "Oh, this is from The Onion, of course, obviously."

No, this is what's happening.

It happened 2017, 1,500 kids somewhere out there in this country, maybe.

Yeah.

The opioid epidemic has gotten so bad in this country that shellfish, mussels from the waterways

are now testing positive for opioids, which means you might be ingesting these addictive

medications without even knowing it.

This story, this is where somebody set out, they had a suspicion that up around Elliott

Bay, around Oregon, that area through there, that the level of opioids in the water, somebody

was reporting they had taken some casual tests, so they went out and did some really spectacular

testing.

They actually tested, I don't remember exactly how many sites.

It was maybe 18 sites, eight or 18 sites, something.

Is it eight?

18.

18 sites.

They came out in three of the locations that were very close to Bremerton and Elliott Bay,

they came back and said that the Oxycontin levels were so high that they actually pose

a danger.

Now, first of all, can you imagine ... What we see in the opioid in litigation is that

there are pockets around the country where the manufacturers and distributors like McKesson

have pumped in so many pills, knowing that ... There's areas where every man, woman,

and child had access to 500 pills, man, woman, and child in areas.

This is one of those areas.

Now, what they would do is they would go to areas where there's big despair, economic

problems, job loss, economic issues that cause personal despair.

This is one of those areas.

All of a sudden, they find out, well, the level is so high they were finding oxycodone

in the shellfish.

What people need to understand here is this comes from human waste.

I know everything we flush, it goes to wastewater treatment facilities, but that's to remove

the bacteria and anything like that, and then it does, most of the case it either gets dumped

into the environment or dumped into the waterways.

When people are on opioids and there's so many in this area that this wastewater, after

being treated and dumped into Elliott Bay or nearby waterways where it goes in there,

the shellfish, the mussels, probably oysters and everything else in there, they're now

all doped up on opioids.

Yeah, and the industry is saying, "Well, we did what we were supposed to do.

We gave it to the water treatment plant."

The industry knew what they were doing.

The industry understands, for example, this next story.

This is a great story.

Pharmaceutical makers are sending so much drug-spiked water around the country, here's

what happens.

Pharmaceutical company doesn't want to pay to treat their own waste, so they give it

to the taxpayers to have to treat at the public wastewater treatment.

Well, here's the problem.

The wastewater treatment is not equipped to remove all of these drugs that these pharmaceutical

companies put in there, and so the companies know that, and the level of things like anti-fungal

drugs, anti-histamines, diabetes drugs, anti-seizure drugs are off the chart.

Muscle relaxers, blood pressure drugs, and people don't understand, these are being found

not just in the waterways, it's in the sea life.

The fish that you eat may be filled with antidepressants.

You're taking these medications and you don't know about it.

That has horrible consequences for the public.

Of course it does.

What I love about it is the industry saying, "Well, isn't that their job, the water treatment

plant?"

Well, they know it's not their job and the industry understands they're not equipped

to treat it.

Let's pass it onto taxpayers again.

Let's let taxpayers and consumers worry about our profits, that's what's happening here.
