Hi I'm Todd Dellinger, Associate Professor of Arts Administration here at Rider University.
Thanks for taking a moment to learn about our program.
I built this major after 22 years as an executive in the field and after looking at several
other programs around the country, I can confidently say that Arts Admin at Rider provides you
with a uniquely results-oriented education that prepares you well for work as an arts administrator.
This program stands out from the rest because it's custom-tailored to
meet the needs of our growing field.
Providing you foundational knowledge that puts you ahead of your peers, in an industry
that employs millions of people in over 33,000 arts companies across the nation.
That makes a big difference.
Our students and graduates are doing amazing things, from promotions with Epic Records in
Los Angeles to general management at Miami City Ballet.
From events and education coordination at Princeton Arts Council to production and patron
support in theaters from Manhattan to Laguna Beach.
Rider Arts Administrators are making their mark all across America.
So, I am now an intern with the Urban Promotions Department of Atlantic Records under Warner Music Group.
My name is Melissa Kuscin, I am from Roseland, New Jersey and I graduated from Rider in 2015.
We are at the Arts Council of Princeton, located in the Paul Robinson Center for the Arts in downtown Princeton, New Jersey.
I am a program coordinator here at the Arts Council and that means I'm responsible for
coordinating public events and public art projects.
The way that the program was designed, translates really well into the real world because you're
expected to really understand the field.
And I feel like I wouldn't have gotten that anywhere else.
We hope you'll visit us at Rider.edu/artsadmin or follow us on Facebook at Arts Administration at Rider.
Looking forward to seeing you around campus.
