So I'm Konstantinos and I work as a local agent here at Renthia in Stockholm.

As a local agent you have to focus mainly on three things.

Getting to meet landlords and help them push out their apartments to new tenants.

Handle showings, to show new apartments to possible tenants.

And also to do end inspections after the contract has run out.

I think the most important qualification is to always have like a positive stance.

And meeting new people and helping them out with their new home or renting out their apartment.

And also to have an international mindset, trying to like to always want to engage in

new experiences and meet new people.

And I think that enthusiasm and passion are the most important parts of this job.

Well I think that the best thing working with Renthia is getting to know a lot of different

people, getting to know the city because you see new and old apartments and it's a very

rewarding experience.

You are getting to know better the city and also getting to know a lot of new people,

both Swedish and international.

I think that what Renthia does is very helpful to new people coming to Sweden.

Because it actually, as I think about it, it helps filling the gap of trust sometimes

between a landlord and a tenant.

It helps you do everything clearly, legally and to not be afraid to give a deposit or

trust someone to be in your house.

Because Renthia is always there.

Both for the tenant and the landlord.

It's something that is very important.

JM: We have a lot to appeal for. JH: Yes.

JM: Right? The overflowing energy from our performance.

JM: Of course, the energy. JH: Overflowing energy.

These BTS is releasing an amazing third Japanese original album today.

Adding MIC DROP which was sold more than 550 thousand copies last year,

four more songs are included also with original Japanese songs.

For the last, we asked the two members who are studying Japanese really hard the recent Kansai dialect they learned.

JH: I like you so much! (in Kansai Dialect which is similar context to Busan Satoori)

JH: This is the most well-known Osaka dialect.

JM: That's right. I like that the most as well.
