St. Clair County, Alabama. It's about 45 minutes to Birmingham.

It's about 10 minutes to I-59 there at the St. Clair Springs exit where the Walmart is.

It's very convenient subdivision. I can be from Walmart to here in 10 minutes.

It's a very unique subdivision. There's only about 10 houses currently built in this subdivision and a lot of the neighbors have bought lots beside them so that just means there's going to be less houses in this subdivision. .

A lot of people have bought them because it's very unique. There's just nothing like this close by.

I think you need to come out and take a look at the property, if this is something that interests you.

We've got lots between an acre to three acres. I think we've got one track that's a seven acre, but there's really only about two to three tracks that have an exceptional view up on the ridge.

That's where a lot of people have built houses. We've got a few people that have bought down below that have not built yet. It's very private.

It's very convenient. The restrictions are very minimal. We don't have an HOA here but we do have covenants and restrictions so it does have to be a site built home.

So the idea of using diets or fasting for epilepsy

goes very, very far back probably 400 BC with Hippocrates.

And they really didn't even know what seizures were back then.

They thought maybe it was possession or demonic possession.

They really weren't sure, but they knew that periods of starvation would help.

They thought maybe that was ill humors

and that by not giving foods that would provide those ill humors,

patients would get better.

And it actually worked if you sort of read these articles way back.

These references from Hippocrates,

they talk about prolonged periods of fasting being helpful.

And then Galen in 200 BC was a little more specific

again getting to ungendered humors that may be necessarily negative.

We didn't know exactly what was going on back then.

This is where a lot of people think sort of the reference

of using ketogenic diets for epilepsy goes back to.

But again it was probably 400 years earlier

but the widely described references from Jesus in Mark 9,

where they talked about an adult

who had what appears to be childhood-onset epilepsy,

they didn't know what it was, the patient had a convulsion on the ground

and Jesus's prescription was prayer and fasting.

Neither are bad ideas.

And it worked, so they knew about this for hundreds of years

even through the Middle Ages

that periods of abstinence for whatever this condition was

seemed to be beneficial.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has revealed the latest injury worry for his squad after the

With Alexandre Lacazette not fully match-fit and Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang ineligible to

Chelsea chase Turkish wonderkid Berke Ozer but face competition for goalkeeping prodigy

CHELSEA have stepped up their bid to land Turkish goalkeeping prodigy Berke Ozer.

The Blues have been trailing the Under-21 international, who also interests Manchester City and Barcelona, for months.

Berke Ozer plays for the Turkey in last years Under-17 World Cup.

Ozer, 17, has already been called into Turkeys senior squad, and has played a number of league games for Altinordu.

He has been likened to AC Milan keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, 19, who made his Serie A debut aged just 16 and won his first Italy cap at 17.

And Stamford Bridge officials have attempted to prise Ozer from Izmir club Altinordu by offering them a partnership.

The deal would allow the second division outfit to take Chelsea players on loan.

Berke Ozer is a highly rated young prospect, with Chelsea, Man City and Barcelona interested.

The Turkish youngster has been called up for senior international duty but has not been capped.

But Altinordu coach Huseyin Eroglu said: Chelsea have been sending scouts to Izmir for Berke Ozer, and to take a look at our project.

At our last meeting they said they could send us players on loan.

But they seemed shocked when I said we had to politely decline.

We are not interested in training up other clubs players.

Our mission is clear.

Altinordu will develop local youths to create a complete academy-developed squad.
