Waching daily Apr 26 2018

hello everybody in today's video I'll be playing a little bit of Kill

Confirmed with the mp40 suppressed I want to actually show you a little bit

about map awareness map control and I'm actually playing ground war so as you

can imagine it gets pretty hectic and I'm using a suppressed SMG so I got to

play a little bit smarter than my opponents I mean you see this during my

live streams I how I maneuver the map I kind of navigate sometimes things work

out better than others and I like to pull some of my best clips and kind of

throw them into an example for you in a video so what you're gonna see here is

my mp40 class setup the only thing I've changed from the video I did a couple

weeks ago when the updating happened was I'm actually running armored now so I'm

gonna go ahead and show you the class setup so here it is for you on screen if

you want to take a picture of that or break it down however you want to do it

using blitzkrieg with armored and then my mp40 with extended mags advanced

rifling and a suppressor so if you've watched any of my guides on of--can you

know I like to run an LMG especially from this side I like to go through the

library get to the window and kind of lock it down with an SMG you got to play

a little bit different you want a little bit of the engagement to be a little bit

closer especially since I'm running an SMG you

could take the SMG if you want but you'll see a lot of these kills that I

do get I do manage to flank the enemy team so they don't even know I'm there

there's no recon in the air you can see my little triangle on the mini-map

is see-through that means they cannot see me on the mini-map they can't hear

me they can't do any of that stuff obviously off silent footsteps so if you

could hear me they could hear me but odds are they're not gonna hear me that

footsteps in this game are so weak I was actually just doing this completed

challenge I need a ground water silent suppressor kills and this is the map but

throw me so I said you know what they're gonna give me lemons I'm gonna go ahead

and make lemonade and that's what I do in this match so see I'm just playing

smart I'm playing the tags I gotta wait for my teammates to push because right

now we have no map control and map control again is when you have about 60%

of the map contained by your teammates so what this does is it forces the

spawns into a predictable area and when the spawns are in a predictable area you

can have good control of where they're coming from where they're positioning

and you can we predict pre-aim and then basically have that first shot on all

your enemies and that's how you're gonna win gunfights obviously connection has a

lot to do there's a lot of other variables and

what gun you're using what range is that there's a lot of variables but at the

end of the day you want to go ahead and kind of close those gaps know where

they're coming from get those first shot kills and you're gonna win those gun

fights so right now you've seen I've died a couple times I'm kind of running

around a little aggressively obviously it's ground war so it's 99 it's not 66

so you got to make sure that you position yourself even smarter I hear I

flank that dude but it didn't matter that my teammate was coming in I think

the guy would turn around you might have heard me I don't know exactly from that

scenario but I'm pretty sure that I was making the right play he didn't know

where I was I quite could have taken him out first and then gone and killed the

guy I was trying to kill so right here I go ahead and take a couple people out go

to move now I'm going to the library the library's good domain cuz you got a lot

of different walls even like a wall being a lot of those those ranges aren't

ones I could pursue right there so I'm now I'm just kind of peeking around and

then I can see they're shooting so let me go ahead and try and get a little

flanked here and what I'd see I see a guy just standing there I take him out a

reposition looking up anyone else coming up and this guy in the little thing I

take him out in the little trolley take him out this guy I got lucky he just had

a bad aim and then I'm just kind of maneuvering around the map back and

forth back and forth kind of staying in this library area you want to keep the

tight close quarters so when people come in you're gonna have a better position

on them this s suppressor won't even matter they won't see you on the

mini-map because as you can see again the mini-map shows that I still have

that open triangle when the triangle is completely closed that's how you know

you're on the mini-map again I take these guys out they don't even notice if

I was had a you know loud gun they would actually turn to probably killed me that

way right here I get it kind of a long shot my aims just horrible there's no

aim assist at that range with an SMG so I kind of backed off a wasted ton of

ammo but I'm still pretty good because I ran over my dead body and if you saw

that one of my other videos when you run out of your own dead body pick up all

that ammo so right here the streak just continues going on and I'm just playing

smart I catch that guy off they don't really know where they kind of know

where I'm at because I've been killing them but that guy tried to rush me right

there he is mounting on I don't know a gun he was using but it didn't work it

wasn't good enough right here in position that guy in melee weapon he

doesn't really got a good position I got paratroopers six minutes to go Kill

Confirmed let's get it let's go ahead and drop

these guys over here I want to drop them in their spawn and then kind of get back

to my spawn because at the end of the day that's how you got to play this I'm

indicting the guys gonna come through right there I take him out and the guys

upstairs so I got to watch out when I go that way I'm just kind of watching out

this guy who man that was close those are reflexes of having that little

recon plane up can save you a bunch right here take him out about the ball

Church gunner you guys know what that means it's it's GG's game over and

here's what I got to do I just go lay down make sure my spawns clear I'm in a

good position and I know what's gonna happen as soon as I start killing people

my teammates are gonna go for those tags and they're gonna flip the spawns I'm

already got full streaks let's go ahead and call it black guns there's go ahead

and call some paratroopers in hopefully it's not gonna flip the spawns but as

you know teammates love look in those bonds while his ball turrets going on go

ahead and drop a like on the video if you are enjoying the videos so far you

like what I have to say in the video you should probably subscribe because like

the content you're probably like me you're gonna get more of me in my videos

I do livestream about once a week I'm trying to up that so if you like live

streams as well appreciate you stopping by and saying hi I mean there's been

great support for the channel recently I mean we've grown so much and the

support of all you guys that watch these videos so again let's go ahead and get

back into the game play right here obviously ball turret gunner is a beast

blitzkrieg unstoppable medals look at these unstoppable medal it just keeps

going on and on and this isn't Kill Confirmed on Aachen with an SMG stay in

close quarters if you seen how I played it I played it very smart I stayed in

the library just typically zones you want to pay attention to I knew that guy

was there because I was watching my ball turret gunner I was covering myself I

was treating it like a UAV and just kind of a recon plane just watching it where

it's at right here I'm in a bad position just

because I'm behind I was trying to get behind cover and obviously you know my

teammates did clip the spawns I killed them all my team went to go get the tags

and you know that's how it goes so that's kind of how you got to play these

types of mats late for you streaks destroy the enemy team I'm playing with

the SMG again you know it's weird towards a tight quarter close quarter

combat paratroopers going off since the spawns

flip where I dropped them ended up being in the spawn so my pair

troopers lasted a long time they got tons of kills and they did really well

sometimes paratroopers come down and they just die but you know you get lucky

you get 9 10 15 20 kills almost out of them so I you know if you got any

questions about the class setup or why I chose what I chose feel free to ask it

out in the comment section below I'd love to know your feedback different

people have different opinions obviously I'd use this class setup with

mountain before but given the fact that I was playing ground war I knew that was

gonna be tons of maids all over the map is gonna be tons of nade spam so a lot

of times having that extra armor division helps you against those

tacticals and combined with the leap those you protect yourself obviously

this is a great game I didn't do nothing special as you guys saw it I just played

smart obviously the the opponents I was running against they weren't perfect a

guy with the melee weapon almost got me off my streak but I played it smart I

turned on him with the round got the shots 3 shot kill with the mp40

it's amazing let's skip again to the medals and even though it's not a big

deal it's worth mentioning somebody's gonna go to the comments section say Jay

God why didn't you why'd you only get nine tags what's going on you got 65

kills you know play the objective right well I was playing the objective I got

all the kills and my team got all the tags and guess what we won and that's

the objective of the mode we won by over 30 points we dominated we destroyed the

enemy team I took care of business with my ball turret gunner a pair of troopers

thank you guys for watching as always have a great day

Jacques Boisleux is the autodidact (self-taught) person of the year 2018 (North of France region) - Duration: 13:40.

The Autodidacts awards aim to honor entrepreneurs who,

through their success, contribute to the vitality of the economy.

Since 1989, more than 30 business leaders have

distinguished themselves in the Nord, Pas-de-Calais,

Picardie and Normandie.

Being awarded the annual "Autodidact"

prize is very important to me,

but the boss doesn't do all the work on his own.

This prize is not for me, it's for the Staphyt team.

Jacques Boisleux is convinced,

you never succeed alone.

He's a calm man

who doesn't get carried away, who…

Who doesn't talk much, but who analyzes a lot.

Someone who may seem very distant on first meeting

but in the end, you realize that

in fact he's extremely human.

Who controls himself, but who's not emotionless.

He's very reserved, but when he has something to say, he'll say it.

When Jacques says something, he means it...

I'm very proud to have a dad who's built a great business like this.

He is a good captain of the ship.

It's not the boss's charisma that enables a company to develop,

it's the team.

The company head must be a coach

but mustn't put himself in the front line.

I think that being humble, calm, discreet and thoughtful,

it's these character traits that have really made Staphyt take off.

Staphyt is at the service of the agriculture of tomorrow.

A turnover of 38 million euros in 2016,

60% internationally.

The company is in the top 5 worldwide in its field of activity.

Staphyt evaluates innovative agrochemical products

that will help plants to grow while respecting the environment.

Tests, approvals that begin in laboratories, greenhouses

or in open fields.

Contrary to what people might imagine,

the process of marketing products

is a long process that takes more than 10 years,

during which time we eliminate a many molecules,

the most harmful and the most toxic,

and our role is to actively contribute to this "cleaning" process

or to the identification of the most appropriate molecules.

Vegetables, lettuces are part of the studies,

they're not the main part since the main part is the field crops,

but the lettuces are also important in our research.

You find a lot of aphids on them

and so it's time to do a little counting.

"Hi Jacky, how's it going?

-Fine

-You've come without Catherine?

-Well yes

-Everything's fine, let's go in."

For Jacques, it all began in an very big family,

between Ghislaine and Yves.

"Ha, it's beautiful eh, it's beautiful at the farm"

You're driving the car?

The fregate and you've always really liked cars.

Oh, he was a well-behaved child.

He fed his rabbits, kept himself busy,

was very fond of trees, and farming.

He didn't draw attention to himself, he was very quiet.

I was a child, probably the same as the person I am as an adult.

"And you're here.

-I'm sulking there.

-Oh yes Jacky, you're not looking good there.

We're all cousins, we were many, weren't we?

Yes, easy to find your place in a large family of 12.

Everyone pitched in and helped and especially the boys,

since for my parents the boys were outside,

and the girls were more indoors.

"Well, I've seen the candidate who could make

a very good financial controller, or a CFO assistant,

but there is a problem,

she can't speak English.

-Well without English it's impossible"

When I hold a job interview, it's very short,

in fact, what interests me today is to see the person's soft skills,

and for the technical aspect of things,

the HR department takes care of that.

Staff are correctly chosen right from hiring,

because honestly, I find that there's a really good atmosphere.

As for me, all I can tell you is that I came to work here at STAPHYT,

I should have stayed 4 or 5 years,

I had other career goals, and I've now been here for 20 years.

For Jacques, wellbeing at work is one of his core concerns.

We are in early stages of our goal for

total autonomy and complete freedom,

in complete transparency with Jacques.

Freedom-form company is the stage we've been in for 1 year

with the formation of business units, as they are called,

where the idea is to give more autonomy

to key actors in the company.

The result is that of the 425 staff,

a quarter of them take their work home.

Staphyt has been a telecommuting pioneer for 15 years.

Well I don't know if I have a unique or unusual style of management,

since I have no points of reference,

I started out as the boss and I've never been an employee in my life.

So I've acted based on what I thought,

based on what I was able to pick up here and there.

I've trained myself a lot in management and administration.

"It's maybe changed a little,

-It's changed a lot,

-When we were together, back in the day.

-How many horsepower does that have?

-About 175.

-Wow! It's awesome, beautiful!"

For my father, you had to be a farmer to have a good job.

"You remember Jacky, that's your car there,

and we put fertilizer here, right here,

and there we put 4,000 certified chickens."

Dad practically didn't go out onto the land any more

so I ended up with a team of 3 or 4 employees to manage

but very soon I felt that I needed something else.

The "something else" was daring to leave his parents' farm

farm and looking to the future with Catherine.

She is an agronomist and works in Paris.

Jacques is a farmer.

Together, they want to construct a project in the North.

He was a farmer, strongly attached to his land,

and to his family as well,

so we thought about it for a long time, between 1983 and 1988.

And after a year, we said to ourselves OK,

agricultural experimentation is undoubtedly a business of the future.

But it was not so sure as we had conducted

a marketing survey that was negative.

We said to ourselves that we'd go for it anyway,

since the business barely exists

so the development should take place over the years to come.

The Inchy-en-Artois farm bought by Jacques

a few years earlier requires renovation.

To finance the work, he sells his herd and some farm machinery.

He also takes out bank loans thanks to guarantees

from family and friends.

Staphyt was born in 1989.

The early days are difficult,

but the calendar proves the Boisleux couple was right

as the new company benefits from legislation coming

into force requiring the approval of agrochemical products.

So in fact the company was created

at the same time as the procedure.

Staphyt thus creates the market.

With his wife, Jacques forms a professional couple

with shared responsibilities.

We defined the roles quite clearly right from the beginning,

to work as a couple within the same company,

I think that both of you must take care of different sectors.

I think that I very quickly came to rely on him,

telling myself that all the things I don't know how to do,

obviously it won't bother him to learn and then know how to do.

So Catherine had taken charge of the customer care

and technical side.

I was outside working in my wellies or with the tractor

and I'd taken charge of the administration

and management side of things,

since we'd started straight away with an employee.

Because Jacques was a farmer, we already had a guarantor

of practical farming sense with his plots to manage,

who knows exactly what production means,

who knows how to protect crops.

"Next year's investments are substantial."

It's the day of the meeting of the board meeting

the main shareholders are there, the children.

Jacques is already thinking about handing the business down.

This is a meeting with the main shareholders of Staphyt,

so even if it's family, it's still a working meeting

that allows us to report on the main information.

I'm too young to understand everything, but yes,

I think that it's still important to be informed about all that.

We meet around 4 times a year to talk about everything.

We're interested to see how things are developing

and how the business will continue to work.

Even to see that the parents are happy

because their "little baby" is gradually growing up.

It's very important to us, and who knows,

I'm only 23 years old, I may end up by coming back to Staphyt

"And on the subject, what about retirement?

-Well it's not far off, it's officially in September 2018,

but I'll still be there to advise obviously.

-We still need you."

The Boisleux family is appreciated.

They are appreciated as they create jobs,

which brings a positive image,

they are people who, in the village get involved in the associations.

He was also president of the village events committee

at one point when he had a little spare time.

He is an open man, I mean he's a simple straightforward guy

and if you meet him at a village event he's just like anyone else.

That's normal , of course, but what I mean

is he's really easy to approach.

They are well integrated in the village.

From local to international, Staphyt's growth is regular,

from 10 to 20 % per year.

In 2009, the family business opened up to Europe

by buying companies or by creating its own stations,

over 100 today.

In this new geographic network,

Jacques must organize himself and build the right teams.

He's had a good nose for lots of situations

and that's enabled the business to develop,

surrounding himself with competent people

at pretty much every level of the company.

Because on our own in that situation we didn't know what to do.

Today Staphyt exports its working methods to 36 countries

spread over 3 continents, from Russia to Australia.

My personal pride isn't important because

that's not what drives the company forward,

on the other hand the pride of seeing the business thrive as it has,

yes I'm proud of that.

Jacques Boisleux is convinced, we never succeed alone,

and nature is a common good.

Nature is unique.

The soil that's there under our feet is alive,

it is absolutely necessary to respect these plants

these trees, this soil, the air.

It's extremely important.

It is essential to realize that tomorrow

there won't be enough food for man.

It is therefore imperative that research develops

so that tomorrow humanity can continue to grow.

Terrifying Announcement About Jeff Sessions – THIS IS IT - Duration: 12:02.

Terrifying Announcement About Jeff Sessions – THIS IS IT

Disturbing new reports indicate that Attorney General Jeff Sessions likely knew of Monday's

raid on Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen's office before it happened.

Law and Crime reported that in order to obtain search warrants like the one that was carried

out against Cohen, prosecutors must jump through a series of hoops to ensure they are not violating

attorney client privilege.

Here's an excerpt from the U.S. Attorneys' Manual regarding search warrants on attorneys:

.. In addition to obtaining approval from the United States Attorney or the pertinent

Assistant Attorney General, and before seeking judicial authorization for the search warrant,

the federal prosecutor must consult with the Criminal Division…

NOTE: Attorneys are encouraged to consult with the Criminal Division as early as possible

regarding a possible search of an attorney's office…

To facilitate the consultation, the prosecutor should submit the attached form… containing

relevant information about the proposed search along with a draft copy of the proposed search

warrant, affidavit in support thereof, and any special instructions to the searching

agents regarding search procedures and procedures to be followed to ensure that the prosecution

team is not "tainted" by any privileged material inadvertently seized during the search.

This information should be submitted to the Criminal Division through the Office of Enforcement

Operations.

This procedure does not preclude any United States Attorney or Assistant Attorney General

from discussing the matter personally with the Assistant Attorney General of the Criminal

Division.

This means that Sessions likely knew about the warrant and did nothing to stop it!

In order for prosecutors to obtain the search warrant, Sessions' office would have to

have agreed (or at least been consulted) with the SDNY that the plan to raid Cohen's office

was appropriate (and that, for example, it wouldn't be better to simply issue a subpoena

or something less invasive).

"Under 'normal circumstances' I believe he would have absolutely been made aware that

the SDNY was seeking to execute a searth warrant on the personal attorney of the President

of the United States, especially given the subject matter that it likely related too

— the alleged payment of monies on behalf of the President to Ms. Daniels," explained

former federal prosecutor Bill Thomas.

"The tricky part here however is whether this is part of the Russia investigation from

which Attorney General Sessions has recused himself.

That's a gray area.

The media reports seem to suggest that this search warrant is a 'spinoff' from that

investigation and was turned over to the SDNY by the Special Counsel.

It's hard to say for certain whether he knew, but I would think that the Deputy AG

would have let him know that he (Rosenstein) or someone at main justice had approved the

SW so Sessions would not have been blindsided by the news."

JUST IN Trump Makes Shocking Announcement After His Attorney's Office Is Raided - Duration: 12:02.

JUST IN: Trump Makes Shocking Announcement After His Attorney's Office Is Raided

President Donald Trump made a surprising announcement on Tuesday just one day after the FBI raided

the office of his attorney, Michael Cohen.

Daily Mail reported that Trump just announced he is canceling his upcoming trip to Latin

America so that he can "oversee the American response" to the Syrian chemical weapons

attack.

The White House said in a statement that Trump will be sending Vice President Mike Pence

in his place to attend the Summit of the Americas in Peru and to Colombia.

"President Trump will not attend the 8th Summit of the Americas in Lima, Peru or travel

to Bogota, Colombia as originally scheduled," the statement read.

"At the President's request, the Vice President will travel in his stead.

The President will remain in the United States to oversee the American response to Syria

and to monitor developments around the world."

This means that Trump will not be meeting with Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto,

who told Trump in a speech last week to quit blaming Mexico for the United States' illegal

immigration issues.

The two leaders have long feuded over Mexico's refusal to pay for the U.S. president's

desired border wall.

This came hours after Trump sounded off to blast the FBI for raiding Cohen's office.

"They raid an office of a personal attorney early in the morning and I think it's a

disgrace," Trump said of the raid on Cohen's office, a move he referred to as "an attack

on our country and what we all stand for."

Trump called White House Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigators "the most conflicted

group of people I have ever seen."

"This is the most biased group of people.

These people have the biggest conflicts of interest I've ever seen.

Democrats all, just about all," Trump said.

"They're not looking at the other side — Hillary Clinton… all of the crimes that

were committed, all of the things that happened that everybody is very angry about from the

Republican side and the independent side.

They only keep looking at us."

What do you think about what Trump had to say?

Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.
