From barely involved to the bench for the final? – Ben Woodburn's breakthrough opportunity

It has been a season of patience and learning for Ben Woodburn, but the talented teenager could end up playing a role for the Reds in the biggest game of all.

A Liverpool goalscorer at 17, an international player the same year.

Woodburns rise was fast and impressive, but this year has been one of having to bide his time.

For the majority of the campaign, Woodburn has featured for the U23s and Steven Gerrards U19s in the UEFA Youth League.

In the latter competition, he skippered the Reds through to the quarter-finals, scoring twice along the way.

But now there is likely to be a step-up, a recall to Jurgen Klopps first team and a fight for a spot in the squad if Liverpool make the Champions League final itself.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlains injury, allied to Emre Cans ongoing absence, means there are just three fit central midfielders available for the seniors.

Waiting game.

For a young player trying to make the breakthrough, being in the squad and then not being in the squad can feel like a backward step.

It doesnt have to be at all, of course; situations can demand the inclusion of a player for a period of weeks, before he reverts back to his planned progress with the younger players.

Alternately, as is Woodburns case, regularly training with seniors is as important as getting competitive first-team minutes.

He was on the bench at the Etihad recently for the second leg of the quarter-finals, and has been an unused sub three times in the league this season.

His only appearance, though, came in the EFL Cup defeat at Leicester.

Further first-team football was a possibility in January, with Championship clubs including Sunderland interested in a loan, but that didnt pan out either.

It was Klopps decision to keep Woodburn around, and his choice looks set to be vindicated.

The boss was, early on, quite vocal about not wanting all the young hopefuls at the club to go out on loan.

He wanted to cultivate a spirit, show them his way of playing, have them available for first-team efforts when required.

That view has certainly been relaxed somewhat, with the Reds seeing over a dozen players out on temporary deals this term, but theres still a group in place to call upon.

A loan has to be a thought-out move, not a send them anywhere to play manoeuvre.

Some will work out, others will not.

The contrasting fortunes in Englands second tier for Harry Wilson and Ryan Kent attest to that.

But for others, being the next in line as available youth prospects is an exciting, and potentially rewarding, place to be.

Conor Masterson would likely not have been on the lips of fans to feature in squads this season, yet has done.

Curtis Jones is another, and he could go directly up against Woodburn for a single place.

Seizing the moment.

Klopp has repeatedly spoken about promoting young players: Its not about giving them the chance, but that they have to be ready to take the chance when its there.

The emphasis, clearly, is on the players to prove they merit further involvement, just as it should be for senior players.

Now is Woodburns chance.

Whether it comes against Stoke or in Rome, or even afterward, whether from the bench or the start, in midfield or as a forward, he has to be ready.

A performance, aggressive and impressive and technically suited to the level the first team are at, will not be ignored.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is the best proof of that; hes earned his place and hes kept it.

Woodburn has already shown he can show flashes of real brilliance, already highlighted his traits and ability to learn.

With signings expected over summer in both midfield and attacking lines, this is a pivotal moment for him: will be be called upon more frequently next term, or have to again face a development phase of patience and progress?.

Either way, Woodburn looks capable of having a big future with Liverpool.

But the final weeks of this campaign could push forward when that future really takes off.

And if there's a God, you're part of it and you have it inside you.

And if it's not God

and it's a mysterious thing, you have that mysterious thing

inside you.

the Empress.

So the Empress

is someone

who has accumulated experience,

but you have a very strong creative sexual force restrained there,

as restrained as in the beginning. That has not been realized yet.

Then that great passion that you need to live

has to wait for you!"

And the best way for this to happen is to be thankful,

to learn to be thankful for what you are.

Most Recent Congressional Investigation Report Uncovers All, You'll Be Shocked

In his energy to trash weapons in America, previous President Obama permitted guns made

and sold in the US to unlawfully fall under the control of Mexican drug cartels in what

has turned out to be known as "Operation Fast and Furious."

"Fast and Furious" was intended to catch and capture those cartel individuals.

Shockingly, the most exceedingly awful conceivable situation happened.

The operation reverse releases when a Border Patrol operator named Brian Terry was killed

by a cartel part with one of those weapons.

The resulting conceal and muddling by Obama and his operators are presently causing issues

down the road for the previous president, as another congressional investigation report

is investigating a conceivable charge of "obstruction of Congress."

Former President Barack Obama may not be in office anymore, but one of his scandals has

not yet been laid back, as evidenced by a recent report from Congress.

In a report titled "The Frustration of the Congress by the Department of Justice,"

When Border Terror agent Brian Terry was killed in a "Fast and Furious" gun during a 2010

firefight with Mexican gang members and the scandal blew up in the Obama administration's

face, the Justice Department was "focused more on spin and obfuscation than getting

the facts Right, "the report noted.

Even when Terry's family sought answers from Obama's top law enforcement agency,

the congressional report found that the DOJ viewed them as nothing more than "public

relations displeasure."

The report was unforgiving in its findings that the Justice Department gave false information

to Congress in order to cover up the truth of the sour operation.

What's most concerned, however, was that the misrepresentations to the Congress came

from the very top.

Then-Attorney General Eric Holder, who was found in contempt of Congress in a 2012 vote

in the House, has denied "thousands of key documents," and he even asked Obama to execute

his "executive privilege" over "all documents related to Justice Department's

responses to Congressional questions about Fast and Furious.

Of course, Obama sided with his liberal buddy and "dishonestly" allowed the administration's

refusal to comply with lawful congressional subpoenas in order to "obstruct the investigation."

"In the course of that investigation, nearly six years ago, the Justice Department wrote

to the Congress and falsely denied that law enforcement officers allowed straw purchasers

to illegally purchase firearms in the United States and traffic them without being apprehended,"

the report explained.

"Since that false denial, the Committees have investigated why the Department of Justice

misled Congress and failed to correct its misrepresentation in a timely manner."

Fortunately, whistleblowers came forward with their knowledge of "Fast and Furious,"

allowing Congress to piece together a more accurate picture than the fragmented version

they received from Obama's cronies.

Thank goodness for whistleblowers!

If they were not for them, who knows what evils could be perpetrated by self-serving

politicians.

Thank heavens for informants!

If not for them, who realizes what shades of malice could be executed independently

from anyone else serving lawmakers.

It is certainly route past time for Barack Obama's violations to be uncovered for all

the world to see.

He was and still is, evidently, not disinclined to utilizing even the most criminal intends

to accomplish his targets.

It will be intriguing to perceive what Congress' ultimate conclusion on the issue ends up being

and if Obama will be serving any prison time.

How about we simply say we trust that justice will be served, as we lost an American life

over this stupid operation.
