and you have a deep and exciting objective inside of you,

Why does nobody know?

If you are not achieving that objective, you are not living your real life.
You are wearing a mask. You have a work that you don't like that much.
Why? Who is keeping you from being yourself?
I really don't know,
but I will do my best to discover it through the tarot.
Maybe I will not be able to answer this enormous question.
This is the first card

It has no number,
it has something on his shoulder, a walking stick, something like an animal that accompanies him.
If he doesn't have a name,
he doesn't have a definition.
If he doesn't have a definition,
he is what he is.
Look: the tarot is already telling you that:
stop defining yourself.
That's prejudice that has been introduced in you since your childhood.
Don't define yourself, don't know who you are. Be free.
Definitions are made of words,
of folklore,
of History, of memory, everything into words.
Search for who you are under the words,
find out what is your true treasure,
what you are contributing to the world,
who is your ally,
your animal ally, your simple ally, your pure ally.
That's what the tarot is telling you, to begin with.
I mean, who defined you?
Who engraved in you, like a tattoo,
what you have to be, keeping you from being who you were, so that you would become who they wanted you to be?
Second card: the emperor.
The emperor has a destiny of power.
He is sitting, brooding an action.
He has a treasure under his bottom.
You don't notice it, but there's an eagle fetus developing here.
An eagle that is his true self, that rises high, high towards spiritual life, and it is exerting economic power.
I mean, they told him that he has to work,
that he needs to have security.
Your parents weren't surrealists.
Surrealism says: "to leave the secure for the uncertain".
You have a secure life,
they made you afraid of the uncertain.
And what is going on here?
Temperance.
Temperance is saying:
"everything you have scattered in life, all of the actions you are doing are coming to you, they are coming to you.

Find a room, it could be in a hotel,
it could be yours,
your house, but just shut yourself away,

Don't go outside.
Don't watch TV, no Internet, no phone.

If you have a job, tell them you are sick.
Get a medical prescription that proves you are sick. Don't read. Don't do anything.
Remain locked up there feeling yourself,
recovering, dissolving everything that you have thought, felt, wished and done.

Because the goal that you are looking for, that goal that is hidden inside of you, is yourself, your authenticity.

- My name's Olivia Allen, I am the founder of
Girls Giving For Good, and I am turning 13 years old.
Today, Uspiritus, I am donating my birthday
because I want other kids, who haven't had a birthday party,
to feel that, just joy that I have experienced
whenever I had a birthday party.
- What Olivia and her friends are doing is they're putting
together birthday bags for the kids, birthday kits.
The birthday kits are basically parties in a bag.
Believe it or not, we have some kids who come to Uspiritus
who don't know what their birthdays are.
They have lived in a life that's so tumultuous and so full
of turmoil, their birthdays
have been second and third thoughts.
- We tried to make it as like a family as possible.
So, part of being in a family is
you gotta celebrate your birthday.
So this kit gives our children the ability
to have a birthday party with their Uspiritus family.
- The birthday kits are so important to these children
because they know that someone they've never met before,
cared enough to put something together for them.
That's special for them.
- Seeing Olivia donating her birthday makes me wanna
help my community more and improve it.

to me because kids can see what I'm doing,
and I think they'll be inspired to do the same thing.
- Olivia is just a compassionate person.
She told me one day that every time she saw a
homeless person, she wanted to build a house for them.
And the first thing that we did was donating her birthday
through the toy drive, and it's just kinda grown ever since.

As a father he knows the fear of losing a child, and it's heartbreaking for a nightmare like that to come true.
Shooter is clearly distraught, describing his heartache and saying, "You're not supposed to bury your child.
Your child's supposed to bury you.".

New film shows what it can be like for an autistic person on public transport
A powerful new film released this week by the National Autistic Society reveals the challenging reality for many autistic people travelling on public transport.
Noise, crowds, congestion and conflict go hand in hand with the daily commute, as do delays, diversions and cancellations.
But, as an autistic person, what is to many just a minor irritation can become almost impossible to cope with.
A recent survey by the National Autistic Society identified that 52% of autistic people said that a fear of experiencing unexpected changes has stopped them from going on a bus or train.
It's not just unexpected changes that have an impact on autistic people.
For some, background sounds that other people ignore or block out can seem unbearably loud or distracting, causing anxiety or even physical pain.
A loud atmosphere and bustling, confusing situations can be felt more intensely and unexpected delays and cancellations, while stressful for someone without autism, can create serious distress for an autistic person.
People on the autism spectrum are not always comfortable with the idea of change, but may be able to cope better if they can prepare for changes in advance.
So when it comes to unexpected derailing of travel plans, forward planning can become impossible.
In the film, an autistic woman mentally prepares herself to take a train, clearly apprehensive about the journey.
She imagines the worst.
The train she is on becomes delayed then diverted.
The carriage fills up and the noise increases to what is to her, an overwhelming level.
A click of a pen or fractured snippets of overheard conversation become intolerable.
She uses her coping mechanism, stimming – where a person repetitively uses an object or repeat activity involving the senses, in her case, tapping her fingers – she becomes visibly overwhelmed.
She experiences a meltdown. Fellow passengers just stare, or worse, they laugh and mimic her.
She cannot escape. It is a sensation felt acutely by many of the 700,000 autistic people in the UK every day who have to join the throngs on public transport, or in other high-stress situations.
'I'm autistic and the fear of unexpected changes can make leaving the house impossible,' she says at the film's climax.
'Feeling judged makes it worse.' The survey also revealed that 67% of autistic people say that the public react negatively (stare, tut, make comments, roll their eyes) when they react (stim or have a meltdown) to unexpected changes – understandably making what is already experienced as a difficult situation much much worse.
The film, launching The National Autistic Society's new phase of their three year campaign, Too Much Information, reveals not only the impact that daily stresses can have on autistic people, but how the way people react to them exacerbates it.
The message is clear: Kindness and empathy can make all the difference to the way an autistic person experiences the world.
A simple action you can take is to learn more about the challenges faced by autistic people and their families, and understand how to react when an autistic person is having a hard time.
People can make small changes in their behaviours that can have a big impact.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT PLEDGE I'll make sure my music can only be heard by me When route or platform changes unexpectedly and someone looks anxious, I'll ask them if they need help When giving directions, I'll use clear language and allow processing time As The National Autistic Society says, autistic people can get overloaded by everything around them.
It feels like all their senses are firing at once, with no filter, like they're getting too much information.
It makes the world a terrifying, isolating place.
But it doesn't have to be.
If you see someone who looks overwhelmed, you can help.
'One small change from you could help to reduce the overload,' The National Autistic Society says.
'Spare a moment. Try not to judge.
Be patient.
Calmly ask if they're ok and give them time and space to recover.
'A change as simple as using clear language, having a bit of patience or avoiding last minute changes can really help.
'Understand autism and what you can do to help.' WHAT IS AUTISM? Autism is a developmental disability that affects how children and adults see, hear and feel the world, often leaving them confused and overwhelmed.
It is a spectrum condition, ranging from individuals in need of 24-hour care to people who struggle with some aspects of everyday life including forming friendships, coping at school or managing at work.
All autistic people are different.
They will, however, share some of the following characteristics: anxiety in social situations and difficulty with interacting extreme sensory sensitivity to light, touch, sound or smell communication issues, from not speaking to needing more time to process information repetitive behaviour and routines and difficulty with unexpected change intense and highly focused interests.
There are over 700,000 autistic children and adults in the UK with around three million family members and carers.

Day One
I swam around my bowl.
Day Two
I swam around my bowl twice.
Day Three
I swam around my bowl. I thought about
taking a nap. But fish don't sleep.
So I swam around my bowl.
Day Four
I got some company today.
I don't like the looks of him one bit.
He doesn't say anything.
He just bubbles.
Day Five
Mr. Bubbles still hasn't said a word.
He just looks at me. I said "Hello" today.
And he said, "Ggggllllggggllll."
He's creepy.
Day Six
Today my bowl looks like a garden.
There are a bunch of plants in here now.
I guess I'll have to water them.
Great.
Day Seven
Mr. Bubbles and I now have company.
He's a snail.
He says his name is Mervin and he likes
to eat the slime off the inside of the bowl.
He's disgusting.
Day Eight
Things are getting very crowded.
While watering the plants,
I met a crab named Fred.
I offered him my fin and he nearly cut it off.
Even Mr. Bubbles is afraid of him.
Fred says I should stay on my side of the bowl.
"Look," I said, "the whole bowl is
my side of the bowl."
He snapped his claw and Mervin fainted.
I gotta get out of here.
Day Nine
That does it. My bowl now contains
a sunken pirate ship,
two guppies named Rhoda and Clark,
and an angelfish named Cha-Cha who
says she's from Hollywood.
I can't turn around without
bumping into something.
At least Mervin's happy.
There's more gunk on the
side of the bowl every day.
Day Ten
This is ridiculous. I was trying to find
room for a swim today when Rhoda
and Clark told me they're going to have
babies soon.
Like there's room for THAT.
Fred knocked Mr. Bubbles over and he
became tangled in the plants.
Cha-Cha said she couldn't help with
Mr. Bubbles but needed me to apply her sunscreen.
The sides of the bowl are covered in slime
and Mervin says he's too full
to eat any more.
Yuck.
Day Eleven
I'm a nervous wreck.
Trying to avoid Fred, I turned around
quickly this morning and came face to
face with my reflection in a mirror.
I nearly jumped out of my gills.
I don't even look like myself anymore.
I need to relax.
Day Twelve
I've had it.
Rhoda and Clark were racing around the bowl,
Fred was fighting with Mr. Bubbles,
Mervin kept belching, and
Cha-Cha told me I was standing in her light.
I just lost it.
"This is my bowl!" I screamed.
"I want my bowl back!"
Day Thirteen
Today I got my wish. Sort of.
With a whoosh, and a splash, and a clank
and a plunge, I was suddenly in a very tiny
bowl of clear pure water.
Ahhh.
It was small, but it was all mine.
It was heavenly.
I swam around my new bowl.
Twice.
But I started to wonder.
What had happened to everyone?
When I last saw Mr. Bubbles,
he was tangled in green.
Who would help him?
Poor Mervin was probably sick as a dogfish.
He needs me.
Cha-Cha will get a sunburn without me around.
What about Rhoda and Clark?
Did Rhoda have her baby guppies?
There are probably a thousand of them!
They need me to make guppy bottles and
change guppy diapers.
Even Fred needs me. I'm the only one who
can really talk to the crabby guy.
Have they even noticed I'm gone?
Does anyone miss me?
I started to cry. And that's not easy
for a fish to do.
Day Fourteen
After a long, sad night
there was a whoosh, and a splash, and a
clank, and a plunge, and I was suddenly
sprayed in the face by bubbles.
Mr. Bubbles gurgled a happy tune.
Rhoda and Clark raced by me
like two speedboats,
followed by twelve of the cutest baby
guppies you've ever seen.
Mervin waved his tail at me from the nice
clean glass of our enormous tank.
Cha-Cha sat happily beneath an umbrella.
I think even Fred missed me.
We were all back together, and I looked
around and realized
I was part of a big family.
I guess I must have smiled because
Clark said, "You look happy."
I wanted to see for myself.
"Where's the mirror?" I asked.
"What mirror?" asked Clark.
"We don't have a mirror," said Fred.
No mirror?
No wonder I didn't look like myself.
It wasn't me I was seeing...
Her name is Gracie, and she's the color
of a fresh tangerine.
She's a Pisces just like me.
And today we're going to swim around the
tank together.
Twice.
